Erica Mena found herself in the midst of some nasty social media beef today when a woman named Kimbella Mantos responded to the reality star’s public rant about her beef with one of her two baby daddies. “Talking crazy about your baby mother to your prostitute but you don’t even know your kid sizes is a weird flex,” the 34-year-old tweeted and later reposted on her IG Story.

“Be Safe Tho,” she added, also writing, “You gotta be real stupid to let your BS get back to me. I will air you out and bury you,” on top for good measure.

After coming across Mena’s threatening post, Mantos felt that the shoe fit and decided to wear it, uploading a rant of her own to her feed. “It’s so funny how I never mention your stupid uneducated ass in a good or bad way because we are both grown and on two different levels mentally, but money couldn’t buy you a new p*ssy, could it?”

“Keep my name out your mouth. For someone who’s consistently calling other women prostitutes, meanwhile, you have slept with the whole industry for free and dogged out and was recently selling your own p*ssy to a whole soccer player in New York City and you wanna discuss about prostitution?”

Mantos’ rant ended with, “You’re so silly, you stupid bitch this will be the last time that I would ever give you attention. You’re worthless and pointless and clearly, it’s obvious because your marriage didn’t last a second. Jealousy is a serious disease, kisses. Get well soon hun.” She also directly tagged Mena, suggesting that the reality star do the same to her next time.

The mother of three’s response was just as vicious. “I am so uneducated on you but here you are thinking you’re so educated on me. How is it that you know so much about my whereabouts Kim Bolla? Stalking me must get exhausting, especially since I actually work and don’t have to bed to get my bills paid for.”

“Yeah, Safaree says that about you too,” she added, making it clear which of her co-parents she was dissing. “Here’s some grown woman advice – if he’s talking shit about his baby mama, can you imagine what he says to her about you? SMH worried about my cat? Don’t forget how many times you’ve tasted it.”

Mena then clarified that the reason her marriage didn’t work is that she didn’t want to “stay with a man who has a bad sex addiction.”

“Enjoy his sick in the head shit,” she told Mantos. “You’re full of shit and that’s how he likes apparently. If you wanna talk about what money can’t buy – for you it’s your own identity. You will always be known as the Walmart botched body Erica Mena.”

She wrapped up her decimation with, “Best wishes to you because Safaree is going to have a field day with f*cking up your head. You [already] extremely insecure so you might want to start getting therapy now.”

When Big Sean isn’t trending the globe as an international rap star, he’s typically using his downtime to help better his community. On Sunday, the Detroit rapper’s efforts were acknowledged at the Juneteenth Honors Ceremony.

Sean was in Washington, D.C. over the weekend where he received the Community Service Award at the inaugural Juneteetnth Honors Ceremony. The recognition was the product of Sean’s “extraordinary track record of service to the Black community,” which has been well documented over the course of his career. Whether it’s providing opportunities or trying to create a wider dialogue surrounding mental health in the Black community, Big Sean certainly deserved the award.

The ceremony aired on FOX SOUL with hosts Terrence J and MC Lyte who also helped honor other Black musicians and public figures. Additionally, the event boasted live performances from Rick Ross, T.I., and Keri Hilson. Other honorees include Maxwell, Omari Hardwick, Doug E. Fresh, Robert Smith, Cathy Hughes, and Congresswoman Joyce Beatty.

The 34-year-old rapper came through with What You Expect alongside Hit-Boy in late 2021. However, he recently hinted that a new project from Twenty88, his side project with Jhené Aiko, is currently in the works. Hopefully, we’ll be getting some new heat from Big Sean in the coming months.

Michelle Obama had big praise on social media for Beyoncé after hearing her latest single, “Break My Soul.” The track is the first song from the legendary singer’s highly-anticipated seventh studio album, Renaissance, which is scheduled to be released later this summer.

