French Montana Sets Summer Off Right With “FWMGAB”

Since cleaning up his lifestyle and adopting a healthier way of living, French Montana hasn’t slowed down. The rapper has recently been spotted on the set of National Champions, a film where he portrays himself, and there have even been rumors that he’s been in the studio with his “No Stylist” collaborator Drake. For his latest single “FWMGAB (F*ck With Me Get a Bag),” Montana has taken to the streets of New York & shared previews of the track’s music video that include bringing a stripper pole to the block.

“THIS IS HOW I BEEN TESTING OUT HIT RECORDS,” the rapper wrote in the caption to one of his videos. Even before the song was released, French Montana was receiving praise from Diddy. “We make hits. We been making hits all yall lives,” said Diddy in an Instagram video. “Your whole lives, ever since yall been born. Even before you were thought of, we been making hits. And we not gone stop this summer, alright?” He then called “FWMGAB” the “song of the summer.

Doja Cat Turns Up The Heat On “Need To Know”

We’re weeks away from receiving Planet Her and Doja Cat is ready for fans to get a taste of what she’s worked on. Back in April, Doja gave fans “Kiss Me More,” her collaboration with SZA from her forthcoming album, and she’s ready to share her next single, “Need to Know.” This time, the California artist opted to share a song where she’s flying solo and that’s a choice that has spelled success for her in the past. She stood alone on both “Say So” and “Streets,” and both tracks earned her massive popularity on social media, particularly TikTok.

Doja Cat’s fans aren’t the only ones excited about Planet Her as her collaborator, The Weeknd, can’t stop singing her praises, either. He makes an appearance on the record and recently applauded Doja’s talents when speaking with Billboard. “Doja is a star, and has created a unique universe you just want to lose yourself in,” he said. “She’s got such drive and vast creative vision that we will be seeing her impact for a very long time to come.”

Megan Thee Stallion Shines As Tina Snow On “Thot Sh*t”

After taking a brief break, Megan Thee Stallion is back. The Houston rapper removed herself from social media shenanigans for personal reasons and recently reappeared with an announcement that she was ready to share new music in the form of a single titled “Thot Sh*t.” Megan’s fans have been preparing themselves for yet another twerk anthem that will inevitably take over their “Hot Girl Summer” playlists.

On Thursday (June 10),  Megan took to Twitter to explain what listens can expect from her latest single. “I’m really just talking sh*t and taking ownership of the words ‘thot’ and ‘hoe’ bc they’re not the drag the men think it is when trying to come at women for doing them,” tweeted the rapper.

Since she burst onto the scene, Megan Thee Stallion’s often explicit bars have divided Hip Hop fans, but regardless of the controversy that her lyrics spark, she continues to amass success. Stream “Thot Sh*t” and share your thoughts.

Quotable Lyrics

B*tch so hot gotta stay in bikinis
He got a girl but he keep beggin’ to see me

DJ Khaled Hints That Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Thot Sh*t’ Video Is A Revival Of Tina Snow

After going on hiatus for a little over a month, Megan Thee Stallion announced her return by bringing back her Tina Snow alter-ego, a persona her fans fell in love with thanks to her 2018 EP of the same title. The project, which housed records like “Big Ole Freak” and “Freak Nasty,” captured the rapper’s raunchy and raw side, one that faded to the background on her debut album, Good News. With her 2021 return, however, it appears that Tina Snow is back in the spotlight, as the rapper will release her upcoming single “Thot Sh*t” on Friday, and just in case you’re not convinced, DJ Khaled arrives to confirm that Tina Snow is indeed here.

In a post shared on Megan’s Instagram account, Khaled appears to be watching the video for “Thot Sh*t. It becomes clear that viewers are in for something wild as Khaled can’t help but laugh while donning a shocked look on his face.

“Yo, they gon’ actually air this?” he asks. “It’s going on YouTube and all that? Nah! Yo. It’s a new world, and it’s definitely a new video. Let me tell you somethin’.” While Khaled got an early preview of the video, we regular fans will have to wait at least a few more hours before getting a look at it.

You can watch DJ Khaled react to the video in the post above.
