Tyler The Creator Reveals Why He Was Jealous Of Doja Cat’s Coachella Performance

Tyler The Creator says he was jealous of Doja Cat’s Coachella performance because she was surrounded by backup dancers and got to wear wigs. Performing again at the festival this weekend, he joked that the set made him want to do an Igor show again.

“I was with Doja Cat yesterday,” he said. “And I told her,’I’m jealous that you have backup dancers. N****. Just a bunch of sweaty n****s onstage with you, helping you look sweaty. F*ck. She got the wigs and sh*t. I need to do the ‘Igor’ sh*t one more time with the wig and sh*t.”

Parker Genoway, a creative director and designer for Silent House who worked on Doja’s set, discussed how it came together with Uproxx. “She was always like, ‘I want a dinosaur. I really want a dinosaur,’” he told the outlet. “And so when we started thinking about, ‘Let us work backwards. What kind of world could this be? Is this prehistoric, or is this post-apocalyptic? Has society crumbled?’… I think when I like to create a world, I want layers and I want versatility, and I want to be able to deliver a show that evolves and does not just stay the same the whole time.”

Elsewhere during Tyler’s set, he performed his 2011 collaboration with Frank Ocean, “She.” When it became clear fans thought Ocean would be coming out to join him, Tyler tempered expectations. “Y’all know this song? Oh, sing the song, ’cause this n***a not coming out. We don’t… We don’t know where that n***a is, so… It’s on y’all. You know it?” Be on the lookout for further updates on Tyler The Creator on HotNewHipHop.

Did Beyoncé’s ‘Jealous’ Video Have Actors In It?

It’s been a decade since Beyoncé surprise-dropped her self-titled album, but fans still have questions about things from that era. One of those is the music video for her song “Jealous,” which was directed by her, Francesco Carrozzini, and Todd Tours.

Intended as a sequel to the “Partition” video, it featured Beyoncé waiting for her partner, before going out to look for him.

Did Beyoncé’s “Jealous” Video Have Actors In It?

During one moment of Beyoncé‘s video, it was shot in the moment on St. Marks in NYC. Carrozzini spoke about the use of real people in an interview with MTV News at the time.

“We really shot it — some people in the video did not know we were filming,” he said. “I think the real idea of the video is in a moment like that — in a private moment like that, she can never be by herself… This song is not about someone who feels those emotions, it’s about Beyoncé feeling those emotions. It’s personal to her. It’s her that cannot be by herself no matter where she goes or what she does because she’s who she is.”

However, as the video’s realistic nature gained traction recently online, one of the actors reportedly in the video chimed in. “fun fact: it’s not a fact. as someone in this video, it’s not true,” the user, Darian, wrote. “i am once again here to remind you to never trust nameless faceless accounts.”

Bianca Censori’s Friends Are “Jealous Of Her Fame,” She Reportedly Thinks Amid Kanye West Concern

Virtually all that we know about Bianca Censori has come to light via insiders and sources gossiping to the tabloids. Much of it has suggested that her relationship with Kanye West is having a negative impact on the Australian. Prior to marrying the father of four earlier this year, she worked for Yeezy as an architect. Now, she apparently operates in more of a “personal assistant” capacity for her husband. This involves helping him oversee various projects and streamlining all the channels of communication coming toward him so that Ye can better understand what’s needed of him.

Sources speaking with The US Sun shared this earlier in the week. They noted that there’s fear of Censori’s “brilliant” mind being put to waste. Nevertheless, it’s hard to deny that she and her beau can’t get enough of each other. They never shy away from packing on the PDA while out with other friends. As she navigates this major transitional period in her life, the model’s former circle has tried to get in touch with her. However, they’ve reportedly been iced out by Censori.

“She’s shut everyone out and told one of her former friends to ‘f**k off’ when they tried to ask if she was okay. She is saying that her friends are just jealous of her stardom,” they allegedly told DailyMail on Tuesday (September 19). “Bianca knows how to grab headlines now. She loves being Kanye’s muse because it gives her what she has always wanted – fame,” they added. After months of trying, it seems Censori’s friends are “done trying because she is a thirsty lost cause.”

While Bianca Censori’s friends have been desperately attempting to get in touch with her, she’s been travelling through beautiful Europe with Kanye West. More often than not, the pair has caused a stir with their outfits, with the rapper going mostly incognito while his wife bares it all in sheer tights and heels. Snoop Dogg Mad That Tupac “Took His Shine,” Outlawz Rapper Napoleon Claims

Since his untimely death in 1996, many rappers close to Tupac Shakur continue to preserve and defend his legacy. Among those industry ties is fellow Death Row Records rapper Snoop Dogg, who carries Pac’s memory with stride and continually honors him. However, according to MC Napoleon of the Outlawz, the Long Beach native was actually jealous of the Harlem-born star. In a recent interview with The Art Of Dialogue, he spoke on how Snoop has to navigate Tupac’s death in almost every media conversation he has.

