Brother of Flau'Jae Johnson Arrested After Storming Court During LSU-South Carolina Fight

The brother of LSU guard Flau’Jae Johnson, Trayron Milton, has been arrested and charged with assault, battery, and disorderly conduct.

The charges handed down by the Greenville Police come after Milton jumped a security barricade to rush the court while his sister was engaged in an on-court fight.

Milton came in contact with South Carolina forward Kamilla Cardoso, who pushed his sister on the court.

As of writing, Milton remains in jail.

Six players were ejected from the South Carolina and LSU basketball teams after a scuffle in the women’s SEC championship game.

The game was chippy and physical the entire way through, leading to the fourth quarter moment where heated trash talk between South Carolina players and LSU’s Flau’jae Johnson escalated.

Johnson bumped South Carolina’s Ashlyn Watkins after she yelled at the former following a turnover. As an argument ensued, SC center Kamilla Cardoso charged toward the group of players, forcefully pushing Johnson over.

From there, everything broke down, leading to players leaving the bench and Johnson’s brother hurdling the fan barricade and the scorer’s table to get to the field.

You can see the chaotic scene below.

After the game, South Carolina coach Dawn Staley spoke to the moment’s intensity. “For us playing a part in that, that’s not who we are,” Staley said. “That’s not what we’re about.”

LSU coach Kim Mulkey delivered a different message: “It’s ugly, it’s not good, no one wants to be a part of that. But I’ll tell you this, I wish [Cardoso] would’ve pushed Angel Reese. If you’re 6-8, don’t push somebody that little. That was uncalled for in my opinion. Let those two girls who were jawing, let them go at it.”

Cardoso would apologize on X after the game.

South Carolina would win the game, continuing their undefeated season with an SEC championship.

Welcome to ATL: Kirk Cousins Inks $180M Deal with Falcons

SOURCE SPORTS: Kirk Cousins Isn't Scare of COVID-19 'If I Die, I Die'

Kirk Cousins’s days as a member of the Minnesota Vikings are over. Cousins is headed to Atlanta under a new four-year, $180 million deal.

According to ESPN, $100 million of the deal is guaranteed.

“After significant and positive dialogue with Kirk and his representatives, we were unable to reach agreement on a contract that fits the short- and long-term visions for both Kirk and the Minnesota Vikings,” Vikings general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah said in a statement. “Kirk holds a special place in Vikings history, and we appreciate his leadership and contributions to the team and the Minneapolis-St. Paul community over the past six seasons. We wish him; his wife, Julie; and their children all the best. Our approach heading into free agency always included layers of contingencies regarding the quarterback position. We are moving forward with plans that allow us to continue building a roster that can compete for a championship.”

Before going out with a torn Achilles, Cousins was putting up career numbers. Now the 35-year-old will return in a completely new environment.

Additional free agency deals include:

Saquon Barkley, the ex-New York Giants running back, has signed a three-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. The contract is valued at $37.75 million and could potentially reach $46.75 million. This agreement guarantees Barkley $26 million upon signing.

Free agent defensive tackle Christian Wilkins is set to sign a lucrative four-year contract with the Las Vegas Raiders. The deal boasts a base value of $110 million, with an impressive $84.75 million guaranteed.

The Chicago Bears have agreed to a three-year contract with running back D’Andre Swift, valued at $24.5 million. This deal includes $15.3 million guaranteed.

In a significant move, the New York Giants are trading for pass-rusher Brian Burns from the Carolina Panthers and sealing the deal with a staggering $150 million contract. Burns is slated to receive $87.75 million in guaranteed money, solidifying his position as the second highest-paid defensive end in NFL history.

The Green Bay Packers have signed free agent Josh Jacobs to a four-year contract worth $48 million and informed Aaron Jones of his release.

The Carolina Panthers are in the final stages of securing a five-year contract worth $100 million with former Miami Dolphins guard Robert Hunt. This deal includes $63 million guaranteed.

Austin Ekeler, the former star running back for the Los Angeles Chargers, is set to ink a two-year contract with the Washington Commanders, with a potential value of up to $11 million.

The New England Patriots have agreed with former Washington Commanders running back Antonio Gibson on a three-year contract. This deal has a base value of $11.25 million and a maximum value of $17.25 million.

Ye and Ty Dolla $ign have reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100. Their collaborative, stadium-sounding anthem, “Carnival,” featuring Rich the Kid and Playboi Carti, is the new No. 1 single.

“Carnival” now makes Ye the first rap artist to have a No. 1 in three decades (the 2000s, ‘10s and ‘20s).

According to Luminate, “Carnival” secures the 1,165th No. 1 spot in the 65-year history of the Hot 100. It amassed 33.7 million streams (up 4%), garnered 3.9 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 85%), and sold 3,000 downloads (up 15%) during the tracking week of March 1-7.

With “Carnival,” Ye claims his fifth Hot 100 chart-topper, following hits like Katy Perry’s “E.T.” (featuring Ye), which spent five weeks at No. 1 starting in April 2011, among others. Ty Dolla $ign previously led the Hot 100 for a week in June 2018 as featured on Post Malone’s “Psycho.”

It is the first No. 1 record for Rich the Kid and Playboi Carti.

Additionally, “Carnival” maintains its reign for a second week atop both the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Hot Rap Songs charts, utilizing a similar multimetric methodology as the Hot 100.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ‘Em” slips to No. 5 after two weeks at the Hot 100’s summit, although it continues its dominance atop the multimetric Hot Country Songs chart for a fourth consecutive week.

Kanye West Reunites with Former Manager John Monopoly to Plan World Tour

Kanye West has reunited with his former manager, John Monopoly.

According to Billboard, Monopoly discovered Ye in the early ’90s and worked alongside Gee Roberson and Kyambo “Hip-Hop” Joshua in the Roc-a-Fella days.

Ye announced and saluted Monopoly during a Vultures private party in L.A. The two will now tackle putting together a world tour, hoping for a launch in the forthcoming months. It would be Ye’s first tour since 2016’s Saint Pablo Tour.

In related news, don’t look for Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s Vultures 2 to hit streaming. Ye once again spoke with the YeFanactics Instagram page and revealed he agrees with James Blake sentiment that streaming “devalues our music.”

“Was talking with the team about how to release the next album. Like James Blake said streaming devalues our music. We sell albums on Yeezy.com,” Kanye wrote. “I got 20 million Instagram followers. When five percent of my followers buy an album. That’s one million albums sold That’s 300K more than the biggest album last year.

“We sold 1 million items on Yeezy.com on Super Bowl Sunday so we know it’s possible. How do you feel about us not streaming and only selling the album digitally.”

As fans await Vultures 2, Ty Dolla $ign revealed the cover, which holds sentimental meaning.

Responding to a fan online, Ty revealed that the cover features him “holding a picture of my brother Tc, FYI.”

According to HipHopDX, Ty Dolla Sign’s brother, Jabreal Muhammad, known as Big TC, is serving life for a murder that he says he did not commit.
