The film is set to release on Friday (March 3), alongside a fire soundtrack executive produced by J. Cole and his Dreamville crew. For the past few days Jordan has been attending red carpets and giving interviews about his upcoming project, as well as the racy Calvin Klein photoshoot he just dropped.

Michael’s Mom Knows He’s Got It Going On

On Monday (February 27), a collection of black and white images showing the California native’s chisled body in various pairs of CK underwear made their debut. As expected, it wasn’t long before thirsty replies began pouring in, chiefly on Twitter. From propositioning the actor for sexual favours to admitting to excessively zooming in on the images, users didn’t hold back when revealing their freaky fantasies abut Jordan.

While chatting with Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet, the multi-talent admitted that he gave his mom, Donna Jordan, an apology before the NSFW images went public. “I was like, my mama gon’ have to see this. Let me call her and be like, ‘I’m sorry. It’s out here.’ My business all out in the streets — literally,” he joked. Regardless if his family matriarch approves or not, the reactions prove that Jordan is one step closer to beating those “corny” allegations.

Michael B. Jordan Teases “Creed III,” Hints At Future “Creedverse” Projects

March 3rd marks the release of Michael B. Jordan‘s directorial debut, Creed III. In light of the upcoming drop of his new film, Jordan reflected on his relationship with his co-star Jonathan Majors, themes that the movie plays with, and the future of the “Creedverse.” In an exclusive with Extra, the “Just Mercy” star noted his switch to working behind the camera. “I’ve been in a director mode for such a long time and it feels good to empower, support, you know, give flowers to my actors right now,” he told the outlet.

As the third installment of the Creed series, Jordan’s film continues to follow the life of boxer Adonis Creed. Alongside directing the film, the 36-year-old stars as Adonis whose character receives a fighting challenge from his childhood friend, Damian Anderson (played by Majors). Jordan reflected on portraying a rivalry with Majors on-screen, despite the duo sharing a strong bond in real life. “Jonathan is an incredible human,” he told the outlet. “We built everything together, you know?” Jordan explained further, “especially in the beginning we went through, you know, hell months, not even hell week, hell months… of training together, learning the choreo together, it’s very, very intimate, you know, and he’s a hard worker, I am as well. So when it comes to, you know, the physicality element, we pushed each other.”

Michael B. Jordan Makes His Directorial Debut With “Creed III”

As the man behind Creed III, Jordan also revealed the themes that he had played with within the film. Specifically, he battled with toxic masculinity stereotypes and wanted to emphasize the importance of vulnerability. While describing his goal of portraying the more emotional side of Adonis, Jordan explained how he and the movie’s writers found an “organic” way to do it. “I think that was something that started to reveal itself as we were trying to challenge Adonis and just talk about what will somebody like him be going through right now in today’s like climate,” he shared.

When questioned about the future of the Creed trilogy, Jordan explained how future opportunities are vast. “There are so many different platforms where these stories can be told, you know,” he told the outlet, “whether it’s a spin-off of the TV show, whether it’s you know the animation or graphic novel or a video game.” For more news on pop culture and hip-hop, don’t miss out on HNHH.

Michael B. Jordan’s Calvin Klein Photos Have Twitter Thirsting

As he prepares for the quickly approaching premiere of his directorial debut, Creed III, Michael B. Jordan is more in his element than ever before. The actor’s schedule has been filled with meetings, photoshoots, and red carpet premieres recently, and he’s been bringing his best energy to them all. However, that doesn’t mean he won’t hesitate to check reporters over their past insults now that he’s in his prime.

Last week, the California-born entertainer stepped out for an early screening of his film. Ahead of the movie’s start time, he took a moment to chat with Lore’l of The Morning Hustle, who he accused of previously calling him corny. It’s since been confirmed that a cohost was actually the one to make the defamatory comment, which she doubled down on before also bringing Nick Cannon’s name into the conversation.

