Savannah James Honors LeBron With Touching Speech: Watch

Savannah James has been with LeBron since high school. At the time, James was the most hyped-up prospect in the history of the NBA. Overall, he had the weight of the world on his shoulders, and there was no telling whether or not he would truly become a star. In the end, however, he was able to shatter the expectations that were placed on him. James immediately became a superstar in the league, and to this day, he is a top 10 player in the NBA. Although from a historical context, he is more or less top 2, and some would even outright call him the GOAT.

That GOAT case became a whole lot stronger last night as he surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for first all-time in career points. It was a truly spectacular achievement that fans simply could not believe. Heading into last night’s game, James needed 36 more points. Although this is well above his season average, James decided to go for it, and it ultimately paid off. By the third quarter, he had the record, and his family was there to meet him on the court. Of course, Savannah James was one of the first people to greet him.

Subsequently, LeBron and his closest friends and family went out to celebrate his big achievement. As you can imagine, there were a ton of people in attendance. Additionally, Savannah opted to give a big speech that was definitely heartwarming. “You did that,” she said, noting that he has every right to appreciate and relish in what he has done over the last 20 years. Furthermore, Savannah took to Instagram with a picture of her and LeBron next to a celebratory cake.

“Such a momentous milestone you’ve achieved!!” she wrote. “Words can’t express how proud I am of you and how grateful I am to have been a part of the journey. Congratulations my love!!” Overall, it is very clear that these two still love each other very much. It has been amazing to see their growth as people. Additionally, you can’t help but be excited for LeBron who just hit yet another amazing career milestone.
