As Mozzy prepares for the release of his upcoming album, Survivor’s Guilt, he calls on an all-star line-up for his latest track.

Two days ago Mozzy took to his Instagram to preview the video for his latest track, “In My Face.”

“Summer Ain’t Over,” he says in the caption.

The Fella Fella is joined by YG on the hook and 2 Chainz and Saweetie on the verses. The video takes viewers through a rump-shaking house party that perfectly parallels the vibe of the up-tempo track produced by DJ Mustard.

It is safe to say The Icy Girl came through with a standout verse within the star-studded line up. Mozzy agreed as well.

Mozzy’s newest track follows a number of progressive moves for the West Coast rapper including his new allegiance to Yo Gotti’s CMG label. Mozzy joined a roster that boasts Moneybagg Yo, EST Gee, 42 Dugg, Black Youngsta, BlocBoy JB, its newest signee GloRilla and more.

The newest CMG signee is ready to give fans a follow-up to his 2021, Untreated Trauma with Survivor’s Guilt on Friday.

Peep the new visuals for “In My Face,” below.

Sesame Place Theme Park Responds To Accusations Of Racism

sesame place

A Philadelphia-area theme park is responding to accusations of racism.  This comes after a mother accused Sesame Place’s Rosita character of ignoring her two Black daughters during a parade.  A video that went viral posted to social media appears to show Rosita wave no to the girls while passing them by.

The Sesame Street inspired park has apologized for the incident and says the no motion by the Rosita character was in response to requests from someone in the crowd who asked Rosita to hold their child for a picture, which isn’t allowed. “We sincerely apologize to the family for their experience in our park on Saturday; we know that it’s not OK,” Sesame Place said.

Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit that runs Sesame Street, said it will “conduct bias training and a thorough review of the ways in which they engage families and guests” at Sesame Place after multiple videos have caused backlash on the theme park.

French Montana Claims Record Labels Are Now Taking Out Life Insurance Policies On Their Artists

Following a series of rapper deaths in recent years, record labels have supposedly begun taking out life insurance policies on their artists. This is what rapper French Montana claimed during a recent episode of DJ AkademiksOff The Record podcast.

Montana delved into beef in the rap game, and how things are handled now, compared to the past.

“We was beefing for real,” Montana said. “People was dying and this and that, and it was blocking a lot of money. People didn’t want to touch you. Your rap friends stop picking up, the labels stop picking up. It gets crazy. But now it’s even crazier, they gettin’ life insurance on artists. At least back then, we didn’t have that. You’re praying on his death. You’re praying on making millions on his death.”

Last month, Montana released an album called Montega, which was produced entirely by Harry Fraud. In an interview with Okayplayer, Montana said the purpose of his previous album, They Got Amnesia was to remind people of his musical ability. On Montega, he seeks to cement his and Fraud’s legacy.

“…I scratched off my bucket list everything that I wanted to accomplish,” Montana said. “From going platinum on albums to going diamond. Now it’s back to how I want to finish my legacy with Harry Fraud how we started. How we made music, from the point of view of when we had our backs to the wall. When we would fight with music to get out of the rabbit hole, that’s what we got with this. Now we’re making music to bring everybody back but take them where we’re going at the same time.”
