Lil Migo Returns With Hot New Track, “Rumors 3”

Back in March, we shared Lil Migo’s latest project, KING OF THE TRAP. Months later, the Memphis rapper has returned with a new single, titled “Rumors 3.”

In the past, Migo has collaborated with the likes of Rich The Kid, Yo Gotti, Jacquees, and Moneybagg Yo, just to name a few, but on his latest track he chose to roll solo, with AceC, Einer Bankz, and Hozay on production.

“Toast up, n*gga got a bottle in the air, I finally can say a n*gga done made it,” the rapper boasts in the song’s first verse before dropping bars about having “gold on my neck like the treasury” and “buying expensive things.”

The track comes in at just over two minutes but has a strong, consistent flow from the start that pairs perfectly with the beat’s braggadocious vibe.

“F*ck who ain’t supporting. I’m stepping on u n*ggas necks that’s why y’all don’t [want] me winning. I MAKE IT LOOK EASY, I’M BALLING FOR SEASONS P*ssy #TOASTUP,” the “ROCKSTAR” artist told his Instagram followers over the weekend.

Stream Lil Migo’s “Rumors 3” below and let us know how you feel about it in the comments.

Quotable Lyrics:

Ayy, fifty shots in the car, when I move, gotta move like I’m the president
Ayy, I don’t need practice, I ball like I’m AI, I know I’m the best in it
She want to fuck ’cause I’m havin’ this gold on my neck like the treasury
Ran up this money, I can’t let a bitch come and try to get the best of me

Howard Stern Labels Kyrie Irving The “Top Idiot In The Country”

Howard Stern slammed Brooklyn Nets’ star Kyrie Irving as the “top idiot in the country” for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Irving has been unable to practice or play with the team while he remains unvaccinated.

“He’s my favorite dude who’s putting his money where his mouths is,” Stern said on his Sirius XM radio show. “In terms of idiots, he’s gotta be the top idiot in the country right now. Guys got a chance as a young man to make millions of dollars, all he’s gotta do is get vaccinated.”

He also called out Irving for saying that the Earth is flat, earlier in his career.

“This guy’s got a history of being stupid,” Stern continued. “He’s one of those guys who is a flat-earther too. And he doesn’t know anything, his mind works in a very strange way. He says, ‘I can’t figure out gravity, so it doesn’t exist.’”

The radio host also praised the Nets organization as a whole for being strict with Irving regarding the vaccine.

“I don’t know who runs the Nets, but I wish they were running the country,” Stern said, referencing their decision to bench Irving. “I love this. Basically saying, ‘listen douchebag, you’ve got to do what is right.’”

22GZ & SPMB Bills Issue A Warning On “Dissin”

As a pioneering figure in the Brooklyn drill scene, 22Gz has remained one of the most consistent. The rapper came through with The Blixky Tape 2 at the top of the year, followed by visuals for “Never Be The Same” ft. Jackboy and “Casa.” However, as the summer ended, 22Gz came back in business with the release of “Steppers” and “Retaliation.”

22Gz clearly isn’t letting his foot off of the pedal this year, either. The rapper slid through on Monday with the release of a brand new single titled, “Dissin.” Linking up with SPMB Bills, the two deliver a menacing banger that kicks off with a declaration from 22Gz. “It’s the General Blixky from Flatbush/ If you gon’ be dissin’, then you can’t be slippin’, that’s how you end up in a Backwood,” he raps.

Busta Rhymes Says 5 Rappers Turned Down Offers To Battle Him On “Verzuz”

Busta Rhymes says that five people have already turned down offers to battle him for an episode of Verzuz, according to b-boy legend Crazy Legs.  Rhymes and Crazy Legs caught up after the most recent battle between Big Daddy Kane and KRS-One.

“I had to let @bustarhymes know that no one is worthy enough to battle him,” Crazy Legs wrote on IG. “Then he told me that 5 people already turned it down. Some things are just what they are. He has the unfortunate pleasure of being a god in the rap game. Shout out to @therealswizzz for the #BDP outfit of the day!”

Fat Joe explained how difficult its been booking a Verzuz appearance for Rhymes in September, admitting that even he doesn’t want to take on the  Grammy-nominated rapper.

“Fat Joe scared to do Verzuz with Busta Rhymes and so is everybody else,” he said on Instagram. “You gotta understand, sometimes you ever notice — you seen boxers and they knock everybody out? People be scared to fight those boxers.”

He added: “Busta Rhymes is gonna outrap, outperform anybody who goes up in a Verzuz with him. That’s a fact. Yo, Busta Rhymes nobody wanna get in there with you, man. You might have to be an honorary — they gotta give you the check for no reason.”

Bill Gates Reportedly Sent “Flirtatious” Emails To A Microsoft Staff Member In 2007

Back in 2007, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates got in trouble for sending “flirtatious” emails to one of his staff members, according to the Wall Street Journal. “While flirtatious, they were not overtly sexual, but were deemed to be inappropriate,” Frank Shaw, a spokesperson for the company, said.

The story goes that the Seattle-born billionaire sent risqué messages to a mid-level Microsoft employee, and reportedly even asked her to meet up outside of office hours.

