Diddy is currently behind bars in New York City for charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. The Bad Boy founder’s trial is expected to begin in May of next year, and reportedly, he could be facing a hefty prison sentence if convicted. Amid his legal trouble, there have been rumors floating around that tapes of his alleged “freak off” parties are allegedly being shopped around Hollywood.
In September, for example, attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation that she was allegedly contacted with an offer to buy one of the alleged tapes. She alleged that it featured a celebrity even “more high-profile” than Diddy, but didn’t name any names. Of course, this led to plenty of speculation about who this celebrity could be.
Some social media users have even accused Tyrese of appearing in an alleged Diddy tape. Recently, however, he hopped online to shut these theories down for good. In a clip, he explains that while he’s attended Diddy’s parties and had a great time, there’s no footage of him doing anything nefarious. “There is no such thing as a Diddy tape, literally,” he began. “So, allegedly, whatever that brother is dealing with… Whatever reasons he’s in jail, whatever the FBI and the law is dealing with, allegedly, pertaining to Diddy. I wanna tell y’all that I’ve been to some of the most legendary parties. I got no regrets, I think some of the best parties in LA.”
“Anybody who’s not on the Internet talking about a Diddy party, you should be more concerned about them, allegedly… About what they did or what they on tape doing,” he continued. “I there is no such thing allegedly as a Tyrese Diddy tape. That is a bunch of Donald Trump n****s in my comments trying to discourage me from speaking up and speaking out.” What do you think of Tyrese denying rumors he was featured in one of Diddy’s alleged “freak off” tapes? Daily Mail‘s “The Trial Of Diddy” podcast held some curious new allegations, including one from former Playboy model Rachel Kennedy. However, hers is not exactly like the other very serious claims against Sean Combs as of late. Kennedy recalled allegedly going to his hotel suite in Japan back in 2000 after she and two friends met him at a topless club. She thought she was going to a party, but then she allegedly arrived to the hotel to find just the Bad Boy mogul in a bathrobe. In addition, the former model alleged that she and her friends ingested cocaine, but that Diddy did not. She claims that she went with a friend into a bedroom with him and consensually gave him oral sex for about 20 minutes.
Rachel Kennedy alleges that a Jennifer Lopez music video (she did not remember which) was playing on a loop on the TV when they walked into the hotel room. This alleged incident occurred while Diddy was dating the singer, who was allegedly on the phone with him at the time of this alleged event. 20 minutes into the encounter, Combs’ bodyguard allegedly came in and expressed anger over Kennedy’s presence, as he was allegedly with her the night before. She alleges that the bodyguard got physical with the women, but that the music executive and businessman was no part of it.
These new allegations come amid other developments in Diddy’s criminal case for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering and his mountain of civil lawsuits. The latest update about the former is prosecutors’ scathing retaliation to many motions by the defense alleging government leaks to the press and calling for alleged victims’ identification.
Here’s an excerpt of Diddy’s prosecutors’ response. “The defendant cannot credibly claim that he will suffer unfair surprise at trial,” they wrote in a reported Wednesday (October 30) filing. “Rather, it is plain that the defendant’s request for a bill of particulars containing victim names is merely a vehicle to attempt to prematurely restrict the Government’s proof at trial and use these criminal proceedings to defend himself in the press against complainants in separate civil litigation. This improper request should be denied in its entirety, particularly here, where there are serious and ongoing concerns of victim and witness safety, tampering and intimidation.”
Diddy allegedly had female attendees to his alleged “freak off” parties weighed before they could enter, according to a party planner who alleges they worked with the Bad Boy mogul in 2004 and 2005. Speaking during an interview with the New York Post, the organizer, who preferred to remain anonymous, detailed the alleged process of vetting female guests.
“We would do a weigh-in, if necessary,” they said. “The girls had to be young and hot, so I always had a scale nearby in case I needed to make sure. The number was 140 pounds, but if a girl was really tall, there was a little bit of discretion involved.” As for other requirements, she added: “No flab, no cellulite. Not overly pierced or tattooed. No short hair. And the girls had to be young and hot.”
Other strict restrictions revolved around the girls’ dress code as well. The party planner added: “No pants. No jeans. No flat shoes. Every girl had to wear a party dress, preferably very short, just enough to cover her butt cheeks, but no longer than mid-thigh. Cleavage showing. And every single one of them had to be wearing stilettos. That one, there was no exception: high stilettos.” One aspect that allegedly wasn’t questioned was the girls’ ages. “It was don’t ask, don’t tell. At the time, I was really young myself and I honestly thought that we weren’t asking their age because of drinking laws,” the source said. “I never stayed around for the Freak Offs and had no idea that these girls were expected to have sex with people.”
