SEE IT: Drake Trolls Kendrick Lamar’s ‘tv off’ Track ‘MUSTARD!’ Shoutout: ‘Custarrerddddd’

Screen Shot 2024 12 04 at 12.31.41 PM

Zero effs given is the theme Drake is seemingly making clear about Kendricks recently released album, GNX. The 6 God took a jab at the chart topping project by K Dot, during a livestream on Los Pollos TV—a platform known for its support of Drake. The Toronto rapper entered the comments, poking fun at a standout moment from Lamar’s new track “tv off.”

Let’s get to it.

As Los Pollos TV compared Kendrick’s GNX to Drake’s 2021 album, Certified Lover Boy, and criticized the Compton rapper’s effort, Drake jumped in with his own appraisal. “We need a donut emoji in the chat,” Drake wrote, suggesting the album wasn’t up to par.

Opinions are just that, opinions and everyone has them. Drake’s should not be surprising but CLB was a certified classic. Just sayin.

But wait, Drake didn’t stop there. Referencing Kendrick’s emphatic “MUSTARD!” shout from “tv off,” he added his own spin with, “Custarrerddddd!” The comment, dripping with sarcasm, was pinned to the top of the chat by Los Pollos TV, showcasing their clear allegiance to Drake.

Screen Shot 2024 12 04 at 12.29.14 PM

Loyalty is hard to come by. Respect to Los Pollos TV for standing on business.

This semi playful diss is the latest exchange in an ongoing rivalry between the two artists, marked by subtle jabs, cryptic lyrics, and fan-fueled comparisons. While Kendrick Lamar often channels his energy into his art and stays tight-lipped, Drake has taken a more direct approach, adding humor to his critiques. That part.

ICYMI, earlier this year, Drake dropped 100 Gigs, a project featuring unreleased tracks with artists like 21 Savage, Young Thug, and Latto, further cementing his prolific output. With both rappers consistently in the spotlight, fans will undoubtedly keep dissecting every word, lyric, and livestream for the next chapter in their friendly feud.

Kyrie Irving Sued for Allegedly Skipping Out on $400K Therapist Bill

Screen Shot 2024 12 04 at 12.14.39 PM

Dallas Mavericks superstar Kyrie Irving is facing a lawsuit over claims that he failed to pay more than $400,000 to a therapist and wellness company for their services at a summer retreat. The suit, filed by Natasha McCartney and her company Elite Mind Solutions in the Supreme Court of the State of New York on Monday (Dec. 2), accuses Irving of ghosting her after the event.

Here’s the gist. According to McCartney, Irving hired her to organize and run a retreat for 150 people in North Dakota. Originally planned for 115 attendees, the event’s scope grew rapidly, increasing the cost. She also claims that “additional crisis intervention” became necessary after a guest unexpectedly passed away during the retreat.

“On June 19, 2024, Defendants verbally stated that there would be 115 participants, and Plaintiff adjusted materials and workshops within one week to accommodate the additional guests. Upon Plaintiff’s arrival at the retreat, it was discovered that approximately 150 individuals were attending, instead of the 115 originally planned,” the lawsuit states. “Despite the unexpected increase in attendees the Plaintiff reorganized its entire 5-day program to make space for the non-expected guests.”

Get this, McCartney detailed the services provided during the retreat, including “intuitive life readings,” meditation sessions, and “ionic foot baths.” After the unexpected death of a guest, she claims to have stepped in to manage interactions with police, ensure privacy for Irving, and handle arrangements with the coroner.

Sounds very bliss and all that good stuff.

“She provided essential information to ensure that guests were not interrogated by [police], promptly facilitated the removal of Kyrie from the scene to avoid media exposure, and assisted the Coroner with preparations for the family viewing and transportation,” the lawsuit alleges.

What’s more, despite McCartney’s efforts, she claims Irving has not fulfilled his promise to cover the costs. “Natasha McCartney’s suit recalled that Irving would ‘take care of any costs associated with the program,’ but, ‘despite multiple demands and amicable attempts to resolve the matter, [Irving has] failed to make full payment towards these invoices.’”

Diving deeper, the suit also accuses Irving of deflecting responsibility to his team rather than addressing the issue directly. “After making direct contact with Kyrie Irving and his associates, Mr. Irving put it all off on his supporting cast… Of course, he had an attorney retained, and of course, his manager and his agent got involved and made several insulting offers, but Kyrie Irving himself never personally tried to make amends,” McCartney claims.

As of now, Irving has not publicly commented on the allegations. The lawsuit sheds light on an unusual and complex dispute, adding another headline to the controversial star’s off-court drama. And we doubt that PR team will advise him to comment. Just sayin.

In a surprising announcement, Gervonta “Tank” Davis has announced that he plans to leave the boxing world behind, signaling the end of his career after 2025.

The shocking revelation came during a press conference on Tuesday (Dec. 2) ahead of his upcoming WBA Lightweight title defense, the undefeated champion didn’t hold back about his feelings toward the sport.

“After next year, I’m out of it,” Davis said. “Yeah, out of this sport… Sht’s trash. This sht is trash, garbage. Fed up. I’m fed up with the whole sh*t… I just want to be able to make money and stay out the way, that’s it. I want to be living without being seen.”

As you probably know Davis, is a force in the ring who boasts a flawless 30-0 record with 28 knockouts, revealed plans to fight three more times before retiring. However, he hasn’t fought more than twice in a single year since 2019, leaving fans curious about how he’ll achieve that goal.

