Madonna Sued Over On-Stage Sexual Content During Her Recent Tour

Last year, Madonna took off on her Celebration Tour. The show was fittingly a celebration of her decades-long career of making hits and evolving his style. The tour was a major attraction for fans both old and new, but it almost didn’t happen in the first place. As the start of the tour was approaching the pop legend had a major health scare that put the whole thing in jeopardy. But she reportedly worked hard to make her way back to a level where she could perform and rescheduled dates she missed.

The impressive feat she accomplished might be slightly undermined by a new lawsuit. According to TMZ a fan who saw her on tour is trying to take the pop icon to court over the sexual content displayed on stage during the performance. The lawsuit claims that she wasn’t clear enough with fans about the erotic content that would be on display. The suit is seeking payout for the price of the tickets and profit that she made off of the shows. Check out the full details of the suit below.

Fan Has Some Big Complaints About Madonna’s Tour

One of the most memorable moments on the Celebration tour came back in March. That was when the singer was joined on stage by Cardi B for a particularly raunchy edition of her 1990 smash hit “Vogue.” Last year the pop legend teamed up with The Weeknd and Playboi Carti for the hit song “Popular.” The song was part of a series of soundtrack releases for the Weeknd affiliated show The Idol which aired on HBO last year and was met with harsh criticism. Earlier this year the song finally got a music video staring all three of its collaborators.

What do you think of a fan attempting to sue Madonna over the sexual content of her recent Celebration tour? Do you think they have any chance of getting an actual payout as a result of the suit? Let us know in the comment section below.

Voletta Wallace, The Notorious B.I.G.’s Mother, Would Like To ‘Slap The Daylights Out Of’ Diddy After Seeing His Hotel Assault Video

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ world began unraveling last November when Cassie Ventura, known artistically as Cassie, filed an extremely detailed lawsuit alleging years of mental, emotional, and physical abuse, including rape and sex trafficking. Diddy quickly settled with Cassie but maintained his innocence, and several more women have filed lawsuits alleging similar behavior. On May 17, CNN obtained and released video showing Diddy physically assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway in 2016, aligning with an allegation in Cassie’s lawsuit.

Most recently, Rolling Stone published a Diddy exposé, and Voletta Wallace, the late The Notorious B.I.G.’s mother, felt compelled to speak to Rolling Stone about it all.

“I’m sick to my stomach,” Wallace told the publication, in reference to learning about Diddy’s alleged years-long depravity. “I’m praying for Cassie. I’m praying for his mother. I don’t want to believe the things that I’ve heard, but I’ve seen [the hotel video]. I pray that he apologizes to her.”

Wallace added, “I hope that I see Sean one day, and the only thing I want to do is slap the daylights out of him. And you can quote me on that. Because I liked him. I didn’t want to believe all the awful things, but I’m so ashamed and embarrassed.”

The Rolling Stone report by Cheyenne Roundtree and Nancy Dillon surfaced even more concerning alleged behavior dating back to the 1980s, including new Biggie-related details, as summarized by Rolling Stone‘s Roundtree and Jason Newman below:

Rolling Stone‘s investigation into Combs documented a pattern of alleged abuse dating back to Combs’ time at Howard University in the late 1980s. Early Bad Boy staffers, associates and industry sources also recalled how Biggie viewed his label boss as a ‘corny executive’ and was on the verge of leaving Bad Boy before his murder in 1997. Combs capitalized on the shock and sorrow over his star artist’s death, sources say, pushing his team to ensure Biggie’s upcoming album, Life After Death would top the charts and allegedly dismissing discussions to put Biggie on the cover of Rolling Stone.

Bad Boy’s co-founding partner and president Kirk Burrowes told Rolling Stone that he advocated for the late rapper to get the cover. ‘I was telling Sean, ‘Let’s make it Biggie. You still have a chance [for a cover in the future],” Burrowes recalled. ‘He’s like ‘No, he’s dead. I’m putting out [Combs’ debut album, No Way Out] in July. I need to be on the cover of Rolling Stone.’” (Voletta Wallace declined to comment on the anecdote.)”

Following CNN’s release of the 2016 hotel security footage, Diddy posted a video in which he issued a lackluster apology but didn’t mention Cassie by name.

“We are aware of the video that has been circulating online allegedly depicting Sean Combs assaulting a young woman in Los Angeles,” the Los Angeles Police Department stated on May 20. “We find the images extremely disturbing and difficult to watch. If the conduct depicted occurred in 2016, unfortunately we would be unable to charge as the conduct would have occurred beyond the timeline where a crime of assault can be prosecuted.”

Cassie released her first public statement on May 23.