“Maybe some of the things he couldn’t tell Pac face-to-face, you know, he can do it in these interviews,” Napoleon said about Snoop Dogg. “It’s sad. And one of the reasons why I always try to correct this is because him and Pac were friends. I already know why he doin’ that, bro. Imagine if you’re the biggest star on Death Row, and Pac come and take all your shine, you understand? And 25 years later, Pac died, and every time you do an interview, that name is brought up. So maybe he’s just trying to take that shine from Pac. You know what I mean?”

Snoop Dogg Was Jealous Of Tupac’s Success, Napoleon Claims In New Interview

Also, Napoleon said that the “What’s My Name?” MC was wrong to express his dislike of Pac’s diss track “Hit ‘Em Up” and should only focus on the positive side of him. “Man, I’d say a week before he died, we was best of friends,” Snoop Dogg told Big Boy on Untold Stories. “Two days before he died, I don’t think he liked me. Because we was in New York and s**t had happened. New York n***as had shot at me and did all kinds of s**t to me, just the worst s**t you could think of, and I forgave ’em. Then I went and did an interview and was asked how did I feel about Puffy and Biggie. I was like, ‘I like them n***as, I wanna do some music with ’em.’

“And that just rubbed cuz the wrong way, like, ‘N***a, f**k them n***as, them n***as tried to kill me,’” Snoop continued. “‘N***as shot at you, and you talking about you wanna do a song with them n***as?’ Even when he played the video for me to ‘Hit ‘Em Up,’ even when he played ‘Hit ‘Em Up,’ the song, I didn’t like the song. I didn’t like it. I didn’t like the s**t. It wasn’t the s**t to me. Like, you buying more problems, cuh. You buying problems. Gangstas is everywhere. They make ’em everywhere.” Regardless of your take on this, come back to HNHH for the latest on Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shakur.

Kiana Ledé And Ella Mai’s Vulnerable ‘Jealous’ Confesses To Their Truths In Love

Usually, you’d expect your friends and family to shower you with gifts on one’s birthday. But Kiana Ledé reversed the trend, surprising fans with a brand new single. Beloved for her beautiful yet heartbreaking ballads about betrayal (heard on tracks like “Ur Best Friend” featuring Kehlani), the singer and songwriter dug deep within herself on her new song.

Produced by Vron, “Jealous,” which features Ella Mai, is about just what the title suggests, or as Ledé referred to it on social, “the green eyed monster.” The songs provides both sings with a platform of vulnerability to confess to their truths in the game called love.

Ledé opens the track with a few bitter pieces of honesty, singing, “I ain’t never been good at sharing / But with you I practice patience / And I let you do your thing ’cause I’m doing mine / I was actin’ like I’m good when I know I’m lyin’.” As the track builds the chorus serves as the soothing buffering between the lyrical gut punches.

But on the second half of the track, Ella Mai is here to deliver the final blow. The British songwriter comes in to share her experience on the scorned path of heartbreak, singing, “No, I ain’t never been good at hidin’ my feelings / I don’t wanna come across too strong / I triеd my best for so long.”

Bravely, Mai own up to her part in the failed romance in the lines, “I know you do this sh*t on purpose / Actin’ like you don’t know I’m perfect for ya / You told me I’m your only person / Hate to say it, but that player sh*t be workin’.”

Listen to the song above.

Kiana Ledé & Ella Mai Link Up For “Jealous” Single

If you’ve ever found yourself feeling some type of way over another person, Kiana Ledé and Ella Mai’s new collaboration is for you. The R&B darlings finally unleashed “Jealous” on Monday (April 3), via The Heavy Group/Republic Records. As it turns out, today is also the Phoenix-raised artist’s birthday, marking the perfect occasion for her to share another must-hear single.

As the VRon-produced effort begins, we hear from Ledé, who admits that she’s “never been good at sharing,” though the man in her life now is pushing her to “practice patience.” Her melodic voice rings out, “And I let you do your thing ’cause I’m doing mine / I was actin’ like I’m good when I know I’m lyin’.” When the chorus finally rolls around, she initially resists her feelings of jealousy but eventually admits to struggling over the “other bitches” in her love interest’s life.

Kiana Ledé and Ella Mai’s “Jealous” Collab is Here

On her verse, Mai markedly sings, “Don’t make me pull up on you just to make it loud and clear / I know you do this shit on purpose / Actin’ like you don’t know I’m perfect for ya / You told me I’m your only person.” From the sounds of her lyrics, she’s feeling just as possessive as her collaborator, leaving them both with plenty of strong feelings to work through.

“What did you think would happen / When you give me all this good dick?” Ledé asks on the bridge as the song comes to a close. “When you keep me on some good shit? / Let ’em try me, I’ma poll it / I’ve been posting pics,” she teases the man who’s got her in her feelings. “That ass been lookin’ thick / Does it make you jealous? / I can’t be the only one.”
