Ebro Goes Scorched Earth On DJ Akademiks Amid Drake & Kendrick Lamar Feud

Ebro is someone who has been commenting on hip-hop and hip-hop culture for years. Overall, the Hot 97 host can be a bit controversial at times given the fact that he has had it out with some of the younger artists in the game. However, he is still a voice that people look to. He has years of experience in media, and he has seen a lot of rappers come and go. Moreover, he is the perfect person to speak on the ongoing feud between none other than Drake and Kendrick Lamar.

Recently, Ebro got to sit down with Funk Flex, where they discussed the Drake and Kendrick Lamar situation. For now, Funk Flex has Drake winning right now, while Ebro is taking Kendrick’s side. However, it seems as though Ebro is currently taking issue with some of the blogs that appear to be taking Drake’s side without a lick of reflection. He mostly went after none other than DJ Akademiks and how Ak has been a huge proponent of Drizzy throughout this entire process.

Ebro vs. Akademiks

As you can see above, the words Ebro used here were quite harsh. He said that Akademiks is a “pussy” and that Drake doesn’t even like him. Instead, Drake just uses Akademiks because he is easy to manipulate. Overall, this is a pretty big accusation. However, Ebro and Ak have never liked each other, so it is easy to see where some of this hate is coming from. Only time will tell whether or not Akademiks decides to respond to this.

Let us know what you think of these comments from Ebro, down below. Do you believe he is being too harsh with DJ Akademiks? Do you believe that he is correct in his assessment that Drake doesn’t actually likes Ak, but sees him as a tool to spread propaganda? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will continue to keep you informed on all of your favorite artists and their upcoming projects.

Cam’ron Reveals What Caused His Beef With Nas & 50 Cent

Cam’ron went into detail while recalling his past feuds with Nas and 50 Cent on social media. Filming himself on a boat, he discussed how he ended up beefing with the rappers despite liking both of them. The comments come as Kendrick Lamar, Drake, J Cole, and many more artists have been involved in feuds in recent weeks.

“Nas is one of my favorite artists, if not my favorite artist,” Cam began. “When Nas dissed me, that sh*t hurt. I was like, ‘Damn, we grew up on Nas. What did Nas diss us for? Damn, this is crazy.’ So when he dissed me for no reason, I’m like, ‘Damn, I didn’t do nothing to Nas.’ But it was when I just signed to Roc-A-Fella. And I was like, ‘Damn man. Do we ignore Nas or do we respond to Nas?’ To me, our back was against the wall because we didn’t have no platinum album yet. Dipset was just developing. We didn’t have no albums out. When we dissed Nas, that was our second mixtape. We put out one mixtape and then Nas dissed us. The whole second mixtape is because of Nas. But we had to do that because I’m like, ‘Damn, we just getting in the door after a f*cked up deal I had at Sony.’ I’m like, ‘Our backs are against the wall. I would never diss Nas for no reason.”

From there, he discussed his relationship with 50 Cent. “That’s why I did it because I felt our back was against the door. When me and 50 Cent was going at it, that was fun,” he said. “Shout to my n***a 50. We good now too. But when 50 dissed me, it started with an argument on the phone. When me and 50’s battle started, it was because 50 had said, ‘Koch is a graveyard for a lot of rappers.’ At the time, Jim Jones had just went to Koch and some other deals we had at Koch. And you know, Jim Jones is Dipset. So we sitting there saying, ‘Damn, he called Koch the graveyard and Jim just did a deal.’ So we got into a little argument on the phone. To me, all that sh*t was just music. Even when me and 50 spoke, we was like, ‘Yo, let’s get to this money because certain sh*t is music and certain sh*t is not music.’ When it goes past music, that’s something different.”

LL Cool J Reflects On Canibus Beef: “I Think It Was More My Fault”

LL Cool J has admitted that his beef with Canibus was his own fault. He reflected on his feud during a recent episode of the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast. Despite their beef reaching its height back in the 1990s, the two only made amends in 2014.

“With him, I think it was more my fault because I could have addressed him a little differently,” LL said of Canibus. “He wanted to get a tattoo like mine. I could have said, ‘Good luck with that,’ but I didn’t understand that path at that time. I wasn’t there yet mentally so I was like, ‘The fuck you mean you gonna get something like me?’ That shit sounded crazy to me at that time.”

From there, he explained that he was too young for his brain to be fully developed. He continued: “My brain was not developed, I was not developed like that…Now I understand it was a compliment, he was just showing love and, you know, admiration. That’s why I don’t go at him now or try to hurt these dudes. I’m not gonna play that.”

LL Cool J and Canibus began feuding back in the 1990s, trading several diss tracks and subliminal shots. It started with the release of LL Cool J’s “4, 3, 2, 1,” on which Canibus is featured. Canibus had initially wanted to rap, “L, is that a mic on your arm? Let me borrow that,” referencing LL’s tattoo, but the rapper took offense. LL then added in his verse, “The symbol on my arm is off limits to challengers / You hold the rusty sword, I swing the Excalibur.” They eventually squashed the beef on stage at Barclays Center in Brooklyn for the”Christmas In Brooklyn” event.

Andrew Tate Disses Women Who Go To Festivals

Andrew Tate just came through with one of his most bizarre and unnecessary takes in recent memory, and that’s saying a lot. Of course, it’s not uncommon for the controversial influencer to dish out takes about women, society, masculinity, and more from his bigoted perspective. However, in the wake of many recent events like Coachella, this was one of his weirder, albeit less outwardly hateful observations. Recently, the alleged human trafficker urged his followers on Twitter to steer clear of women who go to music festivals. He went on to explain his viewpoint and, unsurprisingly, gas himself up in the process.

“Avoid women who go to festivals,” Andrew Tate wrote. “Theyre either on some losers table whos feeding them cocaine or in a crowd of sweaty peasants because theyre a sweaty peasant. Endless instagram stories screaming and having ‘fun’ to prove to the world theyre worthless. Hard pass festih*es. Imagine being 24 and gorgeous and sweet and nice and finally getting a date with the Top G and he finds out you went to a festival when you were 19 and you get left on read and NEVER RECOVER. AND ARGUE WITH YOUR NEW MEN FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE BECAUSE THEYRE JUST NOT ME.”

Andrew Tate Strangely Disses Female Festival-Goers

However, that wasn’t all that Andrew Tate recently popped off about. In a separate tweet, he waved his usual flags of being the hero against the “establishment,” who he believes want to silence him. While that’s not entirely untrue, it’s clearly not for the reasons he thinks. “LGBT want me to disappear,” he tweeted. “Liberals want me to disappear. Big Pharma want me to disappear. War Mongers want me to disappear. Feminists want me to disappear. They have billions of dollars. Endless influence. But I am still the most influential man on the planet. Will they succeed? Gather Chi for the final breaths.”

Meanwhile, in since-deleted tweets, the 36-year-old alleged that he was poisoned. Given that he deleted them, he probably realized he was just being paranoid. As the world awaits the results of the investigation into his alleged crimes, he seems content to keep flaunting his views and inflammatory rhetoric online. Regardless, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Andrew Tate and check out his other tweet below.
