Bad Bunny Apologized To Harry Styles For Displaying A Shady Tweet During His Coachella Performance

Bad Bunny‘s performance at weekend two of Coachella was even more electrifying than that of the first weekend. During his set last night (April 21), he brought out Latin music legends Grupo Frontero, and Jose Feliciano. He also addressed a controversial tweet that displayed on the screen during his set last week.

During Bad Bunny’s performance at weekend one, a tweet directed at Harry Styles suggested that Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, could perform one of Styles’ hits better than he could, and Styles couldn’t ever perform one of Bad Bunny’s hits.

“goodnight benito could do as it was but harry could never do el apagon,” read the aforementioned tweet.

This was one of the most talked about moments of Coachella last week, as many thought Bad Bunny was purposely throwing shade at Styles.

Last night, Bad Bunny cleared the air by sharing a new message on-screen, apologizing for the mix-up.

“Sorry Harry. It was a mistake from my team. We love you. <3,” read the message.

Perhaps this means a collaboration is in order. After all, Bad Bunny did express that he is a fan of Styles during a special episode of Carpool Karaoke.

Bad Bunny Gets Heat For Shading Harry Styles, Team Responds

In case you missed it, Bad Bunny just headlined Coachella. The singer electrified the crowd with his exciting set this past weekend. The singer brought out a star-studded lineup of artists like Post Malone, Jhay Cortez, and Ñengo Flow, which added to the crowd’s already palpable excitement. However, Bad Bunny is getting some unfortunately negative attention online for something else entirely. The singer seems to have accidentally started a war between two fan groups, and one of them is one that you probably don’t want to mess with. That is, unless you want to get harassed, doxxed, and receive death threats.

Bad Bunny, or rather his team, seems to have started a war with Harry Styles fans. During the Coachella performance, the screen behind the singer was displaying various pictures and tweets, many of them from fans. Unfortunately for Bad Bunny, this included one tweet that threw shade at pop star Harry Styles. It read, “Good night, Benito could do ‘As It Was’, but Harry could never do ‘El Apagon’.” Of course, Harry Styles fans took this and ran with is, as they often do, leading to a firestorm.

Bad Bunny’s Hollywood Drama

Bad Bunny is no stranger to tabloid drama. The singer has recently been dating Kendal Jenner, which is basically an invitation to have your entire life scrutinized. However, internet fan wars are often far more intense than they should be, especially for basic pop stars. Harry Styles fans from all over the place called out Bad Bunny for hating on the their fave. However, as it’s since come out, Bad Bunny never approved of the inclusion of that tweet. In fact, its use in the backdrop was entirely accidental. At least, that is the story according to Bad Bunny’s team. They released a statement via Rolling Stone about the incident.

“Our intention is to create light hearted designs that embody Bad Bunny’s personality and amplify the experience he presents as a performer,” his team said. “The request from the artist during the visuals for ‘El Apagón’ performance was to use the image only and not text from the tweet, which we take responsibility for and correct it for Friday’s performance.” So, as it stands, the inclusion of the tweet was accidental and not something Bad Bunny approved. Will this stop the fans from fighting? Probably not. Whoever tweeted that probably feels pretty powerful right now. What do you think of the Coachella drama? Let us know in the comments!

Bad Bunny Reportedly Did Not Approve The Tweet Shading Harry Styles That Showed During His Coachella Set

Bad Bunny was an invigorating headliner at Coachella on Friday, April 14. The Un Verano Sin Ti artist brought out plenty of exciting artists, including Post Malone, Jhay Cortez, and Ñengo Flow. However, there was one particular thing that sparked drama online.

The screen behind Bad Bunny flashed with fans’ tweets, and one shaded beloved pop star Harry Styles: “Good night, Benito could do as it was, but Harry could never do el apagon.”

However, Rolling Stone has reported that a representative for Bad Bunny confirmed to the publication that he did not approve of that image. In addition, the company that provides the background visuals for Bad Bunny’s set, Sturdy.Co, shared a statement in an Instagram Story addressing the situation. Read it below.

“Our intention is to create light hearted designs that embody Bad Bunny’s personality and amplify the experience he presents as a performer. The request from the artist during the visuals for ‘El Apagón’ performance was to use the image only and not text from the tweet, which we take responsibility for and correct it for Friday’s performance. These visuals are a celebration of Bad Bunny and his dedication to empowering his native island, Puerto Rico.”

Emily Ratajkowski Hints At Dating Harry Styles

Emily Ratajkowski appears to be hinting at a potential relationship with alleged new beau Harry Styles. In an interview on the podcast Going Mental With Eileen Kelly, EmRata spoke about a new man in her life. She may not be naming names, but anyone who has been paying attention knows exactly who she is referring to. A little over a week ago, the actress and author was seen in Tokyo kissing Harry Styles. Both Ratajkowski and Styles have been romantically linked with others recently. Still, the chemistry in the steamy clip is palpable.

