Paul Pierce was supposed to have an exciting week. Overall, this is because he was tapped to be on Undisputed with Skip Bayless. He had his first appearance this week, and so far, the reviews have been solid. However, he unfortunately has to deal with some personal headaches amidst all of the positive career updates. According to TMZ, this is because Pierce had his home broken into over the weekend. In fact, this happened in Los Angeles on Friday night, while Pierce was away from his home.

As the report explains, the perpetrators were able to make off with about $100K in cash. Moreover, they took a safe with them, and some valuable watches. This is a whole lot of money, and it could very well be lost forever. However, the police are currently working on an investigation. They are looking at any kind of surveillance footage they can get their hands on. Considering this news, it should go without saying that no one has been arrested. At this stage, they are still trying to make sense of it all.

Jada Pinkett Smith, according to law enforcement sources who spoke to TMZ, just faced a pretty potentially harrowing experience in her L.A. home. Moreover, she reportedly scared off two men in hoodies who climbed up to her balcony to attempt to break into her home. When they saw that the actress was home a little before 8PM, her presence and her acknowledgement of the men made them run away. Then, police arrived at the scene, and the culprits had already sped off and could not be found while officials responded to the incident. It’s unclear whether this was a targeted attack against Will Smith’s partner or just a couple of guys trying to hit some nice homes in Los Angeles.

Furthermore, deputies apparently opened an attempted burglary report, and launched an investigation into Jada Pinkett Smith’s case. However, one aspect of this brush with danger that folks asked questions about is whether Will Smith was there. Cops don’t believe he was (although they can’t confirm for sure), and social media users took this as a chance to re-open the conversation around their relationship dynamic. You might recall how much of a hot topic this was towards the end of 2023, and how much we learned about confirmed or alleged developments in their romantic life.

Of course, this also involved people calling Jada Pinkett Smith out for her revelations about Tupac Shakur. That was among the spiciest and most gossip-fueling aspects of her Will Smith reveals last year, and one that isn’t fully resolved yet. Hitman Holla Reflects On Girlfriend Cinnamon’s Nearly Fatal Shooting

During a recent episode of VH1’s Future Superstars, Hitman Holla and his girlfriend Cinnamon reflected on the terrifying home invasion that nearly cost them her life. Hitman Holla recalled being on a FaceTime call with Cinnamon back in 2021, who was home alone at the time. He claims that she told him that her dogs wouldn’t stop barking, and went on to hear some strange noises. Eventually, it became apparent that an intruder was in the home.

Hitman Holla notes how “helpless” he felt in the moment, advising Cinnamon to get his gun to try to defend herself from the intruder. At this point, she hid in a closet with the weapon, and the intruder entered the room. She fired off a shot aimed at the intruder, but missed her target. The intruder fired back, hitting her in the cheek. “All I heard was gunshots and I couldn’t hear my baby,” he says, recalling thinking to himself, “They killed my baby.”

Cinnamon also chimed in with her own recollection of events, growing emotional as she reflected on the shooting. “All I could see I white,” she explains. “Whole time I’m screaming in my mind like, ‘Help, help!’” Miraculously, Cinnamon survived, though she’s been open in the past about the pain she’s suffered from as a result of the incident.

Last year, she took to social media to call attention to subpar care she was receiving from doctors. “I’ve always heard what doctors ‘yt’ did to black patients but I never in a million years thought i would have to witness it,” she wrote. “That doctor told me it was impossible to feel the pain that i was feeling and he talked to me like i wasn’t even human.” What do you think of Hitman Holla and Cinnamon’s story? Soulja Boy’s written statement from the infamous 2008 home invasion that occurred while he was in the house has resurfaced online. His words refute a now-famous retelling of the incident he gave while speaking with VladTV almost a decade later, in which he claimed to grab a gun and fight back. In reality, Soulja confirmed at the time that he “cut all the lights off and hid with my eyes closed.” NoJumper shared the statement on Instagram, Monday.

While many users trolled Soulja for lying about his brazenness during the incident, others came to his defense. “He said what he was supposed to,” one wrote. Another commented: “So u can’t lie to the police now??? Yall actin like he gone tell them people exactly what he did. It’s a fact he did pop dude stop hatin.”

As for how Soulja Boy recounted the incident to VladTV, he took a much more dramatic approach. He recalled: “One n****a run to the front door. I hop out, I start shooting, shot the n***a,” Souja Boy recalled. “Shot his a**. All the n***as run out the door. This n***a on the floor. Walk up to this n***a, take his mask off his head. Unfortunately, when you are as rich and famous as he is, there are going to be people out there looking to take you down. Overall, that was on full display recently as a man showed up to his home and tried to kick his door down. We know this because White has cameras on his property, right outside of his front door. While taking to social media, White revealed what happened. Below, you can see a man repeatedly kicking at his door, trying to get in. However, the man eventually just runs away.

This happened at White’s home in Levant, Maine. As White describes, he is willing to give $2500 to anyone who calls the police with the man’s identity. So far, it doesn’t seem like there have been any takers. However, we’re sure the power of White’s online community can come together on this one. After all, Levant, Maine is not a massive town, so there is probably someone out there who is keeping tabs on the situation. Either way, it was probably a bit frightening for White to watch this all play out.

YouTuber CJ So Cool Says He Was Shot 4 Times During Home Invasion

Popular social media personality CJ So Cool says he’s recovering after an attack at his home. The famed YouTuber, real name Cordero James Brady, took to his Instagram Story to share brief updates about his harrowing ordeal. In a text post, CJ wrote, “In the hospital I got shot 4 times in a home invasion at 3am.”

He further stated, “Please keep me and my kids in your prayers so far I’m doing ok.” The break-in reportedly occurred in the early morning hours of Thursday, January 12.

Additionally, CJ uploaded a gruesome photo of his bloodied leg as he lay in a hospital bed. His girlfriend, Alexis Lohmier, also posted an update from CJ’s bedside as she shared a photo of him during recovery.

Details regarding the home invasion are scarce. Outside of what CJ told the internet, there haven’t been statements made by the authorities, nor is there information about how many assailants stormed the residence.
