Diddy Accuses Cassie Of Cheating On Him Before His Alleged Abuse

Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, reportedly accused Cassie of cheating on his client with her now-husband, during their relationship. Referring to her as “victim one,” at the Bad Boy mogul’s arraignment on Tuesday, Agnifilo said she had been sleeping with her trainer for years, according to Inner City Press. Cassie previously sued Diddy for alleged sexual abuse back in 2023, but the two quickly settled. Months later, CNN published footage of Diddy hitting her at a hotel in 2016.

Authorities arrested Diddy on Monday night while releasing a 14-page federal indictment against him. He’s continued to maintain his innocence and has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Agnifilo said, as noted by AllHipHop. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”

Diddy is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His legal team failed to get him out on bail at the arraignment, as the prosecutors claimed that he’s harassed alleged victims and witnesses in the past. Judge Robyn Tarnofsky ended up ruling that “this is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring,” as caught by CNN.

Diddy’s Sons Come Out To Support Him During Arraignment In NYC

Diddy’s sons, Justin Combs and Christian Combs, traveled to New York City on Tuesday to support their father at his arraignment in court. Authorities arrested the Bad Boy mogul the night before and have since published a 14-page indictment with claims of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking against him. At the hearing, his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, fought to get him out on bail, offering up $50 million and house arrest, but was unsuccessful. “He’s going to clear his name and we’re going to stand by his side as he does. We believe in him wholeheartedly,” Agnifilo told reporters afterward, as caught by CNN.

A key part of Agnifilo’s argument was that Diddy flew to New York City voluntarily to be arrested. “He came here to turn himself in. Why doesn’t the government want him to turn himself in? Because then they can’t ask for detention,” Agnifilo said. “All we can do is show good faith. He got on a plane and he came here. They arrested a guy who came here to turn himself in.”

The prosecution, on the other hand, claimed Diddy has reached out to witnesses and victims in the past. “Witnesses have universally expressed fear of the defendant,” Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson remarked in the courtroom. Judge Robyn Tarnofsky ended up telling Diddy and his team that “this is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring,” while rejecting the bail offer.

Diddy To Stay In Jail Despite Unfathomable Bail Proposal

Diddy will be remaining behind bars despite offering a $50 million bail to get out with GPS monitoring in Miami. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, argued that he’s “earned” the trust of the court unsuccessfully at his arraignment on Tuesday in New York City. “He has never run from a challenge, and he will not run from this one. Instead, he takes these challenges head-on, he moves toward them confidently and with the assurances that right is on his side,” Agnifilo said, referencing his decision to willingly travel to New York for the arrest. Agnifilo had told reporters he’d “fight like hell” to get bail prior to the hearing.

Judge Robyn Tarnofsky wasn’t buying it, instead suggesting that “this is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring,” as caught by CNN. Earlier in the day, Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson argued against letting Diddy out on bail by claiming he’s reached out to witnesses and victims in the past. “Witnesses have universally expressed fear of the defendant,” Johnson remarked. She also cited R. Kelly, Jeffrey Epstein, and Keith Raniere all being detained in their respective cases.

Christian Combs Arrives At The Courthouse For Diddy’s Arraignment

Christian Combs, son of rapper and music producer Sean “Diddy.” Combs, arrives at federal court for his father’s arraignment on September 17, 2024, in New York. “Diddy” has been indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, prosecutors said on September 17. The music mogul, who was arrested on September 16, also faces a third charge of “transportation to engage in prostitution,” the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York said. Prosecutors released the 14-page federal indictment against Diddy on Tuesday morning. In it, authorities accuse him of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking while detailing numerous claims stemming from his alleged “freak off” parties. They alleged he would lure in female victims under the “pretense of a romantic relationship” before coercing them into sex acts for the events while also providing them with various drugs.

Diddy has continued to deny the allegations and is pleading guilty to the charges. Marc Agnifilo has yet to comment on his client being remanded. Be on the lookout for further updates on Diddy on HotNewHipHop.

Sean Kingston Sprints Out Of Court After Pleading Not Guilty To Fraud: Watch

Earlier this year, federal authorities raided Sean Kingston’s Florida home, resulting in the arrest of both him and his mother Janice Turner. In July, a Grand Jury indicted them on multiple federal charges. They each face one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and five counts of wire fraud for allegedly scamming businesses out of over $1 million worth of goods.

Yesterday, they appeared in court for a federal arraignment, where they pleaded not guilty to their charges. They asked for a jury trial, and their attorney Bob Rosenblatt began the discovery process. Following the arraignment, the mother-son duo was spotted making a hasty exit. Kingston sprinted towards a black escalade while Turner flipped off ABC Local 10 reporters before getting into a separate vehicle.

Federal prosecutors allege that Kingston and Turner “unjustly enriched themselves by falsely representing that they had executed bank wire or other monetary payment transfers as payment for vehicles, jewelry, and other goods.” Reportedly, each count they’re facing could earn them a maximum sentence of 20 years. They’re facing six each, meaning potentially lengthy sentences for them both. Of course, what actually plays out in this case remains to be seen, and fans are hoping for the best.

Despite the circumstances, Sean Kingston and his attorney appear confident. “It’s great to be home!” the artist told fans following his release on a $100K bond in June. “A special thanks to God, my family, my friends and my legal team… Robert Rosenblatt, James Stark, Mark Geragos, Zeljka Bozanic, Pierre Pollas. And I cannot forget about my amazing fans, thank you for all your love and support! I love you guys!” What do you think of Sean Kingston and his mother pleading not guilty to federal fraud charges? What about the duo running out of the courthouse afterward to avoid reporters? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

NBA YoungBoy To Remain In Federal Custody While He Awaits Pretrial Release Hearing

NBA YoungBoy looks to be in a whole heap of trouble after his recent arraignment on April 16. As most know, the prolific Baton Rouge, Louisiana rapper has been on house arrest in Utah for federal weapons charges and now he is facing even more charges. Those currently include “patterns of unlawful activity, procuring or attempting to procure drugs, identity fraud, forgery, possession of controlled substances, and possession of a dangerous weapon.” That was all reported by social media sleuth DJ Akademiks. Now, we have another new update surrounding YB’s legal situation. According to AllHipHop, the 24-year-old Kentrell Gaulden will be kept in federal custody until his pretrial release hearing on April 29.