Michael Reacts to “Corny” Comments

When Lore’l told viewers that she and Jordan “go way back,” he called her out, saying, “Oh yeah, I was the corny kid, right?” The interviewer went on to defend herself and state that she was being misquoted before assuring the 36-year-old that “he is obviously killing things out here.” Before the multi-talent walked away, she added, “You’re not corny anymore.”

It didn’t take long for internet sleuths to pull up the audio of the past interaction, during which Dominique Da Diva had some things to say about Jordan. “You know what I really think deep down inside? I think that Michael B. Jordan is a nice, corny guy, and I don’t mean that as a slight,” she quipped at the time. “We all know the nice, corny guys treat you the best.”

Twitter Thirsts After MBJ

Regardless of the “corny” allegations he’s battling, the Black Panther star’s new Calvin Klein photos have reminded social media how much of a heartthrob he really is. Unleashed on Monday (February 27), the black and white images see Jordan posing in various colours of the brand’s form-fitting boxer briefs, putting his abs on full display. Obviously, it didn’t take long for thirsty replies to start pouring in.

“It’s going to take the rest of the day to recover from this,” Hulu’s official account wrote this afternoon. “We goin’ turn that creed into BREED,” and “All I would need is 10 minutes and every fluid from his body would be drained,” other, more salacious replies read. Watch: Michael B Jordan Was Unimpressed by Red Carpet Interview with High School Bully

Screen Shot 2023 02 27 at 12.21.05 PM

Approaching the release of the latest Creed film, Michael B Jordan has been engaging in loads of press to promote the March 3rd release date. In a recent interview, the actor stops to chat with old acquaintance and interviewer Lore’l of the Morning Hustle radio show. The red carpet interview quickly took a turn for the worse and it’s all in Jordan’s body language.

In the interview, Jordan confronts the reporter for her past comments about him– sparking a seriously awkward exchange.

After Lore’l introduces her and Jordan’s shared attendance at a highschool in Newark, he unexpectedly replies, “”[I was] the corny kid, right?”

Lore’l laughingly responds, “I did not say that! [I was] misquoted, for sure.”

Jordan remains unimpressed and says definitively, “I heard it.”

The unpleasant exchange stems from a 2021 episode of the Undressing Room podcast, where her co-host said that Michael seemed like “a nice, corny guy” while discussing his then-relationship with Lori Harvey.

Lore’l then responded, “You know what’s so crazy? I went to school with Michael B. Jordan at a point in life. And to be honest with you, we teased him all the damn time because his name was Michael Jordan. Let’s start there, and he was no Michael Jordan. And he also would come to school with a headshot. We lived in Newark, that’s the hood. We would make fun of him like, ‘What you gonna do with your stupid headshot!?’ And now look at him!”

Jordan was not feeling her energy in the slightest even though she continued to deny calling him corny, despite making fun of his name before changing the subject completely. “But yeah, he is obviously killing things out here,” she says. Wrapping up the interview she ensured he is “not corny anymore,” which Jordan brushes off before walking away. He definitely took her past comments personally and was not ready to come with any fake energy.

Dominique Da Diva Says Nick Cannon Is Corny Too After Michael B. Jordan

Dominique Da Dive recently doubled down on her comments about Michael B. Jordan being corny and even threw Nick Cannon into the fold. Moreover, her stance comes after Jordan accused her podcast co-host Lore’l of calling him corny instead. While Lore’l actually spoke on their time together in school and not about his corniness, there was some miscommunication in the two years since that episode aired. Regardless, Da Diva stood by her assessment, even though she said that it’s not all that negative.

“The blogs only post half bulls**t,” she wrote on her Instagram story with some laughing emojis. “They mad at Lore’l when it was me who called him corny.” In another story post, she elaborated on her stance. “Any black man that dates white women is corny to me. I guess that PR relationship w/ Lori helped y’all forget but I didn’t.” Yet again, she added yet another slide to her story to really hammer things home. “Anything I said once I’ll say it again. Nick Cannon is corny too- he got mad women babies and money.

