Diddy’s Request For Gag Order On Alleged Victims Shot Down By Judge

Diddy is currently behind bars on charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering, and recently, he requested for a gag order to be placed on his alleged victims and their attorneys. “Mr. Combs has a constitutional right to a fair trial, free from the influence of prejudicial statements in the press,” his lawyer Marc Agnifilo wrote. “These prospective witnesses and their lawyers have made numerous inflammatory extrajudicial statements aimed at assassinating Mr. Combs’s character in the press.”

Yesterday (November 8), Judge Arun Subramanian denied his request, arguing that the gag order could potentially threaten free speech. “The court has an affirmative constitutional duty to ensure that Combs receives a fair trial,” Judge Subramanian explained. “But this essential … Requirement must be balanced with the protections the First Amendment affords to those claiming to be Combs’s victims.”

Judge Argues Gag Order Could Have Threatened Free Speech

“The unprecedented relief that Combs seeks on this motion is unwarranted,” he also added. The judge’s ruling arrived on the same day that Diddy’s team filed yet another request for bail. They’ve been denied twice previously. Their proposal is a $50 million bond as well as constant surveillance. His team cited similar bond cases from the past in their motion. This included a case involving a CEO accused of sex trafficking dozens of young men.

Reportedly, the government asked for a $10 million bond for the CEO and a $500K bond for an accomplice accused of intimidating witnesses. What do you think of Diddy’s request for a gag order getting denied? What about the judge claiming it could potentially threaten free speech? Do you agree with this or not? Lil Durk Accused Of Rapping About 2022 “Revenge” Shooting In New Indictment

Last month, Lil Durk was arrested in Florida for alleged murder-for-hire conspiracy. The Chicago rapper was taken into custody just hours after five alleged OTF affiliates were arrested. Authorities believe these five individuals were allegedly paid to carry out the murder of Quando Rondo as retaliation for King Von’s 2020 death. In 2022, Quando Rondo and his cousin Lul Pab were shot at while at a gas station in L.A. Quando Rondo was able to walk away unscathed while Lul Pab succumbed to his injuries.

According to Billboard, prosecutors unveiled a new indictment today, which includes two additional charges against Durk. These charges are another murder-for-hire count and a firearms count. The indictment also accuses Lil Durk of rapping about the 2022 shooting that claimed the life of Lul Pab.

“Following the attempted murder of [Rondo] and the murder of [Lul Pab], defendant Banks sought to commercialize [Lul Pab]’s death by rapping about his revenge on [Rondo],” prosecutors allege. They also allege that Durk’s song “Wonderful Wayne & Jackie Boy” includes a direct reference to a news clip filmed shortly after Lul Pab’s passing. In it, Quando Rondo can be heard shouting “No, no!” upon seeing what had happened.

“Told me they got an addy (go, go)/ Got location (go, go)/ Green light (go, go, go, go, go),” Durk raps in the song. “Look on the news and see your son/ You screamin’, ‘No, no’ (pu**y).” What do you think of prosecutors citing Lil Durk’s song lyrics in a new indictment? Diddy Accuser Scores Huge Win Amid Lawsuit For Alleged Sexual Assault

Recently, one of Diddy’s accusers asked to proceed with her lawsuit against him anonymously. Fortunately for her, Judge Vernon Broderick approved her request. The accuser in question is a woman from Arizona, who alleges that the mogul sexually assaulted her in Las Vegas sometime this year. She alleges that a promoter who went by “International Smoove” invited her to one of Diddy’s parties and that things took a turn for the worse at the afterparty.

“Plaintiff did as was suggested by Combs and took a few sips of what she thought to be vodka from one of the open bottles, but about 40 minutes after having 1-2 drinks from the Ciroc bottle, Plaintiff began to feel nauseated and dizzy, slowly losing control of her motor functions,” the lawsuit alleges. She then allegedly told the promoter she didn’t feel well, prompting him to allegedly bring her to an empty room to lie down. Eventually, she allegedly woke up feeling groggy and sore, with Diddy allegedly in the room.

“Out of fear and confusion, Plaintiff remained silent and still until Combs left the room and she heard the front door to the suite close. Plaintiff eventually got up and realized she was naked and her general soreness was more aggravated in her genital area. Plaintiff was horrified to realize that she was raped by Combs,” the lawsuit alleges.

YNW Melly Demands Immediate Release Due To Allegedly “Debilitating” Jail Conditions

YNW Melly is currently behind bars awaiting his retrial, but his legal team is pushing for him to be released immediately. According to AllHipHop, his attorney Michael A. Pizzi Jr. filed a 12-page lawsuit against the Brown Sheriff’s Office earlier this week in which he alleges that the rapper is being kept in inhumane conditions. Allegedly, this includes being held in solitary confinement for roughly three years without being allowed any visits or phone calls.

