Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer admitted, this week, that veteran quarterback Tim Tebow, who has switched to tight-end, may have a tough time making the team’s final 53-man roster. “What’s the difference between him and the other 40 guys trying to make the team?” he asked reporters.  

Meyer says he’s not used to having to trim a roster down to 53 players, as the limit in college is much higher than the NFL.

“The last thing you just said, the tough part, is 53. That’s new to me. That’s the reality of the NFL, is that you have 90 players,” he explained to reporters. “To me, he’s one of the 90. He’s a guy that’s, what’s the difference between him and the other 40 guys trying to make the team? To me, it’s all the same. This is their livelihood, this is a job, this is a way to make a living. And reality is that a good percentage of your roster is going to get cut or transitioned out of here. Which, to me, that’s completely new. In college, you’ve got your 85-95 guys and you fit them in and you put the puzzle together. It’s much different here.”

Meyer has previously said that Tebow has done a “decent” job in training camp.

Teams have until August 31 to trim their rosters down to 53 players.

Megan Fox celebrated being bisexual in her latest Instagram post, Saturday, showing off her rainbow-colored nail polish in honor of Pride Month.

“Putting the B in #LGBTQIA for over two decades,” she captioned the photos.

Fox first opened up pubically about her sexuality in a 2008 interview with GQ. “I just think that all humans are born with the ability to be attracted to both sexes. I mean, I could see myself in a relationship with a girl,” she told the publication.

She later clarified that she believes everyone is bisexual at birth and are later socially conditioned otherwise. “I think people are born bisexual and they make subconscious choices based on the pressures of society,” she told Esquire during a 2009 June cover issue.

“I have no question in my mind about being bisexual,” she added.

Fox is currently dating rap artist Machine Gun Kelly. The two met while filming the upcoming movie Midnight in the Switchgrass, which recently received a new trailer. The film is scheduled to release on July 23rd.

Back in April, it was reported by E! that the couple intends to get married some point down the road, but Fox is still in the legal process of finalizing her divorce from her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.

J. Cole’s longtime manager Ibrahim “IB” Hamad says that ticket sales are the most accurate way to determine an artist’s popularity, as opposed to sales, views, followers, or any other metric. Hamad detailed his stance on the matter with a tweet, Saturday.

“To me Ticket sales is the truest gauge of impact in music,” he explained. “You can fake streams, album sales, YouTube views, followers, bundles, you can have 30 songs to boost your streams. But you can’t fake people being at a show, which is why I love seeing the work pay off when a tour goes up.”

Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard could request a trade, after the team faced backlash for their expected hire of Chauncey Billups to fill their head coach vacancy, as well as growing doubt in the front office’s ability to build a championship-contending roster, according to a new report from Yahoo Sports’ Chris Haynes.

Haynes announced on Twitter, Sunday, that he had been informed by league sources that “the backlash from Portland Trail Blazers’ coaching search and his concerns over whether a championship contender can be built have become major factors that could force Damian Lillard to request out.”

Lillard was personally the victim of the team’s hiring blunder when fans attacked him on Twitter this week regarding Billups’ past rape allegation.

“Really? I was asked what coaches I like of the names I ‘heard’ and I named them,” Lillard responded to a fan criticizing his role in the hire. “Sorry I wasn’t aware of their history I didn’t read the news when I was 7/8yrs old. I don’t support Those things … but if this the route y’all wana come at me… say less.”

Earlier in the offseason, Lillard made it clear that his preference was Jason Kidd, but the former NBA point guard opted out of the running.