“Queen @Beyonce, you’ve done it again!” the former first lady began her post on Instagram. “‘Break My Soul’ is the song we all need right now, and I can’t help but dance and sing along while listening to it. Can’t wait for the album!”

Obama and Beyoncé have been friends for years. Back in 2019, the singer even penned a heartfelt essay for Obama in honor of her selection to Time magazine’s annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

Beyoncé also performed at the 2009 inaugural ball and 2013 inauguration.

“When I first met her, I was embraced by a warm, regal, confident woman who possessed a reassuring calm, on the eve of President Obama’s historic first Inauguration,” Beyoncé wrote in the Time magazine essay. “The way she looked, walked and spoke, in that warm but authoritative tone, we saw our mothers and sisters. She was strong and ambitious and spoke her mind without sacrificing honesty or empathy. That takes a lot of courage and discipline.”

Renaissance is scheduled to be released on July 29. It will be Beyoncé’s first solo album since 2016’s Lemonade.

Earlier today, Rob Gronkowski announced his retirement from the NFL. Gronk had already retired a few years ago but he eventually came back so that he could play with Tom Brady in Tampa Bay. Throughout his career, Gronk was able to win four Super Bowls with Brady as his quarterback, and it became clear that the tight end didn’t want to play with anyone else.

To announce his retirement, Gronk took to Instagram with a lengthy message about just how much he loves the game. It was always Gronk’s dream to someday play in the NFL, and he was able to accomplish that in the best way possible.

Per Gronk:

“In college, I was asked to write about a dream job opportunity that I wanted to pursue and where the location would be. Every time I had to write about my future, no matter what, I picked being a professional football player. For that assignment though, we had to pick the location. So I wrote that I wanted to play in Tampa for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, for many reasons, the sunny weather being #1. I completely forgot about writing this report until 2 years ago when I had the opportunity to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And let me tell ya, the journey in Tampa over the last 2 years has blown away what I originally wrote about in college, big time. And for this, I want to thank the whole entire first class Buccaneers organization for an amazing ride, trusting me to come back to play and help build a championship team. I will now be going back into my retirement home, walking away from football again with my head held high knowing I gave it everything I had, good or bad, every time I stepped out on the field. The friendships and relationships I have made will last forever, and I appreciate every single one of my teammates and coaches for giving everything they had as well. From retirement, back to football and winning another championship and now back to chilling out, thank you to all. Buccaneers fans, the Krewe, without you guys, none of this is possible, all of ya brought it every game, thank you for all you do. Cheers to what’s next, maybe sailing the seas. Arghhhhhh!!”

Following his announcement, Tom Brady himself decided to offer some words for his former teammate. As you can see, Brady appreciated his time with Gronk, and he understands that Rob is a teammate he will never have again. They flourished together and their chemistry is some of the best we have ever seen from a single QB-TE duo. It was a touching tribute that truly lets us know we have hit the end of an era in football history.

Per Brady:

“Teammate, friend, brother, just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of @gronk. Nobody has ever embodied the idea of “leaving it all out on the field” like Rob has throughout his entire career. Every single snap, I knew that no matter how many people you put in front of him, he was going to get to his spot.

Even more important is the person he was off the field. Focused when he had to be, and FUN the rest of the time. Having Gronk in your locker room was every NFL players dream. I’m proud of all that we’ve accomplished together, and even more excited for all you have ahead of you.

Congrats Gronk, you deserve it.”

Gronk will certainly have a lot of fun in retirement as he is known for being a huge party animal. As for whether or not he decides to come out of retirement, that still remains to be seen.

Stormzy’s already reached astronomical heights as a musician. From delivering freestyles and emerging triumphant in clashes, he became an internationally-recognized pop star who has used his platform to give back to his community. He’s launched scholarship funds in the past, created a publishing house to amplify marginalized voices, and frequently uplifts budding talent across the UK.

His efforts over the years have now earned him an honorary degree from the University of Exeter. This morning, The University Of Exeter awarded an honorary degree to Stormzy for “his outstanding achievements in the field of higher education, philanthropy, and widening participation.” 

