Kim Kardashian Models Faux Leather Bikini For New SKIMS Campaign

Kim Kardashian is no stranger to shutting down the internet with scandalous pictures. Now, as a new SKIMS campaign spearheaded by faux leather bikinis is dropping, she’s at it again. She stepped in to be her own model in a series of saucy, scantily-clad photos. In one picture she lays across the back of a male model pair her black faux leather bikini with matching black gloves and boots. In another picture she and two other models sport the bikinis in front of a gorgeous seaside view. Expectedly, everyone is dressed in all black.

This new line comes just a week after Kim Kardashian opened up on how SKIMS came to be. She shared stories of buying shapewear and having to dye it just so it matches her skin tone. She also mentioned just how long she’s been hoping to one day have a brand like SKIMS, since her teen years. The new campaign to bring the “boldest swim ever for your best summer moments.” The collection drops at Midnight eastern time tomorrow.

Last week Kim Kardashian attracted for a totally different reason. During Paris Fashion Week she attended Pharrell’s debut as Head of Menswear during the Louis Vuitton show. Afterwards she was filmed dancing to Jay-Z performing his song “N*ggas In Paris,” during his performance. Fans were quick to notice that the song is actually a collaboration between Jay and Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West. It isn’t even the first time she’s gotten attention for Kanye’s music. Last year she posted a video to her Instagram story of her and the pair’s two youngest children dancing to one of his songs.

The last time Kim got plenty of attention for an outfit was also just last week. Many online compared her outfit at the Louis Vuitton show to the texture of dirt in the game Minecraft. Rihanna Stuns In Pharrell’s First Louis Vuitton Video: Watch

Rihanna is one of the most fashionable artists in the entire world. Overall, she has been to numerous fashion shows and even has her own lines of clothes. For instance, Savage x Fenty has been a huge name in the business. However, as we reported over the weekend, she is stepping down from the line and has handed over the CEO reigns to someone else. Hillary Super will take over, marking a huge shift after five years with the brand. Either way, it is clear that Riri has plenty of other projects on the horizon.

Additionally, as you can imagine, Rihanna was just in Paris for Fashion Week. This edition of Fashion Week was particularly huge as it marked Pharrell’s first collection with Louis Vuitton. The Spring/Summer 2024 show was a huge one as there were performances from Jay-Z, Pharrell, and even new music from Clipse. Riri and ASAP Rocky were on hand for this show, and their presence was most definitely felt. Now, however, Rihanna is front and center in the latest Louis Vuitton campaign video.

This new video was posted on YouTube today by the official Louis Vuitton channel. Throughout the 41-second clip, Rihanna can be seen in the street repping the new LV line, while also carrying some handbags. In a statement, the brand said the campaign was “created to alter perceptions, challenge history, and evolve an existing legacy. Personified by a pregnant Rihanna – a symbol of human empowerment and the quintessential everyday icon – the men’s campaign reflects the re-contextualization at the core of Pharrell Williams’ approach to the maison.”

Pharrell Wins Paris Fashion Week With His $1M Louis Vuitton Speedy Bag

Paris Fashion Week has seen many of the biggest names in hip-hop take over France in style this month. Of course, none of them are doing it quite like Pharrell. The Virginia-born creative was actually one of the main events earlier in the week as he made his debut as the menswear designer of Louis Vuitton on June 20. As expected, the collection has been receiving rave reviews so far. However, internet trolls are comparing some of the looks to Minecraft characters due to their pixel patterning.

In the days since proudly unveiling his first collection, Pharrell has been spotted supporting various other designers at their runways. His longtime friend Nigo impressed with his work at the Kenzo show. As High Snobiety notes, he’s also been photographed at Junya Watanabe and Dior’s presentation. The producer’s wife, Helen Lasichanh, was by his side (cooly dressed and looking naturally radiant), and his eldest son, Rocket Williams, joined them to see Kim Jones’ latest work.

In many photos, Pharrell has been carrying with him a bright yellow, monogrammed Louis Vuitton Speedy bag – one of the standout pieces from his collection. It’s a good thing it’s so attention-grabbing, seeing as it’s worth an estimated $1 million.

It’s been nicknamed the “Millionaire” bag, and has such a hefty price tag because it’s “cut from crocodile leather and affixed with both a chunky gold chain and diamond padlock, all handmade in one of LV’s fairly young leather ateliers.”

