Dame Dash Calls Kanye West His “Brother” Amidst Ye’s Assault Lawsuit

Dame Dash may not be on the best of terms with JAY-Z, but he remains supportive of Kanye West. The Roc-A-Fella co-founder had a front row seat to West’s early years, and got a chance to see him become one of the greatest hip hop artists of all time. Granted, the West story has become exponentially messier since his days on Roc-A-Fella. The rapper has become one of the most polarizing celebrities in the world, and is currently facing a lawsuit from former assistant Lauren Pisciotta.

Dame Dash weighed in on the lawsuit during a recent appearance on American Nu Network. He noted that West is his brother, and always will be. Dash also noted that he’d been accused of the same thing West is currently being accused of. “No matter what, Kanye is my brother,” the mogul asserted. “So I’m going to always hope that what’s said is not true. As a person that’s been accused of sexual assault and went through a whole trial and got the press of the accusation… you know, I would have questions.” The Roc-A-Fella co-founder hopes that West is innocent.

Dame Dash Hopes The Ye Allegations Are Untrue

He also noted that several lawsuits have been leveled at celebrities, but many fail to stick. “Every day, there’s gonna be lawsuits,” Dame Dash opined. “And you’re gonna have to filter through the bullsh*t ones and you’re gonna have to see the ones that will really stand up in court.” The Roc-A-Fella co-founded did state, however, that he will swear by what the court of law decrees. If Lauren Pisciotta’s claims prove to be true, then Dame Dash claims he will change his tune. “If it is true, then, you know, I feel bad that the girl had to go through that,” he explained.

Pisciotta’s claims date back to 2021-22. The former assistant alleges that Kanye West West sent her explicit texts and pornographic photos on a consistent basis. Pisciotta also alleges that the rapper laced her drink and sexually assaulted during a studio session with Diddy. She claims to have woken up without any recollection of what happened, but that West claimed they “did kind of hook up a little.” Reps for the rapper claim he plans to file a countersuit against Pisciotta.

Unnamed Athlete Allegedly Stopped Diddy From Committing Sexual Assault On A Man At Ciroc Event

As you all know pretty well by now, lawsuits and allegations against Diddy are pretty much a daily topic. Today there is a new set of legal papers making the rounds online and it includes a pro athlete. However, the sports star is nameless. The allegation traces back to a Ciroc promotional party (one of Diddy’s many business ventures) in a which a former business partner and rapper was invited to. According to the Jasmine Brand, he alleges that he was asked to meet with Diddy a private office room.

Later into the October 20 documents, the man alleges that he remembers realizing that the embattled mogul was intoxicated when he entered the room. After that, that is when things got extremely uncomfortable and allegedly disturbing. Diddy allegedly approached the rapper and exposed his genitals. After that, the record founder felt up the man’s genitals through his pants and squeezed them in a “rough and sexual manner.” However, before things “escalated,” that’s when his alleged knight in shining armor arrived.

The anonymous athlete happened to walk into the room and intervened, stopping any further sexual advance. Overall, it’s another bad look for Diddy, even though some feel people shouldn’t be quick to jump to conclusions on him. Busta Rhymes is one of those folks, as he says that it doesn’t have anything to do with the genre. “His situation is not a hip-hop situation. And I also would like for everyone to be mindful of the thirst and the urgency and the need to speak on the situation.” While the correlation is debatable, it’s near impossible at this point for him image to be cleared.

Lil Reese Reportedly Arrested For Alleged Aggravated Assault After Court Appearance

Lil Reese has dealt with his fair share of legal issues in recent months, and unfortunately for the Chicago rapper, it doesn’t look like he’s off the hook. In September of this year, it was reported that he was wanted in the state of Texas for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend at a nightclub in Houston. He was later arrested, and his attorney Carl Moore denied the allegations on his behalf. “Mr. Taylor vehemently denies these false accusations. We look forward to his day in court,” Moore told TMZ.

Now, according to a new post by DJ Akademiks, he’s been arrested again. Legal documents shared on Instagram earlier today show that he was booked on October 16 and has been charged with alleged aggravated assault. Reportedly, he could face anywhere from five to 10 years in prison for his alleged crimes.

On his Instagram Story, Lil Reese shared a message about how he’ll miss his children while he’s behind bars. “Damn im finna miss my daughters [crying emojis],” he wrote. His latest arrest follows yet another arrest in July of this year. He was taken into custody in Los Angeles at the time after a woman accused him of sexual assault. Shortly after, Lil Reese was released on $100K bail and accused the woman of stealing $25K from him.

