Unsurprisingly, the formal announcement of their separation came just a day later which didn’t give fans much time to wrap their head around how things had gone wrong so quickly. The couple were only married for 14 months and Asghari often made public statements in support of Spears. But in the wake of their divorce some concerning news stories have emerged.

The first was that Britney Spears still wasn’t close with her family. An insider described her as “isolated” from family in the wake of the divorce stripping her support system down to the bone. Even more concerning news began to leak out of Asghari’s camp in the following days. One of which detailed instances where Spears would physically attack Asghari at night while he slept. Britney Spears recently took to social media to detail her wild night of fun. According to the pop icon, she “played all night” with a few friends who she calls her “fav boys.” In one of the clips she shared on Instagram a man is seen licking Spears’ leg, while in another, a group of several men are lined up carrying her. The post comes amid the recent news of her divorce from ex Sam Asghari, and it’s gotten users talking in the comments section.

In her caption, Spears explains that after she drove an hour to get food, she realized someone had tipped off paparazzi about her whereabouts. She claims that after that, she decided to go to a friend’s house, and invited the men over. Though Spears has her comments turned off on her personal IG account, The Neighborhood Talk reposted the clips, and users are sharing their thoughts there. “BRITNEY SAID WHAT DIVORCE?” one fan writes alongside a laughing emoji. Spears looks to be unfazed by all the reports surrounding her divorce, and living her best life amid the split. “I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly,” she wrote of the divorce yesterday. She also says she’s “actually doing pretty damn good” considering the breakup, continuing to be fairly active on social media. It was reported by TMZ recently that Asghari allegedly doesn’t get any of Spears’ assets under their prenuptial agreement. The model, however, may be looking to challenge that.

Sam Asghari Gets Nothing Under Britney Spears Prenup

Sources have claimed that Sam Asghari has filed for divorce after 14 months of marriage to Britney Spears. This comes after a “nuclear” fight in June led to the couple separating. The couple was married in a star-studded wedding in June 2022. Furthermore, the wedding came six months after Spears was formally released from her 13-year conservatorship. While things seemed idyllic for the couple, it reportedly came crashing down after Asghari accused Spears of infidelity.

Furthermore, a handful of sources claim not only that Asghari has filed for divorce. They claim that he will also seek to challenge his prenup. The agreement, that Spears insisted Asghari sign, maintains her assets as “separate property”. Additionally, the terms of the prenup leave Asghari with nothing. This is according to a source with “knowledge of the situation”, per TMZ. As mentioned, Spears kept her assets separate from the marriage. Furthermore, the prenup waives Asghari’s right to claim spousal support.

It’s unlikely that a judge would amend the prenup outside of mitigating circumstances. Many people online believe that the infidelity rumors on the part of Spears are being circulated as infidelity on her part would weaken the prenup. Furthermore, challenges over things like spousal support and “quasi-community property” are legal buzzwords designed to stir up a challenge to the document that Asghari agreed to and signed. However, it is believed that the more likely outcome would be Spears writing Asghari a one-off check. But that brings into play other reports that has since emerged.

According to TMZ‘s sources, the prenup contains an “extensive confidentiality clause”. This prevents Asghari from divulging details about his relationship with Spears. Recently, a source spoke with TMZ, reportedly giving the outlet some inside knowledge about Britney Spears’ marriage. The pop icon only got married to model Sam Asghari a couple months back, but apparently, a split is imminent. The source claims that the couple’s relationship has taken a turn for the worst following a recent argument. Allegedly, Asghari accused Spears of cheating on him, leading to a blowout.

“It’s only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce,” the source told TMZ. At this point, it’s unclear whether or not the cheating rumors are true, but according to the outlet, Asghari believed them.
