Happy birthday to North West, who turns 11 today (Saturday, June 15) and may have celebrated by painting some KAWS figurines with Kai Cenat. Moreover, the streamer posted a picture of them together in an art studio to his Instagram Story today, with her VULTURES 1 feature “TALKING” playing in the background. It’s unclear whether this is an old picture, a more recent one, or a brand-new one from today, and while there isn’t any birthday message or more elaboration on their meeting, one can connect the dots. Hopefully the streamer and the Lion King actress had a good time.
However, many fans on social media and in the comments section of the IG post below remarked on how Kanye West might not be a fan of this. After all, he and Kai Cenat have had their differences in the past, namely when Ye sent the New Yorker Yeezy merch that was too big for him. They then had a bit of a weird spat online that even involved the Chicago artist’s manager, and Cenat clearly never really wanted to take things that far. But things seem to be in a much better place right now, with the “BURN” MC sending him more well-fitting clothes in late April.
Elsewhere, Kai Cenat has had a lot of fun during his sleepover stream with Druski and Kevin Hart, and folks are absolutely loving their content together. There have been a lot of funny moments, one of the most notable of which was Hart clowning the Twitch giant with a “Not Like Us” remix. More alleged details continue to emerge about Kanye West’s alleged sexual harassment and the lawsuit against him from former Yeezy employee Lauren Pisciotta. This time around, new reports explain how she claims that he expressed insecurity over having a small penis through inappropriate messages, pictures, and videos to her. In one alleged incident, Ye sent Pisciotta a video of him receiving oral sex from a model, and then asked her if he should edit the clip to make his member look big enough. In another alleged example, he sent her a cropped video of him having sex with another Yeezy employee and said his penis didn’t look big enough to send to one of his friends, which is why he cropped it out of the frame.
Furthermore, Lauren Pisciotta also claimed that Kanye West boasted about taking Viagra and having sex with an unidentified A-list celebrity for three hours. This adds onto other claims that emerged about his alleged behavior, although some of them are not necessarily damning, but rather a very personal alleged revelation about his sexual proclivities. For example, many have interpreted some of Ye’s alleged inappropriate texts to Pisciotta as exhibiting cuckold behavior. While these could be relevant elements, the important thing to focus on is whether or not he sexually harassed his former employee based on the messages and interactions between them.