Diddy has denied the allegations he’s faced time and time again. He’s currently residing behind bars in Brooklyn while awaiting trial for charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s pleaded not guilty to those crimes as well. Be on the lookout for further updates on Diddy on HotNewHipHop.
Despite feuding with JAY-Z over the sale of his shares in Roc-A-Fella, Dame Dash says the legendary rapper is still a “pillar of hip-hop” and doesn’t want anything bad to happen to him. The topic arose for Dame while speaking with America Nu about the allegations surrounding Diddy. Dame says he wants to know why JAY hasn’t spoken out about the situation.
“Watching what’s going on with Puff, it doesn’t feel good,” Dame began. “I don’t want to see someone… die or be tortured. I’m not going to celebrate the pain of anybody, any human being, even if they deserve it. The things that they’re saying… they’re terrible. It’s hard for me to even think that any of those things can be true. I don’t want them to be true. They’re saying they’re going to pick him up next year. I don’t want to see that man go to jail.”
Dame Dash & JAY-Z Pose Together During Fashion Week
From there, Dame discussed the hypothetical idea of JAY-Z getting roped up into the allegations. “As much as he’s been to me unfair toward, or not unfair, the way he’d be f*cking with my money, I want to hope that that’s the worst that he’s been doing,” Dame said. “I would never want to hear like, ‘Jay at the freak off party’, that’s crazy. The sh*t they saying, and I just be wondering why nobody… he don’t say nothing about it.” He added: “It would be such another big blow for Hip-Hop, regardless of what, perception-wise, Jay is also a pillar of Hip-Hop, and if anything bad happens to him, then it’s really going to look crazy for Hip-Hop. Jay’s supposed to be my son’s godfather. How does he do that to Boogie’s godson’s father?”
Dame Dash Speaks On Diddy & JAY-Z
Check out Dame’s full comments on Diddy and JAY-Z below. They come after authorities in New York arrested Diddy, earlier this month, on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s already pleaded not guilty to the crimes. Be on the lookout for further updates on Dame Dash on HotNewHipHop.
A Hip Hop empire has fallen now that Sean “Diddy” Combs has been taken into federal custody. The media mogul rose through the industry’s ranks to become one of the most successful Rap moguls to date, but his career has been fraught with controversy since its inception. Diddy has reigned over his Hip Hop kingdom with precision, floating through each of his monikers at various stages of his development. After helping to put Uptown Records on the map, Combs founded Bad Boy Records, an iconic label that gave us The Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans, Total, The LOX, Craig Mack, 112, Shyne, Cassie, Mase, and many more. During its heyday, there were only a few labels to contend with the megahits rolling out of Bad Boys’ studios, but these days, Diddy’s alleged dirty deeds have placed him in a spotlight that the hitmaker would have rather avoided.
As Diddy faces an onslaught of lawsuits alleging violence and sexual abuse, he’s also looking at the possibility of spending the remainder of his life in prison. Federal authorities reportedly arrested Combs in New York City last week after being charged with racketeering and sex trafficking. Although his legal team hoped he could await his trial in the comforts of his lavish estate, a judge ordered Diddy to remain behind bars until the launch of his trial. This shocking decision, along with the reports of what authorities located in Diddy’s home during their raid, has taken over timelines. Even the mega-mogul’s peers have come forward, some to defend his character, while others share wild, alleged “Diddy Party” stories of their own.
It was Cassie Ventura’s explosive lawsuit against her former lover last year that seemed to propel this current investigation. We’ll get more into that as we go on, but Combs settled that suit out of court just 24 hours after Ventura filed her paperwork. However, hers wasn’t the first allegation of abuse—for over a decade, stories have haunted Puff from the courtroom to the streets. These accusations have surfaced from Wendy Williams to Combs’ former employees to Al. B Sure defending the late Kim Porter to models who have retained their own attorneys. Meanwhile, the internet is walking down memory lane as it revisits some of Diddy’s most controversial moments. The list of rumors and allegations is enough for a miniseries, but we’re gathering just a few of the most discussed from the life of Sean Combs that have kept him in infamy.