How To Buy Beyoncé’s Official ‘Cowboy Carter’ Vinyl

Yee-haw. Beyoncé’s album Cowboy Carter broke boundaries and set records when it was released, but when fans noticed that some of the songs were different from the streaming version of the album on the vinyl they’d pre-ordered, they certainly felt a way about it. But now, the vinyl is being reissued with the completed tracklist and is now available for pre-order. You can visit Beyoncé’s official shop to see the options available. Black, blue, red, and white variants are available and will come with two vinyl discs, a 40-page booklet featuring exclusive images, and a collectable 24×36″ poster. The default official vinyl version is $59.98.

When the initial versions of the vinyl rolled off the presses, they were allegedly missing five songs: “Ya Ya,” “Spaghettii,” “The Linda Martell Show,” “Oh Louisiana,” and “Flamenco.” However, on the new pressings, all five songs are present on the tracklist, which means that fans pre-ordering the vinyl now will get the complete album. The missing tracks were explained by fans as the result of Beyoncé still working on the album in the months leading up to its release, well after an initial version had already been submitted to manufacturers. Her last-minute tinkering may have generated some discrepancies, but since the album is already available digitally, fans could simply stream the album in full until now. Whatever wizardry it took to get the massive album onto the format may result in a new set of differences, but for now, we can look forward to the release.

DJ Akademiks Breaks His Silence On Drake’s “Mob Ties” Reference Track

DJ Akademiks is known for being a massive Drake fan. Overall, he has delivered some massive hot takes about the artist that always seems to get fans riled up. However, these hot takes are overwhelmingly positive towards Drake. Ak has noted that Drizzy is his GOAT and there is nothing anyone can do to convince him otherwise. Whether it be a litany of reference tracks or a loss to Kendrick Lamar in a rap battle, Akademiks will always have respect and admiration for the Canadian megastar.

Speaking of reference tracks, it was revealed earlier this week that Vory helped Drake write the song “Mob Ties.” In fact, Vory did the entire cadence for the hook, and it almost sounded like it was his song at first. That said, many fans have expressed disappointment in Drake, especially since the artist once revealed how much “Mob Ties” meant to him. Meanwhile, DJ Akademiks has mostly remained absent from social media since this information was divulged. Well, he recently broke his silence on stream and revealed his thoughts on the situation.

DJ Akademiks Speaks

During the stream, Akademiks did note that he is disappointed with Drake. Furthermore, he revealed that Vory messaged him a while back. The message had to do with a clip of Ak claiming that there is no way Vory could have written “Mob Ties.” Vory was kind about it, but it seems like Akademiks got a warning of what was coming. That said, it does seem like much of Ak’s disappointment stems from the fact that Scorpion was Drake’s comeback record. What was he coming back from? The Pusha T beef. In Ak’s eyes, every record on that album should have come Drake, and the fact that he had significant help, it a betrayal of sorts.

Let us know what you think of the “Mob Ties” reference track leak, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that this was actually a big deal? What do you think of Drake moving forward now that so many references have ultimately made their way to the internet? HoneyKomb Brazy’s Security Guard Pleads Guilty To Federal Gun Charge, Could Face 15 Years In Prison

In December of 2023, HoneyKomb Brazy and two of his bodyguards were pulled over in Mobile, AL, and arrested. Their vehicle was searched, and officers reportedly found two weapons in the vehicle, a Girson MC28 SA 9mm pistol and a Smith and Wesson MP 15 AR pistol. On top of that, police also claim to have found Promethazine and marijuana. As a result, the three of them were hit with federal gun charges. HoneyKomb Brazy was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. They were indicted at the end of January.

One of the bodyguards, Miguel Hall, appeared in court earlier this week where he entered a guilty plea to being a felon in possession of a firearm. It was previously reported that he had been banned from owning a firearm due to a past protection-from-abuse order. Based on court documents obtained by XXL, he’s expected to receive a sentence in September. Hall could be looking at up to 15 years behind bars. He could also face a hefty $250K fine and three years of supervised release once he gets out. Per his plea deal, prosecutors won’t bring any additional charges against him and will recommend a lesser sentence.

Miguel Hall To Be Sentenced In September

As for Brazy, shortly before he was indicted it was revealed that the FBI had been monitoring the rapper for years. Reportedly, he plans to take his case to trial in the near future. His arrest came just shy of a month after he was released from prison after serving roughly 30 months.