For those unaware, Lauren Pisciotta also sued Kanye West for wrongful termination and breach of contract. She started working for Yeezy in 2021 as an assistant, and Ye fired her in 2022. “Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when [he rejected] her advances,” his legal team expressed in its allegation-denying and counter-suing retort.
“Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which [they] preserved,” Kanye West’s camp’s claims continued. “She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct.”
Kanye West found himself in the news for negative reasons after singer-songwriter Niykee Heaton accused him and Diddy of sexually assaulting her and her former manager, Lauren Pisciotta. Niykee’s allegations came days after Lauren, Kanye’s former assistant, filed a lawsuit against him. In Lauren’s lawsuit, she accused Kanye of sexual harassment, contract breach, and wrongful termination. Lauren claimed Kanye sent her lewd texts and masturbated while speaking to her on the phone. She also accused the rapper of pleasuring himself in front of her after trapping her in a private room on his plane.
However, Kanye countersued Lauren. In his suit, the rapper denied her allegations against him, tagging them as “baseless” and backed by ulterior motives. Kanye’s legal representative accused Lauren of “blackmail and extortion” after he allegedly turned down her sexual advances. Days after the countersuit, Lauren’s former associate and singer, Niykee, went on Instagram Live to make startling allegations against Kanye and Diddy. Niykee is a singer-songwriter who found fame after being discovered via her YouTube channel, where she posted acoustic guitar covers of notable hip-hop songs. She released her debut single, “Bad Intentions,” in 2014. The song made it to the Billboard charts and was certified gold by the RIAA. She also has an EPtitled Bad Intentions and a mixtape, The Bedroom Tour Playlist, which she released in 2016, a year after going on The Bedroom Tour. In 2018, she released another EP titled Starting Over.
During her Instagram Live, Niykee claimed Lauren Pisciotta was her manager. She said they fell out because they were in two different places. Niykee explained that she almost lost her love for music after her negative experiences. However, Lauren was more into the business side of music and kept going until she realized some things for herself.
Why Did Niykee Come Forward With Her Allegations Now?
Niykee revealed she didn’t want to tell her story before because she felt no one would believe her. However, recent happenings in the industry pushed her to speak out. Niykee also said that after Lauren’s lawsuit against Kanye West, many people said she was lying. Those comments angered Niykee, spurring her to come forward with her story.
Niykee explained that people asked her why she left the music industry and if it was as evil as they say. She expressed, “It is more evil than you can possibly imagine.” The singer added, “I’m one of the lucky ones. I got out when I could.” Niykee further said she was lucky enough to only be allegedly assaulted twice. She explained that she experienced more assaults, but only two of those incidents impacted her. One of the incidents allegedly involved her and Lauren. She claimed that after becoming popular at 18, many rappers reached out to her. One of those rappers was said to be Kanye.
One late night, Niykee, then 19 years old, and Lauren allegedly got a call saying Kanye wanted them to come to the studio to work on music. When they got to the studio, they purportedly met Kanye, Diddy, and three other men: Kanye’s cousin, an executive who worked with the rapper, and his sound engineer. She said there were also nine other women there, who she described as “studio hoes.” Niykee said she felt uneasy because she wasn’t expecting to see those women. She also claimed Diddy and Kanye were “drunk and out of their minds.” Afterward, Diddy allegedly handed her a drink while Kanye did the same to Lauren. Although Niykee didn’t like alcohol, she accepted the drink to avoid being rude.
Niykee’s Allegations Against Kanye & Diddy
Niykee claimed Diddy kept staring at her while Kanye stared at Lauren. According to her, the rappers exchanged glances and were keen on them drinking. Hence, she felt uneasy, believed something was in the drink, and pretended to sip it. She tried to text Lauren about her suspicions, but Kanye took the phone away from her and placed it on a speaker. Afterward, Niykee saw Lauren sip from the drink twice. Not long after, Lauren started speaking loudly, making jokes, and acting unlike herself, which made Niykee suspect the drinks were allegedly laced. Suddenly, Lauren dismissed the other girls in the studio, leaving her, Niykee, with Diddy, Kanye, and the three other men.
Later, Lauren apparently left the studio to go to the bathroom despite Niykee’s efforts to stop her. Niykee remained calm, but Diddy and Kanye allegedly approached her and asked her to remove her clothes since the studio was hot, but she playfully declined. She claimed, “They were like, ‘C’mon, it’s just us. We are all just friends. Like let us just like see like how you look.” She still refused their advances. However, Kanye and Diddy allegedly ripped her shirt off. At this point, she looked to her left, where Kanye’s executive stood three meters away and mouthed, “Help.” However, he looked away. Next, she looked at Kanye’s engineer, who was married and had just welcomed a baby girl. Yet, she accused him of looking at his phone and started texting. She also said she looked at Kanye’s cousin, but he spun his chair around. Hence, she knew no one was coming to save her and became very afraid.
Niykee claimed Kanye and Diddy were now trying to get her pants off. She said she closed her eyes briefly and prayed to God for help. Then, she alleged a voice came to her head and asked her to go towards the rappers, which she did. This threw them off balance, allowing her to reach behind her back and pull the exit door. She said she managed to slip out and grabbed her clothes as she did.
Niykee said she ran out and hid in an empty studio for about 25 minutes, crying and wondering what to do. She texted Lauren but didn’t get any response. She claimed she saw Kanye assaulting Lauren, which is why she was named in the latter’s lawsuit. Eventually, she further alleged she managed to get herself and Lauren, who couldn’t remember anything, an Uber that took them home. Niykee concluded by advising people to stay away from the industry, claiming that more people would come forward with their experiences.
The sexual harassment lawsuit from former Yeezy employee Lauren Pisciotta against Kanye West has reportedly roped his wife Bianca Censori into things as well, according to supposed court documents reportedly obtained by XXL. Take this all with a grain of salt, but Pisciotta claims that they once bragged to her about having a five-person orgy. In addition, Pisciotta also alleged that, in that same month, Ye supposedly told Bianca and female guests to orally pleasure him and his male guests in the company’s office’s changing room and allegedly asked Pisciotta to take her cardigan off because “it was covering too much.”
Furthermore, this claim arrives in the media and the headlines as Kanye West and Bianca Censori departed Italy for Japan with some interesting fashion choices. As of writing this article, it doesn’t seem like either party has responded either directly or indirectly, via gossip or sources, to these newly discussed claims. For those unaware, the big picture of Lauren Pisciotta’s claims is that Ye allegedly sent her inappropriate texts and videos, pleasured himself during phone calls with her and made her aware of it, and engaged in more examples of pressured advances. Given that Censori was presumably just his co-worker, fling, or girlfriend at the time and not his “wife” (whether in the ceremonious or legal sense), this part of the narrative is slightly murky but nonetheless harrowing and deserving of accountability.

