Elena Delle Donne Launches WNBA’s First-Ever Wine Brand

Elena Delle Donne has launched the first-ever wine brand owned by a WNBA player. Deldon Wine’s first offering is a 2021 Delaware Pinot Noir. The brand also benefits local charities in Delaware, where Delle Donne is from, and played college ball. Delle Donne, a #1 recruit out of high school, famously left UConn after just a few weeks. A year later, she returned to college basketball, this time at Delaware, and became a star who would go No. 1 in the WNBA draft.

“Launching Deldon Wines is a dream come true for me because it ticks so many boxes in terms of my values. I knew my next project would be a wine brand because wine has always been part of my connection with my family. And anyone who knows my story knows how much family means to me. Being able to share this family connection with the world while also supporting charitable causes that are deeply meaningful to me makes me so excited to launch Deldon Wines,” Delle Donne told Delaware Today.

Elena Delle Donne’s Swan Song?

Delle Donne is coming off the worst statistical year of her career. Putting up a career-low in points per game and her worst rebounding rate since her sophomore season, Delle Donne is beginning to adopt a facilitator role as she looks ahead to her 35th birthday. The Mystics are ushering in a promising young class of players but Delle Donne’s veteran leadership remains vital.

Washington finished fourth in the Eastern Conference, but was ousted from the playoffs in a two-game sweep. They will hope to have rising star Shakira Austin back in time for the 2024 season. Austin recently underwent surgery for a torn labrum in her hip. However, the team has settled into a mid-table outfit after some breakout years earlier in the 2020s. With her off-court endeavors starting to become more and more numerous, people may begin to wonder just how many seasons Delle Donne is willing to stay on the court.

Halle Berry Strips Naked To Enjoy Wine On Her Balcony This Weekend: Photo

In the past, aging, particularly for women, has been regarded as a shameful topic. However, recent years have seen something of a revolution amongst Hollywood starlets, who are actively proving that they only get finer with time. Earlier this weekend, 50-year-old Gabrielle Union caught the paparazzi’s eye during her trip to the beach in a tiny yellow bikini, and now, Halle Berry is giving the mother of one a run for her money. On Saturday (April 8), the Ohio native’s Instagram feed markedly lit up with a tastefully taken nude photograph, which finds her sipping a glass of wine on her balcony.

“I do what I wanna do,” she wrote in the caption. “💋 Happy Saturday.” Behind Berry, we see a beautiful blue sky, as well as plenty of greenery from nearby trees and her own potted plant. “Looks like a cover from a romantic novel, one where a woman fell in love with herself wholeheartedly ❤,” one follower wrote in the comments. Another industry favourite, Meagan Good, also dropped by to praise her girlfriend. “Big Leo energy. ThatPart,” she commented. Other friends who later made appearances include Kelly Rowland, Halle Bailey, and Jenna Dewan.

Halle Berry’s Sexy Saturday

According to InStyle, the sultry snapshot was captured at her Malibu mansion. While the fact that she’s posing naked is obvious, the 56-year-old strategically used her buff arm to cover her breasts. As for covering up her nether bits, Berry’s artfully designed deck shielded her crotch from the camera. Of course, this isn’t the only time we’ve seen the starlet show off her nearly-naked physique on social media as of late. Last month, she used “hump day” as an excuse to strip down and take selfies as a “self-love.”

In both of her photos, Halle Berry poses in front of a shower mirror, which is almost fully covered with steam. In a small visible portion, the Catwoman shields her chest using her iPhone and arm, subtly teasing her hips and booty in the bottom right corner. The second image is more salacious, showing off more of her cleavage and midsection behind the foggy mirror. See for yourself below, and check back later for more pop culture news.

50 Cent’s Champagne Wins Big At Houston Wine Competition

Some rappers just seem to be able to do it all, don’t they? 50 Cent will showcase his Le Chemin du Roi Brut champagne during the 2023 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Moreover, the bottle won in the Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition and became the Grand Champion Best of Show bottle. Also, the Queens rapper’s wine will be available at the Champion Wine Garden during the celebrations, from February 28 through March 19. Furthermore, this RodeoHouston event features live music, bull riding, promotion of agriculture in many different disciplines, and sporting events.

Still, Curtis Jackson’s victory seems all the more hard-fought when you look at the competition. In fact, all winning wines in the face-off will also be at the wine garden, located at Carruth Plaza between NRG Stadium and the Astrodome. 50 won the big prize against 3,071 other entries from 18 countries. If you’re interested in his winning champagne, it retails at shops like Spec’s Wine and Spirits for around $142. Also, Le Chemin won Reserve Grand Champions honors in 2021. “Almost made me faint,” Fif remarked when he heard the news.

50 Cent Shows Houston A Thing Or Two About Good Wine

Of course, this new accolade is one of many extracurricular achievements from one of the best gangster rappers ever. For example, the 47-year-old recently opened up about his new broadcast deal with Fox. This follows his incredibly successful run with Starz, through which Power and BMF established him as a TV mogul. “He is the rare multi-hyphenate with a deft hand at storytelling, no matter the format or medium,” expressed Fox Entertainment president Michael Thorn. “We’re looking forward to developing new and exciting series for Fox with him and his team.”

For his part, 50 said that the non-exclusive nature of his Fox deal allows him to work with anyone. Naturally, this bodes well for the business titan’s big plans moving forward. Still, don’t think that he’s left music alone, as he’ll appear on Nas and Hit-Boy’s King’s Disease IV and has an album on the way. Whether its his television empire or enduring rap legacy, stick around on HNHH for the latest on 50 Cent.
