Reebok and Billionaire Boys Club (BBC) have announced the continuation of their long-standing partnership with the new Reebok x BBC Zig Kinetica II ($150, GX1313). The BBC’s take on the developing lifestyle runner is inspired by historical military attire and pays homage to the brand’s distinctive digital camouflage (‘Digi-Camo’) design.

“The BBC Zig Kinetica II was inspired by the quality and functionality of tactical gear,” said BBC. “We wanted to bring some of those functional elements to this shoe through details such as speed lace hooks , as well as nylon pull tabs at the heel and tongue for ease of accessibility.  The Digi-Camo comes from our archives, and we thought it would be the perfect pattern for this utilitarian silhouette.”

The new release features an upper featuring nylon mesh inner lining and a durable mesh outer layer for breathability and abrasion resistance. Also, there are hidden BBC details like a mantra “Wealth is of the heart and mind, not the pocket” on the heel tab. Zig Kinetica comfort system including Floatride Fuel, Zig Energy Bands, and Zig Energy Shell channeling energy to and from the wearer’s foot.

“We are excited to grow this partnership on the Zig Kinetica II,” continued BBC. “It’s the third Zig we’ve worked on with Reebok. Being able to utilize the technology of a technical lifestyle shoe to express our narrative, to push boundaries, and to play with details to create something new – it’s special.”

Reebok’s Zig Kinetica, which was released in spring 2020, marked the beginning of a new era for the brand’s famous ZigTech performance technology, which challenged modern sneaker innovation and style when it was first released in 2010. In 2021, Zig Kinetica II, a stripped-down makeup via an advanced skeletal structure, pushed the boundaries even further, bringing ‘vis-tech’ and future design to the forefront.

Beginning May 6, 10:00 a.m. EST, the Reebok x BBC Zig Kinetica II will be available exclusively via BBC, followed by a wider global release on Reebok.com (and select retailers) on May 13, 10:00 a.m. EST.

Benzino Shares Snippet Of New Song & Asks For Public’s Opinion

It has been a bit of a rough season for Benzino but he has taken himself off of social media and into the studio. The reality star has been hit from all sides in recent months as it seems as if he has been jumping from one beef to the next. His ongoing tit-for-tat with 50 Cent remains intact and has captivated social media, but it was his controversies with daughter Coi Leray that catapulted both of their names into headlines.

Despite it all, and a few clap backs, Leray has insisted that she loves her father but wishes he would keep from raging on the internet. As he continues to battle it out with others online, Benzino resurfaced tonight with a snippet of a new track and he wanted to know if his supporters were “feeling this.”

In the video, Benzino is inside of a vehicle as he raps along to his track…while flexing.

I done shot a n*gga and caught a case / Now I’m in the club with 100K / I gotta ‘nother hundred in the safe / I f*ck this b*tch and then she wanna stay,” Benzino rapped. “Bag full of money / She says Zino I’m coming / Louis luggage, private jet, we under covers / You a rat, your whole gang be undercover.

It’s clear that the “Rock the Party” hitmaker was passionate about his rhymes that will surely catch the attention of his foes. Benzino didn’t offer much else with this teaser, but we’re sure he has much more in the vault. Take a listen to Benzino’s latest below and read through a few reactions, as well.

Lil Durk Launches An HBCU Program That Will Allow Chicago Teens To Explore Different Career Paths

Lil Durk’s 2022 year just keeps getting better and better. The Chicago native dropped his seventh album 7220 earlier this year and it was a project that arrived with 17 songs and guest features from Future, Gunna, and Summer Walker. 7220 later went on to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard albums chart, and after falling a few spots some weeks later, it reclaimed the top spot for a second time this year. Lil Durk has propelled the album forward thanks to strong music videos and support from LeBron James. Despite all that’s going on in his world, Durk has still found time to give back to his community.

