GirlzLuhDev Shares New Project “Day 1 Starter”

GirlzLuhDev is shaping up to be the next biggest hitmaker in the rap game. He sings, raps, and has a unique, off-kilter delivery at times that is difficult to imitate. Needless to say, he has all of the qualities of a star and his current come-up is riveting to watch.

After releasing new singles since the beginning of the year, he’s formally returned with his latest project, Day 1 Starter. The rapper’s new project is a 9-song affair that serves as his official debut project. He largely holds it down on his own but he does get some assistance on a few tracks. The title song includes an appearance from REMBLE while DACHINC appears on “Tooka.”

Travis Scott Challenges Fans To Learn The Lyrics To An Unreleased Song Before His Rolling Loud Set

After a long time without music festivals and concerts, live shows are back. This weekend thousands of music fans have made their way to Miami for Rolling Loud’s first festival of the year, which is headlined by ASAP Rocky, Travis Scott, and Post Malone. Ahead of the festival’s second day of performances, Travis, who headlines the Saturday edition, took to Twitter to offer a new challenge to his audience hours before he takes stage.

In the post, Scott shared a one-minute snippet of a music video that previews an unreleased song. “HMM SOME ONE ASK ME HOW IM STARTING I SAID THIS IS HOW,” he wrote in the caption the video. “WHO CAN REMEMBER THIS BY TONIGHT.” If the track gets premiered in full during his Rolling Loud set, it could prove to be one of the biggest moments of the night, as fans have been expecting new music for a while now.

Miami’s Rolling Loud is far from the only festival Scott will appear at this year. He’s also slated to headline Day N Vegas, Rolling Loud’s New York showcase, as well as his own Astroword festival, which returns to Houston this fall.

You can listen to a snippet of the unreleased track above.

Ken Car$on Delivers On New Album “Project X”

There are big things ahead of Ken Car$on. The Atlanta native has been a bubbling name over the past few years after his initial introduction to 808 Mafia. However, his appearance on Playboi Carti’s Whole Lotta Red highlight, “Beno!” and his subsequent viral releases have set the stage for his formal introduction, at least to those who are unfamiliar. This week, he returned with his latest body of work, Project X. The 11-song project has no credited features, allowing Car$on to shine all on his own. He tackles spacey, pop-trap production with high-energy, vocodor-infused melodies on the project with a few cuts that are going to slap the next time he touches the stage.

Quotable Lyrics
No internet, bitch, I won’t at ’em
Get off the ‘Gram and let’s get active
The only time they get a tag from me? When?
When I toe tag ’em
Big ol’ choppa, body bag ’em
Bitch, I’m cut throat, I’m a savage
