Wendy Williams Says She Has No Money In Gripping Trailer For “Where Is Wendy Williams”

Where Is Wendy Williams, a tell-all documentary from the radio and TV legend, will air on Lifetime later this month. The first trailer for the two-part show is the first sighting of Williams in over a year after she retired from public view due to ill health. The trailer, linked below, is not exactly easy viewing. Williams drinks and cries as she recounts her long struggle over the past few years.

It’s unclear if this is the documentary that Williams was spotted film in early 2023. The last time Williams was seen in public was at her childhood home in New Jersey as part of a new reality show that was expected to air last fall. However, fall came and went without a release, leaving fans confused and concerned for Williams. Will you be watching Where Is Wendy Williams when it drops on February 24 & 25? Wendy Williams Relocates To Florida

Furthermore, the news of the documentary comes around a week after news broke concerning Williams’ current location. Radio host and Williams’ long-time friend Miss Jones claimed that Williams had quietly relocated to Florida with her family “several months ago”. Jones revealed that she had attempted a wellness check on Williams, only to be told by employees at Williams’ former building that she was “several months too late”. The moved reportedly coincided with revelations about Williams’ health, as well as the fact that her family were concerned that her team was “taking advantage” of her. Williams’ son claimed that her team were making decisions on the media veteran’s behalf and had even frozen Williams out of her bank accounts.

Responding to the news, many fans offered their well-wishes to Williams. “I’m not wishing anything on anyone. I’m a believer in God, and I believe God can heal Wendy, and restore her. I pray the will of God for her, and I pray for those who surround her as well,” one person said. “Anyone who grew up in NYC listening to Wendy knows that this is truly sad. Kevin destroyed her. I don’t ever see her coming back to broadcasting. So so sad,” added another.

The Keyshia Cole biopic is ready for your viewing. Keyshia Cole: This Is My Story will make its premiere on June 24 on Lifetime.

The trailer was premiered by Billboard. The film is executive produced by Keyshia Cole, who says, “as a young girl, I survived so many different situations.” She added, “I always wanted to make a movie about my life.”

The film’s synopsis states the movie chronicles Cole’s “early days in Oakland honing her musical talents to her rise to a multi-platinum selling recording artist and television personality, to her complicated yet warmhearted relationship” with mom Frankie Lons.

“This is a story of a daughter’s love for her mother and although my heart remains broken from her untimely passing I am honored to be sharing it with the world,” Cole said in a statement. “Playing the role of myself was a unique opportunity to re-live special moments in my life that also gave me the chance to process her loss in ways I did not expect. I miss her every day and even though she is not here, her presence was felt throughout this film. Mom, I love you.”

Frankie passed in July 2019. You can see the trailer for the film below.

Saba And Femdot Seek Longevity In Their Optimistic Video For ‘Lifetime’

Chicago rapper Femdot earned his first big moment in the spotlight in 2019 thanks to his album ’94 Camry Music. Soon enough, his name started to appear more often, appearing on collaborations with Taylor Bennet, Pivot Gang, and more. Femdot returned last November with the tracks “Back Home” and “Lifetime,” featuring Saba. More than three months after sharing the two songs, Femdot and Saba reconnect in a video for the latter.

The rappers’ “Lifetime” collaboration details their hope for career longevity. Together, the Chicago rappers make it clear that want more than fifteen minutes of fame, and in the video they come together in a quiet field to look out to the horizon with the hope that their wishes become a reality.

The new video is the latest piece of content to arrive from Saba in what we hope leads to a new album. After going more than a year without a solo release, the rapper returned towards the end of 2019 with “Mrs. Whoever” and “Something In The Water” alongside Denzel Curry. Two months later, he returned with more music thanks to “So And So” and “Areyoudown? Pt. 2.” So who knows, maybe there will be more.
