Trina Brought Yung Miami Out At The 2024 BET Hip-Hop Awards For Her First Performance Since Diddy Saga

The 2024 BET Hip-Hop Awards were filled with flower giving. One of the rap legends receiving their flowers include Trina.

On the heels of the release of the “Here We Go Again” rapper’s autobiography she hit the stage to perform a medley of her cultural impactful tracks including “Baddest B*tch,” “B R Right,” “Look Back at Me,” and “Nann.” But as an ode to her Dade County upbringing, Trina brought out her God-daughter and fellow rapper Yung Miami to perform “Pull Over!”

Although Yung Miami’s Caresha Please podcast has returned in full effect, and she was a special guest during Usher’s Past Present Future Tour, the cameo at marked her first performance since indictment against her on-and-again-off-again boyfriend Diddy into which she has reportedly been looped.

On stage dressed in a costume honoring Trina’s original look, Yung Miami let it all hang. The rapper didn’t mess a beat as she paid tribute to her Godmother. Between her public spat with former City Girls mate JT and the sea of lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend Diddy, fans poured out their support across platforms such as X (formerly known as Twitter).

Diddy Reportedly Asks Prosecutors To Reveal Names Of His Alleged Victims

The details of the Diddy case are still being sorted out. The mogul has been charged with racketeering and sex trafficking, with a trial rumored to kick off in May 2025. According to TMZ, however, Diddy feels he hasn’t been given a fair shake. The Bad Boy founder allegedly requested that the identities of alleged victims be revealed by the prosecution. His legal team argued that knowledge of the accusers will make it easier for the allegations to be specifically addressed.

The paperwork containing this request was filed on Tuesday, October 15. Diddy’s legal team argued that there will be “voluminous” evidence to suggest that their client engaged in consensual activities with his alleged victims. This evidence, however, can be only be provided if the specific names of alleged victims are divulged. The legal team reportedly feel as though the federal prosecutors working the case should provide more information than they have thus far. Cassie, who is alleged to be listed at Victim #1 based on the descriptor that Victim #1 dated Diddy, is not included in the legal team’s request.

Diddy Allegedly Feels Anonymity Is Hurting His Defense

Diddy’s lawyers are instead curious in the other unnamed victims. They also voiced concern over the ways the anonymity of Diddy’s alleged victims will impact future lawsuits. They pointed to Tony Buzbee and the recent wave of lawsuits that have been filed by the lawyer’s clients. Diddy’s team argued that the anonymity of the prosecution has created a “pervasive ripple effect.” One that has resulted in a “torrent of allegations by unidentified complainants.”

This is not the first time that Diddy’s legal team has voiced concern over Buzbee. On Monday, the team criticized the lawyer’s motives. They claimed Buzbee was using the attention gained by the Diddy case to boost his own public profile. “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” they asserted to TMZ. A representative for the U.S. Attorney’s Office has been contacted by the outlet regarding the decision to reveal accuser identities. The rep made no comment.

Diddy Shocks Internet With Instagram Post While Behind Bars

Diddy’s life is crumbling at every turn. With a continuous flow of lawsuits, allegations, and the like, there seems to not be a way out for him. At the moment, the disgraced music and business mogul remains in the clutches of the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, New York. It’s said to be one the harshest jails in all of the United States in every aspect. He’s not getting much free time (around one hour a day) and is also not allowed many visitations. Right now, it’s looking like his trial will begin on May 5, 2025, even though there was an opportunity to begin in April.

So, he’s still got quite a while before any real steps are taken in his legal ordeal. In the meantime, all he can do is get through each day and try and find some sort of fulfillment. Speaking of which, it seems Diddy is doing that in some capacity. Just moments ago, he shockingly posted to his Instagram account. The upload is a set of pictures of his adorable daughter Love with whom he shares with Dana Tran. She is his youngest child, and today is her second birthday.

The comments are turned off (as to be expected), and it’s his latest social media post with the last being 11 weeks old. Ironically, Diddy’s last upload to the Gram was an appreciation collage featuring Love as well. Some of these new pictures include the locked-up entrepreneur with his pride and joy with one of them in the ocean and another of them side by side. The question is though, “who actually posted this?”