In partnership with his Neighborhood Heroes Foundation, Durk launched an HBCU college program for teenagers in his Chicago hometown. The exact details of the program are unknown at the moment, but in a post on the foundation’s page, they said that they’ll “be taking them to HBCU Colleges & exposing them to different careers.”

Together with the announcement, Durk also invited 20 students from the South Side of Chicago to join him in a luxury suite for a Chicago White Sox game where he also threw the ceremonial first pitch. For what it’s worth, the White Sox picked up a much-needed 3-0 win against the Los Angeles Angeles, so it’s safe to say that Durk and the Chicago teens gave the team the necessary boost they needed.

You can view the announcement in the post above.

Michael B. Jordan Shares “Fav” Met Gala Picture Of “Babygirl” GF Lori Harvey

The public didn’t know what to make of the news that Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey were in a relationship, but their fans quickly jumped on the bandwagon of their romance. The Hollywood couple has opted to keep the details of their relationship private, unlike many of their celebrity peers, but every so often, they surface with adorable notes to one another.

Harvey recently appeared on the 2022 Met Gala red carpet solo, but that doesn’t mean Jordan didn’t take the time to admire her attire. The actor reposted a photo of Harvey at the fashionable event and penned a note about how proud of her he was.

“Probably my fav pic,” he wrote under the image. “The composition says so much. Birds eye view of a moment you’ve dreamed about for so long finally manifested & you didn’t disappoint! Way to shine babygirl. I love you.”

Although they haven’t spoken much about the ins and outs of their romance, both Jordan and Harvey have mentioned one another in interviews. Back in September 2021, Harvey visited The Real and revealed what type of boyfriend the Black Panther star truly is.

“Honestly, he’s really good at all the big things, Valentine’s Day, birthdays, all that,” she told the hosts. “But it’s the little things, the everyday things that I think really is what makes him special … He just listens to me when I talk.” Check out more from Harvey and Jordan below.

Don Lemon Assault Accuser Drops Lawsuit, Says His “Recollection” Of Events Was Wrong

A lawsuit filed in 2019 has now become a thing of the past for Don Lemon. The CNN anchor faced scathing accusations from a man named Dustin Hice who claimed that Lemon aggressively accosted him at a bar in New York. Hice would accuse Lemon of exhibiting a pattern of “aggression and hostility,” however, both Lemon and CNN came forward denying the allegations.

This lawsuit journey has been interesting for anyone keeping up with its ongoing details. Hice may have been the one who filed, but he has been hit from all sides as the case drew on. According to Deadline, he was slapped with sanctions to the tune of $77K from a federal judge for a series of illegal missteps.

To begin, Hice was accused of tampering with or destroying evidence and attempting to bribe a witness. There were reports that Hice was looking for a $1.5 million win, but CNN stated that they found evidence that Hice had repeatedly taken to social media to condemn the network and its employees.

Hice issued this statement via his attorney:

“After a lot of inner reflection and a deep dive into my memory, I have come to realize that my recollection of the events that occurred on the night in question when I first met CNN anchor Don Lemon were not what I thought they were when I filed this lawsuit. As a result, I am dropping the case.”

Lemon’s lawyer Caroline Polisi fired off a statement of her own:

“Thankfully Mr. Hice was finally able to access his memory and recollect the correct version of events on the night when he approached Don Lemon,” a statement read. “This has been a long and difficult journey for Don. Out of respect for the judicial process and my advice, he has had to remain silent in the face of a malicious and vulgar attack on his character. Unfortunately, being a gay Black man in the media, he has had to deal with these sorts of attacks for quite some time. The Court’s ruling fully vindicates Mr. Lemon and brings an end to this abusive lawsuit. This case was a crass money grab from its inception. Mr. Lemon has never paid the plaintiff a dime over the course of this unfortunate spectacle, and he is looking forward to moving on with his life. I hope that many in the media have learned their lesson on misreporting the facts and jumping to conclusions. The reporting on this story from many outlets has been a case study in unethical and uninformed reporting.”

Although the lawsuit has been dropped, unfortunately for Hice, he still owes the court $77K.