Dominique Da Diva Compares Nick Cannon & Michael B. Jordan

“I thought we were all doing out ‘Ciara Prayer’ for a nice corny Russell Wilson to save us from these toxic n***as?” she continued. “No? Corny ain’t bad. That’s 70% of the n***as in this industry. Let’s see how y’all act when he brings his next white girlfriend with him on the red carpet, toodles.” To be fair, sources close to Jordan did dismiss claims that he was dating British model Amber Jepson, so that last assessment remains to be seen. Still, it doesn’t matter much at the end of the day, as it’s his life to live. Moreover, fans are incredibly excited for both the Creed III film and its Dreamville-led soundtrack.

Meanwhile on Nick Cannon’s end, the father of 12 recently said that any future babies are in the hands of God. “God decides when we’re done, but I believe I definitely got my hands full,” he told Entertainment Tonight in an interview. “And I’m so focused. I’m locked in. But when I’m 85, you never know. I might [have more].” Regardless of whether you agree with Dominique, log back into HNHH for the latest on Michael B. Jordan, Nick Cannon, and more celebrity antics.

Lore’l Didn’t Call Michael B. Jordan “Corny,” New Podcast Audio Reveals

Michael B. Jordan took the opportunity to troll an interviewer who previously called him “corny” on a a podcast. Moreover, this went down at the Creed III Atlanta HBCU fan screening. However, new podcast audio shows that the interviewer, Lore’l, didn’t call Michael B. Jordan corny in the first place, but rather her cohost. Furthermore, Lore’l told Jordan that he misquoted her when they talked on the red carpet, and it looks like she was right all along. Moreover, the new audio actually shows the podcast host somewhat defending the actor and director.

“You know what I really think deep down inside? I think that Michael B. Jordan is a nice, corny guy, and I don’t mean that as a slight,” Dominique said. Furthermore, they discussed his relationship with Lori Harvey in a 2021 podcast episode. “We all know the nice, corny guys treat you the best.” Then, Lore’l stepped in to talk about knowing Jordan for years since they went to school together. “You know what’s so crazy? I went to school with Michael B. Jordan at a point in life,” she said. “And to be honest with you, we teased him all the damn time because his name was Michael Jordan.

Lore’l Never Called Michael B. Jordan Corny

“Let’s start there, and he was no Michael Jordan,” she continued. “And he also would come to school with a headshot. We lived in Newark, that’s the hood. We would make fun of him like, ‘What you gonna do with your stupid headshot!?’ And now look at him!” Years later, Lore’l referenced their history at the screening, and it shows the Black Panther actor has quite the sharp memory. “We go way back, all the way back to Chad Science [Academy] in Newark,” she told him. “Oh yeah, I was the corny kid, right?”

Meanwhile, whatever corniness Jordan has, had, or will have is moot in the face of his accomplishments. Fans everywhere are very excited for the third film in the Creed franchise, especially considering how much MBJ’s spoken of his experience both directing and acting. Ahead of the film’s release, let’s just hope that he catches wind of Lore’l’s actual words and doesn’t hold any ill will. Still, check out all referenced clips above and stay tuned to HNHH for the latest on Michael B. Jordan and Creed III.

Michael B. Jordan Trolls Reporter For Calling Him “Corny”

Michael B. Jordan brought up a reporter’s previous comments on him during an interview on the red carpet for a screening of Creed III on Saturday. When the reporter mentioned that they went to school together, Jordan revealed that she once called him “corny.” The interviewer, Morning Hustle host Lore’l, downplayed her past comments.

“We go way back, all the way back to Chad Science [Academy] in Newark,” she began. “Oh yeah, I was the corny kid, right?” Jordan responded, referring to remarks she made on a podcast. Lore’l then insisted she was being “misquoted.” “No you did not hear me say that! I said we used to make fun of the name,” she continued, before switching the topic. “But yeah, he is obviously killing things out here.” She concluded: “Well, you’re not corny anymore.”

