Wack 100 Accused Of Leaving Actor’s Jaw Wired In Sushi Bar Beatdown: Report

Wack 100 has been slapped with a lawsuit after an actor accused him of knocking him out unconscious and leaving his jaw wired, according to TMZ. Hollywood actor Kenneth Walker filed a lawsuit against the West Coast music executive on allegations that Wack assaulted Walker at Yamashiro Hollywood in 2019.

In the suit, Kenneth said he was out to dinner with his wife Monique at the sushi restaurant when he was approached by an angry Wack 100, who he claims to have never met. The lawsuit alleges that Wack 100 accused Walker of looking at Wack’s wife which was apparently the source of this aggression. Kenneth said in the suit that Monique attempted to intervene in an attempt to mediate the situation. Kenneth claims Wack told him to, “Keep your bitch in check.” Kenneth said the situation immediately escalated and Wack 100 punched him in the mouth, making him “violently strike his head on the ground, knocking him unconscious.

Kenneth also alleged Monique was nearly struck after Wack assaulted him, though patrons in the restaurant managed to hold back Wack. Kenneth said the injuries include he had a 4-inch deep laceration to his lip and chin, multiple jaw fractures, three mangled teeth and one that was knocked out. Kenneth said he was required to have his jaw wired for 3 months.

Additionally, Kenneth said the assault and recovery time made him lose his show on Bounce TV show, In The Cut, which was on its seventh season.

The alleged assault has also dragged Birdman and Cash Money Records into the lawsuit. Kenneth claims that Wack 100 was at the restaurant promoting his new artist Bre.

It’s unclear how much Kenneth and Monique are suing for.

Cardi B Claps Back After A Conservative Brought ‘WAP’ Into A Discussion About Dr. Seuss’ Book Ban

Earlier this month, it was revealed that six of Dr. Seuss’ books will cease publishing due to racist imagery. The decision was made by Dr. Seuss Enterprises in order to ensure it “represents and supports all communities and families.” But even still, the news caused outrage among some pearl-clutching conservatives who were also shocked at the success of Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s song “WAP.” One conservative brought the song into a conversation about Dr. Seuss books, but Cardi wasn’t having it.

Comedian Tim Young offered his two cents about the Dr. Seuss book ban on Twitter. “The lyrics to ‘Wet Ass Pussy’ are more welcome in some schools than Dr. Seuss books… just let that sink in for a minute.” But Cardi, who infamously shields her daughter’s ears from the song’s lyrics, had the best response. “When has a school made kids read the lyrics to wap,” she wrote. “I get it wap might be a lil vulgar but stop comparing a sensual song to books that has RACIST content! How can ya not tell the difference?I see that common sense aint that common.”

Continuing to make her point, Cardi said that Dr. Seuss Enterprises decided to stop printing specific books on their own. “By the way Dr Seuss publishing company made the decisions to remove those books on their own,” she wrote. “Black people are not the one telling these companies to do things that they think Is ‘progressive’ black only ask for equal justice.”

Parents who are concerned about some of the vulgar language in “WAP” got a taste of the clean version at Sunday night’s Grammys. Cardi teamed up with Megan to perform their No. 1 single at the 63rd annual ceremony. The version was heavily censored, bleeping out words like “bucket,” but surprisingly electing to keep the word Kegel.

Roddy Ricch Takes Shot At Kanye West On IG Live

In September of 2020, Kanye West surprised his followers by streaming a video of himself urinating on one of his Grammy Awards. Though he likely believed his gesture held symbolic power, it would appear that the dismissive move went on to alienate some of his fellow rappers. In fact, Roddy Ricch recently took to Instagram Live to reflect on his own triumphant Grammy nomination haul, expressing clear frustration with Kanye so so cavalierly devaluing the trophy’s value.

“If I get nominated for six Grammys, and a n***a I look to have twenty-five of these muthafuckas, and I come in here I want to get nominated for six this year,” begins Ricch, clearly in a state of annoyance. “I feel that’s a good number. And this year, the n***a just piss on that shit. How you think that made the world look at my accomplishment? That I worked for. I did all this shit! And you pissing on shit. That shit be lame.”

While not exactly a direct diss, it’s clear that Roddy Ricch feels some type of way about Kanye West’s definitive anti-Grammy stance. Of course, Yeezy isn’t the only rapper to hold the Award Ceremony in low esteem. Case in point, Lil Wayne recently fired off a “Fuk The Grammys” tweet but a few short hours ago. Time and again, rappers have expressed frustration with The Grammys, though few are so quick to resort to urine as a form of protest.

As opinions on the topic range so differently across the hip-hop community, perhaps the worth of a Grammy Award should be placed exclusively in the eye of a beholder. For Roddy Ricch, there is ample reason to be proud, and no amount of Kanye West Twitter content should hold sway over his opinion. Check out Roddy’s live stream rant below, and sound off with your own opinions on the matter.

Moneybagg Yo Is Pharrell’s Favorite Rapper

Moneybagg Yo appears to be on the verge of his biggest year yet, having recently teased the forthcoming arrival of his new studio album. In fact, he previously declared his fourth project to be “one hundred percent done,” though he neglected to shine a light on the release date. Either way, all eyes are currently watching the Memphis heavyweight, including none other than the legendary Pharrell Williams, who recently hit Bagg with an incredible co-sign.

When asked about the current artists he’s enjoying these days, Pharrell begins by naming collaborators like Tyler, The Creator and Lil Uzi Vert before circling over to Moneybagg. “Moneybagg is my favorite, favorite, favorite, right now,” reveals Skateboard P, a claim that soon caught Bagg’s attention. “Real Goat Stamped My Life Its Up,” celebrates the rapper, responding to the clip and clearly flattered by P’s assessment.

As for what it is about Moneybagg that resonates so deeply with the Neptunes hitmaker, Pharrell elaborates. “Moneybagg Yo, to me, is like the pocket finder,” he praises, before firing off a dad-joke for the ages. “Whenever he decides that he doesn’t want to rap anymore, he should go into denim — because he has so many pockets. His pockets, fuck! His nickname should be fuckin’ Denim! He has so many fuckin’ pockets. Moneybagg Yo is something else.”

Though his production style has certainly changed up over the years, if Pharrell and Chad Hugo could bless Moneybagg Yo with something as ice-cold as “What Happened To That Boy,” the rap game would have reason to rejoice. Check out the clip of Pharrel’s Moneybagg Yo assessment below, and sound off if you’d be eager to hear the pair connect for a collaboration.