Meanwhile, this is part of the statement that Kanye West’s team issued in response to Lauren Pisciotta’s lawsuit. “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will [file] a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when [he rejected] her advances,” Ye’s attorney stated to XXL. “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which […] preserved.

As opposed to her recent scantily-clad fit for an Italy meeting, Bianca Censori chose to cover up her figure with a strange, bone-white coat that looks more like a bag than a cloak. Kanye West accompanied her to the Florence airport on Saturday morning (June 8), and he wore an all-white fit with a long-sleeve shirt and baggy pants. Security guards and airport staff kept an eye out for intruders or hecklers, making sure that no one would be able to bother them. It’s unclear where they’re going or where they’ve been, but the couple is keeping things pretty low-key these days compared to their other 2024 exploits.
Furthermore, Kanye West still hasn’t released his VULTURES sequels, and new recent studio footage with Young Moose might indicate that this could change soon. But it’s a Ye rollout, so we’d honestly not be surprised if the second and third installments of the Ty Dolla $ign collaborative series end up being like So Help Me God, Good A** Job, and other mythical releases. Maybe the couple will just chill out for the rest of the year and enjoy themselves. After all, VULTURES 1 already got a lot of revenue, hype, streams, and acclaim, one that could definitely carry itself all the way through 2024.

However, we also know that the two are also pretty likely to go their separate ways and stay in tune with their own personal paths. For example, Bianca Censori recently went on a solo Australian trip to meet with her family, and it seems like they just hung out casually without much spectacle. It must feel quite different to the onslaught of paparazzi, fans, and the like that badger Kanye West and Bianca all over the world, but particularly in the United States. As such, a break every once in a while must be pretty satisfying.
Elsewhere, it seems like the case of alleged sexual assault concerning Bianca Censori and Kanye West attacking her alleged assaulter is still in limbo. Of course, Ye has much bigger fish to fry in this regard now. We’ll see whether accusations against him end up manifesting in a big court case or if they resolve that matter of accountability privately. Hopefully the outcome is one of justice. Moreover, the late and legendary J Dilla’s younger brother Illa J recently spoke about the Chicago artist during an interview with AnecDope (which you can find by clicking here). Specifically, he remarked on what the Detroit beatmaker would be cooking up now, which Illa thinks would be “some crazy trap beats” given his desire to listen to all kinds of rap music despite his specialties. “Even when I was younger, he would ask me what I was listening to,” he said of his brother.
Then, Illa J made a bold claim that Kanye West would not be as big as he is today if J Dilla were still alive. “That’s my opinion,” he prefaced the reasoning behind this conclusion. “I don’t think Kanye is as big as he is if my brother stayed alive. I’m sorry, Kanye needs seven producers. If you look at the credits, there’s, like, 20 producers on one track. Because it’s a thing to make beats, and then it’s a thing to produce, you know what I mean? Like, yeah, you’re making some crazy stuff. But, like, I mean, [if] we’re talking producers, man, like, Quincy Jones is still the GOAT. That’s a real music producer, you know what I mean? Most people are beatmakers, if we’re being real.”
Of course, Kanye West himself will be one of the first to tell you that J Dilla is one of the all-time greats, if not the greatest producer of all time. During a 2013 appearance on the Stones Throw Records documentary, Our Vinyl Weighs A Ton, Ye spoke on the need to honor Dilla as artists. “We gotta think, ‘If Dilla was alive, would he like this?’” he remarked. “I have to work on behalf of Dilla. The best respect that we can pay to great artists that have inspired us is to never sell out.”
Meanwhile, Illa J was previously very outspoken about how he feels that some folks are trying to take advantage of J Dilla’s legacy for their own gain. Last year, he framed this as more of a conversation around how people use Dilla’s impact to further their own goals or the relationship that they seek with Illa. It doesn’t seem like this applies to Kanye West, but it’s also easy to believe that both artists would’ve still made amazing art if they were both still around. Reportedly, this could be for a clothing production meeting or some other fashion-related matter, as Ye has ran his Yeezy operation from Prato in the past. Either way, it was quite the style statement to wear something like that.
But this is exactly what folks expect from Bianca Censori nowadays, and fortunately, the conversation around this is much less toxic than it was when she started to turn heads with her NSFW fashion choices. Of course, this led to a lot of spilled ink on whether or not Kanye West controls this or whether it’s something the other way around. The more likely scenario is that the Yeezy architect is just wearing what she sees fit, and that it’s really not that deep of an indicator of their relationship dynamic. Still, concern is always valid, and there’s still a lot of controversy around them.