Executives at the tech giant got word of Gates’ messages in 2008 and met with him shortly thereafter to discuss the matter. At this time, former general counsel Brad Smith and former chief people officer Lisa Brummel asked him to stop, to which he agreed, saying that the emails were “not a good idea.”

Since the co-founder agreed to co-operate and hadn’t actually made physical contact with the woman, Microsoft’s board decided against pursuing any further action against Gates.

The 65-year-old’s spokesperson, Bridgitt Arnold said that the Wall Street Journal‘s claims are “false, recycled rumors from sources who have no direct knowledge, and in some cases have significant conflicts of interest.”

Earlier this year, Gates and his wife, Melinda, made headlines when they announced their plans to divorce after 27 years of marriage. “Over the last 27 years, we have raised three incredible children and built a foundation that works all over the world to enable all people to lead healthy, productive lives,” they shared in a statement.

Shortly after the news was released, information about Bill allegedly pursuing Microsoft employees came to light, prompting him to step away from the company’s board.

The Weeknd And Swedish House Mafia Confirm Their Collaboration, ‘Moth To A Flame,’ Is Dropping This Week

A month ago, The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia teased that they have some sort of collaboration on the way. The Weeknd’s voice could be heard at the end of Swedish House Mafia’s performance at the VMAs, and after that, both artists shared the same teaser video. Now, we’re getting some more concrete info: The collab, presumably a new song, is called “Moth To A Flame” and it’s coming at some point this week, as both artists confirmed in a new teaser video shared today.

This follows The Weeknd’s recent announcement that he is postponing his upcoming tour dates to 2022, explaining, “Due to constraints of arenas and the demand for more shows I want to do something bigger and special for you which requires stadiums. Current tickets will be refunded automatically and all ticket holders will be given priority to buy tickets for the stadium shows when they go on sale. New dates forthcoming.”

Meanwhile, a couple weeks ago, he offered an update on his upcoming album, saying, “Some exciting features coming out in the fall before the album drops. We’ll slowly be unraveling that info in the next couple months. Some dawn updates: Album is complete. Only thing missing is a couple characters that are key to the narrative. Some people that are near and dear to me, some people that inspired my life as a child, and some that inspire me now. More to come in the following months.”

Summer Walker And JT Throw A Wild House Party In Their Vindictive ‘Ex For A Reason’ Video

While the lyrics on “Ex For A Reason” are vindictive, the beat for the new single is upbeat and fun, so naturally, Summer Walker’s video for the Still Over It single splits the difference between these two moods. Ultimately, though, it settles on a carefree note as the Atlanta singer hangs out with her girl JT preparing for a wild house party complete with a stripper pole, a strong sisterhood vibe, and a slightly incompetent DJ who barely manages not to ruin the festivities.

Summer’s been rolling out Still Over It, the aptly titled follow-up to her 2019 debut Over It, over the past month, announcing its imminent release after skipping the BET Hip-Hop Awards, then sharing a trailer and a tracklist teasing a narrative structure for the album and its songs that reflects on the past two years and shares Summer’s triumphs and troubles with love, relationships, and learning to value herself over her bond with a man.

Walker certainly has enough material to tell a compelling, soapy story full of twists and turns. From having her first child to starting her own label — not to mention, the various drama she’s had with ex London On Da Track — Summer’s seen her share of life changes over the last two years. Fans will finally get a window into those changes on November 5.

Megan Thee Stallion And Her Boo Celebrate ‘1 Year Of Fun’ With Some Playful And NSFW Photos

Megan Thee Stallion may be in a committed relationship, but that doesn’t mean the “Thot Sh*t” rapper couldn’t enjoy Hot Girl Summer. Though Megan went public with her relationship with fellow rapper Pardison Fontaine in February, she and her boo celebrated their one-year anniversary on Monday. They took to social media to commemorate the special date, which they posted about in two very different ways.

Megan marked the date with some cheeky (pun intended) photos of her and Pardi having fun in the sun. Some of the pictures were adorably playful, like them jumping on a trampoline or getting off a private airplane, while others were a little more NSFW.

On the other hand, Pardi opted to show Megan some love on their anniversary in a more romantic way. He edited an adorable video that stitched together various photos and videos of them spending time together. The video featured a spoken word poem about being in love along with John Legend’s tear jerking track “All Of Me.” The tribute included Instagram Live sessions between them, press clippings about their relationship, and some never-before-seen footage of even more adorable moments.

Megan Thee Stallion is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.

Money Man Is Championship-Ready On New Single “Tip Off”

Money Man is still riding high off of his back-to-back 2020 releases, Epidemic, and State Of Emergency. Fans, however, still received an influx of music this year without the release of any project or even formal singles. His YouTube page has been littered with freestyles and loose singles from out the vault. It seems likely that we might be able to expect a new project from him before the year ends, though.

With the new NBA season kicking off on Tuesday, Money Man came through with timeliness for the release of his latest single, “Tip Off.” Money Man’s quick-witted bars make references to some of the league’s most prominent players like LeBron James and KD over elegant violins and quaking 808s.
