Dwight Howard is in the holiday spirit! Fans reached out to Dwight, asking if he could open his heart and giveaway signed sneakers and Jerseys. The NBA Champion not only complied and delivered on Thanksgiving eve— he gave away, 12 autographed Basketball Jerseys that he wore during various games.

As a bonus, he picked on a lucky fan on Tik Tok and sent them the Jersey from his first game in Taiwan, where he scored 38 points 25 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 blocks. There may be some “Superman Powers” in that Jersey!

Macy’s Beginning to Remove Diddy’s Sean John from Stores and Website

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Rebrands Combs Enterprises to Combs Global as Business Portfolio Expands

Following his settlement with Cassie’s sexual abuse suit, Macy’s is beginning to remove Diddy’s Sean John clothing brand from stores.

Radar Online notes the department store giant is following through on a plan that was already in motion as the brand does not bring in the numbers it previously did. “As part of our ongoing review of our brand portfolio, the Sean John collection has started to phase out of assortment since early fall 2023,” a insider revealed.

The products will be removed from stores and also taken off the website. Macy’s has been the exclusive home for the brand since 2010.

Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy is officially dismissed. According to TMZ, the suit was ended in New York on Monday. The doc reads, “Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Plaintiff hereby dismisses this action, with prejudice and without costs or fees to either party.”

Shortly after news of the lawsuit rattled the world on Thursday, Diddy and Cassie settled the lawsuit on Friday.

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” Cassie said after the settlement. “I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

For the first time since settling his lawsuit with his ex-lover, singer Cassie, Diddy has been spotted. He was spotted outside his Star Island Miami mansion, beside his chief of staff, with his face buried in his hands.

After settling with Cassie following her explosive allegations. Ben Brafman, Diddy’s lawyer, shared a statement:

“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

Diddy was sued by his former lover Cassie, stating she was rapped and sex trafficked during their relationship. Cassie, born Casandra Ventura, filed the suit in New York City, stating she was the victim of a “cycle of abuse, violence and sex trafficking.

Included in the lawsuit was a 2018 rape, which Cassie stated as Diddy attempted to prevent her from leaving him.

Tiffany Haddish Arrested for Second DUI In Less Than a Year

Comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish found herself in legal trouble once again, as she was arrested on DUI charges in Beverly Hills early Friday morning. This marks the second DUI arrest for Haddish in less than a year.

TMZ reported that The Beverly Hills Police Department received a call around 5:45 AM reporting a vehicle stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive. Officers responded to the scene to find Tiffany allegedly slumped over the wheel while the car was running. Despite no reported accident, law enforcement took swift action, placing Haddish in handcuffs and arresting her without incident.

Haddish, known for her roles in comedy and acting, had performed at The Laugh Factory in West Hollywood the previous night as part of the club’s 43rd annual free Thanksgiving feast for the community.

This latest arrest comes just a year after Tiffany Haddish faced DUI charges in Peachtree City, GA. In that incident, Peachtree City PD responded to a call of someone sleeping behind the wheel, finding Haddish pulling into a neighborhood. She was booked for DUI and improper stopping on a roadway. Scheduled to go to trial on December 4 for the previous case, Haddish now faces legal repercussions on multiple fronts.

Jamie Foxx Sued for Sexual Assault at NYC Rooftop

Jamie Foxx is being sued for an alleged sexual assault on a rooftop in New York City eight years ago. According to the lawsuit, Foxx was at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015.

TMZ notes the woman noticed Foxx a couple of tables over and asked for a picture. The woman claimed during the picture, Foxx seemed intoxicated and showered her with compliments of having a “supermodel body” and looking like Gabrielle Union.

The woman states Foxx would place both hands on her waist, eventually go under her top, and begin to rub her breasts. The woman stated Foxx would also put his hands in her pants, touching her vagina and anus.

Foxx would allegedly stop once her friends came over. The woman stated she had medical treatment and suffered from pain and emotional distress. She is suing Foxx, Catch, and its employees.

Co-founder of Interscope Records, Jimmy Iovine, is being sued by a woman for sexual misconduct and abuse. According to Pitchfork, Jane Doe was “sexually abused, forcibly touched, and subjected to sexual harassment and retaliation” in Aug. 2007.

The lawsuit lists assault and battery, seeking “economic and compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorneys’ fees and costs.”

Reaching out to Rolling Stone, a spokesperson said, “No one has ever made a claim like this against Jimmy Iovine, nor have we been contacted or made aware of any complaint by anyone, including this unknown plaintiff prior to now.”

If there is one person who always speaks about Diddy’s dealings, it is 50 Cent. Hitting Instagram with the news surrounding former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, he teased Surviving P Diddy.

“I Told you they was coming, in 5,4,3,2,1 SMH,” 50 Cent wrote. “This is a movie (SURVIVING P DIDDY) OR (DIDDY, DO IT OR NOT) executive produced by Curtis 50cent Jackson coming soon!”

Harve Pierre, former president of Bad Boy Records, has been sued for grooming and sexually assaulting his assistant. The lawsuit states Pierre’s allegations by his assistant occured “on multiple occasions in New York City and other locations throughout the country” and “used his position of authority as plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her.”

The assistant is now seeking damanges that will “fully and fairly compensate” the assault. Listed in the suit are Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises.

“We have recently become aware of a lawsuit filed in New York by a former employee,” a spokesperson for Bad Boy Records said to Rolling Stone. “The allegations are from many years ago that were never brought to the attention of the company. Neither the plaintiff nor the executive are current employees of the company. We are now investigating the allegations, and our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees.”
