Taking to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, he wrote: “Where tf is Joe Biden at?” His question comes amid numerous rumors about the President, including a conspiracy that there was a coup to overthrow him as well as one that he’s actually dead.

Fans of Meek weren’t happy with him playing into conspiracy theories about the President. One user wrote back: “Does it matter? Were you looking for him before he announced he’s stepping out of the race? Or are you just asking because you saw other people asking?” Another user remarked: “He has COVID, he is quarantining at his house. Google is free. Where’s Michael Rubin at to tell you to bunny hop?”

Biden made his announcement on Sunday afternoon. “While it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term,” Biden wrote in his statement on X. “I will speak to the Nation later this week in more detail about my decision.” He also endorsed Harris to run in his stead.

Montel Williams Endorses Someone Else Over Ex Kamala Harris And Then Walks It Back

Montel Williams did not immediately endorse Kamala Harris for president, and some people talked. President Joe Biden opted to not seek re-election on Sunday afternoon. After the news broke, Harris took his spot as the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, old interviews and photos of her resurfaced. One of those was a photo of Williams and Harris, who briefly dated each other in 2001. Williams, a television host and sporadic actor, previously showed respect for Harris, who became the Vice President when Biden won the 2020 election.

Montel Williams previously spoke about their relationship, saying it wasn’t a big deal. Harris married Doug Emhoff in 2014, and Williams married Tara Fowler in 2007. Both have clearly moved on. However, journalists still reached out to Williams for comment, which his public relations person called “utterly inappropriate.” In the immediate aftermath of Biden’s announcement, Williams endorsed Maryland governor Wes Moore. Pundits cited Moore as a potential Harris running mate, with the belief being that Harris’s primary list will consist of several US governors.

Montel Williams is not the first celebrity to show support for Harris’s campaign. Pop star Charli XCX co-signed her, leading to Harris’s official campaign account on X (formerly Twitter) to adopt a theme similar to brat, Charli’s latest album. Spike Lee, Jamie Lee Curtis, Mark Hamill, and Robert DeNiro are among the names who have used their platform to urge their fans to vote for Harris.

The Harris campaign is off to a strong start. Voters publicly shared their disinterest in voting for Biden, citing his age and concerns over his mental acuity. Donors withheld millions of dollars until Biden stepped aside. In the first seven hours after Biden dropped out, ActBlue raised nearly $50 million for the Harris campaign, one of the best days for the PAC on record. Prominent Democrats, including President Biden himself, the Clintons, Nancy Pelosi, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez endorsed her campaign. Harris’s campaign starts much later than those in her circle likely would have preferred, as the Democratic National Convention is under a month away. However, it seems that they will have little difficulty convincing delegates to vote for her. She now becomes the party’s hope to defeat Republican nominee Donald Trump on Election Day in November.

When Biden announced that he wouldn’t be seeking re-election, he endorsed Kamala Harris to run in his stead. “My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President,” he wrote in a statement on X (formerly Twitter). “And it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Candace Owens went off on Vice President Kamala Harris in the wake of the news that she’ll likely be taking on Donald Trump in the 2024 Presidential Election. In doing so, she claimed Harris “slept her way to the top,” and recalled her relationship with former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown in the 1990s. The comments have been receiving ample backlash on social media.

“She was with some sixty-year-old man, got her start in the political career,” Owens remarked, as caught by AllHipHop. From there, she described Harris as “thotting through life” while citing a Daily Mail article. She describes Brown as being “married” and “in his 60s” at the time while Harris “was just a spring chicken.” Reuters has previously reported that despite being legally married, Brown had long been separated from his wife at the time.

Vice President Kamala Harris delivered her first statement after President Biden withdrew from the 2024 presidential race and delivered a ringing endorsement of his partner.

In a statement shared by the Biden campaign, Harris saluted Biden for “selfless and patriotic” decision.

“On behalf of the American people, I thank Joe Biden for his extraordinary leadership as President of the United States and for his decades of service to our country,” Harris opened. “His remarkable legacy of accomplishment is unmatched in modern American history, surpassing the legacy of many Presidents who have served two terms in office.”

“It is a profound honor to serve as his Vice President, and I am deeply grateful to the President, Dr. Biden, and the entire Biden family. I first came to know President Biden through his son Beau. We were friends from our days working together as Attorneys General of our home states. As we worked together, Beau would tell me stories about his Dad. The kind of father—and the kind of man—he was. And the qualities Beau revered in his father are the same qualities, the same values, I have seen every single day in Joe’s leadership as President: His honesty and integrity. Overall, whenever something happens involving Biden, someone decides to take a crack at Budden. This was especially true when Biden ended up winning the election back in 2020. People would congratulate Budden on his new role as President. With the latest news involving Biden in mind, there should be no surprise that Budden is being brought up all over again.

As many of you know by now, Joe Biden has announced that he will not be running for re-election in 2024. Although he was deadset on staying in the race, it was becoming clear that it was a bad idea for him to stay in. His cognitive decline was a bit too much for people to take seriously, and he ultimately dropped out while endorsing Kamala Harris. This all led to jokes against Budden. For instance, someone made a joke about his retirement from music, saying “damn, you quit again.”

Overall, he has felt as though Biden is not of a strong or sound mind and therefore, should not be running. Following this news, Stephen A Smith was spotted out and about at a park by reporter Joshua Needelman. Smith was subsequently asked to give his thoughts on all of this. “It was long overdue. … On the Democratic side, it’s time for everyone to get behind Kamala Harris,” Smith stated. Needless to say, his thoughts on the topic are pretty clear. Having said that, Kamala Harris may have some issues getting all of the support necessary. As you can imagine, some Democrats see the nomination as for the taking, especially with the polls not being extremely favorable towards Harris.