Notorious B.I.G.’s Murder
In March 1997, Hip Hop suffered a great loss when Christopher Wallace, better known as The Notorious B.I.G. or Biggie Smalls, was fatally gunned down in Los Angeles. For decades, speculation has circulated in the industry regarding Biggie’s death, and some even named Combs in rumors of a plot. Then, Rolling Stone released an exposé that shook the foundation of the case—they purported Wallace wanted out of his Bad Boy contract and was working on his exit from the label. The publication further stated that Biggie turned to his legal team to gain rights to his publishing, and there was a covert battle between Puff and Big about the concerns.
Upon news of Biggie’s death, RS claimed that Combs capitalized on the tragedy for financial gain. Rolling Stone approached Bad Boy for a magazine cover just months after Big’s murder. However, Kirk Burrowes, who co-founded the label and was acting as president of the company at the time, said that Diddy didn’t want Big on the cover. Instead, Combs graced the August 1997 issue, with Burrowes alleging that Diddy wanted to promote his debut album, No Way Out. Meanwhile, Biggie’s murder officially remains unsolved, although there is still gossip involving Combs, Suge Knight, and a host of characters.
The Assault On Steve Stoute
Mega music executive Steve Stoute also had his name tied up in Diddy’s madness, albeit back in 1998. At that time, Stoute was acting as Nas’ manager, and it was then that he reportedly had a heated altercation with Combs. According to The Los Angeles Times, Stoute recalled he and Diddy exchanging words on the music video set of “Hate Me Now.” As the story goes, the idea for the video was for Combs to be depicted as a crucified Christ. Diddy wanted the scene axed, but somehow, it wasn’t removed. This reportedly angered Combs, who, Stoute said, showed up at his office and went after him with a champagne bottle. Stoute alleged that during the attack, his jaw and arm were broken.
The altercation resulted in Diddy receiving assault charges, but he denied any bones were damaged. Combs would later speak with MTV about the incident, claiming he apologized to Stoute. He also stated he “disappointed myself” as well as the “Hip Hop community.” Combs added, “Because everything I do, I’m trying to be a team player in taking Hip Hop to the next level.” Later, Diddy pleaded guilty to harassment and was ordered to take an anger management course.
Diddy Allegedly Threatened A Vibe Editor
This story has resurfaced after famed journalist Touré revisited the tale in a TikTok video. According to the clip, Danyel Smith was an editor at Vibe magazine in 1995 when Diddy graced the cover. She actually previously shared this story with The New York Times, claiming that days following the cover photo shoot, Combs reached out demanding to see the images before they were published. Smith denied the request because it wasn’t Vibe‘s protocol—along with most magazines. After being rejected, Smith stated she heard through the grapevine that Combs planned to visit Vibe‘s offices in an effort to force her hand. Days later, Smith alleged that Diddy showed up irate, requesting to see her immediately while searching for her. Smith remarked she was doing her best to avoid the upset mogul and managed to sneak out of the back door and hail a cab home.
This wasn’t the saga’s end; Puff allegedly called again the next day, wanting to see the pictures. Smith once again said no, and it was then that she claimed he threatened to “see you dead in the trunk of a car.” Combs is also accused of telling her he knew her exact location at that moment, and Smith said she wasn’t taking any chances. She contacted her attorney, resulting in the mega-producer issuing an apology. Again, one would think this is the conclusion of a wild story, but according to Smith, within days, there was another controversy. She stated that when she returned to work, the servers that held all the information for Diddy’s Vibe issue were no longer there. They were purportedly stolen, but despite the setback, the issue was published.
The Club Shooting Which Landed Shyne In Jail
Probably one of the most significant controversies in Combs’ career is tied to Moses “Shyne” Barrow. Shyne was an emerging artist under the Bad Boy umbrella, with his deep, captivating cadence that caught the attention of both fans and the industry. However, a night out at the club in December 1999 would derail Shyne’s career after it turned into a shooting that injured three people. Now, what occurred that evening has been under speculation for years. What is known is there was an altercation that escalated into someone pulling out a firearm—and Shyne was accused of having his finger on the trigger.
Shyne and Diddy faced charges related to the shooting, but the latter was acquitted despite authorities claiming they found weapons in his vehicle. Yet, Shyne wasn’t so lucky and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Since then, he has turned his life around after returning to Belize. Now an activist and politician, Shyne has left his Hip Hop life behind him. However, he has reunited with Diddy on stage at least twice since 2022. After learning of Combs’ recent arrest, Shyne spoke with reporters to share his thoughts. He said this wasn’t someone “who I vacationed with and someone who I enjoyed this great, intimate relationship of brotherhood. This is someone who destroyed my life.”
