50 Cent Shows Diddy Compassion Amid Sexual Assault Accusations

It seems like 50 Cent had a slight change of heart when it comes to one of his rival moguls in the music and entertainment industry. If you clicked on this article, you likely know of the wave of sexual assault allegations that emerged against Diddy. Moreover, a couple of them popped up after a lawsuit from former Bad Boy artist Cassie, who settled her filing with him less than 24 hours after it became bombshell news. Since then, Sean Combs faced various other lawsuits or accusations that, as of writing this article, are unclear in terms of how they will shape out in court. As such, the G-Unit mogul took some time on Instagram on Thursday (November 23) to acknowledge how heavy this situation is.

“Damn I hope he alright if you cool with him check on him,” 50 Cent wrote on the social media platform, attached to a screenshot of the most recent sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy. “All joke a side this is a lot.” Just minutes prior, he had commented on these allegations in possible a more vindictive or “I told you so” way. “I told you, I just said and here they come in 5,4,3,2,1. I don’t know WTF going on here this is cr*zy,” the New York MC posted on IG. He’s had a long history of clowning Puff Daddy for various reasons, but it seems like even he became cognizant of the fact he was going too far.

Regardless of Fif’s thoughts on the matter changing in tone, and especially considering how he predicted this wave, it’s hard to assume that he’s now on “his side” of things. Rather, it seems like he’s just considering how much of a toll accusations like this can take on a person, regardless of the truth behind them. 50 Cent showed some empathy here, even if his history points to him believing that Diddy should face a fair trial and that his alleged victims should be heard. Perhaps this changes even more in the future, but alas, only time will tell.

Meanwhile, other music figures like Joe Budden walked back on their thoughts on the Bad Boy mogul’s case. In this example, he deleted a segment on his podcast in which he and his crew discussed it. Diddy Hit With More Allegations Amid Third Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Diddy has been in the spotlight as of late due to the sexual assault lawsuit that was leveled against him by singer Cassie. Overall, this lawsuit was a huge story as it contained allegations of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and more. Subsequently, the music mogul opted to settle the lawsuit just a day after it went public. This was all very shocking and many were surprised by all of this. However, the mogul maintains his innocence despite the settlement.

Yesterday, it was revealed that Diddy would be getting sued again, this time for an alleged rape that took place in 1991. The anonymous woman was a student at Syracuse and alleges that Diddy once drugged her and then had sex with her. Once again, his legal team denied any wrongdoing. Late last night, a third lawsuit came in, according to Rolling Stone. This lawsuit includes allegations that the mogul and singer Aaron Hall once sexually assaulted two women.

“While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,” the lawsuit alleges. “After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.” These are shocking allegations, to say the least. Furthermore, it was alleged that Diddy went to the women’s home and began choking Jane Doe. They say he did this because he was scared his partner at the time would find out about the alleged assault.

Diddy Accused Of Allegedly Drugging And Sexually Assaulting A Woman In 1991

Just after settling a high-profile lawsuit that made some pretty nasty allegations against him, Diddy is now facing yet another. Earlier this month, Cassie filed a lawsuit against him which included serious allegations of rape, physical abuse, and using his significant pull in the music industry to threaten her career and manipulate her. Just a day after the lawsuit was filed, the pair reached a settlement allegedly agreeing to handle things “amicably.” The settlement didn’t dissuade people’s interest in the allegations at hand though.

Despite quickly coming to a settlement, Diddy’s representation has continued to insist that he isn’t admitting to any wrongdoing whatsoever. Even in the wake of the settlement dozens of artists from across the music industry weighed in on the story. Some found themselves in difficult positions due to their associations with the rap mogul. In the new lawsuit, Diddy is facing even more serious allegations. The suit accuses him of allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman he went on a date with and filming the attack. It all reportedly happened in 1991 and the lawsuit is able to be brought via New York’s Adult Survivors Act. The suit was filed by a former Syracuse University student who also claims that after the incident she learned that other men had been shown the video of her assault.

Diddy is also finding himself facing some other repercussions from the lawsuits. From a business perspective, Macy’s recently announced that it had begun the process of phasing out his sportwear brand Sean John. Kesha also recently skipped a famous line including Diddy from her song “Tik Tok” during a recent performance. Jamie Foxx Denies Claims Of Sexual Assault After Lawsuit

A new sexual assault lawsuit against Jamie Foxx from a model just got his staunch and immediate dismissal. Moreover, his representative recently told TMZ that this is a completely baseless and false claim according to them, and apparently one that actually saw a swift resolution a couple of years ago. “The alleged incident never happened,” the spokesperson remarked. “In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then.” As such, this indicates that the multi-hyphenate entertainer’s team will be looking for a similar result in court this time, without it even going to trial.