Stormzy also delivered a speech to the graduating class where he reflected on his own educational journey. Stormzy had enrolled in Cambridge University prior to his rap career popping off but he was expelled over a prank. During his speech, he reflected at his attempts to get through post-secondary while commending the graduating class for their dedication.

“The journey I took to get to this moment has been considerably different to yours,” he said. You guys have the guts and the grit and the dedication that it takes to study for years and to finish your degree, whereas I got my AS results in my first year of college and said, ‘Yeah, see you later.’ I didn’t have the same minerals that you guys have. A year later, I took another swing at my A-levels at a different college—until I sat down for my English exam in January and walked out after 10 minutes.”

Opinions about Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind are still rolling in from across the internet as the world digests the 14-track surprise project, loaded with EDM and dance-inspired songs that not everyone was immediately a fan of. On a recent episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, 28-year-old Vince Staples offered his opinion, comparing Drizzy’s latest to his 2017 release, Big Fish Theory.

“You think Drake putting out a dance album gets us closer to the elimination of rap music as a whole?” the host asked the rapper around the 1:57:00 mark of the episode. “I did that in 2017, n*ggas was on me,” Staples quickly responded.

“That Big Fish Theory, n*ggas was mad at that, ‘What’s up with this n*gga?'” he imitated his haters at the time before going on to describe Champagne Papi’s seventh studio album as something that’s very “visual” to him, adding that artists correlate with certain images in his brain, such as Michael Jackson and the moonwalk.

“So when you think about where music is heading, everything is Instagram,” the Compton native explained. “Everything looks the same, everything moves the same, everyone dresses the same, everyone talks the same. So the genre shit is gonna have to go out the window eventually.”

He added, “It’s too hard to separate culture because the internet is kinda pushing everything in the same little bubble.”

Lil Uzi Vert and JT of the City Girls both posted loving messages for each other on social media, Tuesday. Uzi prompted the back and forth by publishing a photo of JT on his Instagram Story.

“My bestfriend. My girlfriend. My wife. My baby mom. My everything,” Uzi captioned the photo of his partner. “I love you jt.”

JT reposted the picture on her own story with the caption: “Always giving me my flowers, I love it here! I love you.”

While performing at 2022 Summer Smash over the weekend, Uzi confirmed to he’s fans that he and JT are “fully in a relationship.” Pausing his set to address the audience, he revealed: “I’m like… fully in a relationship… It still seems that every day I’m in the house, I’ve got to give out a rack after a rack after a rack. And, I love you JT.”

There had been concern from fans that Uzi and JT had split up, earlier this year, when the Eternal Atake rapper tweeted out that JT had broken up with him over “dumb ass shit.” He quickly deleted tweet.

Days later, he posted the concerning message: “So lonely I wonder if you would notice if I didn’t exist …Just thoughts from Uzi.”

Within weeks, the two were seen in public once again and things appeared to be back to normal.

Throughout the past year, and even the last three to some extent, there has been a lot of discourse surrounding Zion Williamson and his weight. Earlier this year, there was a report that Williamson had gotten all the way up to 330 pounds, which was certainly something that caught the attention of fans.

Since that time, Williamson has made good use of his rehab as he hopes to return to the court in time for next season. In fact, it appears as though Williamson has been putting in some series work in the gym. His conditioning has always been an issue, and with a huge max contract staring him down, it should come as no surprise that he would want to get his body right.

In his latest Instagram post, Zion showed off a chiseled version of himself that should definitely excite Pelicans fans. When he is healthy, Zion is an athletic freak, and with this physique, one could make the argument that he will be one of the strongest players in the league, heading into next season. 

As for the rest of the post, Zion was promoting his brand new Jordan Zion 2, which will be hitting the shelves tomorrow. Needless to say, it seems like everything is coming up Zion right now.
