YesJulz Accuses Milo Yiannopoulos Of Reaching Out To Kanye West’s Dentist Himself

Kanye West’s alleged nitrous oxide addiction, as claimed by his former Yeezy chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, shocked his fanbase this week. Moreover, Yiannopoulos filed an affidavit and complaint against celebrity dentist Thomas P. Connelly, accusing him of engaging in “the unlawful supply of enormous quantities of nitrous gas to a wealthy, famous patient for explicitly recreational use” after installing Ye’s titanium grill. In addition, the former chief of staff claimed that Connelly hired someone to physically attack him. But another affiliate of the Chicago artist’s, YesJulz, fired back against Yiannopoulos’ claims on Twitter after the legal paperwork mentioned her, accusing him of connecting Kanye to Connelly in the first place.

“Riddle me this hero,” YesJulz’s seemingly since-deleted accusation against Milo Yiannopoulos began concerning Kanye West’s alleged nitrous gas addiction. “Who suggested for him to get the grill in the first place? When [they told me] to book the appointment I expressed my concerns & pushed back twice asking if he [for] sure wanted to do it. I was told that the decision was made. He was sure it was what he wanted and to do not question it again.

It also doesn’t really help the company much if you are simultaneously overpaying yourself and, according to Ye & other team members, allegedly stealing while doing so. I wasn’t around to even know whether or not your claims about addiction were real – let alone be in a position where I could actually help IF that were the case.

“YOU made sure of that bc you knew the last time a plot like this was unfolding, I was there and actually did something about it,” she concluded about this Kanye West situation. “But YOU were there. & so was your partner in crime. I am going to say this for the last time, keep my name out of your disgusting, trifling, lying, theiving a** mouth & move on… Are you even a US resident? How are u still here without a job or an American spouse? So many questions. I know the answers. Your clock is ticking b***h.” YesJulz also demanded that Yiannopoulos remove her name from future legal moves, shared alleged messages of him using racial slurs, and accused him of harassment and trying to have her children seized from her.

Fat Joe Talks Controversy Surrounding Him Getting The Key To New York City

On August 20, Mayor Eric Adams will present Fat Joe with the key to New York City. According to him, not everybody is happy about the decision. The Bronx legend posted a video on Instagram on Wednesday announcing that he will receive the honor on August 20 in Orchard Beach, just a few minutes from where he grew up. Joe is also scheduled to perform a free concert at the celebratory event. In a video posted after the announcement, Joe explained that people have already criticized his ceremonial key, despite his legendary status in the New York rap scene.

“I get the key to the city the 20th and, boy, was that a hard one. Hip-hop got a black eye,” he said in his video. “The mayor and his crew, his right-hand girl, got me the key to the city. Everybody was a little upset,” Joe said. “But I don’t know another guy who keeps it realer with the streets of New York than Fat Joe, who feeds more people, opens more businesses. I don’t know what to tell you guys.” However, Joe did not go into more detail than that.

Of course, Fat Joe isn’t the first rapper to receive the key to the city. Mayor Eric Adams faced widespread calls earlier this year to revoke Diddy’s key to the city. The calls came after a video of him brutally assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie in 2016 leaked. The disgraced mogul received the award in 2023. After condeming the attack and discussing the matter with his team, Adams rescinded the honor in June, making Diddy the first person to lose the key to NYC.

“The Key to the City of New York is presented to individuals whose service to the public and the common good rises to the highest level of achievement, and who act as a model for fellow and future New Yorkers,” Adams said in a letter addressed to Diddy. Fat Joe regularly returns to his hometown to give back. In the past, he fundraised for kids in the community to ensure they have new clothes for school. In 2022, he helped the residents of a Bronx apartment building get back on their feet after a fire. Joe’s history of community outreach goes back nearly two decades. It makes sense that the city he grew up in is acknowledging him for it with such an honor.

