Bankrol Hayden Wants ‘No Drama’ On New Single

Bankrol Hayden has kept relatively quiet in 2021 after dropping his debut album Pain is Temporary in June 2020. With hits like the “Costa Rica” remix with The Kid LAROI and “Whatchu On Today” with Polo G, Hayden’s album spring-boarded him melodic rap prominence.

Since 2021 began, Hayden has only released a handful of solo singles, which started with the summer-influenced bop “Cabo” in June. He then remixed the song with some new wave rappers like DDG and teenager KA$HDAMI in September.

His next single “Come Through” dropped three weeks later, as he built a little bit of momentum going into fall.

Now, Bankrol Hayden is back, releasing his single “No Drama” on Friday (Dec. 3).

The song spans over three minutes, as Hayden explains how he stays unproblematic. Over the instrumental with loud claps and groovy looped strings, Hayden croons about how he would rather take expensive vacations than tend to a baby momma and kid.

In the verses, he lets off amusing flows with Paris Hilton, BillClinton and Call of Duty references, asserting that he is just here for a good time.

Check out Bankrol Hayden’s new song “No Drama” below.

Quotable Lyrics
Ayy, no drama
I don’t want no baby momma, that’s too many comments
To be honest, I just want Balenciaga
Wake up everyday do what I wanna
I just might go take a flight to Guatemala just to fuck somebody daughter

50 Cent Says “The Purge Begins” In His Theatrical Attack On Madonna

50 Cent is hardly the person you want to square off with on the Internet. The rapper is relentless in his trolling, no matter who it is. The latest person who’s wound up in the crosshairs of Fif’s jokes is Madonna. Just a week ago, the rapper clowned an Instagram post of the pop star, which she later responded to with a photo of Fif warmly embracing her.

An apology was later issued but Madonna rejected it, claiming that Fif was not genuine. Unfortunately for her, that means that there’s no stopping 50 Cent. The rapper already targeted her in one post where he roasted her over her age. Now, he’s declared “The Purge,” presented by G-Unit Films and Television.

Fif dropped off a theatrical trailer inspired by The Purge with clips of Madonna’s recent post, along with his own color commentary. “Her feelings were hurt,” he says as she says, “You didn’t hurt my feelings.” “You took it personally,” he added.

“The Purge Begins now,” he wrote. “hey is there a age limit for this kinda shit man,i’m asking for a friend.”

So far, we haven’t heard from Madonna but it seems like she, too, will respond in some sort of manner. Earlier today, Fif shared a slew of photos of women who were bent over underneath their bed, similar to Madonna’s OG post, as he attempted to turn #LikeAVirgin63 into a viral challenge.

We’ll keep you posted on this back-and-forth. Check out 50 Cent’s post below.

John C. Reilly Stars In Upcoming HBO Max Show Based On Showtime Lakers

HBO Max has got another great show on their hands. Rather than telling the story all-time great basketball teams in a documentary style, such as MJ’s Bulls The Last Dance on Netflix, HBO decided on another route.

Produced and written by Adam McKay, Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty is a scripted dramatization of the Los Angeles Lakers team of the 1980s who won championships with Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.Winning Time will air in March 2022. The show stars John C. Reilly as famed Lakers owner Jerry Buss. Quincy Isaiah as Magic Johnson and Solomon Hughes as Kareem.

The trailer for the show depicts a glamorized, humorous take on one of the most impressive dynasties the NBA has seen. John C. Relliy looks to portray Buss exceptionally, as there was some controversy over whole would play the role.

Adam McKay produced Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty, and is a lifelong friend of Will Ferrell’s. He helped produce and write hit movies for Ferrell like Talladega Nights, Step Brothers, The Other Guys, Anchorman, The Campaign and Get Hard. The two were practically inseparable in the industry.

Ferrell hoped to land the role of Jerry Buss, but McKay insisted that Reilly was better for the portrayal. In an interview with Variety, McKay explained how the decision went down, and how Ferrell was upset he was not notified ahead of time: “The truth is, the way the show was always going to be done, it’s hyperrealistic. And Ferrell just doesn’t look like Jerry Buss, and he’s not that vibe of a Jerry Buss. And there were some people involved who were like, ‘We love Ferrell, he’s a genius, but we can’t see him doing it.’ It was a bit of a hard discussion. I should have called him and I didn’t. And Reilly did, of course, because Reilly, he’s a stand-up guy.”

Ferrell and McKay are no longer on speaking terms, and it is sad to see such a misunderstanding lead to a breakup of great colleagues.

However, Winning Time looks to be an excellent show, and surely John C. Reilly will do a great job in his role.

Boosie Badazz Reacts To Fat Joe Comparing DaBaby To 2Pac

The impact that 2Pac left on the rap game continues to be left 25 years after his death. And while his influence is unmatched, there are plenty of artists who’ve claimed to be the modern-day embodiment of the late rap star, including Boosie Badazz.

The rapper recently sat down with VladTV, once again, where he chimed in on the numerous rappers who’ve declared themselves to be the New 2Pac. Earlier this year, Fat Joe referred to DaBaby as the 2Pac of today, which most disagreed with. Boosie said that everyone wants to be like ‘Pac. And while he did agree that artists like 50 Cent and NBA Youngboy carried similar energy, no rapper in the game comes close to 2Pac as he does.