Drama Over Artists’ Publishing Rights
Over the years, several Bad Boy artists have come forward with complaints over their former label head not budging on giving them their publishing rights. Several of the Golden Era of Hip Hop hitmakers like Mase, members of 112 and Danity Kane, and others reportedly petitioned Combs for control of their publishing, to no avail. Pertaining to Mase, the Harlem World rapper took his grievances to the internet, publicly calling out his former friend. Following much controversy and scandal, Diddy decided to give his former artists their publishing rights in 2023. The move was praised by those who have complained throughout the years, aside from former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day. The Making the Band star has long spoken out against Combs, even stating that in order to receive her publishing, she was allegedly told she needed to agree to no longer speak critically of Puff. In light of his federal charges, O’Day has celebrated his arrest.
Dawn Richard’s Lawsuit
Two weeks ago, Combs was hit with another lawsuit, this time from former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard. Years ago, during an interview with Hot97, Richard seemingly praised Diddy and spoke about being loyal to him for helping develop her career on Making the Band. However, there were rumors of misdealings and ill feelings behind the scenes, and her recent lawsuit was yet another that stopped the industry in its tracks.
According to Richard’s court documents, she has accused Combs of physical violence and intimidation. She specifically named alleged incidents, including one involving Cassie Ventura. Richard stated she was at a dinner with Jimmy Iovine, Ne-Yo, and Usher, and it was there that Diddy allegedly punched Cassie in front of the guests, and no one moved or came to the singer’s aid. Richard also stated that she witnessed Combs threaten Ventura, choke her, and drag her upstairs. Richard also claimed Diddy locked her in a car for hours, “manipulated her” by threatening her career, and tried to convince her that women in the industry would have to face “abuse and exploitation” to be successful.
Further, Richard’s suit also included mentions of Diddy’s infamous parties, or as the federal authorities have called them, “freak offs.” The singer stated that she witnessed these events with “passed out” women who were alleged victims to Combs and his friends, who “performed sexual acts on them.” Moreover, Richard said she was violated when Combs allegedly grabbed her “bare buttocks” while she was in a changing room, even attempting to “touch her breasts.” When she continued to deny his advances, Richard claimed Diddy stifled her career. The lawsuit is ongoing.
His Relationship With Cassie
Last year, Cassie filed a lawsuit against Diddy, unraveling a bevy of allegations of abuse throughout their 11-year relationship. These accusations included rape, physical violence, intimidation, manipulation, and forcing her to engage in sexual acts with male escorts. Additionally, there was a story about an artist whose car was blown up because Diddy supposedly believed he and Cassie were dating after a breakup. Kid Cudi would later come forward to confirm that he was, indeed, the man in question, and the incident did occur. Diddy quickly settled the lawsuit but accused Cassie of previously attempting to blackmail him for millions. Through his lawyer, he denied the allegations.
Then, earlier this year, a video of Diddy and Cassie surfaced, again thrusting them into infamy. The surveillance footage was from a hotel, showing Cassie making her way to an elevator before Combs is seen running after her, dragging her by her hair, punching her, and kicking her while she was on the ground. Cassie further speculated in her lawsuit that Diddy paid off certain hotel workers to suppress the video evidence.
Scandal Over Fight With J. Cole Over Kendrick Lamar
This controversy resurfaced in the thick of Kendrick Lamar’s recent outpouring of diss tracks against Drake. After J. Cole swiftly removed himself from the brewing beef, fans hopped online to revisit the 2013 rumor of Cole and Combs getting into a physical altercation. The alleged event reportedly took place at an afterparty for the MTV Video Music Awards. Combs was said to have been liquored up when he confronted Cole about Lamar dubbing himself the “King of New York” on a track. K. Dot was also at the event, and Diddy allegedly attempted to pour a drink on him before Cole stepped in. Things escalated and became physical, claimed sources, but it was mainly pushing more than fisticuffs.