Lore’l had spoken about being classmates with Jordan during an episode of the Undressing Room podcast. She and her co-hosts, Eva Marcille and Dominique da Diva, had been discussing Jordan’s relationship with Lori Harvey. “You know what’s so crazy? I went to school with Michael B. Jordan at a point in life,” she said. “… And to be honest with you, we teased him all the damn time because his name was Michael Jordan. Let’s start there, and he was no Michael Jordan. And he also would come to school with a headshot. We lived in Newark, that’s the hood. We would make fun of him like, ‘What you gonna do with your stupid headshot!?’ And now look at him!” Jordan and Harvey have since broken up.

Michael B. Jordan Teams Up With Eli Manning To Recreate Famous OBJ Catch

Eli Manning is perhaps the most legendary player in the history of the New York Giants. Although he was by no means the best quarterback in the league, he was able to win two Super Bowls. Fans of the Giants look back fondly on his time with the team, especially since he beat the Patriots in two different championship games. At this point, many are just waiting to find out if he will ever be placed into the Hall Of Fame. Some believe he doesn’t deserve it, however, there are plenty of others out there who see it in his future.

Overall, Manning is still a legend and that will not change. He is loved in New York City, and he has plenty of celebrity fans. One such person is Michael B. Jordan, who grew up as a Giants fan. According to TMZ, Manning linked up with MBJ for The Eli Manning Show, which is part of the Giants’ media offering. The two met at the Giants’ facility where Jordan got to dress up in full Giants gear. Subsequently, he got to catch passes from Manning.

Eli Manning x MBJ

In the video clip up above, you can see Manning and Jordan recreating the iconic one-handed grab by Odell Beckham Jr. This is widely regarded as one of the greatest catches in the entire history of the NFL. Consequently, you can imagine just how excited Jordan was to recreate it with an iconic quarterback. However, as you will see, Jordan had to grab it with two hands. At this point, his coordination is not up to par with the professionals. Either way, it was a cool moment for him, as well as Manning who is the man behind that infamous pass.

While the Giants have been bad as of late, they were back to winning ways this season. Overall, it was a solid year that Manning and Jordan could be proud of. Daniel Jones is playing well enough to win, and he is in for a big payday. Needless to say, bright days are ahead for the New York Giants franchise. Whether or not this is maintained, remains to be seen.

Damson Idris Speaks On Lori Harvey Romance: “Keep It As Normal As Possible”

Snowfall recently hosted its premiere for its sixth season, and ahead of the event, Damson Idris caught up with Rolling Stone. The actor has been making waves for his role as Franklin Saint, but his relationship has thrust him into a new pop culture spotlight. There have been rumors about Idris and Lori Harvey for some time, but only recently did the couple confirm their romance. They made their red carpet debut at the Snowfall premiere, and the actor spoke about navigating a high-profile relationship.

“You stay at home and hide in the cave,” Idris said of how he handles the attention. “[Laughs] No, I think my advice to anyone who walks down that path is to just keep it as regular and normal as possible and really, really connect to each other and not the outside forces around.” He also suggested that he looks upon others he admires and gleans wisdom on how they manage their privacy.

He added, “Just understanding that you don’t always have to show the world your personal life and that what you do for a living is an extension of yourself, and that’s your baby. And you need to protect that. You also need to protect your personal self too. And, of course, it’s the topic of gossip, and the blogs want to talk about that over the work. I see that a lot. But they’ll get over it soon enough. And in a couple days, someone else will be dating, and then they’ll leave me alone.”

Harvey’s romances have dominated headlines, and Idris is the latest to find himself a hot topic. Last summer, she ended her relationship with Michael B. Jordan. The Black Panther actor joked about being a single man during his stint as host of Saturday Night Live. Later, he sat down with Gayle King to share what he’s learned and what life has been like back on the market.

“I mean, I think for me, it’s just I was lucky enough to have a lot of work, you know?” Jordan told King for CBS Mornings. “And I’m a firm believer of what’s for you is for you. And coming out of that situation—not to give it any energy and kinda move from that is—it was an experience for me to grow and learn.”
