Tia Kemp called out Rick Ross over his new relationship with his girlfriend, Justice Williams, who she labeled the “lil young’un.” In a rant on social media, she said that she was waiting on her child support payment and dissed Williams for dating Ross. “It’s payday,” Kemp began. as caught by AllHipHop. “We don’t get paid on f*cking Fridays. I need my sh*t on Monday. You tell that funky fat b*tch, he’s trying to get my attention with this little Diddler baby.”

She continued: “You see the big age f*cking gap? That b*tch is a Diddler. He doing every f*cking thing to cover his ass right now. He trying to make the blogs and all that sh*t right now with a muthaf*ckin lil girl. I’ll give that b*tch something to go viral for.” Kemp concluded by predicting that the couple won’t make it through Christmas.

Fans in the comments section had mixed responses to Kemp’s rant. “Can’t nobody make me hate her.. she’s hilarious,” one user wrote. Another countered: “She was funny at first, but now it’s starting to become childish and petty AF. She can’t keep Rick Ross name out her mouth to save her life, like lady move on with your life and get you a man.”

Erica Mena Drags Safaree For Trying To Lower Child Support Payments

Erica Mena is no stranger to dragging her ex-husband Safaree online, and this week has been no exception. Yesterday (October 15), In Touch reported that Safaree petitioned to lower his monthly child support payments in June of last year. At the time, he argued that he could no longer afford the $4305 per month they agreed to in 2022. Reportedly, this number was based on his $61,157 monthly income and her monthly income of $41,289.

He claimed there had been a “significant change” to their custody agreement, however, as “he is no longer a full-time talent on Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta.” Reportedly, he’s not earning what he used to because of this, and allegedly because of his ex. Safaree’s lawyers accused Mena of an “extensive public disparagement campaign against” him. They alleged that he suffered a “significant loss of income” as a result.

Safaree accused Mena of having “attacked his parenting skills without reason,” calling him a “deadbeat,” and more. He also alleged that he’s had the children in “his physical custody on average 3-4 weeks consistently during his time.” Now, Mena has fired back by sharing a photo of a calendar that shows how many days he’s allegedly seen their kids this year.

Safaree Sends Request To Lower Child Support Payments And Have Erica Mena Cover His Legal Fees

Safaree and Erica Mena continue to show bitterness towards one another despite being officially split for over two years. Most recently, it was the latter who was sounding off, clowning his new sense of generosity. “And here I am feeling guilty because I wasn’t there due to work. And while I’m feeling guilty, motherf*****s is out here trying to make the world believe that they actually have a charity because they care about other people’s children. How can you care about anybody else’s children when you don’t even care about your own?” Mena ranted.

Well, it seems like her views on Safaree’s supposed unwillingness to not help his own offspring are being proven right. According to The Neighborhood Talk (via InTouch), the TV star is looking to whittle down his child support payments. Not only that, but Safaree is additionally demanding that Mena help pay off his legal fees due to her income supposedly increasing. He says due to her labeling him a deadbeat father publicly to millions of social media followers has led to less bookings.

Furthermore, Safaree claims to not be a full-time cast member on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, leading to a decrease in his monthly income. When him and Mena’s divorce was finalized back in September 2022, he was making around $61,000 per month. With that supposedly not being the case, he’s trying to lower his initial $4,305 child support obligation. It’s also not helping that he’s keeping his children for 3–4 weeks at a time instead of the previously agreed upon 12 days. These documents were apparently filed back in a Georgia court in June 2023.

Tyrese Says Judge Involved With Arrest Over Child Support Debacle “Hates My Guts”

On Monday, September 9, actor and singer Tyrese was arrested for being “in willful contempt for failure to make child support payments”. The judge, as well as his ex-wife, Samantha Lee, were commanding exactly $10,690 and “illegally” so in his eyes. The money is supposed to being going to their five-year-old daughter Soraya. Tyrese has repeated time and time again that he wants to be a father to his kids; however, he feels this entire battle in court has been one-sided. According to Bossip, he feels that a lot of this falls on the judge that was overseeing this case.

Tyrese went after Kevin M Farmer in his Instagram post two days ago just moments before his Atlanta court appearance Monday morning. Now, he’s continuing to call out Mr. Farmer after the arrest on X. “Getting arrested wasn’t fun as a matter of fact it was very traumatic…. Tyrese may have just been accusing the judge of something that may or may not be true, but Mr. Farmer may have been making his case for him. In addition to the arrest, Tyrese was ordered to pay a healthy figure to be released from jail. $73,500 was ordered to be paid to the Fulton County officials. However, his attorney, Tanya Mitchell Graham, filed an appeal of Mr. Farmer’s ruling. He is currently not in custody as of Monday.

Tyrese Arrested After Refusing To “Illegally” Pay $10,000 In Child Support

In an update from The Neighborhood Talk, singer and actor Tyrese has officially been arrested. This very recent news comes just hours after the Los Angeles, California native revealed in a now deleted IG post that this was a real possibility. It stems from the still ongoing divorce with ex-wife Samantha Lee, but more specifically the financial/child support side of things. Since August of 2022, Ms. Lee has been trying to get $10,000 a month from him to help aid their five-year-old child they have together. Initially, it was around $20,000.

Still, though, Tyrese has been fighting against it for a while now and continued to do so today at his court hearing in Atlanta at 9 a.m. In his long, confusing, and aforementioned post to social media he even labeled it illegal. In addition to this, he claimed that Samantha’s two lawyers on the case are close friends with the Judge. Overall, he feels this whole situation is essentially unjust.

Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert’s divorce process took some bumps along the road, but according to a new report from the Jasmine Brand, they have now finalized their settlement. A Fulton County judge oversaw the process, which began in a private filing on Taylor’s behalf back in 2023 after seven years of marriage with two daughters. Moreover, in the judge’s ruling, they divided many of their assets and outlined child support terms. However, it’s also important to note that, at press time, neither has publicly commented on the latest developments in court.

Nevertheless, this new ruling from the judge includes a one-time, seven-figure payment from Iman Shumpert to Teyana Taylor. In addition, the singer will reportedly keep four marital properties with an approximate $10 million value as assets from their shared estate. On the other hand, the former NBA star will keep a Miami condo and his compounds in South Georgia and Decatur. As for child support, Shumpert will pay $8,000 a month and cover private school fees for their daughters, and it seems like both kept most of their personal assets like cars and jewelry, such as Taylor’s Bronco truck.

Another aspect of the settlement concerns Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert’s business ventures, such as the former’s Taylormade and Auntie’s companies and the latter’s undisclosed investments. While all this has probably been a pretty stressful and difficult affair, the two are still publicly amicable with each other. Sure, this has led to some online interactions being even more prone the watchful eye of the gossip train, such as thirsty IG comments. But we can’t really know what’s going on, and we don’t know if they will ever address it specifically in the future.
