Jamie Foxx says he’s done dating white women in the wake of suffering a brain bleed that resulted in a stroke. He opened up about the health scare in his new Netflix special, Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was…, cracking jokes along the way. At one point, he broke out into song to joke about being cured of his attraction to white women.
“Sisters, I’m here to tell you I’ve been cured. I’ve been cured of everything,” Foxx said, as caught by AllHipHop. “No more white girls. I’m serious; no more white girls. No more. No more white girls. I’m back on the Black side of town!” He went on: “No more potato salad and raisins. No more white girls! No more spray tan, no more big titties, no ass, no more white girls, I gotta let ‘em know!” He finished the song with a reference to Black History Month. “My life gonna be February all year long,” he added. “No more white girls—in public.”

Foxx previously dated actress Katie Holmes from 2013 to 2019. He also shares children with Connie Kline and Kristin Grannis. In more recent years, he was rumored to be linked with Alyce Huckstepp after they were spotted together during a trip to Cannes, France in 2022.
Jamie Foxx Finally Discusses His Medical Emergency
As for Foxx’s health scare, he revealed that he suffered a stroke caused by a brain bleed. “April 11, I was having a bad headache, and I asked my boy for a aspirin. I realized quickly that when you’re in a medical emergency, your boys don’t know what the f— to do,” Foxx joked. Dawson’s Creek,the iconic teen drama that premiered in 1998, won the attention and hearts of many. With a fresh coming-of-age storyline, relatable characters, and dramatic plot twists, the show was a major hit. Moreover, the series gave an authentic portrayal of the ups and downs of teenage life. Meredith Monroe, the talented actress behind Andie McPhee, has pursued a diverse career in television. With roles in the shows Criminal Minds, and 13 Reasons Why, Monroe has maintained a steady presence on the small screen. Though there was no shortage of conflicting reports at first, Jamie Foxx seems to be making a steady recovery from the mysterious medical emergency he suffered during filming earlier this year. He’s been pouring his energy into healing his mind and body since then, and over the past few weeks, we’ve even seen him out and about enjoying some of his favourite activities. Foxx has yet to share specifics on his condition with fans, but according to RadarOnline, the latest regarding the Project Power actor’s love life is that he’s looking to spin the block.
Foxx’s ex, Katie Holmes, has reportedly caught his eye again. They first got together in 2013 after she ended her marriage to Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise. For the next six years, the pair was on-again-off-again, until 2019, when they ultimately called it quits. In the past, Holmes has said that the “Gold Digger” hitmaker’s partying lifestyle is what ended their union. “It has been many years of him stepping out with other women. He’s disrespectful and their lives were different. His partying ways don’t fit with hers as she’s focused on raising her daughter and working,” a source told UsWeekly at the time.

It seems that Foxx’s health scare has him re-evaluating the relationships in his life, among other things. “Jamie has dated scores of beautiful women in his life, but none came close to matching what he had with Katie,” one insider dished. “Their chemistry was off the charts. It was a romance born of passion but became so much more. In hindsight, Jamie can’t believe he let her slip through his fingers.”
From the sounds of things, Jamie Foxx is laser-focused on bringing his former lover back into his life at this time.
