Kanye West Named Prime Suspect In LA Battery Case

Kanye West can’t seem to stay away from controversy. The Chicago rapper has been named the prime suspect in a battery case involving a Los Angeles man. According to TMZ, West punched the man in the face after he pushed and/or shoved West’s wife, Bianca Censori. The couple fled the scene afterwards, and will be questioned by the police alongside several key witnesses. The altercation reportedly took place on Tuesday, April 16.

TMZ confirms that the man in question did not have to receive medical treatment for his injuries. This is not the first time that Kanye West has been connected to battery charges. He was sued for assault and battery in January after a fan asked for an autograph on the street. The “Carnival” rapper allegedly said he was going to make a “f**king example” out of the fan, and struck him several times. The fan claimed he was “severely injured” as a result.

West was hit with battery charges the same exact month, when he got into an altercation with an LA photographer. The rapper accused the woman of following him and proceeded to snatch her cell phone from her hand before throwing it into the street.

West’s latest battery case comes hot on the heels of his controversial Disneyland visit. The rapper went to the “Happiest Place on Earth” with his wife on April 16, but Censori’s wardrobe let to outcry from fans. Censori wore bandages on her feet instead of shoes as the duo traversed through the amusement park with their entourage. The bandages were technically in compliance with Disneyland’s dress code, which prohibits bare feet, but fans online were still puzzled. West and Censori have drawn repeated criticisms for their fashion choices, with some blaming the former’s “controlling” nature.

West has repeatedly deflected criticisms of his public behavior. In February, the rapper hopped on Instagram Live to talk about his relationship with Censori. “Ima post my wife as much as I want bro,” he told viewers. “It makes me happy. Some people don’t want you to be happy, they want you to make them happy I decided to make myself happy and I’m happy with that.”

West’s team has not released a statement regarding the battery case.

Yung Bleu Arrested For Allegedly Throwing Woman To The Ground

Recently, it was revealed that Yung Bleu was arrested earlier this week for battery after a custody dispute. Georgia’s Hall County Sheriff’s Office spoke with TMZ Hip Hop about the incident, claiming officers were dispatched to the scene after receiving a call from a woman on October 15. According to them, the woman told them that the rapper had shown up to her house unannounced. They allege that he tried to take a 10-year-old child out of the house with him, resulting in a physical altercation.

The woman told police that her argument with Yung Bleu took a turn for the worst when he allegedly picked her up and threw her on the ground. She says that she’s suffered injuries to her arm and hip as a result. He then reportedly left with the child, but brought them back soon after.

According to authorities, the alleged victim was evaluated by EMTs, but decided not to go to the hospital. Sources told the outlet that he then met with officials, who arrested him for misdemeanor battery. After getting booked at the Hall County Jail, he was released days later on a $2,400 bond.

This isn’t the only unfortunate situation Yung Bleu’s gotten himself into as of late. Last month, a woman named Tenom also came forward claiming that he flew her out to spend the day with him, despite him being married. This resulted in his wife, Tiemeria, announcing that she wants a divorce. While she had a lot to say about his infidelity online, he later issued a public apology to her for his actions. “[You’re] such a good woman,” he told her. “Solid. Rare. And I love and appreciate you. It’s a lot that this industry bring. It’s a fast life.” What do you think of Yung Bleu’s recent arrest? Kanye West Under Investigation For Alleged Battery, Kim Kardashian Refuses To Comment

The end of 2022 saw the previously rampant Kanye West headlines take a brief intermission. Less than a month into the new year, though, the father of four is back in the media once again and is also now an alleged suspect in a battery investigation after kicking his weekend off on a tense note.

On Friday (January 27), The Life of Pablo artist was leaving his daughter, North West’s basketball game. At the time, he noticed the paparazzi hot on his trail. In a viral video, Ye exits his car to confront one of those filming him yesterday afternoon. As Page Six notes, it remains unclear if she was a member of the media, or simply a fan. Regardless, she refused to stop recording him throughout their exchange.

“You didn’t have to run up on me like that,” the 45-year-old told the woman filming from inside her car. “If I say stop, stop with your cameras!” Apparently, her argument was that his celebrity status gives her the right to capture content as she pleases.

In response to this, West reached into the vehicle, grabbed her phone, and subsequently tossed it out before walking away. Afterward, he got confrontational with a paparazzi, though it’s unclear what words those two were exchanging.

Police sources have been in contact with TMZ regarding the incident. They say that the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department came around 4:30 PM. Upon arrival, they watched video evidence of the altercation. Later that day, the lady whose phone was thrown by Ye left the station after chatting with officers.

As we wait for further details to emerge, social media users have been passing the video around. In the same clip, West confronts another group of paps who were recording the situation. “You want me to be running up on your kids’ games like that?” the recording artist asked.

In defence, one of the cameramen said, “There’s a hundred of us.” The Yeezy founder still wasn’t having it. “Everybody needs to stop when I see my kids. If I need to see my kids, you can’t photograph me. It’s called human rights,” he clapped back.

After this, Ye went back to his own vehicle. His new bride was waiting in the passenger seat, watching the drama unfold.

Interestingly, ex-wife Kim Kardashian also got questions about the ongoing situation. However, she made it clear it’s not something that she’s willing to speak on. “Don’t talk to me about that!” she yelled at the paparazzi as she was leaving her kids’ basketball game with Tristan Thompson last night.

Besides yesterday’s headlines regarding his alleged battery, Kanye has also been in the news lately for his new marriage to Bianca Censori. The couple has been stepping out together more frequently than ever, though their latest evening out on the town certainly raised some eyebrows thanks to the rapper’s attire.