He later put the media on blast for how coverage of his case was handled and denied the allegations on his Instagram Story. “Fuc I look Like this ain’t that I know better,” Lil Reese wrote. “And the same way y’all posting that shi make sure yall post the case get thrown out on my court date. Katt Williams Emerges Victorious In $1.7 Million Assault Lawsuit

Katt Williams is not going to be paying out $1.7 million to an alleged assault and battery victim, according to AllHipHop. The outspoken comedian and actor has been in a vicious legal battle since 2016 with Angelina Triplett-Hill. She alleges that she was beat up maliciously by being hit in the face and eventual becoming unconscious after hitting the ground. This all allegedly happened on a film set while she was his personal assistant in 2014. Furthermore, Triplett-Hill alleges that she was sent to the hospital for these injuries she accrued.

Prior to him winning this lawsuit, she was actually awarded the default judgement due to him allegedly avoid it altogether. But, as the case went on, Triplett-Hill’s story continued to wane. It was eventually discovered that she was never Williams’ assistant nor were there any hospital and police records documenting her alleged injuries. Further bolstering the superstar act’s case against her was that his attorney was able to track down and present his actual assistant.

Jeremiah Reynolds, Katt’s attorney, released a statement, saying, “At trial, we argued that the plaintiff had created a false narrative of working for Katt as his assistant and faked the incident. The plaintiff tried to play on the jurors’ emotions, supposed “power imbalances,” and did everything she could to try to bring in irrelevant and prejudicial evidence about Katt. Judge Snyder excluded it all.”

Nicki Minaj & Kenneth Petty’s Alleged Assault Settlement Reportedly Increases By $20K In Interest

In March of this year, it was reported that Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty had a default judgment entered against them in LA County Superior Court. This stemmed from a lawsuit that former security guard Thomas Weidenmuller filed against them in 2022. Weidenmuller alleged that Petty punched him in the face backstage at a concert over a security breach, breaking his jaw. Allegedly, Weidenmuller has since had multiple surgeries to fix his jaw. He reportedly sued for his medical expenses.

Weidenmuller was awarded a default judgment because Nicki and Petty allegedly ignored the lawsuit. According to In Touch, however, they’ve still allegedly yet to pay up. The outlet exclusively reports that the couple has racked up over $20K in interest. This means they reportedly owe Weidenmuller a whopping $526K.

“I now have five plates in my jaw and my jaw has not yet been fully reconstructed. The doctors must still insert implants into my jaw as a part of the reconstruction process. In the interim, the doctors have inserted donor bones from a deceased person into my mouth in order to preserve space for future implants,” Weidenmuller explained in a declaration. This isn’t the only legal battle Nicki has been involved in lately, however.

Back in July, the “FTCU” rapper was also brought into her mother Carol Maraj’s lawsuit against Charles Polevich. Polevich is accused of fatally striking Minaj’s father in a 2021 hit-and-run. He was sentenced to a year in jail in 2022 for allegedly fleeing the scene of the fatal accident. Floyd Mayweather Gets Sued For Allegedly Slapping Exotic Dancer During Dispute

An exotic dancer has come forward with some upsetting accusations against Floyd Mayweather, whose Las Vegas gentleman’s club she allegedly used to work at. According to TMZ, Jasmine Woodward filed a lawsuit against the boxer earlier this week. She alleges that the two of them got into an argument at the venue back in April and that things allegedly turned physical.

In the suit, Woodward states that after she finished one of her shifts, she approached Mayweather to ask about the club’s alleged “failure to pay her for the shifts that she worked earlier in the weekend.” She claims that this upset him. Allegedly, he “slapped her in the face in front of other dancers and customers on the floor of the club.”

Woodward says she then broke down in tears and headed toward the club’s locker room area. She alleges that Mayweather followed her and that the two of them ended up having a discussion. Woodward claims to have told him that she “had a problem” with how he allegedly slapped her. At this point, she alleges that he told her “she could not ‘take a joke.’” Ultimately, Woodward alleges that she was fired from the club.

Another woman named Brittany Strauss has also joined Woodward a plaintiff in the lawsuit. On top of the alleged assault, the two of them allege that the club failed to pay them minimum wages and withheld some of their tips. They’re suing Mayweather and his sister Deltricia Howard, seeking backpay and unspecified damages. According to TMZ, the former Marvel actor is attending his first-ever convention later this month. The con in question is the Famous Monsters Fest in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, which is scheduled for next week (September 15).