“I probably wouldn’t pick none of ’em,” he said after being asked who, out of 50 Cent, DaBaby, and NBA Youngboy, carry similarities to 2Pac. Boosie explained that all three of those rappers might have similar qualities but there’s only one 2Pac.

“I don’t like comparing people to 2Pac as a 2Pac fan. That’s where the question gon’ lose me at,” he said, explaining that he doesn’t want to go into interviews where he’s being asked about comparisons between 2Pac and the aforementioned artists. “Because I put 2pac on a certain level. All of them greatness but I ain’t comparin’ nobody to ‘Pac… It’s just the love I got for him as an artist and as I child — when you develop love for some person as a child, it’s different.”

He added, “I ain’t comparin’ nobody to 2Pac when, on that real shit, I’ll be wanting to be compared to 2Pac.”

Russell Wilson Co-Signs Ciara’s Topless Twerk Video: “See You Later Tonight”

Just a few days ago, 36-year-old Ciara broke the internet when she posted a topless twerking video to her Instagram page. The “1, 2 Step” singer stripped down to just an orange wrap to cover her lower half, crouching down in the sand to shake her booty to a rhythmic island beat while balancing a bottle of Ten To One rum on her head.

“She Got Balance,” the mother of three captioned the clip, which has since been viewed over 3,000,000 times. It’s hard to say exactly how many of those streams came from her husband, Russell Wilson, who was quick to drop off a suggestive comment. “See you later tonight after work hahaha #TenToOne,” he wrote alongside some telling emojis.

Kelly Rowland also left a reply under the post, commenting on how lucky the singer’s husband is. “Well DAMNNNNNN RUSS” she wrote. Other viewers said things like, “Russell love it here so much” and “Ok sis when Russ want another baby.”

While there’s no denying that Ciara’s upload had some major thirst trap energy, it was also a clever marketing move for Ten To One, which she became part-owner of back in October. “I couldn’t be more excited to help the brand build on its amazing foundation,” the Texas-born star said at the time, “and invite new audiences to rediscover their love for rum through Ten To One.”

Ciara has never hesitated to share sultry selfies with her over 30 million followers, but this is the first time we’ve seen her be so scandalous in a minute. Check out the full video for yourself below.

Polo G Celebrates “Hall Of Fame” Deluxe Sales, Teases Album Produced By Southside

Polo G is just over a week removed from capping the first chapter of his fruitful career with the deluxe to his third studio album Hall of Fame. The deluxe version included a stellar group of feature artists like Lil Baby, Moneybagg Yo, NLE Choppa and more.

The sales numbers came in for HoF 2.0 on Friday, and Polo liked what he saw. The album debuted at No. 3 behind Taylor Swift’s Red (Taylor’s Version) and Adele’s 30, as both those ladies have been dominating the Billboard 200 this fall/winter.

When Polo saw these numbers, he was thrilled, tweeting about how he did it despite songs being leaked, and later teased a new album exclusively produced by Southside: “& they had leaked my whole shit a month befo it Dropped Which I still can’t seem to figure how that happened….but this light shit doe. Im on To Dis Southside Project me & bro @sizzle808MAFIA finna fuck the streets up dats a guarantee.”

While we are not sure how long Polo and Southside have been working on this project, it is surely a compelling combination. Southside produced three songs on HoF 2.0, and is famed for hits with Future like “F**k Up Some Commas” and “Trap N****s,” hits with Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo like “Facts” and “Highlights” as well as Kodak Black’s “Tunnel Vision.”

It looks like this collab album with Polo and Southside will marl the beginning of the next chapter of Polo G’s career, where he will start as one of hip-hop’s most accomplished young voices in the whole genre.

Lil Uzi Vert Says He Got His Name From A Crackhead

Lil Uzi Vert has been having a lot of fun on livestreams lately. As he continues to frequently have exciting conversations with his online friends, he continues to reveal things about his life.

On a stream with some buddies from this weekend (Dec. 10), including massive YouTuber MrBeast, Uzi explains how a “crackhead” he was friends with is the reason he is named Lil Uzi Vert, as one of the streamers asked if it was because he rapped fast: “Yeah. He’s a good guy.”

Earlier in Lil Uzi’s career, when he did an interview with VIBE in 2016, he said that somebody told him his fast rapping reminded them of a gun like a Uzi, so he decided on Lil Uzi Vert being his name: “Some guy was just like ‘you rap fast, man. Like a little machine gun’ and from that moment I was Lil Uzi.”

In other recent streams, Uzi has expressed his desire for a jet pack, as well as getting heated towards Adin Ross on his stream because he would not refer to him as Lil Uzi Vert, but instead his birth name Symere: “Bro, stop calling me by my fucking name. No, no, no, no. Stop calling me by my fucking name, please.”

It’s cool to see a more candid side of Uzi and learn more about his life on these livestreams. Hopefully the “crackhead” he was acquainted with has been doing okay and staying safe.

Check out the video of how Uzi’s name was inspired below.
