Toosii Says Future Put On “The Best Party Of My Life”

Toosii says the craziest party that he’s ever been to was hosted by Future and that he’s “never seen so many females.” The New York-born rapper recalled the party in a new interview with XXL, this week.

When prompted to discuss kickbacks, he called them the “worst type of parties,” and decided to reveal the best party that he’s been to.

“Funny story, I went to a Future party and, like, that was like the best party of my life. I never seen so many females, ever, like a day in my life. Yeah, it was lit.”

He stopped himself before going into any specifics of when and where the party took place: “I got a girlfriend now though.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Toosii discussed his investments and his opinion on Dogecoin.

“I was thinking about investing in that,” he explained. “When it comes to me and investing, I watch a lot of interviews. So like, I watch a lot of like, Jeff Besos, Bill Gates, Nipsey Hussle. Like, I watch a lot of interviews like that so it’s important to me because I want my money to last a lifetime. Longer than a lifetime, you know? Instead of just here while I’m here.”

Sixers Remain Committed To Ben Simmons Long-Term

In Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Final matchup between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Atlanta Hawks, Ben Simmons was awful. While he may have gotten 13 assists, he was only able to score five points on four shots which is unacceptable from your supposed “superstar.” Sixers fans were livid following the match and since the loss, many have been calling for Simmons to get traded. He hasn’t been able to live up to his contract and based on comments made by Joel Embiid and Doc Rivers, it seems like Simmons isn’t well-liked.

Today, however, Simmons got some interesting news when it comes to his future in Philadelphia. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Sixers had a sit-down conversation with Simmons where they reiterated their intentions for the star. Essentially, Rivers wants to help Simmons through his shooting woes and that for the foreseeable future, they want Simmons on their team.

This is certainly surprising news as it seemed like trading Simmons was the only viable option. Of course, the Sixers could change their mind on the matter, especially if Simmons doesn’t show any improvement throughout the offseason. He’s going to need to put in a lot of work, which is something we haven’t seen a lot of from the star.

Keep it locked to HNHH as we will continue to bring you updates from the NBA world.

Young Buck Defies 50 Cent’s Shots With “Public Opinion”

It’s certainly an interesting time for G-Unit fans. Lloyd Banks just returned and dropped a viable album of the year contender. The Game recently dropped off “72 Bar Assassin,” making it clear that he still has love for the once-mighty crew. And 50 Cent continues to badger Young Buck with jabs about his sexuality, opting to deliver shots on Instagram rather than the booth. Though far from a united front, G-Unit feels more active than ever on an individual level.

Now, Young Buck has emerged to clap back at 50 with “Public Opinion,” a defiant message reminding his former group-mate that he remains unfazed by the headlines and allegations. Instead, he opts to handle business behind the mic. While he doesn’t name-drop 50 directly, it’s evident that the song’s sentiment and lyrical content highlight his sentiments on the matter. “Fuck the world when these n**gas talk about me, I just went and got a bag when they talked about me,” he raps, in the song’s chorus. “Didn’t even get mad, I just let them all be / Gangsta, can’t you see that I’m a muthafuckin’ G?”

Check out “Public Opinion” now and be sure to check back for Buck’s upcoming 40 Days & 40 Nights EP, dropping July 2nd.

Patrick Beverley Reveals His Nickname For Ty Lue

Patrick Beverley was all over the court on Tuesday night as the Phoenix Suns defeated the Los Angeles Clippers thanks to a last-second play. While Beverley’s team ended up losing, there is still some cause for optimism as the Clippers were able to keep things close in both games. Now that the series is heading back to Los Angeles, the Clippers seem confident they can tie things up, especially since head coach Ty Lue has been so good with his various adjustments.

In the first two rounds, the Clippers found themselves in a similar situation but Lue’s coaching proved to be a difference-maker. In fact, Beverley recently told ESPN that their head coach has a pretty good reputation in the locker room and that they like to bug him by referring to Lue as Bill Belichick.

“We crack jokes,” Beverley said. “We called T-Lue ‘Bill Belichick’ with all the adjustments he makes. He’s definitely going to find a way.” There are certainly worse things to be called than Bill Belichick, although it is clear that he commands a ton of respect from his players and that moving forward, they still believe in their ability to win the series.

Without Kawhi Leonard, it is going to be tough although if this Clippers team has proven anything, it’s that they have much more fight in them compared to last season.

Ludacris Trends On Twitter As Fans Find A Comedian’s Comparison To DaBaby… Ludicrous

A comedian’s comparison of a pair of rappers on Twitter has fans debating whether he’s right or his suggestion is just… ludicrous. When Lil Duval, best known for his appearances on MTV shows like Guy Code and his 2018 Snoop Dogg-featuring hit “Smile Bitch (Living My Best Life),” asserted that North Carolina rapper DaBaby could be considered analogous to Atlanta rapper Ludacris, his tweet sparked the heated debate that saw some fans arguing about the two MCs’ relative status and whether or not Duval had a point.

As usual, the range of thoughts on the subject led to a spike in people tweeting about Luda, who’s currently on a media tour promoting his appearance in F9, the latest installment of the Fast And Furious film franchise premiering this weekend. He also recently made a bit of a resurgence musically, popping up on Conway The Machine’s single “Scatter Brain” with fellow ATLien JID and on Justin Bieber’s remix of “Peaches” with Snoop Dogg.

Meanwhile, DaBaby is also set to have a big weekend, as he’s nominated for seven 2021 BET Awards at the ceremony airing this Sunday. He was also the subject of another heated exchange with Megan Thee Stallion following a promotional tweet of his song with Tory Lanez, recorded before the infamous shooting incident that left Tory persona non grata with most hip-hop fans.

