Diddy Accused Of Sodomizing Three More Alleged Victims In New Lawsuits

It’s no secret that Diddy is currently in a world of legal trouble. The Bad Boy founder was arrested back in September and hit with charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s been behind bars ever since, awaiting a trial that’s expected to begin in May of next year. In addition to all of this, the mogul has been hit with several lawsuits over the past year from men and women accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and much more.

Now, according to TMZ, he’s facing three more lawsuits from unnamed accusers. In them, they allege that they were drugged and sodomized by Diddy. They claim the alleged assaults took place within the past five years, with the earliest allegedly happening in 2019. The three suits have a lot in common as well. Each accuser alleges that they partied with Diddy’s crew, accepted a drink, then passed out.

Allegedly, they also all woke up to discover that they were being assaulted by Diddy, with one man even saying that his alleged assault was filmed. Allegedly, one of Diddy’s associates was behind this and later gave the man $2,500 on his behalf. One of the three accusers claims that their alleged assault happened at Diddy’s residence in the Hamptons. The other two claim that their alleged assaults took place at hotels. One of them alleges that they were assaulted at the Park Hyatt Hotel on 57th Street, the same hotel Diddy was arrested at earlier this year.

Diddy’s legal team denied the allegations on his behalf. “These complaints are full of lies,” they told TMZ. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”

Quando Rondo Sentenced After Pleading Guilty To Federal Drug Conspiracy Charges

In August of this year, Quando Rondo accepted a plea deal in his federal case after securing a $100K bond and landing on house arrest in late 2023. The Georgia rapper pled guilty to drug conspiracy and participating in criminal street gang activity, according to XXL. He had been facing up to 20 years behind bars. Accepting the deal shrunk his maximum sentence down to five years.

He officially received his sentence during a court hearing yesterday (December 11) in his hometown of Savannah. WJCL 22 News reports that he must spend 33 months in prison. In addition to this, he’ll spend three years on supervised release and pay a $40K fine. As part of his release conditions, he also has to undergo regular drug testing, avoid contact with gang members, and get mental health treatment. The defense was asking for 24 months, while the prosecution pushed for 37 months. Quando Rondo is required to report to prison by January 10. “I did the wrong thing, and I’m getting punished for it,” he said during the proceedings.

In an exclusive interview with WJCL 22 News, he shared plans to use his sentence as an opportunity to heal and work towards a better future. “As cr*zy as it sounds, that’s enough time to really sit down, rehabilitate myself, and come up with better plans for my family and friends,” he told the outlet. Just after accepting his plea deal this summer, he issued an apology to his family, friends, and the city of Savannah outside of the courthouse.

“I really wanna give an apology to the city of Savannah,” Quando Rondo said at the time. “I wanna give an apology to my family and friends, loved ones and most of all my daughters for taking all my family and all my loved ones through this stressful point.”

Young Thug’s Request To Modify Probation Terms Partially Granted

Back in October, Young Thug accepted a plea deal and was finally released from prison after a long and chaotic trial. He was handed 15 years of probation at the time, as well as various other release conditions. Yesterday (December 10), the rapper filed a motion requesting an amendment to his probation terms. In it, his legal team pointed out that a lot of his family members live in Atlanta, where he’d been banned for ten years.

“Mr. Williams has family in the metro Atlanta area, specifically in the Atlanta, Georgia area,” the motion explained. “Respectfully requests the ability to reside/visit at times, in his home located in the city in the attached, under seal, document.” The motion continued, describing Young Thug’s desire to spend time with loved ones in the area during the holidays. “[Mr. Williams wants to] have family gatherings. For holidays and other lawful reasons with his family, friends, and business associates,” it states. “Which is a home already owned by Mr. Williams.”

Young Thug Can Visit Atlanta After Three Successful Years Of Probation

Luckily for Young Thug, the request has now been partially granted. According to new legal documents shared by @ThuggerDaily on X, he’ll be allowed to spend up to eight weeks a year at his home in the Metro Atlanta area once he successfully completes three years of probation. His stays can be up to two weeks at a time and must be non-consecutive.

This latest update comes just a few days after Young Thug broke his silence on his release conditions with a phone call while his attorney Keith Adams was in the middle of an interview with Tiffany Phoenix Adams, who goes by TheFitLawyerATL on social media. At the time, he jokingly asked both of them for help to “get [him] off the probation.” In response, his attorney encouraged him to “Hold off on the attorney-client conversations” while they were live streaming.

Diddy Seeks Dismissal of Indictment After Accusing Prosecutors Of Violating His Right To Fair Trial

It goes without saying that Diddy is likely in for a long and intense legal battle. The Bad Boy founder is currently behind bars for charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. If found guilty, he could face a hefty prison sentence, and his trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025. Recently, however, his legal team filed a motion accusing the prosecution of violating his constitutional rights. They allege that prosecutors reviewed confidential legal notes photographed during a raid of his cell in October.