Diddy Sued for Alleged Sexual Assault of College Freshman in 2004

ETalk Diddy

Diddy is facing a lawsuit from a woman who claims the music mogul sexually assaulted her when she was a 19-year-old college freshman in 2004.

According to the suit, filed in Tennessee, the woman—identified as Jane Doe—alleges that Diddy forced himself on her during an after-party at a Manhattan Marriott hotel following a photoshoot invite near her Brooklyn campus.

According to TMZ, the woman claims Diddy and his entourage brought her and a friend to the hotel, where they were locked in a room, given drinks, and pressured to use cocaine. When the women resisted, the lawsuit alleges Diddy became aggressive, eventually forcing Jane Doe to undress under threat of violence and sexually assaulting her. The woman says her friend was also forced to perform oral sex.

Jane Doe claims her cries prompted a security guard to enter the room, allowing her friend to escape, but she remained trapped. After Diddy allegedly threatened her life, another guard later escorted her out, and she returned to her dorm.

The woman is seeking a jury trial and is represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who claims to represent 120 other alleged victims of Diddy. Marriott International is also being sued, accused of ignoring Diddy’s behavior.

Diddy’s Legal Team Allege Prosecuting Lawyer Is Using Case For Publicity

Tony Buzbee has become a central character in the Diddy legal saga. The lawyer has decided to take on several of Diddy’s accusers, with new lawsuits being filed seemingly every week. This approach has not sat well with the mogul’s legal team, however. The lawyers representing Diddy took Buzbee to task in a Monday interview with TMZ. They told the outlet that the horrific accusations leveled at Diddy by Tony Buzbee’s clients are baseless. Furthermore, they allege that Buzbee is merely using the case to boost his own public profile.

Diddy’s legal team pointed to Buzbee’s hotline as proof of an example of a Buzbee publicity stunt. The hotline was set up to field allegations from alleged Diddy victims. The hotline gained loads of attention after it was reported that it received 12K calls in the first day of operation. “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” Diddy’s team told TMZ. In addition to raising doubts about Buzbee’s intentions, the team asserted that the mogul is not guilty of the crimes he has been accused of.

“In court, the truth will prevail,” they asserted. “That Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.” The timing of the public statement makes sense, given that Tony Buzbee filed six lawsuits earlier the same day. Some of the lawsuits include allegations that rank among the most disturbing leveled at Diddy yet. One accuser alleged that they attended a Diddy party in 1998, when he they only 16 years old. The accuser alleged that the mogul offered to help him break into the music industry, if he agreed to drop his pants and allow the mogul to touch his genitals.

Six may sound like a lot, but Tony Buzbee appears to be just getting started. The lawyer previously told TMZ that he plans to represent over 120 clients. All of them have alleged physical or sexual abuse at the hands of Diddy. He assured the outlet his firm is doing their “due diligence” to ensure that none of their clients are making false claims.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial for racketeering and sex trafficking is reportedly set to begin in 2025. However, civil lawsuits against Diddy continues to pile up.

Today (October 14), Diddy was allegedly named in half a dozen new filings. According to USA Today, six of a whooping alleged 120 victims (uncovered by AVA Law Group attorneys Tony Buzbee and Andrew Van Arsdale) have formally filed lawsuit against the disgraced mogul.

In the cases, two Jane Does and four John Does, accuse Diddy of rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. Of the six alleged victims, one accuser said they were 16 years old at the time of the supposed assault. The incidents outlined in the lawsuit allegedly took between between 1995 through 2021. Deep within the documents, the outlet claims several of Diddy’s businesses as listed as defendants similar to Cassie’s bombshell filing back in November 2023.

Buzbee says the public should expect more civil filings as the law form is ready to submit more on behalf of their unidentified clients. However, a formal number was not shared. Diddy is currently in jail as he was denied bond three times by a judge. Find more information about Diddy’s upcoming here.

New ‘Tupac: Cover-Up’ Documentary Claims It Shoots Holes In Theory Tying Diddy To Tupac Murder

A new documentary, Tupac: Cover-Up, currently streaming on the XUMO PLAY service (with plans to be on all streamers by February 2025), punches a rather sizable hole in the current rash of news stories trying to implicate Sean “Diddy” Combs in the 1996 Murder of Rap Star Tupac Shakur.