CCNY Controversy
In 1991, the City College of New York became the scene of a fatal stampede. Diddy was all set for a promoted celebrity basketball game and impending concert in the packed gymnasium with a capacity of 2,730. However, fans stormed the location, and at least 5,000 people were in attendance, according to reports. Things became so out of control that officials stopped letting in guests as there wasn’t enough security to stave off the crowd. Closed doors didn’t stop those on the outside from trying to make their way in, eventually breaking down the barriers. The stampede resulted in over two dozen people being injured and nine others losing their lives. Much like Travis Scott faced at Astroworld, Combs was hit with several lawsuits from victims and family members of the deceased.
Usher’s Comments About Living With Diddy During His Youth
When young artists enter the music industry, many parents allow their children to live with high-profile producers or executives as they are developed. This happened with Bow Wow and Jermaine Dupri, Justin Bieber and Scooter Braun, and Usher with Diddy. Of the latter pair, in 2016, Usher reflected on his time at Diddy’s home when he was 13 and 14 years old. While on The Howard Stern Show, Usher recalled, “There were very curious things taking place.” He spoke about the late-night to early-morning parties Combs would host with his celebrity friends. The Grammy winner also suggested that the women who frequented these events flirted with the rising star.
Diddy Assaulting UCLA Coach Over Son, Justin Combs
Pride was illuminated by the Combs family when Diddy’s son Justin was accepted to the UCLA football team. However, in 2015, it was reported that Diddy got into a physical altercation with the then-assistant football coach, Sal Alosi. It was said that Diddy was less than thrilled when Alosi criticized Justin, leading to an argument later in the coach’s office. The mogul was accused of grabbing Alosi and throwing a kettlebell at another employee. It was rumored that Diddy had to be physically removed from the location, but Combs denied the allegations via his representative. Yet, Diddy was still arrested for assault, but charges were not filed against him. He would later speak on the incident during an interview with The Breakfast Club, which you can watch above.
“I believe he’s being targeted. I believe someone has the power to pull the trigger to make this stuff, this domino effect, happen… he was cool up until a point, and this stuff started happening… “somebody… said ‘Yo, he’s our new guy we’re on this year,’ or whatever”. These are all the words of Ice Cube just this past July from an interview with Patrick Bet-David on the PBD Podcast“. These speculative quotes are all in relation to Diddy and all of the allegations during that time.
Overall, Ice Cube seemed to be slightly sympathetic for the Bad Boy Records founder. Now, though, those feelings look to be long gone, as the West Coast icon is making sure everyone knows he’s got no affiliation. This switch-up does sort of makes sense because Cube did say the industry is the “wild west” in that same interview. It all happened at a recent performance at the Yaamava’ Theater in Highland, CA, according to Yahoo! Entertainment, with Cube letting the crowd know he’s never been to an infamous Diddy party.
“Almost 40 years of rocking the mic, and I’mma tell you right now; me and WC ain’t never been to a Diddy party motherf***er… You ain’t gotta worry about us on them motherf***ing tapes”, Cube shouted out to a happy and relieved crowd. You can even hear on audience member hilariously say, “thank God”. After making that clear, Cube then had the perfect transition into “Check Yo Self”. “Anybody in here that have… I got one thing to say to yo a**. If you’ve ever been to one of those parties… Boy or Girl, you better check yourself before you wreck yourself”. This declaration is timely, as Diddy is currently under arrest for sex trafficking and racketeering.
What are your thoughts on Ice Cube making it clear that he was never at any of Diddy’s parties? What do you think made him say this at his recent show? Are you buying his statement, why or why not? With every passing day since Diddy’s arrest on September 16, we continue to learn increasingly more disturbing information. From alleged text messages from some of his victims, to the supposed items that were taken during the home raids, every new chunk of evidence seems to dig a deeper hole for the embattled mogul. People on the internet are even finding potentially incriminating quotes and clips. What we are trying to say is that there is so much working against the Bad Boy boss right now and it could all lead to a life in solitary confinement. One of those things are the alleged “Freak Off” parties that Diddy threw.
These are one of the most damning allegations for many reasons but hearing him talk about them all but confirms that they were real. An X (formerly Twitter) user by the name of TaraBull, unearthed a 2002 interview clip with former late night show host Conan O’Brien. Below you can hear Diddy describe the essential things that he has at these alleged “Freak Offs”. “We need alcohol… alcohols”, he begins. Conan then recaps with a quick summary before his guest can go on, “You need the ladies, you need the booze”. Diddy then continues, “You need some water… a lot of ladies drink water at parties so if you don’t have what they need then they gon’ leave… gotta keep ’em there”.