His team argues that this allegedly infringes upon his right to a fair trial. Diddy’s lawyer Alexandra A.E. Shapiro is asking U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian to dismiss the indictment entirely or disqualify prosecutors involved in reviewing the notes. The motion additionally asks for a Special Master to be appointed to review privileged materials, suppressions of the materials gathered during the aforementioned raid, and a court order preventing surveillance of Diddy’s communication with his lawyers.

Prosecutors insist that the raid was conducted due to security concerns and that Diddy was not targeted specifically. This is not the first demand Diddy and his legal team have made as of late, however. Earlier this month, they filed a motion asking that the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn grant him access to a laptop so he can prepare for his upcoming trial.

“Mr. Combs has still not been provided with the laptop despite numerous inquiries by defense counsel,” their filing reads, according to Meghann Cuniff. “Finally, this morning, the government informed defense counsel that after consultation with MDC counsel, Mr. Combs has two options related to his laptop: (1) he will only be provided with the laptop in the unit’s video-teleconference room during select times when legal staff is available and when that room is not otherwise being used during other inmates’ legal calls; or (2) he will only be provided with the laptop in the legal visiting room between the hours of 8-3:30pm. But, not both.”

Diddy Accuses Authorities Of Unfairly Monitoring His Communication In Prison

Diddy has been hit with plenty of disturbing allegations in recent months. The Bad Boy founder is currently behind bars facing charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. In addition to this, he’s been sued by various individuals who accuse him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. Now, however, he’s pushed back against the prosecution with some allegations of his own.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ, the mogul’s legal team accuses federal officials of violating his constitutional rights. They cite the raid of Diddy’s prison cell at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. They allege that it was conducted under the false pretext of security concerns. The filing also alleges that the government has been working with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to monitor Diddy’s communications. Allegedly, prosecutors have used some of their findings to argue against Diddy’s getting released on bail.

News of the filing comes after Diddy’s team demanded that he gain access to a laptop to prepare for trial. They accuse the MDC of restricting his access to one unjustly, while other inmates allegedly don’t have the same restrictions.

“Mr. Combs has still not been provided with the laptop despite numerous inquiries by defense counsel,” the filing alleges per Meghann Cuniff. Kanye West Under Fire For Allegedly Failing To Pay “Vultures” Producers

Kanye West has faced no shortage of legal issues in recent months. Now, it looks like he could potentially face more sometime in the near future. According to a new Billboard report, various producers who worked on his joint projects Vultures 1 and 2 with Ty Dolla Sign allege that they’ve yet to be compensated. The first volume was released in February of this year, and the second dropped in August.

“We have clients who’ve produced music on the Vultures album(s) and have still not been paid for their services even though both albums have been released,” music attorney Bob Celestin alleged, per the outlet. “Presently, we have no idea when payment will be made, which is so unfortunate and unfair. You would think Ye would be more sensitive to this issue because he is a producer.”

Ten Producers Accuse Kanye West Of Owing Them Money

The outlet points out that these producers never signed agreements with Ye, leaving them unable to collect producer fees or royalties. “We have no recourse besides to try to sue [West]… but that’s costly,” one of their attorneys said. “Legal claims against Ye don’t really seem to go anywhere,” another added. Billboard‘s report arrived shortly after producer Digital Nas went off on the duo in a fiery rant. He worked on the track “Carnival” with Ye and Ty, and was upset he was left off the credits.

“I’m showing y’all this to let y’all know how many vultures are in this music industry […] These n****s are fighting over crumbs,” he alleged at the time. “‘Carnival’ made $47,000 publishing. These n****s is old as f*ck, don’t have no talent. But they use young n****s’ sound and then they try to say they did something on the record when they didn’t do sh*t!”

Diddy Makes Shocking Admission About Allegedly Unmonitored Jail Calls

Diddy is currently behind bars for charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. Recently, however, he was hit with even more allegations. Prosecutors accused the Bad Boy founder of using other inmates’ phone accounts to make unmonitored calls in a court filing. Allegedly, he evaded federal regulations by doing so. Now, according to an exclusive report by AllHipHop, he’s admitted to this.

In a filing yesterday (November 21), the mogul’s team framed his use of other inmates’ phone accounts as insignificant. They insist this is something many other inmates take part in. “The use of other inmates’ PAC numbers is also a widespread practice at the MDC and not obstruction,” Alexandra A.E. Shapiro, Diddy’s lawyer, wrote. “Inmates routinely share their calling minutes with other inmates, and they are limited to 15 minutes per call and one call per hour. The government has presented no evidence suggesting anything Mr. Combs says using other numbers is any different from what he says while using his individual PAC number.”

Diddy’s Lawyers Say He Broke Jail Rules In New Filing

Shapiro continued, arguing that the conditions at the MDC could have impacted Diddy’s decision to bend the rules. She alleged that it was a last resort in order to prepare for trial. “If anything, that Mr. Combs needs to resort to sharing minutes demonstrates that the conditions at MDC do not permit an adequate defense preparation. Although this is technically not permitted by BOP policy, the BOP effectively sanctions the practice, and all calls are monitored,” she explained.