Furthermore, the woman who brought the lawsuit forth claims that Jamie Foxx groped her without consent at an August 2015 rooftop party in New York City. Not only that, but the Any Given Sunday actor allegedly gushed to her about her “supermodel body” and how she “smells so good” after she asked for a picture with him. Then, her accusation continues, he pulled her by the arm to an area outside of public reach. According to her claims, the 55-year-old, then 47, inappropriately touched her breasts, vagina, anus, and the rest of her body.

Regardless of the heft of these accusations, Jamie Foxx’s representative expressed confidence in the team’s ability to get this dismissed, and for the court to see it as such. “And once [the claims] are [dismissed], Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action.” This case is especially notable right now due to his newfound relationship with Alyce Huckstepp. Given that authorities already dismissed this case, it’s unclear how difficult that process will be this time around.

Meanwhile, the Texas native is still recovering from his health scare, although he’s made remarkable progress in that regard. Michael Blackson Blames The Illuminati For Influx Of Sexual Assault Lawsuits

A plethora of sexual assault allegations have come out in recent days against a variety of different figures. Diddy, for one, was hit with a lawsuit from his ex Cassie last week. The suit arrived with a long list of damning accusations. She accused the Bad Boy Records founder of rape, physical and emotional abuse, and more. The lawsuits didn’t stop there, however. Yesterday, Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose was also sued by former Penthouse model Sheila Kennedy, who alleges that he raped her in the late 80s. Cuba Gooding Jr., Jamie Foxx, NYC Mayor Eric Adams, Jimmy Iovine, and more have also been sued for alleged sexual assault in the past week.

It’s believed that the influx of sexual assault lawsuits is due to New York’s Adult Survivors Act deadline arriving today (November 23). Comedian Michael Blackson has another theory, however. He took to social media earlier today to comment on the array of sexual assault lawsuits popping up online lately, claiming that someone must have “p*ssed off” some very powerful people.

“It’s Thanksgiving and all I see on my timeline is sexual assault lawsuits smh,” he wrote, “Who the hell p*ssed off illuminati?” The Adult Survivors Act was signed into law in May of 2022. It aimed to provide victims with an opportunity at justice, lifting the typical time limit to sue for sexual assault. As many as 2,600 claims have been filed under the act since, giving countless survivors a chance to heal.

Laurie Maldonado, who was allegedly abused by gynecologist Robert Hadden in 2012, spoke to The Post about the policy. Josh Giddey Accused Of Having Sexual Relationship With A Minor

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a minor. The allegations first emerged on social media, with users appearing to post evidence of Giddey interacting with a reportedly then-17-year-old Olivia Cook. One of the widely-cited pieces of alleged evidence was a Snapchat post showing Giddey and Cook in a post-coital state of undress with the in-picture text caption “Just f-cked Josh Giddey”. Furthermore, social media users later uncovered more posts that appeared to corroborate the story, as well as Cooks’ TikTok account, which appeared to confirm that she was not 18.

However, the allegations are largely unverified and stem primarily from second-hand reporting of social media posts. Neither Giddey nor Cook have released a statement at this time. Giddey, a first-round pick in 2021 and widely considered the future of Australian basketball, played against the Bulls in a game on Wednesday night. He had 10 points and 6 rebounds in the Thunder win. This is a developing story and we will have any updates as and when they emerge.

Who Is Josh Giddey?

Born in 2002, Giddey joined the NBA in 2021. He forwent the US college system, instead playing a season of professional basketball in his native Australia before declaring for the draft. He had a strong rookie season, putting up 12.5 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 6.4 assists as part of the Thunder’s young core. His sophomore season only saw Giddey improve. In the 2022-23 season, Giddey put up 16.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 6.2 assists as the Thunder made the playoffs for the first time since the COVID Bubble.

Meanwhile, Giddey’s star was also rising on the international scene. After playing at the junior level, Giddey made his debut for Australia’s senior national team in 2020. However, he fell just short of making the roster for the 2020 Olympics, where Australia would win a bronze medal. Despite this, Giddey would make the roster for the 2023 FIBA World Cup, putting up 19.4 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists a game. Australia would finish 10th but still secured an Olympic berth.

Jamie Foxx Accused Of Sexual Assault In New Lawsuit

An unnamed woman recently filed a lawsuit against Jamie Foxx, accusing the comedian of sexual assault. According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, the woman met Foxx at Catch NYC & Roof in 2015. She says that she noticed him right away, and eventually took a photo with him at her friend’s request. Allegedly, however, things took an unfortunate turn after that when he began to touch her without consent.

