Diana Ross Sings Happy Birthday To Beyonce During Los Angeles Show

Beyonce had the grandest, most celebrated, and most anticipated 42nd birthday that will probably ever take place. Of course, a big part of that is because she held a star-studded RENAISSANCE tour show in Los Angeles on Monday (September 5). There’s no way that any concert from the trek would be anything other than hyped to the heavens, and each show proved that in its own way. Still, there was particular pressure for this show to be something truly special, not for the fans, but for Queen Bey. Turns out that previous reports were true, and one of music’s greatest legends came out on stage to wish the Houston superstar a glorious day.

Moreover, the one and only Diana Ross emerged during the performance to sing happy birthday to Beyonce along with 60 to 70,000 fans in attendance. Unsurprisingly, the “CUFF IT” singer could barely express her excitement and emotion in the moment, and embraced and thanked Ross for being there that night. Overall, it was a show filled with instances like these where she could really feel the love. After all, a four-minute standing ovation, balloons, and all your staff wearing party hats will do that to you.

However, that’s not all that the now-42-year-old brought to the table for her big day this year. Well, this time she didn’t bring anything, but icons in the LGBTQIA2+ community did. On the Parkwood Instagram page, Beyonce (by proxy) shared a new song to celebrate her birthday. It’s called “Nine Four Eight One” (a reference to her birth date… shocking, we know) and was put together by TS Madison, Kevin Aviance, and Kevin JZ Prodigy.

It’s exactly what you expect from this era: a shimmering, house-inspired, empowering, and above all fun cut. While it’s not an official release, it will definitely have you dancing and vibing along, whether you had a RENAISSANCE show on your calendar or not. Dwayne Wade’s Family Attends Beyoncé’s Birthday Concert In Style

Music phenom Beyoncé continues to rock the world with her Renaissance World Tour, traveling all over wowing fans and raking in tons of money. Throughout her various shows, the biggest and brightest stars have come out to support the singer’s amazing performances. Another big name(s) she can check off the list is the Wade family. Former NBA superstar and now Hall-Of-Famer, Dwayne Wade, his wife Gabrielle Union, and their kids, recently attended the Saturday show on September 2. The show took place in Los, Angeles California, and came just days before Beyoncé’s birthday, which is today, September 4. The first day in L.A. was September 1.

Additionally, one more date will be performed in the City of Angels tonight (September 4). That one should be a doozy and sold out. Because it is her special day, she has been requesting fans to bring out their best silver outfits to help celebrate. That was also the dress code for the show Dwayne and his family went to, but not all of them wore the proper attire.

As you can see in the photos above from Dwayne Wade’s Instagram account, most of the gang, especially Gabrielle, donned silver. However, Mr. Wade appeared to be too cool for the rules. The only bit of silver color thrown into the outfit is a bracelet that possesses a family mantra on it. It is referred to as the Way of Wade slogan, and it says, “Make your own way.” The former Miami Heat shooting guard captioned the post, “Style is generational #Renaissance #RenaissanceWorldTour #Night2.”

Drake Declares Travis Scott’s “Utopia” As The Best Album On The Market

Of course, Scott has been on albums like If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, More Life, and Certified Lover Boy. Moreover, Drizzy has returned the favor with appearances on Astroworld and more recently, Utopia. The Canadian megastar was on the song “Meltdown,” which has become a fan favorite on streaming services.

Recently, Travis Scott came out to perform with Drake at his Vancouver show. 21 Savage can’t make it into Canada, which means Drizzy has been seeking replacements. In Montreal, the artist brought out J. Cole, which was a huge moment for both artists. Although with Travis dropping one of the biggest albums of the year, fans in Vancouver were extremely appreciative. In a more recent show, however, Drake seemed to have some extra praise for Scott.

Now, however, fans are waiting for Drizzy to drop For All The Dogs. This is a project that promises to be the biggest of the entire year. Moreover, it could very well lead to hip-hop’s first number-one song of 2023. Unfortunately, a release date for the new project has still yet to be revealed.