The petition describes the conditions that Melly is being kept in as allegedly cruel and unusual. Pizzi Jr. alleges that they violate Melly’s first, fifth, sixth, eighth, and fourteenth amendment rights. He also alleges that Melly’s attorneys have had issues communicating with him. This allegedly includes being denied entry, being made to wait for several hours, and more.

YNW Melly Sues The Broward Sheriff’s Office For Allegedly Inhumane Jail Conditions Ahead Of Retrial

The petition also details an incident that took place in April of 2022, when another inmate allegedly falsely accused Melly of planning to escape. Allegedly, this resulted in Melly getting hit with even more communication restrictions and a full shakedown of his cell. “These restrictions are not related to any legitimate security concerns and are instead punitive measures designed to deteriorate Melly’s mental health and impede his ability to prepare for his trial,” Pizzi Jr. alleges. “No non-black inmates are subjected to such punitive restrictions.”

“The emotional and psychological toll of his prolonged isolation is enormous,” he also alleges. “The ongoing interference with his right to counsel is a blatant violation of his constitutional rights.” Melly’s retrial is currently scheduled to begin on September 10, 2025. Yak Gotti Refuses Plea Deal Amid YSL RICO Trial

Only three defendants remain in the YSL RICO case after three others accepted plea deals this week. This leaves Young Thug, Shannon Stillwell, and Yak Gotti left. Today, Yak Gotti’s attorney Douglas Weinstein revealed that his client has rejected a plea deal from the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, according to FOX 5 Atlanta. He added that he “fully intends to take this to the jury and get our not guilty verdicts and go home.”

The news follows Young Thug’s co-defendant, Quamarvious Nichols AKA Qua, accepting a plea deal earlier this week. He pled guilty to a RICO charge in exchange for most of his other charges including murder getting dismissed. It also comes shortly after two other co-defendants, Rodalius Ryan and Marquavius Huey, entered guilty pleas.

Ryan is currently serving a life sentence for alleged murder and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. He was given a ten-year sentence that was commuted to time served. Huey has already been in prison for two years and also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act along with aggravated assault, robbery, gun charges, and more. He got a 25-year sentence, with nine years to be served in prison. The rest of his sentence will be spent on probation with five years suspended.

There have also been rumors of a potential mistrial circulating, as the defense demanded one after a mistake from the prosecution earlier this month. A witness accidentally revealed that one defendant was previously incarcerated which reportedly, the jury was not supposed to know. Judge Paige Reese Whitaker rejected the idea of a mistrial with prejudice, meaning Young Thug and his co-defendants couldn’t be retried. She appeared open to a mistrial without prejudice, but it remains to be seen what will play out. What do you think of Yak Gotti rejecting a plea deal amid the YSL RICO trial? Are you surprised by this or not? What about three of Young Thug’s other co-defendants taking plea deals earlier this week? Diddy’s Anonymous Accuser Must Reveal Her Identity Or Have Case Thrown Out

Earlier this month, attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he’d be representing 120 individuals planning to take legal action against Diddy. One of these individuals, who chose to remain anonymous, accuses the Bad Boy founder of sexually assaulting her in 2004. Now, however, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil has ruled that the accuser has not proven she’s entitled to remain anonymous.

According to TMZ, she describes Jane Doe as an adult who “decided to file a lawsuit in which she accuses a famous person of engaging in heinous conduct approximately 20 years ago.” As a result, she must file a complaint under her name by November 13. If she doesn’t, the case will reportedly be thrown out.

Shortly after Buzbee’s aforementioned press conference, Diddy’s legal team released a statement on his behalf. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” one of his lawyers, Erica Wolff, told Rolling Stone. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Judge Vyskocil’s ruling comes just a few days after Diddy was hit with two new lawsuits. In them, he’s accused of sexually abusing two minors. Lil Durk Reportedly Intends To Plead Not Guilty To Murder-For-Hire Conspiracy

Lil Durk is currently behind bars in Miami on a charge of alleged murder-for-hire conspiracy. The Chicago rapper was arrested last week, shortly after five alleged OTF affiliates were taken into custody. Authorities believe they were allegedly paid to carry out an attack on Quando Rondo, which ultimately claimed the life of his cousin Lul Pab instead.

According to a source who recently spoke with TMZ, however, Durk plans on pleading not guilty. At the time of writing, it remains unclear exactly when he’ll touch down in California to face the charge. If he’s found guilty, he could reportedly face life imprisonment or the death penalty, so the stakes are high.

Luckily, it looks like he’s been able to maintain a positive mindset throughout his prison stay. The source also told the outlet that Durk is in “great spirits” despite the difficult circumstances. They added that so far, prison food is his biggest complaint. He also had a hearing yesterday, and his long-term girlfriend Inda Royale was in attendance to show her support.

