Cardi B Wants To Collab With Rihanna, But There’s A Catch

Cardi B’s dream collaboration is Rihanna, she revealed on Million Dollaz Worth of Game. However, the rapper’s self-consciousness is holding her back from reaching out. “I love Rihanna’s music. But, I don’t [make] music like that. I sound kinda stupid trying to sing like that. I sound stupid trying to make music like that. So, if I ever get that perfect record, I can not wait until I feel like, ‘This song…I know she’s going to like it.’ I don’t want to send her nothing like, ‘Ho, what the f-ck is this shi-t? Take this thing out of my face.’” Cardi lamented.

Of course, Cardi has a long history of big-name colalbs. She has two songs with Megan Thee Stallion, a platinum-certified remix with Latto, and plenty more tracks under her belt. However, her candidness about working with Rihanna is a reminder than even someone at the top of their profession can still feel imposter syndrome.

Cardi B Flashes Her Fans On Instagram Live

Elsewhere, Cardi recently stunned viewers on her recent Instagram livestream as she exposed her breasts while listening to music. Multiple clips of the stream show Cardi pulling down the neckline of her tank top to reveal her breasts, which were covered by vibrant X-shaped pasties. Fans were stunned by the brazen move, with chat messages like “OMG” and “MOTHER???” able to be seen in the various clips. The footage quickly spread online, with the Bardis going wild, and Cardi’s haters criticizing the move.

Cardi was clearly feeling herself after dropping “Like What”, her first new single in nearly a year. Fans have been absolutely gagging over the track. However, it was also been the subject of a hate campaign from the Barbz. A streaming protest from the Nicki Minaj fanbase saw her top streaming charts over Cardi on release day for “Like What”. Are you feeling “Like What”? Let us know in the comments.

Latto Is Adamant About Grabbing A Feature From Andre 3000: “I Want To Bring [Him] Out Of Retirement”

Latto is near the peak of her powers. She has been a part of the biggest collaboration in Spotify history with Jung Kook on “Seven.” The track hit one billion streams in just about three and a half months and has become a global smash hit. While she does not have a record out this year, Latto is garnering tons of well-deserved attention. For example, she just sat down with XXL a few days ago to discuss a whole bunch of topics.

One of which was where she believes her stance is, within the Atlanta hip-hop scene amongst the other female talents. “Am I the First Lady of Atlanta? I do feel like I’m the frontrunner for female rap in Atlanta. I will say that… Yeah, I think I am.” Even with that claim, she is self-aware and more needs to be done to firmly place her legacy. “I think there’s a lot more work to be done for it to be cemented. There’s definitely a lot more work.”

Another interesting discussion that Latto had with XXL was about her dream collaborations. One of the hottest names right now is not an up-and-comer, rather it is the legend, Andre 3000. His new album, New Blue Sun, shocked the world and is one the best pieces of work this year. So, it was no surprise that Latto wanted to work with him. She is looking to do whatever it takes, too. “You want to know who I’ve been saying lately? I want to bring Andre 3000 out of retirement. I got a song for Andre right now that will go so f***in’ crazy.” She goes on, “I’m really just trying to pull all strings, so hopefully, this can reach Andre somehow. I want Andre on my album.”

What are your initial thoughts on Latto saying she wants to grab a feature from Andre 3000 for a song? Do you think this will happen and would it sound good? Do you agree with the fans with their takes in the comments section? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with Latto and Andre 3000. Sukihana Divulges On Desire To Work With Drake

Sukihana is someone who has exploded in popularity over the last few months. Overall, it has been fun to watch her rise to fame. Although some people don’t like her behavior, others love that she is unapologetically her authentic self. Her authenticity is what has ultimately allowed her to get so far. In a world where people try to manufacture their persona, Suki is doing what she wants, when she wants. It is something that we should all probably be aspiring to, regardless of what you may think.