Diddy’s trial is currently scheduled for May of 2025. Later today, he’s set to attend a hearing about his fifth attempt to secure bond. He’s already pleaded not guilty to his charges, but if found guilty, could reportedly face up to a life sentence.

Yak Gotti Secures Major Legal Win In YSL Case

Young Thug is finally able to put his legal issues behind him for now following a long, chaotic trial. The rapper accepted a plea deal last month and was soon released from prison. He’ll spend 15 years on probation, and must abide by various release conditions. Regardless, his supporters are thrilled that he’s back home. They’re eager to hear what music he has up his sleeve, and glad to see him enjoying his freedom.

Unfortunately, however, the same can’t be said for his former co-defendant Yak Gotti. The artist reportedly refused a plea deal around the same time Young Thug accepted one, and he remains behind bars. At the time, his attorney Douglas Weinstein told FOX 5 Atlanta that his client “fully intends to take this to the jury and get our not guilty verdicts and go home.” Now, he’s reportedly secured at least one legal win, according to @ThuggerDaily on X.

Judge Grants Yak Gotti’s Motion For Directed Verdict On Three Charges

Reportedly, Judge Paige Reese Whitaker granted the defense’s motion for directed verdict on three drug and weapon charges, meaning he cannot be found guilty. “I do not believe that, even viewing in the light most favorable to the prosecution, there’s evidence upon a rational trier of fact could find the essential elements of possession of those particular items,” she explained. As for his other charges, it will be up to the jury to decided whether or not he’s guilty, per journalist Meghann Cuniff on X. The other charges he’s facing include alleged Conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act, Murder, Participation in criminal street gang activity, and more.

Aside from Yak Gotti, the only other remaining defendant is Shannon Stillwell. Fox 5 reports that the jury will return tomorrow (November 21), and could begin deliberation as early as this week. Stillwell is facing gun, gang, and murder charges. Last year, he was stabbed multiple times by a fellow inmate and has since made a full recovery.

Diddy Judge Has Questions About Trial Notes Allegedly Photographed During Jail Raid

Diddy is currently behind bars on charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. The Bad Boy founder is expected to go on trial in May of next year and could be hit with a hefty sentence if found guilty. For this reason, he has a lot of preparation to do. Recently, however, his legal team accused officials of raiding his jail cell and taking photos of his trial strategy notes and private correspondence with his lawyer. They argue that this allegedly violates his Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights.

“When we visit him in jail, we have lists,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo explained in court, according to PEOPLE. “Everything in these pads are things we discuss. Trial strategy, who we should speak to, to undermine a witness’ credibility. We discuss everything with Mr. Combs.” Diddy and his team allege that his notebooks were labeled “legal,” indicating that they contained privileged information. In court yesterday, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that none of these findings can be used as evidence, and ordered the protection to get rid of them.

Now, however, the judge has some follow-up questions. In a legal document shared by journalist Meghann Cuniff on X today, Judge Subramanian questions Diddy and his team’s allegations that the notebooks were labeled “legal.” He asks them “to address why this label doesn’t appear on the photographs in the Court’s possession,” and why it was not mentioned in their filing. He asks that the defense be prepared to explain themselves at a hearing scheduled for this Friday (November 22).

The judge’s latest request arrived amid a new slew of disturbing allegations against Diddy. In a lawsuit filed earlier today, for example, a former RoboCop stuntman recalls attending what he believed to be a music video audition in New York in 2001. Allegedly, after drinking a Diet Coke, he blacked out. Eventually, he woke up to Diddy allegedly sodomizing him.

Joe Budden Wonders If It’s Possible For Diddy To Have A Fair Trial

It’s no secret that Diddy is in for an intense trial. The Bad Boy founder is currently behind bars for various charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is expected to begin in May 2025, and he could reportedly face some serious prison time if convicted. He’s also facing multiple lawsuits from men and women who accuse him of sexual assault, abuse, and more.

Recently, prosecutors even obtained roughly 19 pages of “privileged notes” that were found during a raid of the mogul’s jail cell, according to TMZ. They alleged that they pointed to him allegedly paying Kalenna Harper to release a statement in his defense after Dawn Richard filed a lawsuit against him, and more. Earlier this week, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that none of this could be used as evidence against Diddy. He ordered the prosecution to destroy the notes.

During a recent episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, Budden and his co-hosts questioned whether or not it’s even possible for Diddy to get a fair trial at this point. According to them, it might not be, considering the number of shocking allegations the public has heard against Diddy. They argued that it might be difficult to find an untainted jury. On the other hand, they also speculated that his celebrity status could give him a leg up.

It remains to be seen how Diddy’s case will actually play out. The long list of disturbing accusations he’s facing has certainly not stopped growing, however. This week, for example, a former RoboCop stuntman sued him over a music video audition allegedly gone wrong. The man alleges that after drinking a Diet Coke, he blacked out, and woke up to Diddy sodomizing him.