Halle Bailey Stuns At Paris Fashion Week

Halle Bailey is looking incredibly elegant at Paris Fashion Week. There may be many celebrities in attendance, but Halle is definitely a standout. The actress and singer was photographed attending the Ami Alexandre Mattiussi menswear show. The 23-year-old Little Mermaid star showcased a classy all-grey ensemble. The outfit consisted of an oversized blazer, a matching top, and high-waisted flared trousers. Additionally, Halle added a touch of height with black stiletto heels. Drop earrings featuring beautiful pearls acted as the finishing touches to Halle’s look.

Halle’s makeup was just as stunning as her outfit. It featured a glamorous palette of different products. Her face was adorned with sparkling eyeshadow, thick eyeliner, and a bold plum lip gloss. Halle’s “Little Mermaid” Success

Halle Bailey has been receiving significant attention since her impressive debut as Ariel in the Little Mermaid reboot. The film has achieved the highest fan rating among live-action Disney movies on Rotten Tomatoes. It has a current approval rating of 95% based on over 5,000 ratings. This surpasses the previous record set by Guy Ritchie’s Aladdin, which had a 94% audience rating. Despite initial backlash over Halle’s casting, the movie performed exceptionally well at the box office. Furthermore, it debuted at number one with an estimated $118 million over the Memorial Day weekend in the United States. The casting of Halle likely has quite a bit to do with the film’s success.

The film received mixed reviews from critics. It has a current approval rating of 67%. However, it has garnered global praise for Halle’s performance as Ariel. The actress herself was moved by videos of children reacting joyfully to seeing a black woman portray a Disney princess. Halle expressed her gratitude for the emotional impact she has had on young viewers. She compared it to the effect that Anika Noni Rose’s portrayal of Tiana in The Princess and the Frog had on her own perspective. Beyonce may be in the midst of her career’s biggest stadium tour so far, but that doesn’t mean she won’t make time in her schedule to support Pharrell Williams. The mother of three was just one of the many famous faces who sat front row in Paris on Tuesday (June 20) to watch the producer and designer unveil his first collection as the leader of Louis Vuitton’s menswear brand. The job was previously held by the late Virgil Abloh, leaving Williams with some serious big shoes to fill. Thankfully, he seems to have pulled off a presentation that’s earning him promising reviews.

Joining Bey at the highly anticipated event was her husband, Jay-Z. The pair – who purchased the most expensive home in California history earlier this spring – looked as regal as ever, the Houston native seemingly putting this past weekend’s on-stage faux pas behind her to focus on Pharrell. As many social media users have pointed out, Beyonce is undoubtedly exhausted after giving it her all on stages across Europe for the past month and looking like a billion dollars in the process. To conceal any tiredness that may appear in her eyes, she shielded them with some of the largest shades we’ve seen her wear.

Paris fashion week kicked off today with the Louis Vuitton show taking place tonight. While many have been citing the various celebrities who’ve shown up like Jay-Z and Beyonce, and Zendaya, there’s also plenty of fashion to behold. Pharrell is making his debut as lead designer of Louis Vuitton’s Menswear with a new line that was debuted today. He took over the position last year following the role staying unfilled for a while after the death of Virgil Abloh. As you’d expect from somebody with as many celebrity friends as Pharrell, the stars came out for his show.

In a video currently going viral, Pusha T reacts to Pharrell’s absolutely insane new watch. The minimal and technical looking piece is a collaboration between Ferrari and Richard Mille. In the video Pusha T expressed his disbelief at how thin the watch is, comparing it to a “credit card.” The video is making the rounds not just for Pusha T’s hilarious reaction but also people’s judgements of the piece itself. Many in the comments claim its another example of how people will buy anything with a designers name on it.

It is a completely new position for him, but he is more than eager to show people what he can do.

Today, the renowned artist is in France for Paris Fashion Week. Later tonight, he will be able to show off his very first collection with Louis Vuitton. This new collection is being guided by Nicolas Ghesquière who is the artistic director. That said, while speaking to WWD, Pharrell expressed his excitement for the new role and new collection. “Every day, I gotta pinch myself because it’s an appointment, and I was chosen,” Pharrell Williams explained. “Pietro saw something, and I’m touched by that and I honor that every day.”