If you pay attention to Sukihana, you know that she has made some music. Overall, her music is incredibly raunchy and serves as a pretty good litmus test of whether or not you’re going to like her personality. That said, she has been making moves, and big artists are looking to collaborate. In a recent interview with The FanBus, Suki revealed exactly who she would be down to collaborate with. As you’re going to hear, the list is pretty extensive.

Sukihana Reveals Who She Wants To Work With

The artist says that she would love to work with massive stars like Adele and even Cardi B. However, her real dream is to someday work with Drake. As she explains, she feels like a song with Drake would be a massive banger, and would also prove to be extremely viral. It is hard to really disagree with this assessment, all things considered. Drizzy knows how to craft a hit, and with Suki’s energy, you can just imagine what the final result would end up being.

At this point, fans will have to wait a while for such a collab to take place. For now, Drake is focused on finishing up his new album, For All The Dogs. It is a project that fans have been very excited about, and we can only imagine what kind of tracks we will get. As for Sukihana, the grind continues. Let us know if you want this collab to happen, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. Nas Lists Billy Joel & Bruce Springsteen As Dream Collaborators

In a recent interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Nas said that Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel are among his dream collaborators. Also, the hip-hop legend said that he’d love to work with Sade or Al Green one day, as well. When answering Colbert’s prompt about hopeful team-ups, he emphasized the sheer star power in that list and spoke on Joel’s particular showmanship. In fact, these dream collaborations aren’t just dreams, as the Queens MC tried to bring some of them to light.

“There’s a lot,” he remarked to the talk show host when asked about his feature wishlist. “From Sade to Al Green to Billy Joel to The Boss, Bruce. I tried that at Billy Joel’s concert. I went to his show and it was incredible. He’s the king of the Garden.” In fact, the “It Ain’t Hard To Tell” MC recently performed at Madison Square Garden for a one-night gig this Friday (February 24). From all accounts, the show was a wonderful spectacle and yet another point on Nas’ board in GOAT conversations. Given his incredible career trajectory over the past few years, maybe he himself will become the next king of the Garden.

Nas Names His Dream Collaborators

Elsewhere in the interview, the 49-year-old spoke on why he doesn’t feel inspired by rappers his own age anymore. Instead, he explained, he tries to stack himself up to what the current generation is doing, maintaining that hunger for creativity. “I’m really trying to figure out what my next move is, and I feel like a lot of Hip Hop artists my age are not putting out a lot of material, so I can’t look to them as reference,” he stated. “They kind of slowed down — for whatever reasons, I understand it’s a tough thing — but I got bit by the bug, man.”

However, that doesn’t mean that the Mass Appeal mogul’s completely forgotten about older artists. In fact, 50 Cent recently revealed he’ll assist Nas and Hit-Boy on King’s Disease IV, which should entice 50 fans and doubters alike. While it’s been a while since the TV mogul was known primarily for music, it’s very likely that a more long-standing legend like Nas and one of the best producers right now like Hit-Boy could inspire him by comparing themselves to the present, not the past. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on the one and only Nas.

Amber Rose Lists Ice Spice & GloRilla As Dream Collabs, Blames Men For Female Artist Drama

It’s been nearly 24 hours since the 65th annual Grammy Awards began yesterday (February 6). Somehow, the internet is still catching up on the evening’s biggest moments, from the hottest looks on the red carpet to the juiciest celebrity interviews. In terms of the latter, Amber Rose spilled plenty of tea while chatting with Hollywood Unlocked ahead of the show.

For her saunter down the “runway,” the model donned a stunning black dress, also covering her eyes with signature black oversized sunglasses. The bottom half of her gown was sheer, subtly exposing her leg, and she wore sparkly silver heels to finish the look. Elsewhere, Rose added cutout gloves and bulky chains around her neck.

As per usual, she looked fabulous and confident. While chatting with reporters she exuded the same energy, dishing about her dream collaborators and thoughts on female rap beef. “If somebody were to hop on the remix with you for ‘Surprise Me,’ who would it be?” the mother of two was asked last night.

