Rick Ross Speaks On Kanye West’s Antics: “Homie Always Been A Genius”

Kanye West has received a ton of criticism over the past few weeks due to his antics on social media. West is one of the biggest names in the world, and when he is on Instagram bullying Pete Davidson, there are always going to be quite a few eyes on that. In fact, West found himself suspended from the platform, however, he has returned, albeit in a much more limited capacity.

Even though Kanye is far less active on social media, he is still a hot topic of debate. Rick Ross found this out the hard way during an appearance on the “Full Send” podcast, where he was asked whether or not he thought Kanye was acting crazy. As you will see in the clip below, Ross had a diplomatic answer, noting that he believes Kanye has always been like this, and that it is no cause for concern.

“Nah he not losing his mind at all,” Ross said. “Because if you felt he was losing his mind now, it would have been lost 15 years ago. Homie always been a genius. I believe he’s just really going through his thing with his family.” Ross went on to say that Kanye is doing what he believes is right, and he will never critique someone for doing that.

Kanye will forever be a polarizing individual, although there are some people who know him best, and they will always ride for him. One of those people just so happens to be Ross.

Nicki Minaj & Fivio Foreign Take New York For “We Go Up” Video Shoot

Nicki Minaj is one of the biggest artists in the entire world, and whenever she drops off a new song, it is a huge moment. That was certainly the case this past week when Nicki came through with a drill-inspired track called “We Go Up” that features none other than Fivio Foreign. It is a song that has been making the rounds quite a bit, and it is clear that fans are messing with it.

When Nicki comes out with a new single, you can usually expect her to either have a music video at the ready or a piece of media planned for the following weeks of the release. Well, for “We Go Up,” it appears as though Nicki has chosen the latter strategy.

In fact, Nicki and Fivio were spotted in New York City this week, and they were both riding around in a gorgeous pink Lamborghini. Nicki was rocking this massive pink fur coat, all while Fivio was rocking all black. There were plenty of bystanders on the street watching on, and for the most part, it seems like they will also be a huge part of the music video.

It remains to be seen when the video will be released to the public, so stay tuned to HNHH as we will be sure to bring you all of the latest news and updates from around the hip-hop world.

Chlöe Announced The Release Date Of Her Second Single ‘Treat Me’ And Shared Some Revealing Cover Art

These days, the smallest move Chlöe Bailey makes is enough to get the internet’s attention. Following up the success of her debut solo single, “Have Mercy,” she’s been on quite a run, most recently collaborating with Gunna on the “You & Me” video, and prepping the release of her second solo song. That track, which she’s already been teasing, is called “Treat Me,” and today she let fans know exactly when it will drop — and shared some pretty bossy single artwork to go along with it.

“TREAT ME DROPS 4/8 y’all ready? make sure you pre-save,” she wrote on Twitter.

Fans were definitely excited about the single artwork, which is line with some of the other high-glam photos Chloe has been sharing since she started as a solo artist. Those photos often have people — including other celebrities like Cardi B — absolutely floored. Meanwhile, despite their recent collaboration, and photos of them holding hands, Gunna and Chloe have still been maintaining that they’re not a couple. Well, if that is true that means Chloe is still single, and it sounds like her next song is laying out exactly how she wants to be treated in a relationship.

Keep an ear out for that new single dropping next Friday, April 8.

Winona Oak Remembers A Lover Who ‘Just Couldn’t Give It Back’ In The ‘Baby Blue’ Video

Following up her new single, “Island In The Sun,” Winona Oak has returned today with more new music for Scandi-pop lovers. Born Johanna Ewana Ekmark, the Swedish singer-songwriter is readying her debut album, and “Baby Blue” is the second single we’ve heard so far. In the song, she remembers a past lover who didn’t love her like they should’ve.

Here’s what she had to say about the track:
“I wish I knew earlier in my life that your self-worth has nothing to do with how other people treat you. When you exhaust yourself trying to save them from themselves, lying to protect them, sacrificing your own needs and getting your heart broken over and over again – you may realize that sometimes you have no other choice than to leave to stay alive. It’s a tough lesson to learn that someone you love doesn’t care about you, maybe they wish they could but they just aren’t capable and there’s absolutely nothing you can do to change that. And maybe one day you will learn that your happiness isn’t reliant upon the happiness of others and that you deserve to feel loved, no matter what.”

Check out the video up top and keep an eye out for Winona’s album, coming this June.