Get this, when asked if one of his final opponents might include WBC Lightweight champion Shakur Stevenson, Davis quickly dismissed the idea. “For what? What has Shakur done?” he questioned. “What has he done in the sport? He hasn’t done nothing. Keyshawn Davis is looking way better than him, and Keyshawn hasn’t even done nothing. I’m afraid of what? For us fighters to be afraid of someone, it has to be someone who’s hitting us and hurting us. [Stevenson] doesn’t have no offense, everything is defense. Defense only wins in basketball and football. That sh*t don’t win in boxing.”

ICYMI, Tank’s last fight was in July when he successfully defended his title against Frank Martin with an eighth-round knockout. The victory kept Davis’ record unblemished, handing Martin the first loss of his career (18-1). As Davis prepares for his March 1 title defense against Lamont Roach at the Barclays Center, fans will be watching closely, knowing his time in the ring is nearing its end.

Wendy Williams’ Family Disputes Claims of “Permanent Incapacity” Amid Legal Battle

Wendy Williams' Son Accuses Her Manager and Others of Enabling his mother as she battles addiction issues

Wendy Williams' Son Accuses Her Manager and Others of Enabling his mother as she battles addiction issues

The saga surrounding Wendy Williams continues to unfold as her family pushes back against recent legal claims about her health. Last month, attorneys for Williams’ court-appointed guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, described the former daytime talk show host as “permanently incapacitated” in legal documents. However, a family insider has dismissed these claims, stating that Wendy is “more clear now than she’s ever been.”

Diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia in May 2023, the beloved 60-year-old media personality has been under court-ordered guardianship since 2022. This arrangement was initially put in place to manage her finances and health, but it has also drawn public scrutiny and stirred controversy within her circle.

The recent filings by her guardian suggested cognitive impairment, further fueling the ongoing debate surrounding Wendy’s capacity to make decisions about her life and career. This update came in the wake of backlash over her documentary Where Is Wendy Williams?, which aired earlier this year. The documentary faced criticism for its portrayal of Wendy’s struggles, leading to speculation about her future in the public eye.

Despite these concerns, Wendy’s family remains steadfast in their support. “She is more clear now than she’s ever been throughout the guardianship, which is a problem for some,” the family insider shared with The Daily Mail.

Wendy Williams, known for her sharp wit and candid style, spent decades entertaining audiences on both radio and television. Her transition away from the spotlight has been marked by a series of health challenges and legal battles, leaving fans and loved ones hopeful for her continued recovery and stability.

As the story develops, it remains to be seen how these differing narratives about her health will influence Wendy’s future. For now, her family’s assurances serve as a reminder that the journey of healing is complex and deeply personal.

Revenue from R. Kelly’s Catalog Pays off $500K Federal Judgment

RCA Records is Reportedly Holding R. Kelly's New Music

R. Kelly is behind bars, but his hits are still bringing in the bag. According to AllHipHop, revenue from his catalog paid off a federal judgment of over $500,000.

Court docs from the Eastern District of New York highlight a payment of $520,549.90 that covered restitution, fines, and penalties. The payment was broken down into $379,649.90 in restitution, a $100,000 fine, and a $40,000 Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act assessment. There was also a $900 special assessment.

In October, R. Kelly attempted to take his sex crimes convictions to the highest court possible. They responded with a “no, thank you.”

R. Kelly is currently serving 30 years in prison for sex trafficking, concurrent with 20 years for child pornography, and he petitioned the Supreme Court stating he was retroactively prosecuted. According to CNN, federal prosecutors declined to respond to the appeal.

R. Kelly’s case was just one of hundreds denied by the Court.

In August 2024, R. Kelly’s legal battle began when he claimed that prison employees used the internal prison system to access his sensitive information unlawfully. According to Kelly, this information was then sold to Tasha K, who shared it on her popular blog. Kelly’s lawyer argued that Tasha K leveraged this information to harass him and influence witnesses in his ongoing legal battles, particularly his criminal prosecution in the Eastern District of New York (EDNY).

However, the U.S. Government has now fired back, requesting that the case be dismissed. In documents obtained exclusively by In Touch, government lawyers denied breaching their duty of care to Kelly, arguing that the United States cannot be held liable for the alleged actions of individual prison employees. They stated, “The United States is not subject to institutional liability stemming from allegedly widespread negligent practices or policies.”

While the government acknowledged that an Inspector General investigation was conducted into the unauthorized access to Kelly’s emails, visitor logs, and phone records, they pointed out that no charges were ever brought against the officer named in Kelly’s complaint. In fact, the Chicago Sun-Times reported that the employee in question had retired shortly after the investigation commenced in 2019.

Interestingly, the government’s response appears to indirectly confirm that a prison worker did, in fact, provide information to Tasha K that was accessed from the internal system. Despite this, the government maintains that this does not constitute grounds for holding the entire U.S. Penal System accountable.

Tasha K, for her part, has vehemently denied any involvement in illegal activity, taking to Instagram to refute Kelly’s allegations. Nonetheless, Kelly’s legal team contends that the leaked information caused chaos in his personal life and compromised his defense in the criminal case against him.

As the U.S. Government pushes for the lawsuit to be thrown out, Kelly’s legal challenges continue to mount. With his reputation and freedom on the line, this latest development in the R. Kelly saga underscores the intense scrutiny and controversy surrounding the disgraced singer inside and outside the courtroom. The court’s decision on dismissing the case will be closely watched, as it could set a significant precedent for handling sensitive information within the U.S. prison system.

The U.S. Government has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought by R&B singer R. Kelly, who is currently serving time on multiple charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. The lawsuit, which was filed last year, accuses the U.S. Penal System and gossip vlogger Tasha K of violating his privacy by allegedly accessing and publishing his private prison emails and call logs.