“Oooh, oh my goodness. I would like Ice Spice,” she gushed to the outlet. “I like GloRilla too though,” she quickly added, shouting out the southern superstar. Nothing has been confirmed, but now that both up-and-coming stars know of Rose’s interest in them, we could hear something come together down the line.

The Philadelphia native also teased the possibility of an appearance on Jason Lee’s new podcast. “I have to mentally prepare first,” she joked about sitting down with the media personality. On the bright side, she did agree to be his Grammys date, which is a strong first step.

Later in their chat, Rose made it clear that “[she] don’t wanna date nobody” right now. “Don’t be in my DMs, don’t bother me, I’m good. I’m happy, she told viewers. Finally, the 39-year-old answered a question about female artists, such as Rihanna and Beyoncé, so often being pitted against one another.

“I think men decide that,” Amber told Hollywood Unlocked. “The patriarchy! Men don’t do that, like, maybe Biggie and Tupac. But other than that? Every man continues to flourish,” she went on. “I feel like, when it comes to women, it’s Cardi B and Nicki, or Beyoncé and Rihanna. Just let everyone be great and support and love them for what they do.”

As far as collaborations go, Ice Spice has been killing it lately. For her own Like..? EP, the Bronx-born rhymer worked with her good friend Lil Tjay on “Gangsta Boo.” More recently, she joined Pink Pantheress for “Boy’s a liar Pt. 2,” the remix of the English singer’s popular title from her Take Me Home EP.

In the accompanying music video, the two artists travel around New York City with their friends. See it for yourself here. Afterward, tell us who you hope Amber Rose makes music with next in the comments below.

GloRilla Meets Beyoncé, Her Dream Collaborator, At The Grammys

Awards season is officially upon us. This means the internet will see a slew of exciting celebrity crossovers in the coming months. Sunday (February 5) night celebrated one of the biggest evenings in music we’ll see this year, better known as the Grammys. Plenty of our favourites stepped out in their best dressed, including Cardi B, Beyoncé, and Doja Cat.

Now that COVID-19 feels like a thing of the past, many of them found time to pose for photos and videos together. Thankfully for fans, many were subsequently shared on social media. One name that practically everyone in the building wanted to meet is obviously Queen B. The mother of three left with four new trophies under her arm last night, as well as the title of most-awarded Grammy artist of all time.

When she wasn’t on stage accepting her various prizes, Beyoncé was kiking with other industry favourites. Among them is GloRilla, whose excitement was radiating in the adorable clip she uploaded to social media last night. In the three-second video, the “FTCU” rhymer smiles ear to ear and waves at the camera as her new friend leans in.

“I love you so much,” she gushes over Bey, who also gives the camera a heartwarming grin and giggle. “I met Beyoncé, bye!!!!!!” the rapper wrote in her caption. “My life is COMPLETE.” Coming face-to-face with the vocalist would surely be an amazing experience for any fan. As it turns out, though, the Houston native is one of GloRilla’s dream collaborators.

In an exclusive interview with Grammy.com, the southern rapper said, “There’s a lot of people I want to do songs with that I’m a fan of, but my top two that I’m extremely obsessed with [are] Beyoncé and Chief Keef.” Additionally, Glo listed Drake and Lil Wayne as other potential musical link-ups.

Beyoncé certainly stole the show – as expected – at the 2023 Grammy Awards. Still, she’s not the only Black female celebrity to achieve an amazing feat thanks to her trophies. Apart from the countless singers and songwriters who were celebrated on Sunday night, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom actress Viola Davis also left the building with a new accolade.

Thanks to her work narrating her own audiobook, Finding Me, the 57-year-old is officially an EGOT. This puts her alongside the ranks of previous champions such as John Legend, Audrey Hepburn, and Jennifer Hudson. Read more about Davis’ exciting achievement here, and check back later for more pop culture updates.
