The holiday gift exchange came ever for Lil Baby fans. After their unwavering support this year, especially following his It’s Only Us Tour hiccups, the “Pepper” rapper decided to treat them to a special two-pack single today. Both “Crazy” and “350” serve as the perfect way to wrap up Lil Baby’s year in a nice bow.

On “Crazy,” which was co-produced by Money Musik, Hoops, and Str8cash, Lil Baby takes out his frustrations on the beat, showing that he’s a fighter who won’t give up his spot in the game. “No matter how hard it can get / That boy on the top of the list / I put up a wall and block all of this sh*t / Stay on my feet, I can’t fall a lil bit / They killed my man, we was all a lil sick / Tryna get to a point where we all can get rich / Go all the way, ain’t no stoppin’ this sh*t,” raps Lil Baby.

But the CamYouAFool-produced “350,” Lil Baby seemingly responds to users’ online claims that he dissed his past collaborator Gunna at a recent show. “I’ma keep this sh*t a buck for me, nobody gotta praise me / Why you ask to borrow petty money without no intention to pay me? / I been really on some whole other sh*t as of lately / I know one day it’s gon’ hit me, bro ain’t never comin’ back / Ain’t never say nothin’ ’bout it, n****, you know you a rat / If I was f*cked up, I would’ve been a pimp, I’m rich, so I be payin’ ’em,” Baby raps.

Lil Baby Drops Two Songs shawnxgrant gmail com Gmail

In a festive gesture for the holidays, Lil Baby has treated his fans to new music with the official release of two tracks, “350” and “Crazy.”

Demonstrating his versatile artistry, the Atlanta native showcases different facets of himself in these songs. “350” delves into reflection, with Lil Baby narrating painful experiences of betrayal over an 808-heavy beat. Meanwhile, “Crazy” highlights the QC megastar’s storytelling prowess, as he weaves authentic narratives with his signature harmonic flow over a hypnotic arpeggiated piano-driven beat. The release follows Lil Baby’s recent Instagram post, giving fans a glimpse into his studio sessions. The rapper started 2023 on a high note, making his Saturday Night Live (SNL) musical guest debut in January and embarking on a successful 25-stop “It’s Only Us” national tour. The year concludes with a sold-out Lil Baby and Friends birthday concert in Atlanta on December 27th, capping off a remarkable year for the artist.

King Von’s Mom Parties In The Club, Perfectly Raps “Crazy Story”

Almost three years after his tragic death, King Von’s music continues to preserve his legacy and ring through speakers everywhere. What’s more is that his loved ones, family, and industry peers are always there to support and celebrate it. Moreover, his mother Tasha recently popped out in the club, and a video surfaced of her rapping his now-classic track “Crazy Story” word for word. “But this what happen, I got to the door, I thought I was cappin’,” the song goes.
“I was lacking, ’cause there go the opps, yellin’ out, ‘What’s crackin’?’” Furthermore, she spit bars back to her friends, who were also singing along to the track booming through the venue.

While the Chicago rapper is unfortunately not with us to see what became of his impact, it’s so deep that even its negative assumptions continue to plague his memory. For example, King Von recently faced accusations of snitching on what FBG Butta did involving the murder of Odee Perry. Of course, many fans came to his defense, but also reflected on just how much people speak on him after his passing. “You know your name holds weight when you are still a problem after you die,” one fan shared on social media regarding the allegations.

King Von’s Mom Turning Up To “Crazy Story”

Regardless, his loved ones and family continue to uplift and prioritize the positive effects he had on those around him. Even in the smallest of ways, it’s important to remember that the O Block MC was as human as the rest of us. For example, Taesha recently posted some pictures of King Von when he was in high school. Regardless of what circumstances and choices plagued him throughout his entire life, to only consider him as a product of those would be an insult to his memory.

On that note, a controversial documentary on him titled “Rap’s First Serial Killer” drew the ire and interest of many fans. YouTube took it down and reinstated it multiple times, causing many family members and close friends to blast its accusations and the dark image it portrays. Hopefully the future holds more well-rounded and reflective ways to honor the legacy of yet another rapper whose life was cut tragically short. Doechii Leaves It All On The Stage With A Performance Of ‘Crazy’ And ‘Persuasive’ At The 2022 BET Awards

In just a matter of a year, Doechii went from a bubbling artist to one of the biggest newcomers in music. Her rise to fame came after she achieved viral success on TikTok after her 2020 record “Yucky Blucky Fruitcake” went viral on the platform last year. That same year Doechii released her second EP Bra-Less and connected with Isaiah Rashad for “Wat U Sed” which was one of the many bright moments from Rashad’s The House Is Burning album. This year she’s released a pair of strong singles, “Persuasive” and “Crazy,” and it’s these records that she brings to the stage for a 2022 BET Award stage for an energetic performance.

Doechii took the stage and kicked this off with a performance of “Persuasive” as she absolutely brought the energy for a spirited rendition of the song. She was backed by a collection of dancers who showed off some impressive dance moves for the performance. Halfway into the song, Doechii switched into a performance of “Crazy” that showed off her rap skills while keeping the excellent choreography in place around her.

Doechii’s appearance on the BET Awards stage comes after she was included in this year’s XXL Freshman Class. She joined a group that also included Babyface Ray, Babytron, Big30, Big Scarr, Cochise, Kali, KayCyy, KenTheMan, Nardo Wick, Saucy Santana, and Sofaygo.