Born Devante McCreary on August 31, 1998, in Port Salerno, Florida, DLow’s journey from a small town to the national stage has been driven by both talent and tenacity. McCreary grew up in Port Salerno, Florida, a small town where opportunities in the music industry were scarce. His father worked as a truck driver, and DLow has credited his brother Tory with inspiring him to pursue music. It wasn’t until 2019 that DLow began rapping seriously, adopting the stage name Bossman DLow. However, his journey took a detour when he briefly served time in county jail on charges related to selling and possessing cocaine. Despite this setback, DLow remained focused on his music and used his experiences as fuel for his creative fire.

Beyonce’s “Break My Soul” Copyright Infringement Lawsuit Dismissed

In May, Beyonce and Big Freedia were hit with a lawsuit over the songstress’ RENAISSANCE single, “Break My Soul.” New Orleans bounce group Da Showstoppaz accused them of copyright infringement over some of the track’s lyrics. The group didn’t accuse Bey of stealing their work directly, but instead noted that she legally sampled Big Freedia’s 2014 track “Explode.”

Allegedly, that track illegally borrowed lyrics from their own 2002 song, “Release A Wiggle.” Now, the case has been voluntarily dismissed according to Billboard, less than three months after it was filed. Reportedly, the court filing didn’t mention a settlement agreement, and both parties have yet to comment.

Da Showstoppaz previously alleged that the phrase “release yo wiggle,” used in their 2002 track, was “unique.” They noted how Big Freedia used similar phrases in her song. When the suit was first filed, Billboard noted that simple phrases like this are typically not protected by Copyright law, meaning that the group was unlikely to secure a victory. Following the release of Beyonce’s song, Big Freedia thanked her, saying that she was “honored to be a part of this special moment.”

Legal battles are far from the only things keeping Beyonce busy these days, however. Recently, she also teamed up with NBC to provide Team USA with an iconic introduction during the 2024 Paris Olympics. Of course the Bronx and New York City at large were going to show some hometown love when Ice Spice stopped by for her Y2K! tour stop in the Big Apple. Moreover, you can hear in the clips below how fans are screaming along to the lyrics, and it seems like everyone had a great time overall. She also brought along some very special guests for the occasion, including Sheff G, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Cash Cobain, and more. In fact, a surprise appearance from PARTYNEXTDOOR even got fans wondering whether we will see a collab from the two in the near future.

Either way, it’s great to see Ice Spice in this mode, whether for working her hardest for her performances or engaging with fans. Given how the Internet goes a lot of the time, and especially with Y2K!‘s poor critical reception, she’s had to stay focused on the positive aspects of her career while acknowledging that online hate rarely translates into in-person treatment. In just a few weeks, Power Book II: Ghost season four will return to air the last episodes in what will be the series’ final season. This season of Power Book II: Ghost is lining up to be its most dramatic yet, as big surprises like Diana being pregnant and Tariq being the father, Cane and Noma’s new partnership, Detective Carter’s threatening presence thanks to his work in the NYPD, Tariq’s new romance with Anya, Noma’s daughter, and much more. Though Power Book II: Ghost season four, part one was a dramatic one, the crew can definitely up the ante in the next five episodes.

With a little less than a month to go until Power Book II: Ghost returns, here’s everything you need to know ahead of the new episodes.

Release Date

The second half of Power Book II: Ghost season 4 will premiere on September 6 with the sixth episode of the season debuting on the STARZ app and website at midnight EST/PST. The episode will later make its on-air debut on the STARZ TV channel on Friday at 8pm ET/PT. This will conclude a two-month mid-season break that Power Book II: Ghost began back in July for its highly anticipated final season.

Cast

Season four, part one of Power Book II: Ghost a pair of fairly major deaths. Obi was shot and killed by Noma after she learned that he lied to her about how he got green cards for his family, which Tariq helped facilitate. Salim was also sot and killed by Tariq during a struggle in the latter’s home after Tariq arrived to inquire about Diana’s whereabouts.

Aside from those two, the list of major characters is expected to remain the same as we head into the second half of the season. This includes new season four additions like Golden Brooks as Janet (Monet’s cousin), Michael Ealy as Detective Don Carter, Aaron Dean Eisenberg as Detective Nico Calder, Alison Luff as Detective Felicia Lewis, Talia Robinson as Elle (Brayden’s new love interest), and Sydney Winbush as Anya Covington (Noma’s daughter).
