Diddy Sued For Allegedly Assaulting Woman At NYC Charity Event

It’s no secret that Diddy is currently wrapped up in his fair share of legal trouble. In September, the mogul was arrested and hit with charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He remains behind bars awaiting his trial, which is expected to begin in May of 2025. On top of that, he’s also facing various lawsuits from individuals who accuse him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. It doesn’t look like these are slowing down either, as yesterday, his long list of disturbing allegations grew.

According to TMZ, an anonymous woman sued Diddy for allegedly sexually assaulting her at a charity basketball event at the City College of New York in 1991. Diddy, who was not famous at the time, reportedly sponsored the event. The woman alleges that an unnamed rapper invited her and a friend to attend. Upon arriving, she claims they were able to convince a security guard to let them in early.

Diddy’s Team Denies New Allegations On His Behalf

When they got in, the woman alleges that they were led to Diddy’s makeshift dressing room near the gym locker rooms, and asked him for help finding the rapper who invited them. Unfortunately, this is where things allegedly took a turn for the worse. Allegedly, Diddy handed the woman a cup that he said contained Coca-Cola, which she drank and became woozy. He then allegedly sexually assaulted her, and when she threatened to tell her rapper friend, he allegedly warned her not to because “people can come up missing.”

Diddy’s legal team has denied these allegations on his behalf. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” they told TMZ. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Prison Expert Shares Chilling Theory About Diddy’s Reported Weight Loss In Prison

Earlier this week, Diddy appeared in court for a discovery hearing, which was attended by Elizabeth Millner of Law & Crime Network. She made some interesting observations about the Bad Boy founder’s appearance, claiming that he’s undergone drastic physical changes. According to her, it looks like he’s lost weight since his September arrest, and gone grayer.

“From that video that was obtained by DailyMail back in September of Diddy playing hacky sack in Central Park ’til now, he appeared astonishingly thinner, which you can expect to be inside a federal detention center for a couple months now,” she reported. “A lot different from the luxury lifestyle he was living before. But he appeared very noticeably thinner.” She continued, also theorizing that the weight of his mounting legal woes could be starting to get to him. “Maybe being locked up in detention is starting to wear on him,” she said. “He appeared grayer a little bit, too.”

Prison Expert Larry Levine Speculates Diddy Is Afraid Of Being Poisoned

In a new episode of DailyMail.com‘s “The Trial of Diddy” podcast, prison expert Larry Levine provided listeners with another possible explanation for the mogul’s apparent weight loss. He speculates that Diddy could allegedly be refusing meals out of fear of being poisoned. “People want to kill him,” Levine alleged. “What if someone on the outside has a connection inside the prison? They could contaminate his food, poisoning him over time.” This is unconfirmed, though this is not the first time Levine has shared this theory.

Just weeks after Diddy’s arrest, he told News Nation something similar. “If somebody got to one of the correctional officers,” he said of the possibility of someone allegedly tampering with Diddy’s food, “This could happen. They don’t make a lot of money and there’s people out there that he’s got stuff on that do have a lot of money.” Diddy’s behind bars for charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is expected to begin in May of 2025.

Diddy Reportedly Looks “Astonishingly Thinner” And “Grayer” In Court

It goes without saying that it’s been a rough year for Diddy. The Bad Boy founder was arrested in September and hit with charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He remains behind bars awaiting his trial, which is expected to begin in May of 2025. In addition to this, he’s facing several lawsuits from individuals accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and more.

Earlier this week, the mogul appeared in federal court in New York for a discovery hearing. Elizabeth Millner of Law & Crime Network was there and made some interesting observations about his appearance. According to her, Diddy has undergone some pretty significant changes since his arrest, seemingly dropping a few pounds and going more gray.

“From that video that was obtained by DailyMail back in September of Diddy playing hacky sack in Central Park ’til now, he appeared astonishingly thinner, which you can expect to be inside a federal detention center for a couple months now,” Millner reported. “A lot different from the luxury lifestyle he was living before. But he appeared very noticeably thinner.”

