She went on to accuse her ex of faking a cancer scare to prevent her from leaving him. “Playing the silent’ [role] while intentionally dragging me through hell for 2 years (u promised u would make divorce hell for me and you did) i have the text messages still,” she alleged. “You made sure your PR team dragged this play each way to make me look bad for 2 years! According to TMZ, his former executive assistant as Yeezy, Lauren Pisciotta, accused the mogul of rape, drugging her, and harassing her during her time in the role. Lauren Pisciotta’s lawsuit has expanded to include an accusation that Kanye West drugged her at a studio session hosted by both West and Diddy. According to Pisciotta, she attended the session with her former artist management client after receiving an invitation from West. She claims that after taking a few sips of a drink handed to her by Kanye, she began to feel disoriented. Pisciotta says she remembers almost nothing from the night, waking up the next day with feelings of shame and embarrassment.
Though Pisciotta did not name her clients in the court documents, former G.O.O.D Music artist Niykee Heaton detailed a similar story regarding a studio session hosted by West and Diddy. In a lengthy Instagram video shared earlier this year, her claims mirrored that of Pisciotta, who allegedly managed her around that time.
Pisciotta’s lawsuit focuses on Kanye West’s actions. However, she claimed Diddy attended the studio session, as well. However, Pisciotta hasn’t listed Diddy as a defendant in the case nor has Diddy’s legal responded to the claims. Diddy himself is facing unrelated criminal charges involving racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He has denied all major allegations made against him in those cases.

Years after the studio session, Pisciotta alleges that Kanye West brought up the night in question, claiming they had hooked up. This revelation, she says, came as a shock. She assumed she had simply been drugged and embarrassed herself at the event. Pisciotta now believes West took advantage of her during this time.
Before these new accusations surfaced, Pisciotta had already accused Kanye West of sexual harassment. One of the most shocking claims in Pisciotta’s lawsuit involves Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori, and her mother, Alexandra Censori. According to Pisciotta, West expressed a desire to have sex with Bianca’s mother while Bianca watched. In September 2022, West allegedly sent a text to Bianca saying, “I wanna f*** your mum. Bianca–on a work visa at the time–allegedly responded to West in a manner that Pisciotta claims was “required” by him in order to keep her job. The response allegedly read, “(Alexandra is) married. When approached by Daily Mail reporters in Melbourne, she declined to comment on the situation, asking for privacy instead. Despite the disturbing claims made by Pisciotta, Alexandra has not spoken publicly about her son-in-law’s alleged behavior.

The lawsuit paints a troubling picture of the workplace environment under Kanye West’s leadership. Not only did Pisciotta claim that West’s sexual “kinks” often centered on wanting to have intercourse with the mothers of those he was involved with but her lawsuit alleges that he frequently talked about these desires with his staff. Per The Daily Mail, Pisciotta also alleged that West used his influence at companies like Adidas and Gap to secure work visas for women he brought to the U.S. for sexual purposes. She claims these women received obscure job titles and signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) about their experiences.
West allegedly engaged in sexual encounters with employees and guests at the Yeezy offices, where he reportedly set up makeshift bedrooms consisting of a mattress, pillows, and a blanket in closets or unused rooms, according to the suit. Pisciotta further claims that the company instructed employees to keep these arrangements quiet, and that West’s behavior often crossed professional lines in a workplace that lacked boundaries.
The Aftermath & Legal Repercussions
Lauren Pisciotta, who worked with Kanye West from 2021 to 2022, claims Ye wrongfully terminated her from her position shortly after promoting her to chief of staff. She alleges that the company offered her $3 million in severance but never paid the amount. In response to the lawsuit, attorneys for Kanye West called the allegations “baseless,” asserting that Pisciotta had pursued her former boss “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.”