The documentary “Tupac: Cover Up” dismantles the current charges against Duane “Keefe D” Davis for the murder of Tupac, using Attorneys, Former Judges, former FBI Investigators, and industry insiders. This group of experts asserts that there is much more to the effort to convict Davis than meets the eye and what is at stake if a false narrative is sold.

“The consensus of our experts indicates that there was a narrative constructed by a group of self-interested individuals beginning five (5) minutes after the Shakur shooting and that Mr. Davis may have been coerced into creating the story he has often repeated in interviews and books,” says Director/Producer Richard “RJ” Bond, who also directed the “Tupac Assassination” series and authored the book “Tupac:187”.

The Davis Narrative, as inconsistent and contradictory as it has been, seems to indicate that Davis participated in the killing motivated at least in part by some scheme involving a longstanding ‘bounty’ put out by Diddy. Not only has Davis recently disowned his previous statements, but there is now a real disconnect between the alleged ‘Diddy’ bounty and the ‘Revenge Narrative’ put out for almost 30 years to the Nevada Grand Jury- alleging Orlando Anderson and Davis participated in a shooting compelled as revenge for an altercation earlier that evening.”

“If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will get you there.” Bond concludes. “And it’s critical that Clark County prosecutors taint the prospective jury pool with a phantom association between Diddy and Tupac so that when the jury pool hears the prosecution repeat Davis’s “Diddy fairy tale,” they will have already thought, ‘Oh yeah, that was in the news not long ago.’ But if Davis is lying and he’s the only eyewitness to the shooting besides Suge Knight still alive, then there’s nothing to tie Davis to Diddy.

“But now it’s getting out of hand, and it’s ended up in my backyard, so I need to speak to it.”

Diddy Faces New Lawsuits from Alleged Victims, Including Four Male Accusers

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Rebrands Combs Enterprises to Combs Global as Business Portfolio Expands

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Rebrands Combs Enterprises to Combs Global as Business Portfolio Expands

Diddy is now named in six lawsuits filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who claims to represent up to 120 alleged victims of the music mogul. Four of the lawsuits involve male accusers, bringing forth disturbing allegations of sexual assault.

One suit, filed by a man who worked for Ecko Clothing, claims he was assaulted by Diddy and his bodyguards in 2008 at Macy’s flagship store in New York City. The man alleges he was pistol-whipped and orally raped by Diddy after being ordered to “Suck my d***, Ecko.”

According to TMZ, in another case, a man hired to work security at Diddy’s 2006 White Party says he was drugged and sexually assaulted. He alleges Diddy overpowered and sodomized him in a van, leading to physical trauma from the alleged attack.

A third lawsuit involves a man who attended a Diddy party in October 2021. He claims he became disoriented after consuming a drink and woke up in a bedroom, paralyzed, where at least three men sexually assaulted him. The man alleges he saw a naked Diddy during the assault.

The fourth lawsuit comes from a man who claims he was just 16 when invited to Diddy’s 1998 White Party in the Hamptons. He alleges Diddy made inappropriate advances, telling him he could be made into a star. The man claims Diddy forced him to expose his genitals for an “inspection,” touching and squeezing them.

Diddy, who is charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, will go to trial in May 2025.

At a court hearing in New York on Thursday, the judge in Combs’ federal case set a trial date of May 5, 2025.

According to CNN, Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, was present in the courtroom, as were several of his family members. His ankles were shackled, and he wore a loose-fitting tan button-down shirt and khaki pants. Diddy also waved at his family as they sat in the second row.

Prosecutor Emily Johnson said the prosecution anticipates its case could last three weeks. Still, she added that a superseding indictment could affect the length of the trial, meaning additional charges or defendants could be added to the case. Diddy’s legal team, led by Marc Agnifilo, stated he expects the defense to take a week.

Last week, Diddy was visited by his twin daughters and mother at Brooklyn’s MDC. According to TMZ, the family shared time in the visiting area where they could embrace and have a conversation.

Insiders say the twins made the trip from California to see Diddy for the first time since his arrest.