She claims that Foxx appeared to be intoxicated, and started making suggestive comments towards her. “Sure, baby anything for you,” he allegedly responded to their photo request, “Wow, you have that supermodel body.” Foxx is also accused of telling her she smelled good, and comparing her to actress Gabrielle Union. Allegedly, he later pulled her off to the side and began to touch her.

Foxx then allegedly placed his hands on the woman’s waist and later moved them up to her breasts. At this point, she says she tried to move away from him. She claims that there were others around, including security guards, as the alleged incident took place. According to her, they didn’t intervene. Allegedly, he then put his hands into her pants and touched her genitals before her friend approached and he stopped.

The woman claims that she suffered injuries as a result of the alleged assault. She also says that she suffered emotional pain and suffering following the alleged “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.” On top of suing Foxx, she’s also suing Catch, as well as its employees. Axl Rose Sued For Alleged Sexual Assault By Former Penthouse Model

Today, former penthouse model Sheila Kennedy filed a lawsuit against Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose. She accuses the performer of sexually assaulting her in the 80s, detailing the alleged attack in the suit. Kennedy claims that they met at a nightclub in 1989 and eventually ended up in an NYC hotel room together. She alleges that he then “violently” sexually assaulted her. Kennedy describes him allegedly “[knocking] her to the floor,” dragging her by her hair, then assaulting her.

She accuses him of attacking her “while he was in a sexual, volatile rage,” per the suit. It also states that “Kennedy did not consent and felt overpowered.” Allegedly, “she understood that the safest thing to do was to lie in bed and wait for Rose to finish assaulting her.”

Axl Rose’s attorney, Alan S. Gutman, shared a statement with the outlet denying the allegations. “Simply put, this incident never happened,” he said. “Notably, these fictional claims were filed the day before the New York State filing deadline expires. Though he doesn’t deny the possibility of a fan photo taken in passing, Mr. Rose has no recollection of ever meeting or speaking to the Plaintiff, and has never heard about these fictional allegations prior to today … Mr. Rose is confident this case will be resolved in his favor,” he also added. You don’t use cuss words and everything that is discussed is based in fact, and not some cr*zy stuff that d*mb friend of yours told you, or you saw in a tweet,” the reality star reportedly texted West in the past. “Second option. I have you institutionalized again where they medicate the crap out of you, and you go back to Zombieland forever. Play dates with the kids just won’t be the same.” It’s understandable why the father of four was concerned about his safety in the past, and now, he’s feeling nervous once again as Pasternak is staying at the same hotel as him in Dubai.

Footage obtained by DailyMail shows the personal trainer hanging out in the building’s lobby on Monday (November 20). The outlet notes that Yeezy and his kids are currently staying together, and Pasternak’s behaviour comes across as “extremely suspect.” A source tells them, “We have grave concerns as to what this creepy operative is doing in Ye’s hotel. The timing is extremely suspect. We are very concerned indeed about his motives and intentions.”

50 Cent Shows No Mercy To Diddy Amid Cassie Allegations

A lot of people aren’t letting Diddy’s lawsuit settlement with Cassie make the claims of sexual assault and physical abuse against him go away easily. The leader of that pack is 50 Cent, whose relentless trolls of him have been commonplace for a long time now. Moreover, he recently posted a meme of the Bad Boy mogul pictured alongside Cassie on Instagram that read: “If I text you this, it means I want my money by tomorrow.” In Fif’s caption of the post itself, published on Monday (November 20), he wrote “I’m not waiting until Monday,” suggesting that he won’t be like Sean Combs and take care of this situation immediately.

Furthermore, this isn’t the first time that he’s taken aim at Diddy for these accusations of abhorrent acts. A few days prior to this social media activity, the G-Unit MC and business titan had some more elaborate thoughts to share on the subject. He didn’t go through everything, but said enough to get his point across. “LOL,” 50 Cent’s IG message began. “He paid that money real quick, should have done that before the sharks saw the blood in the water. And here they come in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 every woman he ever put his hand on.”

Meanwhile, many other stories about Diddy surfaced in the wake of this lawsuit, although most of them brought no proof. Still, it does speak to how much of a reputation he built in the industry, both for good and terrible reasons, supposedly. It’s also been wild to see celebrities give wildly different takes and interpretations on this incident. Most recently, Adam22 had a pretty bizarre reaction to the whole thing, according to DJ Akademiks, that related to his own sexual infamy.

Regardless of all of that, the Queens native almost dealt with some legal trouble of his own as of late, though what he stood accused of was nowhere near as harrowing. He dodged charges in his microphone-throwing case, at least if nothing changes for the rest of the year for which the case will be open.
