Lil Baby Talks Fatherhood In The Trailer For His Upcoming Documentary, ‘Untrapped: The Story Of Lil Baby’

Lil Baby’s rise to being one of the rap game’s favorite acts has been a long time coming. He began bubbling on a nationwide scale back in 2017 with the release of his Too Hard mixtape. He reached a new level the following year with his debut album Harder Than Ever, and by 2020, he had cemented his name as a rap superstar with the release of his sophomore album My Turn. Through it all, we’ve seen different sides of Lil Baby: focused, braggadocios, introspective, and desiring of social change. Now, with the upcoming arrival of his new documentary, we’ll get a new look at the Atlanta rapper.

A trailer for the documentary, which is titled Untrapped: The Story Of Lil Baby, gives viewers a look into Lil Baby’s life as a father. We see him playing with his two sons while speaking about the type of father he wanted to be with them after opening up about his experience and memories with his own father. “Today Lil Baby is a devoted father to his two young boys and a powerful voice in the fight for racial justice and police reform,” a press release says about the upcoming film which arrives on August 26 through Amazon’s Prime Video platform.

Untrapped: The Story Of Lil Baby is at once an intimate portrait of a singular artist and activist and an exploration of the systemic oppression that keeps far too many people of color from participating in the American Dream.”

Michael B. Jordan Removes Lori Harvey Photos From IG Following Breakup

The breakup of Lori Harvey and Michael B. Jordan made unexpected headlines earlier this month, and though at first, some hoped it was just gossip, the fact that the model almost immediately scrubbed all evidence of the Black Panther star from her Instagram feed after the news broke made it abundantly clear that they’re done for good.

In the days after, we received confirmation from Steve Harvey, Lori’s step-dad, who addressed all the drama on his morning radio show on June 6th. “Look, as long as everyone can walk away in peace, be friends … I ain’t heard nobody say they busted no windows or nothing,” he said at the time, seemingly suggesting that things between the two ended on good terms.

“As long as you don’t put your hands on my daughter, I don’t give a damn what you do,” the Family Feud host added, mentioning that he still considers Jordan to be “a cool guy.”

While there are no hard feelings between Steve and Michael, we can’t say the same for Lori’s mother, Marjorie, and her daughter’s ex. Not long after the split became public knowledge, she shared a shady – though telling – quote on her story.

“You sit in shit too long, it stops smelling. So come the f*ck outta there.”

Family friend Lisa Raye spilled some tea on the situation, calling reports that the 25-year-old “wasn’t ready” for the level of commitment that her beau was seeking “bullshit.”

“She’s been looking for something to keep on her arm, to be able to have a relationship with, that is meaningful and is successful because we know that the girl wants to keep somebody who is going to be newsworthy,” McCoy revealed, perhaps hinting at Lori’s past controversial relationship with Future.

“I think that the established relationship that Michael did have before this one…I heard about him and his ex were so serious, that he may have missed her,” she added.

Ultimately, though, we won’t have any conclusive answers until Jordan or Harvey decide to speak (if they ever do) – check back in with HNHH later for more pop culture news updates.

Travis Scott Spends Multi-Millions On New Bugatti Veyron Chiron Super Sport

The end of 2021 may not have gone as planned for 31-year-old Travis Scott, though he has been able to turn things around in recent months, and according to TMZ, his winning streak looks to only be continuing with the purchase of a fancy new multimillion-dollar whip.

The father of two – who received a heartwarming tribute from his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, on Instagram over the weekend in celebration of Dad’s Day – is said to have spent upwards of $3.5 million on his sleek Bugatti Veyron Chiron Super Sport.

The outlet obtained photos of Scott out and about cruising in Brentwood, estimating that his version of the sleek ride (of which only 30 have been made) set him back $5.5 million.

As the publication points out, the Houston native has had an impressive run in recent months, performing at the Billboard Music Awards and earning back the headlining spot at Day N Vegas after dropping out in 2021 due to the tragedy that unfolded at his annual Astroworld Festival.

Scott even showed off the Bugatti’s gorgeous blue interior on his Instagram Story for his 45.6 million followers while kicking back in the driver’s seat.