Fans are always naturally going to feel a way, and of course, many of the responses are split along generational lines. Incidentally, Duval isn’t the first to make the comparison, nor is the comparison as out-of-pocket as some fans tend to believe; consider their comedic videos, witty wordplay, and AK-47 cadences and the comparison doesn’t feel all that wild. No matter the terms of engagement, though, fans are going to project their own feelings on the position being argued, something Duval himself pointed out as the debate trended. You can see more responses below.

Tristan Thompson Wins $50,000 In Libel Lawsuit Against Kimberly Alexander

Boston Celtics star Tristan Thompson was awarded a $50,000 default judgment in his libel lawsuit against Kimberly Alexander, this week. Alexander has claimed that Thompson is the father of her child, despite Thompson taking a paternity test in May 2020 that came back negative.

Thompson filed the lawsuit shortly after he received the results from the paternity test.

In total Alexander was ordered to pay $50,000 in general damages and $2,901.95 to cover costs.

Thompson’s attorney Marty Singer explained in court documents obtained by Page Six that, despite the negative test results, Alexander “has persisted in publicly proclaiming that Thompson is her child’s father and she has maliciously accused Thompson of being a deadbeat dad, ‘neglecting’ and failing to take financial responsibility for the child since birth.”

“To quote Michael Jackson,” Singer’s filing added, “‘the kid is not [his] son.’”

Thompson’s ex-girlfriend Khloé Kardashian sent Alexander a cease-and-desist, earlier this month, for allegedly faking DMs. The letter, also obtained by Page Six, claimed she “continued to make outrageous defamatory smears about Khloé, harassing her and trying to drag her into the paternity drama that you have persisted in contriving notwithstanding that a DNA test from one of the nation’s top labs confirmed that Mr. Thompson is not the father of your child.”

Benny The Butcher & Fabolous Are Cooking Up

Benny The Butcher is the exact sort of lyricist that commands respect, to the point where he’s already found himself breaking bread with the legendary JAY-Z on several occasions. On wax, he consistently sets the bar as a formidable competitor, and anyone looking to trade bars would be wise to come prepared with their A-Game.

As it happens, The Butcher was recently putting in work in the studio, where he was joined by none other than Fabolous. Another rapper known for hard-hitting punchlines and elevated lyricism, Fab has proven time and again that he can go toe-to-toe with the game’s most formidable spitters, a consistent risk to walk away with the scene-stealing verse.

Now, he’s destined to spit bars with The Butcher, and fans are eager to see how the pair inspire one another in the booth. “This shit with me & @myfabolouslife sound like church music for hustlers,” teases Benny, sharing a snapshot from their recent studio session.

While Benny has not yet confirmed any details about his next project — after all, he only recently delivered The Plugs I Met 2 — it wouldn’t be surprising to see the prolific BSF emcee drop off another album before the end of the year. There’s also the chance that this collaboration is meant for Fab’s next project, his first since Summertime Shootout 3 dropped at the end of 2019.

Check out Benny’s exciting post below, and sound off if you’re excited to see him and Fab’s upcoming collaboration come to life.

High School Basketball Team Caught Throwing Tortillas At Hispanic Competitors

This past weekend, a gross display of racism ruined what was an extremely close and exciting game of high school basketball. Southern California schools Coronado High School and Orange Glen High School faced off on Saturday night, and after Coronado managed to seal the game with a three-point lead, things took a turn for the worse. According to the HuffPost, tortillas were tossed toward the Orange Glen athletes at the conclusion of the game, which is extremely alarming considering that Orange Glen High School’s basketball team has a predominantly Hispanic roster.

Lizardo Reynoso, the assistant coach at Orange Glen, has reportedly called the situation “disturbing.”

The racist incident occurred as Orange Glen players shook off the tough defeat and started walking over to the Coronado players for the traditional post-game handshake, and according to Assistant Coach Reynoso, it was a huge “slap in the face.”

The school’s superintendent, Karl Mueller, has already released the following statement: “Swift action will be taken to address all those involved, and they will be held accountable. It is our hope to create opportunities to dialogue with the Orange Glen Community in an attempt to repair.”

Stay tuned to see what repercussions Coronado High School will have to face following the troubling incident.

Mike WiLL Made-It Shares Sage Advice From The Studio On IG

Mike WiLL Made-It had some advice for young artists on Instagram, Thursday, stressing the importance of studying music from different genres and eras.

“FUN FACT: WE MIGHT SIT IN THE LAB FOR HOURS LISTENING TO DIFFERENT SONGS FROM DIFFERENT GENRES & DIFFERENT TIME PERIODS,” he captioned a short video of himself listening to “Juicy” by The Notorious B.I.G. “WHATS UR FAVORITE SONG OF ALL TIME? THIS WHAT U CALL A STUDYO SESSION…”

He added: “#doyourhomeworkeducateyourself.”

It’s unclear what Mike WiLL was in the studio working on while he recorded the video, but he is fresh off of the release of Gucci Mane’s new track, “Posse On Bouldercrest,” which he produced. The song features Sir Mix-A-Lot and Pooh Shiesty. Gucci Mane’s new album, Ice Daddy, released last Friday.

Earlier this month, Mike WiLL gifted his frequent collaborator, Swae Lee, a Louis Vuitton trunk filled with cash. The elaborate gift was in honor of Lee’s 28th birthday celebration in Miami.

“Aye, my brother man Mike Will got me a treasure chest, the Louis treasure chest with the spare change,” Lee said in a post showcasing the gift. “That sh*t hard.”
