Kim Kardashian Reveals That Kanye West Walked Out During ‘SNL’ Monologue

Kanye West was not laughing when Kim Kardashian made a joke at his expense while hosting “SNL.”

During the latest episode of “The Kardashians,” the Skims mogul revealed that her ex walked out while she was delivering her monologue because he was not happy with her choice of words.

“He wished I said the word ‘filed’ for divorce,” Kim told her sister Khloé, according to E! Online. “And he was upset that I also said he was a rapper. He said, ‘I’m so much more than a rapper, I can’t believe you said rapper.’”

However, Kim said her intention was not to offend the father of her four kids. “It’s all fun and games,” she said during a confessional. “And, apparently, it wasn’t to him.”

Kim did express her frustration, noting that she stood by Ye during “speeches and things that have not been the most comfortable for me.” While Kim said Kanye is “so used to getting exactly what he wants,” this time she wasn’t willing to give in to his demands. “It’s not gonna happen here,” she said.

In a previous episode of her Hulu series, Kim revealed that she nixed a joke in the “People’s Kourt” skit because she was worried that it was insensitive to Ye.

“The divorce is so sensitive for him,” Kim said. “I’m already saying that part in the monologue, I don’t want to like… maybe I could talk to Chris [Redd] and think of something funny. I could just tell him, ‘Hey! This is super sensitive to him.’”

The “SNL” monologue wasn’t the only source of upset for Ye. He previously shared his distaste when Kim kissed Pete Davidson, who she started dating after “SNL,” during an Aladdin-themed skit.

“People intentionally do things to be mean and hurt you and to be playing games, and then culturally it’s OK,” Ye told Hollywood Unlocked. “How you gonna bring me to ‘SNL’ and kiss the dude you dating right in front of me? And everybody’s like, ‘Oh, that’s cool.’”

Future And Drake Star In A Medieval Fairytale With Their ‘Wait For U’ Video

Though regularly cited and often slighted for his relentless hedonistic nature, Future has proven yet again that he’s just as committed to giving the people what they want in his new visual for the I Never Liked You standout record “Wait For U” featuring Drake and Tems. The Director X-lead video opens up with an introduction for viewers to the impending toxic king fairytale, set in medieval times. Future finds himself at odds with the queen after being betrayed by a knight played by 4YE’s Trey Richards, whose snitching leads him to later be killed by the 38-year-old.

Drake appears later in the video, embarking on his own journey to rescue a damsel from two villains. In the end, the woman he sought to rescue ends up saving him from an untimely death. While Tems is noticeably absent, the song’s producer ATL Jacob and rapper Strick both make cameo appearances.

I Never Liked You was released on April 29 under Freebandz and Epic Records. In addition to Drake and Tems, the album featured Kanye West, Gunna, Young Thug, EST Gee, Kodak Black, and later added Babyface Ray, Lil Baby, 42 Dugg, Lil Durk and Young Scooter on the six deluxe tracks released Monday (May 2).

A$AP Rocky & Rihanna Stun Fans With Visual For “D.M.B”

A$AP Rocky blessed all of his fans today as he dropped a brand new song called “D.M.B.” It had been a while since fans had received new Rocky music, however, he had been teasing something new for quite a while, so it only made sense that he would finally drop something fresh. 

In typical Rocky fashion, he decided to drop a brand new music video for this song, and as one can expect, it features none other than Rihanna. The superstar looks incredible throughout the video, and Rocky even proposes to her at one point in the visual. Everything here takes place in New York City, and there is no doubt that Rocky put a lot of thought and care into this video.

Rocky and Rihanna are a couple that everyone seems to love, and that admiration was certainly shown on social media today. Immediately after the video dropped, fans took to Twitter where they expressed their joy for the new song, as well as the accompanying visual. Many made note of Rocky proposing to Riri, while other were quick to explain just how great Rocky is when it comes to constructing music videos.

For the most part, fans had more to say about the music video than the song itself, however, this should have been a given when you consider how everyone is jumping at the opportunity to talk about Rihanna, who is glowing these days.