“Maybe being locked up in detention is starting to wear on him,” she also added. “He appeared grayer a little bit, too.” According to Millner, the only family members present for Diddy’s hearing were his two sons, Justin and Christian. These latest claims come just a few weeks after footage of him in court surfaced online. The footage showed him pleading not guilty to his charges in September and was the first time he’d been seen since being taken into custody. Reports of changes in Diddy’s appearance also come shortly after he was hit with three new lawsuits this month from men accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting them.

Young Chop Reportedly Released From Jail After Over Two Years

Things appear to be looking up for Young Chop, as reportedly, he’s been released from jail after over two years. Chopsquad DJ took to his Instagram Story earlier today to share the news, posting a photo of the Chicago producer smiling on a FaceTime call. “Young Chop feee,” he captioned the photo simply. According to XXL, he was arrested in April of 2022 for allegedly jumping bail.

His legal issues began in April of 2020, however, when he was arrested for alleged reckless conduct. This arrest took place after he allegedly went searching for 21 Savage in an Uber amid their internet beef. Allegedly, he brandished a gun at a car that pulled up next to the Uber, prompting someone in the car to shoot at the Uber. Young Chop was arrested just a few days later for allegedly violating his probation and accused of aggravated cruelty to animals for allegedly starving a dog to death.

Chopsquad DJ Announces Young Chop’s Release From Jail

For now, fans have yet to hear from Young Chop directly, though DJ Akademiks’ comments section is flooded with Instagram users asking him to go live and predicting what’s to come. “He finna have the biggest troll comeback of 2025,” one user speculates. “Get in that lab and turn sh*t up,” another demands. News of Young Chop’s release comes just a few months after footage of him allegedly getting into an altercation with another inmate behind bars surfaced online. The footage surfaced in June of this year, and the altercation allegedly occurred in April.

During the intense encounter, Young Chop sucker-punched the other inmate in the back of the head, prompting an all-out brawl. “Back the f**k up,” the man could be heard yelling in the shocking video. “He gotta go.” After telling them to stop, a correctional officer deployed his taser on the other inmate, ending the fight. Both of them were later taken away in handcuffs.

Diddy Compared To Harvey Weinstein Amid New Sexual Assault Allegations

Diddy’s legal battle rages on, and recently, an attorney representing some of his accusers hit him with a telling comparison. The Bad Boy founder is currently behind bars facing various charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s also been sued various times over the past year or so by individuals accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. Most recently, three men came forward alleging that they were drugged and sodomized by the mogul.

The attorney representing the men, Thomas Giuffra, sat down with CNN today to discuss the case. According to him, the similarities between their stories caught his attention right away. He also noted how alleged abusers tend to have patterns, including disgraced former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. Weinstein’s own attorney, Arthur Aidala, promptly fired back, claiming that he and Diddy’s allegations are nothing alike.

Diddy Accusers’ Lawyer Claims Alleged Abusers Tend To Have Patterns

“It is an outright lie to say that Harvey Weinstein had a pattern of drugging women and sexual abusing them,” he told TMZ. “Not one accuser of Mr. Weinsteins ever alleged that. To make such a claim is reckless and irresponsible. The difference in the allegations between Mr. Weinstein and Mr. Combs could not be any more different. In New York Mr. Weinstein is an innocent man anxiously awaiting his trial to finally clear his name here.”

As for Diddy, his team denied the three men’s allegations on his behalf last week. “These complaints are full of lies,” they said. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.” Weinstein isn’t the first person to try to distance himself from Diddy amid his legal battle, however. Recently, Jay-Z’s team also shut down rumors that the two of them are close. “There is no friendship or longtime bond here,” his attorney Alex Spiro told NBC News on Monday. “Just because they knew each other, know each other, that doesn’t mean anything.”