Reportedly, Majors will be also selling autographs at the convention for $140 each, or a whopping $160 for autographed headshots. Other stars like Lord Of The Rings’ Andy Serkis, Star Trek‘s George Takei, Halloween’s Tyler Mane, and more are also expected to attend.

Lil Wayne Calls Cap On Former Bodyguard’s Assault Allegations

In December of last year, Lil Wayne was hit with a lawsuit by his former bodyguard, Carlos Christian. Christian accuses Weezy of threatening him with a gun during a dispute at the rapper’s California home and punching him in the head. Reportedly, sources close to Lil Wayne told authorities that the incident never happened when they arrived on the scene. Apparently, they also said he didn’t even own a gun. It remains unclear what the alleged dispute was about, but Christian alleges that the artist “acted with malice” and “a willful and conscious disregard” for his safety.

“It reasonably appeared to plaintiff that [Lil Wayne] was about to carry out the threat,” Christian’s legal team wrote. “Plaintiff suffered severe emotional distress, requiring him to seek mental health treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) stemming directly from this incident.”

At the time, it was also reported that Christian claimed to have incurred medical expenses, lost wages, and suffered emotional distress. He was seeking compensatory and punitive damages over the alleged incident. Now, according to legal documents obtained by In Touch Weekly, the performer has asked an LA county court to dismiss the lawsuit. He insists he only acted in self-defense during the debacle. His attorney claims Christian didn’t actually suffer any injuries as a result of their spat either.

He also adds that Christian “failed to exercise reasonable care and diligence to mitigate his alleged damages.” The judge hasn’t ruled on Lil Wayne’s motion yet, so it remains to be seen what’ll end up playing out. Larry Sanders Frantically Apologizes For Allegedly Punching Ex In Shocking Clip

Former NBA player Larry Sanders is currently under fire for footage shared by his ex-fiancée, Holli J. In the clip, which began making its rounds online earlier this week, he’s seen apologizing to her profusely. Allegedly, the two of them were arguing when he punched her in the lip, which prompted her to start filming.

“You just punched me in my mouth,” Holli J is heard telling Sanders, to which he replied, “I’m so sorry, I fell.” From there, she urged him to clarify. “So you fell and hit me with your fist?” she asked. He continued to apologize for the alleged assault, telling her he needed her, and more. Holli J went on to share screenshots of their alleged texts, which show her asking for him to return their son. In the messages, she claims that they agreed for Sanders to care for the child over the summer. Now, she alleges that he’s keeping him from her.

At the time of writing, Sanders has yet to address the alleged assault directly, though he has been active on Instagram. Just yesterday, he shared various photos and clips of his kids on his Story, as well as a few quotes that could be interpreted as a response to the incident. “When they go low but you finna take it to hell so you just give it to God,” one of them reads.

Diddy’s Latest Accuser Claims To Have Evidence Of Alleged Attack

Things keep getting worse for Diddy. The mogul was caught assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, in a video that was obtained by CNN, and now he’s facing sexual assault charges. This is only the latest suit to be filed against Diddy on grounds of drugging and assault. His latest accuser, however, claims to have proof in the form of sealed clothing. According to reporter Meghann Cuniff, Diddy’s accuser says she saved the clothes she wore the night she attended his afterparty.

Context is crucial here. Crystal McKinney filed a suit claiming that she was drugged and forced to perform oral sex on Diddy at a 2003 social event. She recalled waking up in a taxi cab the morning after Diddy allegedly forced himself on her, and is seeking undisclosed damages as a result. McKinney claims that she struggled to find work as a model after the incident, and was driven to attempt suicide just one year later.

What makes McKinney different from Diddy’s previous accusers, however, is the evidence she reportedly possesses. The lawsuit claims that has preserved her outfit over two decades, so it can be submitted as evidence. “Due to the traumatic events to occur later,” the suit explained. “Plaintiff saved the unwashed clothes from that night in her closet, where they remain in a plastic bag.” The clothing included “a black leather coat with fur hood, translucent chiffon beige v-cut shirt, fur-lined handbag, and jewel-encrusted jeans.”

If true, this piece of evidence could spell legal trouble for Diddy. The Bad Boy founder has managed to avoid official charges thus far, despite being sued by several women dating back to November 2023. He even issued an apology via Instagram. The apology was in direct response to the Cassie video.

Diddy is so vague in his wording, however, that it can’t help but be read more broadly. “I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now,” he said. “I went and I sought out professional help. Got into going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry.” McKinney isn’t swayed by the apology. The former model intends to be compensated for what she went through. Diddy has not yet responded to the suit.