The “Cache County Sheriff’s Office accused YB and his associates of illegally obtaining promethazine with codeine from pharmacies.” The rapper and the rest of the people involved were allegedly posing as doctors and fake patients to trick pharmacists. The Cache County investigator on the case, Tyson Hyrum Nielsen, sniffed out that the rapper was pretending to be an elderly woman with the alias, Gwendolyn Cox. AllHipHop says that Nielsen called “Cox” and YoungBoy on separate phone calls to decipher that it was indeed one person putting on a disguise.

NBA YoungBoy Will Have His Pretrial Release Hearing On April 29

“During the conversation with ‘Gwendolyn’ it was very clear that a fake voice was being used. ‘Gwendolyn’ sounded as though she was a much younger male from the southern states… Kentrell Gaulden continued to attempt to further the prescription fraud by talking about the prescription and saying, ‘she on the hospital bed,’ referring to the patient ‘Gwendolyn Cox’ from the previous day,” Nielsen said. He even noticed small dialect errors like saying “axe” instead of “ask.”

What are your thoughts on NBA YoungBoy being held in jail until his pretrial hearing on April 29? How do you see this entire court case playing out for him? Do you see YB getting out of the legal issues in the future, why or why not? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding NBA YoungBoy and this case. Finally, stay with us for everything else going on around the music world.

ASAP Rocky Shooting Case Going To Trial, Judge Finds Probable Cause: Report

ASAP Rocky’s court case and trial for an alleged 2021 assault in Hollywood, in which he stands accused of shooting ASAP Relli, just got some crucial updates, according to Meghann Cuniff on one end and TMZ on the other. Moreover, on Monday afternoon (November 20), the Los Angeles judge in this case ruled that there is enough probable cause, as determined by preliminary hearings, to support his present charges of two counts of first-degree assault with a firearm. As such, the case will move to a trial in the near future. Cuniff also indicated that the court will arraign the rapper on January 8.

Not only that, but according to TMZ, prosecutors submitted what they claim is video evidence on Monday of ASAP Rocky holding a gun before shooting his colleague. While he isn’t very identifiable in the footage in question, attorneys opposing him from across the courtroom are dead-set on defending this. For assistance, Los Angeles Police Department detective Frank Flores testified that they found the clip while investigating the case. Throughout this testimony, the publication also reported that the New York MC remained calm and collected. Now that this is officially moving to trial, perhaps the two will reconsider reports that they were hashing out a settlement.

ASAP Rocky To Be Arraigned For Shooting Case On Jan. 8, Meghan Cuniff Reports

In addition, prosecutors also presented alleged audio-centric footage of the two shots that ASAP Rocky allegedly fired off at his fellow Mob affiliate. However, as of writing this article, there is no unquestionable footage available of the shooting itself. For those unaware, ASAP Relli claims that his group mate shot his hand, and also made various statements about his mental state throughout it all. Not only that, but the court also saw body cam footage from seven police officers. Furthermore, these cops arrived at the scene of the incident and scoured for clues, evidence, and any other relevant information present.

After their efforts, they announced that they did not find a firearm anywhere on the premises. ASAP Relli’s side of the story is that he and ASAP Rocky feuded for a while before this alleged shooting. His testimony alleged that the father of two put the weapon up against him, placed directly on his stomach. While he didn’t shoot in that moment, Relli claims that shots rang out shortly after they moved apart- four, to be exact- and that he ran away. Contrary to police reports, Relli also alleged that he found a pair of 9mm shell casings when he returned to the supposed crime scene later that night. Law enforcement and forensics experts did not identify any fingerprints on the casings that he presented.

Keefe D’s Lawyer Fails To Show Up For Arraignment, Hearing Delayed 2 Weeks

Keefe D’s arraignment has been continued for two weeks after the lawyer he hired failed to show up for Wednesday’s hearing, according to TMZ. The arraignment comes after Las Vegas police arrested the 60-year-old former gang member, last week, in the 1996 killing of 2Pac.

Keefe D is facing a charge of murder with the use of a deadly weapon in a gang-related homicide. Police say he is the only surviving suspect in the case.

Jason Johansson speak during a news conference at the LVMPD headquarters to brief media members on Davis’ arrest and indictment for the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur on September 29, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. As for what to expect from the case, Suge Knight has already stated that he will refuse to testify. Speaking with TMZ, he explained: “I wouldn’t be. Well, number one, I’m not gonna get on the stand and testify on somebody for what? […] I wouldn’t go, I wouldn’t testify. None of that shit.”

In the wake of Keefe D’s arrest, an interview he gave to The Art of Dialogue back in July has been resurfacing on social media. During the conversation, he admitted that speaking openly about the incident had him worried about jail. “Them dudes was kids, man. Both of them dudes was kids back then,” he said at the time, referring to Deandre “Big Dre” Smith and Orlando Anderson. “Dre was an All-CIF basketball player. He had a nice shot, dunking, all that shit. Dre was an athlete. He wasn’t about that.” From there, the interviewer pressed Keefe. He answered: “Man. We don’t need to discuss that. We already discussed that. What are you trying to get me in jail again?” Be on the lookout for further updates on Keefe D’s case on HotNewHipHop.
