At this point, every NBA fan should know that LeBron James has broken the all-time NBA scoring record. It is one of those records that has stood for a very long time. Overall, there was skepticism that anyone would ever break the record. However, James was able to do it thanks to an amazing career that saw him show up and show out, every single night. Moving forward, LeBron will be able to improve upon his record and make it that much harder to break in the future.

Unfortunately for James and the Lakers, the team still sucks despite his recent record. These days, James is trying his best just to squeak out a win. Ultimately, the Lakers opted to make some trades yesterday to improve the team. For instance, Russell Westbrook is now on the Utah Jazz as the team brought in D’Angelo Russell, Malik Beasley, and Jarred Vanderbilt. Additionally, the team got Mo Bamba in a move that sent Patrick Beverley to Orlando. Subsequently, the Lakers were set to play the Milwaukee Bucks last night. However, James decided to take the night off, and instead, gave a speech to the Lakers faithful.

Throughout this speech, James spoke about his journey throughout the NBA and everything he has been through over the years. Moreover, he talked about the support he has gotten from his wife Savannah. She was standing behind him with their kids, and he said some moving words about her. “She’s the real MVP. She’s actually the All-Time leading scorer,” LeBron said. Overall, it was very much in the same vein as what Kevin Durant once said about his mother after winning league MVP. No matter what, it is clear that James is grateful for his family and everyone who has believed in him.

Moving forward now, LeBron and the Lakers will have to fight to get into the postseason. They have an incredibly solid roster now, and it should be interesting to see how they start playing. After breaking the NBA’s all-time scoring record earlier that evening, four-time NBA champion and Lobos 1707 Tequila & Mezcal investor LeBron James celebrated with a private dinner at LAVO Ristorante followed by a party at The Fleur Room thrown by Lobos 1707.

Kelly Rowland, Jimmy Iovine, Giveon, Brent Faiyaz, Karreuche Tran, Corey Gamble, Tems, and others were among those observed partying and sipping Lobos 1707 Tequila speciality cocktails such as All-Time Scorer, Leader of the Pack, and The Rotation. Savannah James also gave LeBron a heartfelt toast, adding, “You are the hardest working person I know. Every single day, I observe your passion, sacrifice, and respect for the game.”

LeBron James Posts Photo Dump After Record-Breaking Night

LeBron James is one of the greatest players in the history of the NBA. Overall, his status as an all time great was cemented two nights ago as he was able to finally break the all-time scoring record. This is one of those records that is almost impossible to break. However, with his longevity and consistency, LeBron was able to do what many once thought to be completely and utterly not possible. Even if you hate James, you can’t deny his greatness and what he means to the NBA as a whole. With this new record, he has only helped elevate himself amongst the game’s legends.

Going into the game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, LeBron needed just 36 points to surpass Kareem. Many felt like this would not be possible and that he would just get the record tonight. Instead, James played an amazing game where he picked up 38 points. In the end, this was more than enough to put him over the edge that he needed. It was a truly historic night and James had all of the support in the world. Overall, it could have brought a tear to your eyes.

Following the game, LeBron went out to a night club to spend time with friends and family. Many of those people were at the game on Tuesday, and he clearly appreciated the support. As you can see in the Instagram post above, James posted a photo dump of the night and all the people who showed love. Moreover, he included a long caption in which he thanked his family for all of their enduring support. “I just wanna say thank you to my beautiful family! Especially my wife, kids and mom. Without yall sacrifices I wouldn’t be able to travel on the journey I’ve been on for the past 20+ years playing the game I LOVE!!” he wrote.

As the season goes on, James will be looking to make this season more special. In the third quarter of the Lakers’ Tuesday night game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Bron elevated over the Thunder defense to drop in a fadeaway jumper and capture the record.

After getting the bucket, the game was paused, allowing King James to celebrate with his fans and close friends. Bron would also deliver a speech at the moment to the Lakers fans.

“I write ‘The Man In The Arena’ on my shoe every single night from Theodore Roosevelt,” James said to ESPN in postgame. “Tonight, I actually felt like I was sitting on top of the arena when that shot went in, and the roar from the crowd. I’m not sure if I would be able to feel that feeling again, unless it’s a game-winning Finals shot.

“Everything just stopped. It gave me an opportunity to embrace it and look around and seeing my family, the fans, my friends. It was pretty cool. I probably can count on my hands how many times I have cried in 20 years, either in happiness or in defeat. So that moment was one of them when I kind of teared up a little bit. It was ‘I can’t believe what’s going on’ tears.”

The moment was christened with a passing of the torch moment from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to James. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver was also present for the moment.

Inside a sold-out Staples Center was Denzel Washington, JAY-Z, Bad Bunny, LL Cool J, Dwyane Wade, Magic Johnson, and more.

Unfortunately, the Lakers lost the game, but they will look to rectify that on Thursday when they host Giannis Antentokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.

Future Congratulates LeBron James

Future is looking to follow up a huge 2022 with an even bigger 2023. On Jan. 27, the Atlanta icon wrapped up his six-date U.S. “One Big Party Tour.” Throughout January, he and special guests like 21 Savage, Lil Durk and DaBaby hit major cities Houston, Atlanta, Chicago and more. Overall, this was a victory lap for Future, who charted on the Billboard Hot 100 all 52 weeks of 2022.