Lil Durk Accused Of Breaking Rules Amid Prison Stay For Alleged Murder-For-Hire

Last month, Lil Durk was arrested in Florida and hit with charges related to alleged murder-for-hire. Authorities accuse the Chicago rapper of paying various individuals to carry out the murder of Quando Rondo in retaliation for the 2020 murder of King Von. In 2022, Quando Rondo and his cousin Lul Pab were targeted in a shooting at a Los Angeles gas station. Quando Rondo survived, while Lul Pab died as a result of his injuries.

Lil Durk has since pleaded not guilty, and prosecutors have asked that he remain behind bars ahead of his trial. Last week, a federal judge in LA denied his request for release on bond. “We were obviously disappointed, but will continue to fight on,” his attorney Jonathan Brayman told Chicago Tribune after the ruling. “[He] remains confident and optimistic about the future. He deeply appreciates the outpouring of love and support he has felt since his arrest.”

Lil Durk Accused Of Abusing Prison Phone System By Making Three-Way Calls

Now, Law & Crime has shared a new YouTube video in which host Jesse Weber discussed the judge’s ruling. Weber also went over an exhibit filed by prosecutors, per XXL, which mentions that Durk has allegedly not been following the rules at the Metropolitan Detention Center in LA. Allegedly, he’s been abusing the phone system. “Despite clear instructions to not engage in three-way calls, defendant repeatedly abused the phone system at MDC to engage in such conduct,” the brief alleges.

This latest update comes just a few days after Durk was linked to yet another alleged murder-for-hire. Reportedly, it concerns the 2022 murder of Stephon Mack, which authorities suspect was allegedly carried out as revenge for the 2021 murder of Durk’s brother Dontay “DThang” Banks. He’s yet to be charged for this. Durk’s trial is currently scheduled to begin on January 7, 2025, but is “expected to be postponed.”

Diddy Accuser’s Lawyer Secures Major Win Against UMG In Court

It’s no secret that Diddy’s currently wrapped up in a great deal of legal drama. In September, the Bad Boy founder was arrested and hit with charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s also been sued by several individuals in recent months for alleged sexual assault, abuse, and more. One of these individuals is Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a producer who most recently worked with Diddy on The Love Album: Off the Grid.

In addition to Diddy, the lawsuit also named UMG, its CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, and Motown Records’ former president Ethiopia Habtemariam due to purported business links. Lil Rod’s lawyer Tyrone Blackburn eventually voluntarily retracted these claims, however, citing a lack of evidence. Regardless, UMG sought sanctions against Blackburn, accusing him of trying to weaponize the allegations.

Judge Rules In Tyrone Blackburn’s Favor

Now, according to AllHipHop, U.S. District Judge J. Paul Oetken has sided with Blackburn. Oetken made his ruling in Manhattan recently, ruling that there was no basis to conclude Blackburn acted in bad faith. The judge noted how Blackburn withdrew the claims against Grainge and Habtemariam, arguing that this actually shows he made an effort to correct the situation. “The lack of legal merit in the withdrawn claims does not establish malice or an intent to misuse the judicial process,” Oetken wrote. “To impose sanctions in this context would risk discouraging attorneys from taking on sensitive cases involving serious allegations.”

The ruling comes just days after Diddy was hit with three new lawsuits from alleged victims accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting them. The mogul’s team promptly denied the allegations on his behalf. “These complaints are full of lies,” they told TMZ. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”

Diddy Withdraws Bail Appeal Amid Prison Stay

It’s no secret that Diddy is in for a long legal battle. The mogul was arrested back in September and hit with charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. If convicted, he could face a hefty prison sentence. His trial is expected to begin in May of next year. Since his arrest, he’s tried for release on bail multiple times, none of which have been successful. Now, it looks like he’s abandoned that mission altogether.

According to ABC News, a new court filing from yesterday (December 13) shows that he’s withdrawn his appeal of various decisions denying him bail. “Mr. Combs does not seek to appeal the district court’s denial of his renewed motion and hereby moves to voluntarily dismiss the appeal,” the filing reads in part. “Mr. Combs hereby states that (a) counsel has explained the effect of voluntary dismissal of the appeal; (b) he understands counsel’s explanation, and (c) he desires to withdraw and voluntarily dismiss the appeal.”