While this is an exciting time for the artist, there are those who are doubting he can do the job. His experience in a role like this one is almost non-existent. However, he is still confident that he can surprise a lot of people. “I didn’t go to Central Saint Martins, but I also didn’t go to Juilliard either in music and I mean, we see how that turned out,” Pharrell said. “It’s cool. That’s a very fair observation. But neither did Vivienne Westwood, right? Tadao Ando was self-taught. I mean, he’s the GOAT, right? I only aspire to express myself.”

Pharrell has always been someone who has embedded himself in fashion. Whether it be BAPE, Adidas, or Billionaire Boys Club, Pharrell is someone who has dabbled in everything. Machine Gun Kelly & Daughter Casie Baker Attend Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan Runway Show

While some famous fathers keep their children front and centre on their Instagram feed (such as Diddy), others prefer to shield their young ones from the spotlight when possible. Among the latter category is Machine Gun Kelly, who’s been a dad to Casie Colson Baker for the past 13 years. The rapper and his daughter’s mom have obviously gone their separate ways since, but he and his only child continue to make occasional public appearances together. Their most recent outing took place in Milan during the ongoing Fashion Week, specifically at the Dolce and Gabbana presentation.

The recording artist and his teenage daughter both donned all-black outfits for the occasion. While MGK layered a leather jacket over an incredibly low-cut t-shirt, Casie wore a classy dress with a sheer midsection. She completed her look with layered chunky gold necklaces and pearl droplet earrings, the latter of which her dad was also wearing. In addition, Kelly drew more attention to his face with a fishnet mask and some subtle blue and white eyeshadow.

The event took place on Saturday (June 17), as the Italian brand revealed its Spring/Summer 2024 menswear collection. As DailyMail notes, Kelly has been a frequent supporter of D&G over the past few years. In 2022, he walked the runway in complete silence, confidently strutting in front of a massive LED screen reading his name out in bright pink graffiti. Thankfully, the silence was followed by a rousing performance from the multi-talent, who’s been spotted on multiple festival stages over the past few months.

Rihanna Stays Booked & Busy As The Face Of Pharrell’s First Louis Vuitton Men’s Campaign

After the shock of Virgil Abloh’s sudden tragic passing in November 2021 wore off, fashion lovers couldn’t help but wonder who would replace him as creative director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear division. Some previously thought that his long-time contemporary, Kanye West, might get the job. However, his controversial antics at the time may have caused the brand to distance itself from him, and instead select Pharrell Williams. The producer’s new role was officially announced in February, and more recently we reported that he’ll be making his runway debut at the quickly approaching Paris Fashion Week.

Ahead of the show, Skateboard P is making big moves on Instagram. In the early hours of Thursday (June 15) morning, he lit up Instagram with a new photo from the City of Love, where he proudly poses in front of a new LV billboard featuring Rihanna. In the massive photograph, the “Umbrella” singer carried a collection of colourful baggage worn on her arms, cooly holding a coffee in her hand while showing off her baby bump under a leather jacket.

“LOUIS VUITTON MEN Spring-Summer 2024,” Pharrell wrote in the caption, hinting at what’s to come. Celebrity friends are already gushing over the creative collaboration in the comments. Governor’s Ball 2023: Ari Lennox, Kendrick Lamar, And Ice Spice Among Best-Dressed Performers

Summer is nearly here, and New York City is more abuzz with celebrities than ever. The past two weekends have seen some of the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B taking the stage at Hot 97 Summer Jam, and more recently, Governor’s Ball. While the former gave us performances from Cardi B, Lil Tjay, and Coi Leray (among others), the latter saw Lizzo headlining on Friday (June 9), and Kendrick Lamar closing things out on Sunday night.

This isn’t the only time we’ve seen K-Dot outside since wrapping up his Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers World Tour. Earlier this month he caught our attention at Primavera Sound, where the Pulitzer Prize-winning lyricist brought out clones to make a creative statement. His set in NYC last night was equally as riveting, and saw him wearing an orange and white outfit paired with a backwards blue cap.

There were plenty of noteworthy style moments throughout the weekend in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Not only did those attending the event step out in their best, but artists like Ice Spice, Lil Nas X, and Ari Lennox made sure to show off plenty of body.

Elsewhere, Pusha T stepped out in a sleek Louis Vuitton look ahead of Pharrell Williams’ debut at the label. We also loved PinkPantheress’ homage to the ’00s, Giveon’s bright, all-white outfit, and Lizzo’s sparkly silver gown that had her resembling the Statue of Liberty.