Then, things get increasingly more spine-tingling, and not in a good way. “You need locks on the doors”, he adds as the then oblivious audience laughs. However, to Conan’s credit he did question the requirement of locks. “It is sounding kind of dangerous now”. But Diddy downplays it as “a little kinky”. Then, he goes on, “Check it out, you need a lot of heat… you don’t have no air conditioning… Heat affects the alcohol, it also makes everybody get a little more comfortable and loose. It builds up a nice little sweat”. Conan then checks him again, pointing out that it sounds “disgusting”. But once again, Diddy petrifyingly looks at it as not a big deal at all. “Depends on the way you look at it”, he says as the people burst into laughter again. Overall, the clip is just one minute, but it feels like an hour based on the content of it.
What are your thoughts on this clip of Diddy appearing to explain his “Freak Offs”? How disturbing is this given his current situation? Do you think any of these old videos could be used as evidence against him in court? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Following Diddy’s arrest and indictment this week, Donald Trump took to Truth Social to go after Kamala Harris. The former president reposted a fake photo of the Vice President standing next to Diddy, except the original photo actually featured her ex, Montel Williams. The caption questions whether or not she’s ever taken part in one of Diddy’s “freak offs.”
Diddy’s aforementioned indictment describes these freak offs as “elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded.” The undoctored version of the photo of Harris and Williams has surfaced in the past, prompting Trump’s supporters to accuse her of using celebrities for clout.
Donald Trump Uses Diddy Arrest To Throw Jabs At Kamala Harris
This is far from the first time Trump has spread false narratives about Harris’ personal life, however. Last month, he also shared a video accusing her of exchanging oral sex for political power. While his insinuations are certainly upsetting, they don’t necessarily come as a surprise. As for Diddy and his legal battle, he’s been charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution” according to TMZ.
If convicted, the Bad Boy Records founder faces a minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum of life. He was denied pre-trial release on bail for a second time earlier this week. What do you think of Donald Trump sharing a fake photo of Kamala Harris and Diddy? What about him questioning whether or not she attended any of his alleged freak offs? DJ Akademiks is one of the main hip-hop media personalities reacting to the allegations against Diddy. Overall, Diddy was officially indicted in New York today where he is currently being held behind bars. He has officially been hit with sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering charges. Furthermore, there are extensive allegations about his supposed “Freak offs.” Moreover, Diddy stands accused of luring in women with the promise of romantic relationships, only to coerce them into depraved sex acts.
Earlier today, authorities held a press conference in relation to the indictment. It was here where numerous exhibits of alleged evidence were shown off. Akademiks was streaming during the press conference, and he offered up incredulous reactions to what he was hearing. As you can see down below, he was absolutely flabbergasted when it was revealed that there are allegedly tapes of Diddy and his associates engaging in freak-offs. The Feds say they currently have numerous images and videos that showcase this.
DJ Akademiks is known for his wild reactions while streaming and now, this has gone viral. With that being said, many are now curious to see where this indictment goes. At this time, Diddy remains in jail. However, his team is currently in the midst of putting together a bail package. Only time will tell whether or not he is granted bail, although we’re sure if he is, there will be lots of conditions placed on it.

The early steps of the Diddy case are now underway, and there are truly disturbing bits of information. According to new legal documents from TMZ, the list of indictments does include the “Freak-off” events/parties. They descriptively describe them as “elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded”. Also in this section, they allege that Diddy was luring women in by promising them true romantic connections.
Then, after gaining their trust, he allegedly used force, threatened with force, or coercion to have them engage in lengthy intercourse with male sex workers. Afterwards, the women would allegedly receive IV fluids to help them physically recover from them. Later on in the documents, they list off all of the narcotics that were allegedly distributed in relation to the drug charges Diddy has received. They supposedly include cocaine, oxycodone, Xanax, GHB, aka, the “date rape” drug, MDMA and ketamine.
Even more alarming, is that some or maybe all of these alleged drugs were seized during the Miami and Beverly Hills home raids. Other supposed items confiscated are 1,000+ bottles of baby oil and/or lubricants, firearms, which apparently include 3 AR-15s with no serial numbers, and a drum magazine. All of this was a part of the massive and now unsealed indictment which has led to Diddy being charged on three counts. They are racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
What are your thoughts on Diddy allegedly having 1,000 bottles of baby oil/lubricant and more seized from his homes? Now that we have more information on what the indictments are, is he going to be behind bars for a long time? Is this going to be one of the longest cases regarding a hip-hop artist?