In June, West’s lawyers denied the allegations in a statement provided to Page Six. “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” they wrote. “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved. She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary), and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit with allegations of sexually assaulting a minor. The filing was brought by a John Doe working with attorney Tony Buzbee on Monday. He alleges he attended a party of Diddy’s at just 16 years old in 1998 when the Bad Boy mogul took an interest in him. John Doe alleges Diddy brought him to a more secluded area of the event after posing for a picture with him.
“Combs abruptly told John Doe that he needed to drop his pants,” the lawyers wrote in the lawsuit, as caught by AllHipHop. “John Doe, caught completely off guard, confusingly asked Combs to repeat himself. Combs made himself clear. He instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose his penis so that Combs could inspect it, explaining it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to prove himself. ‘Don’t you want to break into the business?’ Doe immediately felt uncomfortable, froze and did not know what to do. Combs remained calm and stood in front of him and stretched out his hand in a cupped position. Out of fear, anxiety, and the imbalanced power dynamic between himself and Combs, John Doe then dropped his pants and exposed his penis as Combs previously instructed.”

The lawsuit continued: “Combs moved closer and grabbed John Doe’s penis and genitals with his hand. He firmly cupped and held onto John Doe’s genitals for an extended period of time. During this time, Combs moved his hand in such a fashion to manipulate John Doe’s genitals, squeezing and feeling them. Doe was only sixteen. Combs abruptly then let go of John Doe’s genitals and told him that his people would be in touch. Combs continued with his party as if nothing had happened, but for John Doe, everything had changed. John Doe eventually recognized Combs sexually assaulted him by and through his power and influence over John Doe because he knew John Doe wanted to become a star.”
The alleged victim is seeking damages for pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical impairment, and emotional torment. Diddy and his legal team have already denied the allegations. Jason Lee shared a fiery response to JAY-Z and Beyonce after alleging that the couple reached out to him in response to viral allegations about their friendship with Diddy. Speaking about the situation on his podcast, Lee claimed that he hasn’t even spoken on the matter and is thus confused as to why they’ve reached out to him.
“JAY-Z, I know you’re watching because you got people calling me,” he began. “Stop having people call me. You can call me yourself, you know how to get my number. You got people calling me. As confirmed by TMZ, the iconic Los Angeles restaurant has taken down the two photos that featured the Bad Boy mogul. “We see everything going on in the news with Diddy and it’s not okay,” the manager told the outlet.
Authorities arrested Diddy in New York City, last month, charging him with allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering. In a statement provided to Rolling Stone, one of Diddy’s lawyers, Erica Wolff, previously denied the numerous allegations. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” she wrote. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
On Monday, one alleged victim identified as Jane Doe accused Diddy of raping her at a Manhattan hotel in 2004. The woman, who only identifies as Jane Doe in the filing, alleges she met Diddy at a photoshoot for Da Band in 2004 where he invited her and a friend to an afterparty. When they resisted, Combs ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed. Once she was undressed, Combs forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Ms. Doe, all while she was begging him to stop.”

The latest alleged victim has hired Tony Buzbee, the attorney who went viral earlier this month for claiming to have 120 more alleged victims. “When we talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” Buzbee said at the press conference. “Our youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was nine years old. We have an individual who was 14 years old. We have one who was 15.” According to Rolling Stone, Buzbee said Monday that he’ll be coming forward with several more lawsuits against Diddy in the coming weeks.
The latest accusation comes as Diddy remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting trial in his case regarding charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. Chris Brown is facing backlash in South Africa for his performance at the country’s FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. Women for Change, which advocates for the rights of women and children, has started a petition to stop the show. Sabina Walter, executive director of the group, spoke with BBC about the decision.
“When I saw the news that Chris Brown was coming to South Africa, I was shocked and deeply disappointed,” Walter said. “The petition was started to send a strong message that we will not tolerate the celebration of individuals with a history of violence against women. When someone like Chris Brown is given a platform in a country where GBV is at crisis levels, it sends a damaging message – that fame and power outweigh accountability.”

The petition has already generated over 20,000 signatures. The Change.org page cites Brown’s 2009 conviction for assaulting Rihanna during their infamous relationship. It also notes that South Africa is in the midst of a crisis of gender-based violence. “Allowing a man with such a history of violence to perform in South Africa, a country grappling with one of the highest rates of gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF) in the world, sends a harmful and dangerous message,” the page reads.
The backlash to Brown’s concert in South Africa comes as Investigation Discovery prepares for the premiere of its new documentary, Chris Brown: A History of Violence. It will air on the network later this month. The show will detail various allegations the controversial singer has faced throughout his career. It will also feature an interview with a new accuser.