This latest development arrives shortly after an anonymous woman amended a lawsuit she filed against Diddy in October, adding new allegations against Jay-Z. She accuses both of them of sexually assaulting her at a party in 2000 when she was 13 years old. This week, she sat down with NBC News and acknowledged some inconsistencies in her story.

It also comes just days after Diddy was hit with three new lawsuits from individuals accusing him of sexual assault. His team has denied these allegations on his behalf. “These complaints are full of lies,” they told TMZ. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”

Lil Durk Linked To Another Alleged Murder-For-Hire Amid Prison Stay

Lil Durk is currently behind bars in Los Angeles on charges related to alleged murder-for-hire conspiracy. Now, however, it looks like he’s in for even more legal trouble. According to a new tweet from DJ Akademiks, the Chicago rapper was recently linked to yet another alleged murder-for-hire. Reportedly, this involves the 2022 murder of Stephon Mack, which authorities believe was allegedly carried out in retaliation for the 2021 murder of Durk’s brother Dontay “DThang” Banks. He’s yet to be officially charged in relation to this particular case, though he’s accused of being involved in newly unsealed legal documents.

DThang was shot and killed outside of Club O in a town outside of Chicago. He was 32 at the time of his death. Durk is already potentially facing a life sentence for his previous charges. His arrest took place shortly after five other alleged OTF affiliates were taken into custody. They’re accused of being paid to carry out the murder of Quando Rondo in retaliation for King Von’s 2020 death. In 2022, Quando Rondo and his cousin Lul Pab were targeted in a shooting at an LA gas station. Quando Rondo walked away unharmed while Lul Pab passed away as a result of his injuries.

Lil Durk has since pleaded not guilty to his charges, and prosecutors asked that he remain in jail before his trial. They called him an alleged “flight risk and a danger to the community.” His trial has been tentatively scheduled for January 7, 2025, but is “expected to be postponed,” per ABC7.

This latest update on Durk’s case arrives after his attorneys fired back at the prosecution’s claims that he allegedly referenced Lul Pab’s death in one of his songs. “When you see an artist’s rap lyrics quoted as ‘evidence’ against them,” they told TMZ Hip Hop earlier this month. “It is a glaring indication that there is no real evidence against that person.”

Diddy Scores Laptop Access Seven Days A Week Amid Prison Stay

It’s been an undoubtedly long year for Diddy amid his ongoing legal issues. Fortunately for the Bad Boy founder, however, he recently secured at least one win in court. In a filing earlier this month, Diddy’s legal team demanded that he be granted access to a laptop to prepare for trial. They argued that the limitations of his laptop access were “untenable.” They also alleged that other inmates didn’t have to follow the same rules.

“Mr. Combs has still not been provided with the laptop despite numerous inquiries by defense counsel,” the filing reads in part. “They significantly limit the time available for Mr. Combs to use the laptop and force Mr. Combs to choose between using the laptop and meeting with his attorneys (who often meet with Mr. Combs over video-teleconference). There is also no justification for these restrictions.” According to legal documents shared by Meghann Cuniff on X today, the judge has ordered the Metropolitan Detention Center to grant him access to a laptop pre-loaded with discovery materials seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Diddy Secures Small Win In Court

“If Defendant wishes for broader access to the Discovery Laptop, his counsel should discuss the issue with the Government, which should consider any reasonable proposals in good faith and work with BOP counsel and MDC staff to effectuate them,” the judge wrote. The MDC has also been ordered to turn over Diddy’s attorney-visitation forms to the government. Things are certainly looking up for Diddy when it comes to his trial prep. Today, however, he was also hit with three new lawsuits.

In the lawsuits, three individuals accuse the mogul of drugging and sodomizing them within the past five years. One of them even claims their alleged assault happened at the Park Hyatt Hotel, where Diddy was arrested in September. “These complaints are full of lies,” his legal team told TMZ. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