The visit came ahead of a statement by Diddy’s mother, Janice Combs, who referred to his charges as a “public lynching.” Combs expressed her views in a conversation with Page Six.

“It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies,” Janice shared.

“To bear witness what seems to be like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words. Like every human being, my son deserves to have his day in court, to finally share his side, and to prove his innocence.”

She added, “I am not here to portray my son as perfect because he is not. He has made mistakes in his past, as we all have.

“My son may not have been entirely truthful about certain things, such as denying he has ever gotten violent with an ex-girlfriend when the hotel’s surveillance showed otherwise.”

In an exclusive interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Tupac Shakur’s stepbrother Mopreme says that Diddy’s claim that he was not involved in the rap legend’s death might not be 100% true.

On Friday, Piers asked the elder Shakur about the theory of Diddy’s involvement in his brother’s back in 1996, mentioning that Diddy actually called Mopreme back in 2008 and denied any involvement in his little brother’s death.

Mopreme says that he still isn’t convinced that Diddy is completely in the clear when it comes to ‘Pac’s death, saying he told Diddy back in the day the truth of who did it still has not come out, so they needed to wait and see.

In the murder trial of Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who is currently on trial for Tupac’s murder, alleged Diddy implied he’d pay someone to kill 2Pac in an attempt to get a judge to deny Keefe D bail. Davis’ claims came up in court during his trial, prompting the Shakur family to hire Alex Spiro and Christopher Clore to look into the allegations.

Law enforcement says that Diddy has never been a suspect in the case.

TheSource.com will update this story as more details develop.

New Twist: Prosecutors Collaborating with Feds on Diddy’s Alleged Ties to Tupac’s Murder

In a new development that intertwines two of hip hop’s most infamous names, federal prosecutors investigating Sean “Diddy” Combs are reportedly collaborating with the Clark County District Attorney’s office in Las Vegas, which is overseeing the murder case of rapper Tupac Shakur. This latest revelation comes months after a bombshell was dropped in July, when Los Angeles gang kingpin Keith “Keefe D” Davis, a key figure in Tupac’s 1996 murder, was revealed to be an FBI informant who had linked Diddy to the crime.

According to The Sun, federal investigators have been in discussions with the Las Vegas DA’s office regarding potential connections between Diddy and the murder of Tupac. Keefe D, the only person charged in the assassination, has previously alleged that Diddy offered him $1 million to carry out the hit on Tupac during the height of the East Coast-West Coast rap feud. This explosive claim, which Keefe D has made in police interviews and media appearances, has never been fully corroborated by other gang members or supported by solid evidence. Diddy has long denied any involvement and has never been charged in connection to the murder.

The ongoing federal investigation into Diddy is reportedly linked to broader gangland activities, and the same investigative teams probing Diddy’s federal case are now coordinating with Las Vegas law enforcement. This collaboration aims to explore not only Keefe D’s allegations but also the larger network of criminal activities that may have surrounded Tupac’s murder.

Keefe D’s cooperation with federal authorities initially came to light in July, when he was exposed as an informant providing information on both the Bad Boy Entertainment mogul and the events leading up to Tupac’s untimely death. However, until now, it wasn’t clear that federal investigators were actively involved in liaising with the Las Vegas DA regarding Tupac’s murder.

The 1996 killing of Tupac Shakur remains one of the most notorious unsolved crimes in music history. For decades, conspiracy theories have swirled, with many suggesting that powerful figures in the music industry played a role in the tragic event that occurred on the Las Vegas Strip. With Keefe D’s recent arrest and the revelations surrounding his ties to Diddy, this decades-long mystery may be on the verge of unraveling.

Though no official charges have been filed against Diddy in connection with Tupac’s death, the resurfacing of these claims has ignited fresh speculation and raised serious questions about the music mogul’s potential involvement. For now, both the hip hop community and the public at large remain on edge, awaiting further developments in the case that may finally bring answers to one of rap’s darkest chapters.

As the investigations unfold, one thing is clear: the legacy of Tupac Shakur continues to loom large over the world of hip hop, and the truth about what happened on that fateful night in 1996 may soon come to light.