With all this success, it would be hard to imagine life could get any sweeter for the 39-year-old. However, the 65th annual Grammy ceremony this past Sunday did just that for him. Being nominated for three different awards, and twice in two categories, Future won Best Melodic Rap Performance for “Wait For U” with Drake. Now that he’s subsequently no longer on the road and has added to his trophy case, Pluto is ready for more.

On Tuesday night (Feb. 8), Future took to Twitter to reveal to his fans that he is now “in album mode.” This tweet came directly after he proclaimed that he would be “moving different all 2023.” Moreover, the announcement came just before Future congratulated LeBron James for becoming the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. The album’s title, release date, feature list, and cover art are currently unspecified. Perhaps he may use a more rigorous process for picking the album’s title, in hopes of avoiding a lawsuit. In early January, he had to settle a suit with High Off Life, LLC, who claimed he stole their company’s name. His 2020 album of the same name was still a smash hit despite the drama, however.

With this recent news, fans can at least be assured that the process of crafting Future’s next LP has begun. An album release from Future this year would be quite a quick turnaround. This is because he dropped his critically acclaimed I NEVER LIKED YOU project just last April. The tape saw him connect with beloved collaborators like Drake, Kanye West, Gunna, Young Thug, Lil Durk and more. INLY was celebrated as one of the best LPs hip-hop had to offer all year. It will be interesting to see which direction Future will take his artistry with this next album, as it will be his 10th official studio release.

In the eyes of most NBA fans, Michael Jordan is the GOAT of basketball. However, there has been a renewed debate as it pertains to who truly deserves GOAT status. This is due to the fact that LeBron James has been playing so well at the age of 38. In fact, just last night, James was able to surpass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for first all-time on the scorer’s list. Overall, this is a truly incredible record and it is almost unfathomable that James was able to break it. However, he managed to do it, and he certainly deserves props for this special achievement.

After all, this would be fitting as the Lakers were playing at home against the Bucks, who just so happen to be Kareem’s first team. Instead, LeBron decided to go for it right away, and in the end, his efforts paid off. Now, LeBron can continue building upon this record for years to come.

With LeBron becoming the league’s time leading scorer, Michael Jordan has decided to weigh in. According to Mike J. Babcock of TMZ, Jordan has issued a short message to LeBron. Overall, Jordan was congratulatory in his messaging and we’re sure LeBron will appreciate that. “Congratulations to LeBron on this incredible achievement. It’s a testament to his hard work, longevity, and his great skill,” Jordan said. MJ is one of the most competitive players in the history of the NBA, so we’re sure there is a part of him that would have loved to have beaten the record. However, it is going to be LeBron’s for many years to come.

At this point, the GOAT debate is just simply too close to call. If LeBron is somehow able to win two NBA titles in the next few years, then perhaps he can finally take that crown from Jordan. Otherwise, many fans will continue to give MJ the edge. No matter what, there is no doubt that both of these individuals deserve their respect as the two greatest to ever do it.

Savannah James has been with LeBron since high school. At the time, James was the most hyped-up prospect in the history of the NBA. Overall, he had the weight of the world on his shoulders, and there was no telling whether or not he would truly become a star. In the end, however, he was able to shatter the expectations that were placed on him. James immediately became a superstar in the league, and to this day, he is a top 10 player in the NBA. Although from a historical context, he is more or less top 2, and some would even outright call him the GOAT.

That GOAT case became a whole lot stronger last night as he surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for first all-time in career points. It was a truly spectacular achievement that fans simply could not believe. Heading into last night’s game, James needed 36 more points. Although this is well above his season average, James decided to go for it, and it ultimately paid off. By the third quarter, he had the record, and his family was there to meet him on the court. Of course, Savannah James was one of the first people to greet him.

Drake Trolled Over Congratulatory Video For LeBron James

Drake is being trolled on Twitter for his congratulations message for LeBron James as the NBA legend surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s scoring record. James ended Tuesday night with 38,390 career points. James needed 36 points entering the game to surpass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s record. He finished with 38. The feat wasn’t enough to carry the Lakers to a win, as they lost 133-130 to the Thunder.

The video, which also features Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Rihanna, and Kendrick Lamar, played on NBA on TNT after James accomplished the feat. “LeBron, what a legendary night in NBA history,” Drake starts the clip. “You’re breaking the all-time scoring record, and to honor that, I had to come back to the place it all started: Akron, Ohio. Every journey has it’s beginning, and tonight — ” From there, the background is revealed to be a green screen. Drake is actually still in a nightclub in Miami. “I lied,” Drake admits. “I lied to you. I’m actually still at the club in Miami…congrats, brother. Sorry, sorry.”

As for the reactions from fans, many labeled Drake’s video “cringe.” “Drake looks like the teacher at school that the kids called by his first name,” one user joked. 50 Cent Has Bittersweet Feelings About LeBron James’ NBA Scoring Record

The Lakers player further cemented his status as a GOAT in the league after breaking the record for all-time points. Fans were undoubtedly excited about the feat, not only for James but simply to witness NBA history. The NBA shared a compilation video afterward of LeBron’s celebrity friends and NBA peers congratulating him. He said Erving’s comments “sound like some old hater shit” before vouching for James’ talents. “It takes a lot of work and talent to be @kingjames if that wasn’t true we would have 3 or 4 of him, we only got 1,” 50 wrote in the comment section of his post.
