Bradley Beal Opts Out Of Deal With The Wizards

Over the last couple of years, Bradley Beal has been one of the best shooting guards in the entire NBA. Unfortunately, his talents have largely been squandered due to the fact that the Wizards haven’t been good enough to make any sort of noise in the playoffs. The Wizards have a fairly weak roster, and there have been calls for Beal to leave and play with a better franchise.

Beal has one year left on his contract worth $36 million. With free agency starting tomorrow, reports have been indicating that Beal would opt out of his deal so that he could become a free agent. From there, he could sign a $250 million deal with the Wizards over five years. He could also choose to leave the Wizards and sign elsewhere for four years and just over $180 million.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Beal has officially decided to opt-out of his contract. Beal has stated time and time again that he wants to win, however, as Woj explained, Beal is leaning towards coming back to the Wizards as he truly wants to make it work in DC. It’s the franchise he has devoted so much of his time to, and winning there would be a dream come true.

Free agency begins tomorrow, so stay tuned to HNHH as we will be sure to bring you all of the latest news and updates from around the NBA.

Michael Jackson Once Turned Down A 2Pac Collab Because Of Loyalty To Biggie Smalls

Michael Jackson

Quincy Jones III, the son of legendary producer Quincy Jones, revealed on BET’s oral history of The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory, that Michael Jackson was supposed to feature on the album, but declined due to his relationship with Biggie Smalls.

The oral history was published earlier this month to coincide with what would have been Shakur’s 51st birthday. In the article, Quincy Jones III, also known as QD3, recalled that he had set up a meeting at Neverland Ranch to talk to Michael about featuring on 2Pac’s song, “Thug Passion,” which featured a sample from Jackson’s 1983 song “Human Nature.”

Michael said he couldn’t do the song because he “liked Biggie.”

“So I set up a meeting at Neverland. I go up there and told Michael about it. And do you know what Micheal said? He liked Biggie.”

MJ and Biggie Smalls had collaborated the year before on the song “This Time Around.”

“Thug Passion” ended up not being on The Don Killuminati, but would go on to be released on the 2000 Death Row compilation album, Too Gangsta For Radio.

Elsewhere, QD3 talked about 2Pac’s process when it came to making music.

“‘Pac would take all my beats including the ones I would never play for people,” QD3 said. “I learned a lesson that you gotta be spontaneous more and he taught me how to just think and just do it. ‘Pac would get irritated when you sat there and fiddled with sounds almost like you were disrespecting his time a little bit.”

He added: “I would say he was manic. There would be moments that called for quiet voice and candles and all that and he would be screaming and smoking Newports. He was on fire with this manic push. He was always pushing. You could tell he wasn’t comfortable in some way and there was something that was making him uncomfortable.”

Fake Drake Challenges Real Drake To $1 Million Boxing Match, Promises To Change Name If He Loses

Drake

Fake Drake has made headlines as of late, simply for looking very similar to the real Drake. He was recently thrown out of a club in Memphis for apparently looking like Drake. It looks like he is still trying to cash in on his 15 minutes of fame, this time by challenging the real Drake to a boxing match.

In a video, fake Drake, also known as Izzy Drake, challenges the Honestly, Nevermind rapper to a $1 million boxing match. If he loses to the real Drake, Izzy promises to change his name.

“It’s your boy Izzy Drake, OVO tings, you already know we outside. I just signed with Celebrity Boxing,” Izzy Drake said in the video. “August 27th, I’m calling Drake out for a friendly boxing match. If I win, you gotta sign me to OVO you gotta give me a million dollars. If you win, I’ll change my name. It’s an OVO ting, you already know.”

Drizzy Drake has yet to respond to Izzy Drake’s challenge, and it is unlikely that he will. Fake Drake made similar comments while on the We In Miami Podcast, saying that he wanted $1 million and an OVO deal.
