BabyTron Drops “Chess Players” With DaBoii Ahead Of Next Week’s Album

Only a week removed from his collaborative album with fellow ShittyBoyz group members, BabyTron is back for his solo work. ShittyBoyz consists of three Detroit rappers StanWill, TrDee and lastly, BabyTron, as they just put out their new 22 song project Trifecta.

BabyTron is the most prevalent of the three Shitty Boyz, as his intensively lyrical exhibitions of songs seem effortless with his monotone voice. On March 4, Tron will drop his brand new, 23 song album Megatron, as he has grown fond of sports-themed album titles such as 2021’s Luka Troncic and 2020’s Sleeve Nash.

“Chess Players,” released on Feb. 25, is the second promotional single for Megatron, and features SOB X RBE member DaBoii. DaBoii and BabyTron establish elite chemistry on the track, trading back-and-forth flows and several verses for a hook, which BabyTron has never typically utilized in his music.

It is all bars, all the time for BabyTron, and ones that stick out on “Chess Players” touch on his love for A Bathing Ape shark hoodies and his elite fashion sense.

The music video for the track takes place all in the comfort of a kitchen, as DaBoii is currently serving a house arrest sentence, which he divulges in on his November 2021 album House Arrest.

Check out the two menacing styles of BabyTron and DaBoii coming together as “Chess Players” below.

Quotable Lyrics
Glock with the, if I flick this bitch, it’s a fully
Six hunnid dollar shark head when I zip the hoodie
Eighty dollar eighthy in the ‘Wood, I ain’t hitting Cookie
Unky in the kitchen with some, finna whip some bully

Big Sean Responds to Alleged Nude Photo Leak

Oh God!

Big Sean became a trending topic after his dick pic allegedly leaked over the weekend. The explicit image, which showed a penis alongside a Nintendo Switch, was reportedly uploaded to his close friends on Instagram before circulating online.

Social media was quick to weigh in on the size of his anatomy, which apparently lived up to his name.

However, it appears that Sean was the victim of an internet hoax. After The Shade Room shared the post, the “Beware” rapper denied that the nude photo was of him.

“This is not me,” he commented.

Earlier this month, Nelly was also the subject of a nude photo scandal after a video of him receiving oral sex was posted to his Instagram Story. He later apologized for the leak and said the footage was never intended to be shared publicly.

“I sincerely apologize to the young lady and her family, this is unwanted publicity for her/them,” Nelly said. “This was an old video that was private and never meant to go public.”

Snootie Wild Shot and Killed in Houston

Snootie Wild was killed in a shooting in Houston.

The 36-year-old Memphis rapper, born LePreston Porter, died from his injuries after being gunned down Friday.

His death was announced Saturday night on his official Instagram page: “Gone in body, but your NAME & LEGACY will live forever! 💙 #TeamYayo4Life💯.”

An earlier message on his Facebook page said that Wild was still alive and “fighting for his life.”

According to ABC 13, Wild was shot in the neck and discovered in a ditch next to an SUV. Police arrived at the scene around 2 a.m. after responding to their Shotspotter Program, which detects gunshots around Houston.

“It looks like he backed in there [the ditch] accidentally. Then the other vehicle pulled up, and folks got out of the car. They were talking for a little bit, and then all of a sudden, gunfire went off. Only one shot, actually,” said officer R. Willkens.

After receiving CPR at the scene, Wild was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but doctors were unable to save him.

Police surrounded the neighborhood searching for a man and woman they believed to be the suspects.

The hip-hop community mourned the loss including Boosie Badazz, Three 6 Mafia’s DJ Paul, and Sonny Digital.

In 2013, Wild signed to Yo Gotti’s CMG imprint on Epic Records where he released his 2014 EP Go Mode featuring Gotti, K CAMP, and August Alsina.

The shooting comes just three months after Young Dolph, who had a long-running feud with Gotti, was shot and killed outside a bakery in Memphis. Three people have been arrested, but Gotti was not implicated.

Joe Budden Believes Meg Thee Stallion Is Not A SuperStar

Joe Budden Blasts ‘Fresh & Fit’ Podcast: “I See Why They Hate Some of You Having Microphones”

Meg Thee Stallion has been in a back and forth on social media this week regarding her current case against Tory Lanez where Meg Thee Stallion alleges that the Canadian singer shot her in her feet. Just last week the Texas hot girl found herself in a back and forth with both Tory Lanez and Dj Akademiks after a few posts regarding the case were made online.

Could the stallion be gearing up to defend herself yet again after Joe Budden has made some recent remarks stating that Meg Thee Stallion is not a superstar, despite all of her accolades during her short time in the industry.

During Budden’s podcast, the 41 year old stated that Meg’s album sales do not reflect the status of her career. “You’re not a superstar if you can’t sell an album, what the f**k are we talking about right now? What stops her from being a superstar if we’re taking out sales? She ain’t sold sh*t. Got every brand deal in the world, but also has all the backing from different people. She’s got a lot going on. That’s the game today.”

“Griselda has a lot going on (too). There’s mad artists that have a lot going on, your management team has got to be a whole f**king company of people. You got to have a team of know-it-all people,” Budden said in response to remarks that the game has changed.

“Y’all are just making rules up. You still got to know how to sell a f*king album. When Adele come out, you gotta move. When n****s come out, you gotta move. When a superstar comes out, you mortal, mere minion n****s have to move. Nobody does that for Lil Nas X, nobody does that for the seven Meg Thee Stallion releases that dropped over the past two years. What are we saying?”

While some believe that Joe Budden has a point, others believe that the podcast host could just be a hater.

What are your thoughts on Budden’s comments?

ICYMI: Snoop Dogg And Diddy Tease Death Row/Bad Boy Collaboration

snoop and diddy

Snoop Dogg and Diddy are teasing a possible collaboration.

After acquiring Death Row Records, Snoop posted a short film that included a call from Diddy, giving praise to the rapper who he says taught him how to play “chess, not checkers.”

“Congratulations king, great move, great move,” Diddy told the “Lodi Dodi” rapper, who responded, “You taught me how to play chess, not checkers.”

Snoop said they can do what they want now with Death Row and Bad Boy.

This epic moment would have seemed impossible at one time, as the east coast and west coast labels had beef with each other that went public on an airing of The Source Awards in 1995.

At the time Death Row’s owner Marion “Suge” Knight, took a blatant jab at Bad Boy Records founder Sean “Puffy” Combs aka Diddy after accepting the Best Movie Soundtrack of the Year award for the Above The Rim soundtrack.

With the awards taken place in NYC, the venue erupted with boos as Suge walked off the stage with Source’s coveted Mic and the momentum of the coastal beef only increased ten fold following this moment.

We’re glad to see things have come full circle in Hip Hop and this Death Row/Bad Boy collaboration will go down in Hip Hop history.