She’s not the only one showing Durk love amid his legal issues, however. Countless fans, peers, and loved ones have been calling for his release since the arrest. Burna Boy even sparked controversy when he demanded Durk’s freedom this week. “The streets ain’t what it used to be,” he wrote. “The old rules no longer apply. The way I see it, everybody is a civilian now… No more sliding, just sue your opps to court and take they money [Laughing Emoji].” What do you think of Lil Durk reportedly planning to plead not guilty to his murder-for-hire conspiracy charge? Lil Durk Is Reportedly In “Great Spirits” In Miami Prison

Last week, Lil Durk was arrested in Florida and hit with charges for alleged murder-for-hire. He’s now behind bars at the Federal Detention Center in Miami, but fortunately, it looks like the Chicago rapper isn’t doing too poorly. According to a source who recently spoke with TMZ, he’s actually in “great spirits” despite the circumstances.

The source added that his biggest complaint about the facility so far is the food, which doesn’t come as a huge surprise. In fact, Diddy’s lawyer revealed earlier this month that meals were one of his client’s biggest struggles in custody too. Regardless, the source describes Durk as “super charming” and “agreeable,” and claims he’s been getting along well with other inmates and staff.

This news surely comes as a relief to Lil Durk’s fans and loved ones, who have been hoping for the best since his arrest. His long-term girlfriend India Royale was spotted at his court hearing yesterday, for example, making her support apparent. Durk’s 10-year-old son Zayden even released a statement about his father’s legal issues earlier this week. Some have doubts that the child actually wrote the statement himself, but it was a sweet gesture nonetheless.

“I want to take a moment to stand up for my dad, Durk Banks. He has always dedicated his life to uplifting others and giving back to our community through his organization, Neighborhood Heroes. Beyond that, he is a great father who has always supported and loved our family unconditionally,” it reads in part. 6ix9ine Is Reportedly Staying At The Same Prison As Diddy After NYC Arrest

6ix9ine is certainly no stranger to legal issues, and unfortunately for the rapper, it looks like they won’t be coming to an end any time soon. Earlier this week, he was taken into federal custody, according to DJ Akademiks. He’s accused of violating several of his supervised release conditions. Allegedly, he traveled to Las Vegas without approval, failed to show up for drug tests, and tested positive for meth and marijuana.

Now, ABC 7 reports that 6ix9ine is being held at the same facility as Diddy, the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. For those who don’t recall, Diddy was arrested last month and hit with charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He could end up facing serious time for his alleged crimes. As for 6ix9ine, he’ll reportedly remain behind bars until his next hearing on November 12.

6ix9ine Arrested For Allegedly Violating Probation

In court on Tuesday (October 29), Manhattan federal Judge Paul Engelmayer called 6ix9ine out for allegedly having a “full spectrum disregard for the law” and arriving an hour late. “I’m not a bad person,” the rapper responded at the time. “I woke up late.” Despite the circumstances, 6ix9ine’s attorney remains optimistic. “Daniel Hernandez was charged with three technical violations regarding his supervised release,” they told XXL recently. “We are confident that each specification will be dismissed.”

6ix9ine’s arrest took place just a few weeks after he signed a huge deal with Kartel Records. As part of the deal, he was expected to stay out of legal trouble, which clearly hasn’t worked out so far. “No, [I’m not worried about staying out of trouble],” 6ix9ine told TMZ earlier this month. “Because, I mean, like, if you know 6ix9ine, you know now, like, I’m squeaky clean. Like, I stay out of trouble. It’s just, trouble seems – its way to find me all the time.” For now, it’s unclear if or how his arrest could impact the deal. What do you think of 6ix9ine getting taken into federal custody earlier this week? What about him reportedly staying in the same prison as Diddy? DeJ Loaf Appears To Support Lil Durk After His Arrest For Alleged Murder-For-Hire

Last week, Lil Durk was arrested in Florida for alleged murder-for-hire. The Chicago rapper could reportedly face life imprisonment or the death penalty if he’s found guilty, so obviously, the stakes are high. The arrest has prompted big reactions from countless social media users and peers. Some fans even speculate that one of DeJ Loaf’s latest Tweets was about the debacle.

“Free Mine,” she wrote simply on Friday (October 25), shortly after news of the arrest hit the internet. This prompted her followers to theorize that she was referring to Durk, though this is still not confirmed. She later deleted the post, leaving her supporters with even more questions. In response, she made it clear that she meant what she said.

DeJ Loaf’s Tweet After Lil Durk Arrest Sparks Speculation

“We seen that post girl!!!!!!” one user wrote, to which DeJ Loaf replied “As you should’ve! I said what I said.” In a follow-up post, she proceeded to check social media users weighing in on things they really know nothing about. “Folks don’t be knowing half of the business they be minding,” she said. For those who don’t recall, Durk and DeJ Loaf were rumored to be dating several years ago. In 2016, however, Durk shut these rumors down during a Hot97 interview, clarifying that they were just “homies.” Either way, DeJ Loaf’s post has raised some questions.

“Her gf looking at her like ‘who dis fa👀’” one Instagram user writes in The Shade Room‘s comments section. “Having a girlfriend and supporting your ex man on social media is so 2024 🤣🤣🤣” another jokes.