It also came after the artist turned himself in, only days after his release, for exposing himself to a police officer back in 2021. Diddy Allegedly Broke A Chair Over Shakir Stewart’s Head And Left Him Bloody

Disparaging news about Diddy has come on a seemingly weekly basis throughout 2024. Earlier this month, CNN leaked a video of what appeared to be the rap mogul assaulting Cassie captured on hotel security camera footage. The video is in line with allegations that she made in a lawsuit filed against him last year. That lawsuit served as the first of numerous similar suits filed against him in the months that followed which painted a picture of decades of bad behavior.

Earlier this week Rolling Stone published a damning article revealing stories of Diddy’s alleged behavior in even more detail. They spoke to dozens of former employees and collaborators with very few coming to his defense. One particularly evocative story they shared involved the rap mogul taking revenge out on the man dating his ex Kim Porter. That was record executive Shakir Stewart. Stewart reportedly had a chair broken over his head by Diddy, something corroborated by close friends and even Stewart’s mother in the story. Check out the full story Rolling Stone shared about the rap mogul below.

Another story told in Rolling Stone‘s story dealt with The Notorious B.I.G. He’s still one of the most commonly associated artists with Diddy’s label but if not for his untimely death, that could have changed. The report claims he was in the process of separating from his label at the time of his death. That’s led many fans to reconsider how the legendary rapper’s legacy was handled following his passing. The rapper’s mother also recently claimed she wanted to slap the rap mogul for what he allegedly did to Cassie in a statement made earlier this week.

What do you think of the story of Diddy breaking a chair over the hear of Shakir Stewart over his relationship with Kim Porter? Do you believe the story is true an that Stewart was actually left bloody after the encounter? Let us know in the comment section below.

When Will Eminem’s New Song ‘Houdini’ Be On Spotify?

Earlier this week, Eminem announced “Houdini,” the first single from Eminem’s upcoming album, The Death Of Slim Shady, with the help of illusionist David Blaine. The single will be his second of the year, following his appearance on the Lyrical Lemonade standout, “Doomsday 2.” So, when will fans be able to hear the self-declared Rap God’s latest?

With a due date of May 31, “Houdini” will available to stream on DSPs like Spotify at midnight ET, 9 PM PT. While some artists have been inconsistent with getting their streams up on time, Eminem certainly is not one of them.

Em’s been teasing The Death Of Slim Shady for a bit, trolling fans with a phony album announcement on April Fools’ Day. Then, earlier this month, he put out an obituary for his controversial alter ego in his local newspaper. “His complex and tortured existence has come to a close,” it read. “And the legacy he leaves behind is no closer to resolution than the manner in which this character departed this world.”

The album will be Eminem’s first since Music To Be Murdered By from 2020, so anticipation is certainly high for The Death Of Slim Shady, even if the character will be missed.

“Houdini” is due on 5/31 through Shady Records, Aftermath Entertainment, and Interscope Records.

When Will Shaboozey’s ‘Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going’ Be On Spotify?

In Shaboozey’s two-minute album trailer for Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going, a man is all alone in the country, except, try as he might, he can’t comically escape Shaboozey’s omnipresence. Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” is on every radio. A flyer for a Shaboozey tour is on the post. There’s Shaboozey again, photographed in the newspaper. Finally, Shaboozey shows up in the flesh and politely waves at the man, who is likely the only person not looking forward to a Shaboozey album.

Shaboozey is ten years deep in the music game, but 2024 is undeniable his breakout year. The Virginia-born country artist gained countless new fans as a featured artist on Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter. He likely retained those fans and gained even more with “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” his now-ubiquitous April single that peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100.

So, Shaboozey is primed to have one of the most popular albums of the year in Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going.

When Will Eminem’s New Song ‘Houdini’ Be On Apple Music?

Eminem is gearing up for what could be the final release of his career — or, at least, his final album under the “Slim Shady” persona he’s been cultivating over the past two and half decades. To that end, he announced the release of “Houdini,” the first single from the upcoming album, The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce), with the help of illusionist David Blaine earlier this week. So, when will the new single be available to stream on DSPs like Apple Music?

“Houdini” is billed for release on May 31, which means that it should be available to stream in just about 11 and a half hours, at 9 pm Pacific, midnight Eastern time. Although some artists are known for last-minute shenanigans that make timing their releases much more of a chore than it should be, Eminem is not one of them, which means you can likely expect to be streaming “Houdini” on time.

Anticipation for The Death Of Slim Shady is sky-high among Eminem fans, as he hasn’t released an album since 2020’s Music To Be Murdered By. That hasn’t stopped him from being more active than ever this year; he’s released the single “Lace It” with Juice WRLD and Benny Blanco and “Doomsday 2” with Lyrical Lemonade since the year started, giving fans plenty of new music to tide them over until the release of his new album.

“Houdini” is due on 5/31 through Shady Records, Aftermath Entertainment, and Interscope Records.