Iggy Azalea Dubs Rain-Soaked Brazilian Concert Her “Most Chaotic Show Ever”

Iggy Azalea took to the stage this weekend for the first time since having her show ended early in Saudi Arabia. Last month, Azalea had been performing at the Gamers8 esports event in Riyadh when her pants split open on stage. This led Saudi Arabian officials to usher Azalea off the stage, ending the show.

Azalea’s bounce-back came in São Paulo, Brazil as part of The Town 2023. Azalea put on a vibrant, joyous performance despite torrential rain soaking both her and the crowd. “I look like a wet rat . This was the most chaotic show I’ve ever done and probably my favorite. Don’t even care what I looked like or how wet we all were it was just fun and I hope I get to see you all again soon. Truly, I love you. Night. ,” Azalea wrote on X, formerly Twitter, after the show.

Azalea Bounces Back In Style

Furthermore, Azalea shared more of her feelings about the show. “Honestly? I felt genuinely moved by the entire day. I cried in the dressing room before, reading a fan letter (lol I’m a loser, but… happiness) then walked out to that energy & chaos in the rain. Im very grateful for the whole experience. ,” she wrote in response to one fan. Reports suggest that Azalea’s performance was attended by as many as 100,000 people. The Town is one of the biggest music festivals in Brazil.

Azalea is in the midst of her return to music after spending the last two years away from the industry. She released her first song since 2021, “Money Comes, at the end of August. It will likely debut on the Billboard Hot 100 next week. Meanwhile, Azalea has also been sharing snippets of upcoming releases. Specifically, he shouted out Jadakiss for “guiding” him as an up-and-coming rapper. “This why Kiss was my favorite rapper,” he wrote in the post. “I felt like he was guiding me as a lost kid!” Meek wrote while sharing his old mugshot while Jada’s “Blood Pressure” played.

Toosii Absolutely Stunned After Bra Hits Him In The Face During Concert

Drake’s not the only one dealing with on-stage bras. Last night (August 26), it was Toosii’s turn to receive the undergarments. However, the incident took a hilarious turn as the bra managed to hit the rapper square in the face. The Syracuse rapper’s expression is priceless as he stares down at the bra in disbelief. While he continues to perform like a trooper, it’s clear that he just can’t get over what has happened.

“Last night I was assaulted by a size double D bra on stage ,” the rapper captioned a video of the moment. “Damn who invited Tom Brady to the show?” he added in the comments, referring to the absolute laser of a pass that landed the bra in his hands. Another commenter continued the football theme, stating, “Idk if she’s a better Quarterback or you the better receiver with the no look catch.”

However, a DD bra is pretty tame compared to the increasingly large garments that Drake has been receiving on stage during his It’s All a Blur tour. Most recently, the size record was once again broken, this time in Seattle. Drake paused his most recent show to inspect a bra that was thrown on stage, only to learn that it belonged to the fan’s mother. “Where is your momma at? You gotta send her my love, and tell her to get on Instagram,” Drake said as the crowd went wild. “This is insane, what the hell? I could use this shit as a durag tonight.” Drake then proceeded to briefly wear the bra on his head before continuing to inspect it.

“What size is this? This is insane. This might be the record-breaker. What size is this?…It’s custom. This is custom, damn. This is that OVO shit. Oh my God, I see the size! It’s a 46J. [Drake then recites the alphabet]. Damn. Shoutout to your momma, girl. Make some noise for this girl’s momma right here,” Drake went through a full-blown journey with this bra and every moment of it was hilarious. Fan Shoots Her Shot With MoneyBagg Yo During Concert

Hollywood Unlocked has shared purported footage from a MoneyBagg Yo concert appearing to show a fan shooting her shot with the rapper. In the brief clip, a blond woman simulates oral sex with her fingers and repeatedly gestures to someone off-camera, reportedly the rapper himself. If the footage is indeed from a MoneyBagg concert, it most likely came from his August 25 in St. Louis.

MoneyBagg is currently on his Larger Than Life Tour and has been crisscrossing the United States. He is next due to perform in Denver on August 27. Furthermore, the tour will run until the end of September, when he will close out in Memphis. Additionally, MoneyBagg recruited some big-name artists to feature at select concerts. Among the talent announced, the marquee standouts are Finesse2tymes and Sexyy Red. However, it’s unclear if Finesse will make any additional appearances after being arrested earlier in the weekend.

Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist will be promoting their new album, Voir Dire, with a special concert in London on Friday. The two shared a flyer for the show on Instagram, Wednesday, with details for the event. It will be held at the city’s Jazz Cafe at 11:30 PM.

The venue’s website describes the show: “With London town heroes like Tommy Gold, C. Frim and Keyrah performing, a plethora of flavours are on offer across hip-hop, r&b, house, garage, funk and more. Expect the unexpected as a slew of DJ sets, including some very special guests take you through a once in a lifetime party.”

Earl and The Alchemist previously shared the tracklist for the project, Tuesday, featuring a total of 11 songs with one feature blurred out. The songs include “My Brother, The Wind,” “Mac Deuce,” and several more. The two have collaborated numerous times over the years, including on “RIP Tracy” off The Alchemist’s Flying High EP, as well as “Old Friend” and “Lye” from Earl’s Sick! In 2022, The Alchemist admitted to having a collaboration with Earl in store, but didn’t go into details. “We have a pot that’s been bubbling. We have several things in motion. I’ll just say that. But stay tuned,” he told Complex at the time. The Alchemist has also previously hinted a secretly recording a project with Earl and uploading it to YouTube under a fake name.

Public Enemy & Ice-T Will Celebrate Hip Hop With Free Concert

Public Enemy and Ice-T have joined forces to help honor Hip Hop’s 50th anniversary. General admission to The National Celebration of Hip Hop event will be free with registration. The big show will take place at West Potomac Park on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., from Friday, October 6th, to Saturday, October 7th, 2023. Pre-registration opens Wednesday, August 23rd, at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. A waitlist was created for fans, and tickets will be available at NationalCelebrationofHipHop.com. Free tickets are on a first-come, first-served serve, according to a press release.

Additionally, VIP party and travel packages will be available for purchase. Pre-sales for the exclusive VIP parties will begin August 23rd at 10 a.m. ET. The event will also feature various activities, “including guest speakers, comedians, and public figures, as well as interactive events and exhibits throughout the day celebrating this monumental moment in music and history,” the press release reads.

Aside from Public Enemy and the Law & Order actor, there will be several performances from other Hip Hop icons. CL Smooth, Melle Mel and Scorpio, The Sugarhill Gang, Peter Gunz, DJ Kevie Kev Rockwell, Mad Skillz, MC Sha-Rock, Busy Bee, Joe Ski Love, and Positive K, among others, will also make an appearance. According to the release, more artists will be announced soon. With a line-up this packed, it’s sure to be an amazing show.

“Hip hop is beyond, not just a musical genre,” Chuck D said in a recent statement. “It’s a cultural movement that has dominated art, fashion, politics, poetry, academia, film, and every corner of the world for the past 50 years. Drake Reflects On LeBron James Believing In Him When No One Else Would

Drake is easily one of the biggest artists in the world. Overall, his tour is making a whole lot of money. Moreover, there have been some exceptionally famous people making their way to his shows. On Monday night, LeBron James and his oldest son Bronny showed up to the party. Bronny and LeBron got to walk Drizzy to the stage, which must have been an incredible sight to see. After all, LeBron is easily the most famous person to get to do this thus far. If you live in Los Angeles, these things are probably to be expected at this point.

LeBron and Drake have been friends for a very long time now. The NBA superstar has always supported Drizzy and his music. Additionally, the Canadian artist has always made it a point to go watch Bron play. This mutual respect has lasted over a decade. On Monday, during the concert, Drake decided to pay homage to his friend. Below, you can see a speech in which he spoke about just how supportive of a guy LeBron really is. It was a truly great speech to hear, especially when you think of the history behind it.

He came all the way to Toronto, Canada to support me, when I was trying to figure out how I can live my dreams.” The crowd was loving every second of the speech, and rightfully so. It must have been an incredible atmosphere and if you’re LeBron, it was probably a great feeling.