Up until 2022, Emily Ratajkowski was married to film producer Sebastian Bear-McClard. The two began dating in 2018 and married the same year. In 2020, EmRata confirmed that she was pregnant with her first child. The couple welcomed their son in 2021. However, they could not make it last as they separated only a year later. Ratajkowski filed for divorce last fall. After the split, she jumped on a viral TikTok trend where she joked about liking ugly men in an apparent dig at her ex-husband. Since then, she has had quite the dating history.

EmRata Just Wants To Have Fun

In her interview with the Going Mental podcast, Emily Ratajkowski praises her new situationship. “I just started dating someone that I think I like, so that is different,” she says in the interview. “But if you had been talking to me four weeks ago, absolutely. I would be seeing someone and then suddenly the way he would walk would be like, ugh.” It seems that her pre-Harry Styles romances may have given her the ick.

Ratajkowski has collected quite an interesting roster of famous men since her marriage ended. Last fall, she very publicly dated Pete Davidson. However, when the two separated ways, EmRata said she “attracts the worst men.” The actress and author was then linked to comedian and actor Eric André. It is unclear exactly how long the two were together, but she made it clear it was over after André posted a nude of the two together on Valentine’s Day of this year. Let’s hope there will be a more positive outcome in EmRata’s new fling.

Emily Ratajkowski & Harry Styles Spotted Making Out In Tokyo

Fans lost their minds on social media after a video surfaced of Emily Ratajkowski allegedly making out with Harry Styles in Tokyo. Moreover, the term “allegedly” comes from the fact that you can’t tell if it’s really her in the video, but it’s the widespread consensus on sites like Twitter. Furthermore, you can definitely tell that it’s the former One Direction singer during the sloppy kiss clip, which fans are somewhat clowning online. However, the overwhelming sentiment is shock, especially given that the model recently appeared with Ozario Rispo after her split from Eric André.

Interestingly enough, this comes after recent confessions from Ratajkowski that she “attracts the worst men,” in her opinion. “Sometimes I’m like, ‘F**k,’ because I want a confident man,” she told Olivia Ponton on her podcast. “I feel like I attract the worst men. I don’t want an overly confident man who has something to prove and is trying to prove it through me. What I hate with dating, with men in particular, is I feel like they’re like, ‘OK, yes, you’re special. You’ve done it.’

Harry Styles Spotted Making Out With Emily Ratajkowski

“And they love it and love it,” EmRata continued. “And then slowly, they get emasculated and they don’t know what to do with those feelings, and then they resent you. Then they start to tear you down, and then you’re back to square one. It’s so f***ed up and unfair because I feel like a lot of men who truly think they want a strong woman actually don’t know how to handle it and they don’t know what it means for their own identity.”

Meanwhile, the Harry’s House Grammy winner recently made headlines for his Album of the Year acceptance speech. While it’s hard to deliver a perfect acknowledgement of victory when you just beat out landmark albums from Kendrick Lamar, Beyoncé, and many others, a lot of people felt he could’ve done a better job at expressing his gratitude realistically and honestly. Regardless, what’s done is done. Given that you ca barely tell it’s the Gone Girl actress in the Tokyo clip, maybe this will be a funny misunderstanding to look back upon. One thing’s for sure: it’s absolutely spicy if true. With that in mind, check back in with HNHH for the latest on Emily Ratajkowski and Harry Styles.

A Canadian Festival Features Harry Styles And Doja Cat… Except It Appears To Be Fake And Has Made Thousands In Ticket Sales

Festival season is upon us. Just last weekend, Rolling Loud California shut down the greater Los Angeles area for several days. Next month, Coachella will storm the grounds of the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. However, as music fans across the world look for festivals near them, scammers are looking to take advantage of this growing demand.

According to Complex, a Canadian festival by the name of Festival Aurora is the latest example of this ploy. Allegedly led by Harry Styles, Doja Cat, Tyler The Creator, SZA, Khalid, and Charli XCX, fans of the musicians are calling out the festival on its Instagram page (@festivalaurora). Specifically, fans of Styles noticed that the date listed for the singer to appear, June 3, seems nearly impossible given that his Love On Tour will be in France the day before and the Netherlands on June 4th.

The lineup got people excited, though, as the festival reportedly made $7,000 in ticket sales in five days.

After receiving several inquiries about the legitimacy of the festival, The Vieux-Port de Montreal (overseers of Montreal’s Old Port district), released a statement denying that the event has been approved for use of the space, writing, “We learned about this festival like the general public, through social media and their online platform. A festival with such popular names would have to be planned months in advance, and neither the SVPM nor the other partners on our territory (Port-de-Montréal / Grand Quai) were approached.”

The supposed festival has not responded to the statement released by Vieux-Port de Montreal. As of today (March 10), the festival’s Instagram page is still active.