Furthermore, at least Bianca Censori went out without Ye for some recent occasions, which some think is key to the relationship’s health. She was recently out in Australia with her parents, who reportedly have a lot of issues with how she carries herself. Since these are just gossipy reports and alleged “close source” conversations, it’s unclear whether their alleged frustration is with Censori or with Kanye West. Regardless, it’s definitely a big conversation to have.

For what it’s worth, law enforcement reportedly hopes that this all means that the two parties were able to work the issue out privately. Apparently, there just isn’t enough in the case as it stands to take it to Los Angeles’ City Attorney’s office.

Even though this is still technically an open case, the current status of things indicates that it probably won’t see full legal resolution any time soon. Elsewhere, Kanye West is busy making his moves behind the scenes to set up his next project, presumably the sequel to his Ty Dolla $ign collab album VULTURES 1. In fact, he allegedly gave Adin Ross an unreleased track of his, which he was very happy to play during his stream. We don’t know exactly what’s happening with that album series, but it’s Yeezy: of course things didn’t go exactly as planned.
Meanwhile, speaking of legal trouble over alleged assault, Kanye West’s dismissive comments about Diddy recently resurfaced due to new footage of him abusing Cassie releasing online. Sure, he is no stranger to controversy and alleged atrocities himself, but seeing this rift in a different context has captivated some fans. We’ll see whether either case gets a significant update soon. But don’t bet on it, as it looks like this battery investigation will stay unresolved.

However, it seems like there’s a way out, although we still have to see whether this gets solid confirmation in the near future. Moreover, he and Donna Summer’s estate are reportedly finalizing a settlement over a copyright infringement lawsuit against Ye. The estate claims that he sampled the classic “I Feel Love” without their permission on the track “GOOD (DON’T DIE)” on his Ty Dolla $ign collab album. They filed the legal action on February 27, a little over two weeks after the LP dropped, and it alleged that Ye either re-recorded the song, used A.I. vocals, or isolated the original vocals. Either way, it would constitute copyright violation according to the suit.
“Kanye West asked permission to use Donna Summer’s song ‘I Feel Love,’ he was denied,” a representative for Summer’s estate stated. “He changed the words, had someone re-sing it or used A.I., but it’s ‘I Feel Love’… copyright infringement.” Both parties agreed to pursue an amicable resolution together, and according to alleged sources who reportedly spoke to AllHipHop, they had a global settlement by Monday (May 13). This followed negotiations in April and this month. However, one particular challenge was apparently finding Ty Dolla $ign in order to serve him with legal documents.

Regardless, all parties have reportedly agreed in principle, and expect to execute a final written settlement in the very near future. Still, there are no public details about Kanye West and Donna Summer’s estate’s agreement at press time, whether monetary reimbursement or other considerations. Apparently, the plan is for the estate to file a stipulation to dismiss the lawsuit once everyone’s signed onto the settlement. As such, this whole debacle, which was among the most contentious parts of the VULTURES series’ rollout -– and that’s saying something -– seems like it’ll wrap up soon.
Meanwhile, representatives for both Kanye West and the Donna Summer estate reportedly declined further comments on the matter. With more albums supposedly on the way from Ye and Ty, who knows what sample-based case could prop up next? They are notorious for taking big risks these days, which can sometimes result in some amazing moments. We’ll see if we actually get that sequel or if this lawsuit settlement is one of the final remnants of the VULTURES era.

“And I feel like that happens so much to women in this industry,” Julia Fox went on concerning Kanye West. “They’re only as good as their partner or they can make a whole career off being some guy’s partner.