Though he’s likely pleased with his new purchase, the families of the 10 people who lost their lives last November during the rapper’s show have to be shaking their heads at such a sight.

From his first interview addressing the mass causality, Scott has maintained that he wasn’t aware of the severity of the situation in the crowd, much less that people were dying – he’s been hit with an astounding number of lawsuits, although it’s becoming increasingly clear that the Rodeo artist is ready to move on with his life.

Bre Tiesi Insists That Nick Cannon’s Baby Mamas Are “Not A Cult” Ahead Of Giving Birth

As she readies herself to give birth to what will be Nick Cannon’s eighth child – and her first – Bre Tiesi is insisting that being a NC BM is “not a cult,” despite what outsiders might be thinking.

The 31-year-old appeared on the Know For Sure podcast with co-hosts B. Simone and Megan Brooks recently, dishing on everything from the status of her relationship with the entertainer to how the public reacted to finding out about her pregnancy.

“It’s not necessarily anything,” Tiesi shared when pressed to define her and Cannon’s situation, though she made it clear that her “needs are met” by what they have together. “This is just us,” she said.

“What you do outside of that is what you do outside of that,” the soon-to-be mother of one continued, seemingly addressing her baby daddy’s ongoing relationships with his other children’s mothers. “Everything is respectful, everything is honest.”

According to Tiesi, should Cannon ever decide to settle down and marry another woman, she’ll be “happy” for him and continue navigating life as co-parents together.

“I love him,” she shared on the podcast, though she admitted it’s “hard” knowing that the person she has such strong feelings for is also involved with other people. How she stays sane through it all? Avoiding comparison.

As you may remember, news of Tiesi’s pregnancy broke back in December – around the same time when it was revealed that Cannon had lost his youngest child, Zen, after a tragic battle with cancer. “It was a really delicate situation,” she recalled.

“I can’t imagine what [Alyssa Scott] was going through… It was all f*cked, of course I felt bad,” the expecting mother added, mentioning that she was “ripped apart” on social media for hosting her gender reveal party at such a time.

“How do I respect this person without taking away all of the things that I also want for myself?” Tiesi explained her though process in the moment, also mentioning that she herself previously experienced a miscarriage. “What if I don’t have another kid so now I don’t have a gender reveal, I don’t have a baby shower, I don’t celebrate my moment and my kid? It was such a struggle.”

Chris Brown Says He’s in Talks for a Potential Verzuz

Chris Brown may be headed into the Verzuz ring after all.

The R&B superstar has been vocal about his thoughts on a potential Verzuz battle, but he could be singing a new tune. During an interview with Big Boy, Chris revealed that he has been in talks with the powers that be.

“I’ma keep it a hundred. I’ve been talking to the people so we might figure something out but I ain’t gon’ say nothing yet. I ain’t gonna get nobody hype yet,” he teased.

However, he made it clear that nothing has been finalized yet. “The check ain’t been cut, none of that,” he added.

He went on to explain why he has been hesitant to participate in Swizz Beatz and Timbaland’s matchup series. “Me at my career now, I ain’t hanging no towel up,” he said. “I don’t feel that I wanna go up against somebody that might not be in there. It’s too much of a Verzuz for me. I don’t want to have to overshadow nobody or really, ‘Damn, that boy killed this person.’ I don’t even want to go back and forth with none of that.”

The 33-year-old singer feels it’s too soon in his career. “I’ll do some Verzuz in like 15 years when I’m gray hairs and all that shit,” he joked.

Chris, whose new album Breezy drops Friday, previously said that he was only interested in battling himself. “Only vs ima do is CHRIS BROWN VS CHRIS BREEZY… not in competition with nobody but myself…” he said back in 2020.

Brown’s name has been mentioned alongside potential competitors like Usher, Drake, Justin Bieber, Trey Songz, and Omarion, who previously expressed interest in doing Verzuz with Chris. Instead, Omarion will face off with Mario in a Verzuz battle this Thursday.

During his conversation with Big Boy, Chris also responded to fans who think he’s better than his idol, Michael Jackson. “Hell no, I ain’t better than him,” he said. “My personal take on it is I wouldn’t even be breathing or even be able to sing a song if that man didn’t exist… He’s light years ahead. There is no competing with him.”
