Kanye West & Bianca Censori’s Penthouse Rent Costs $20K/Month While Rapper’s Mansion Remains Unfinished

Kanye West has been said to be facing serious financial struggles for some time now. Nevertheless, that’s not stopping the father of four from dishing out a reported $20K per month in rent. According to Radar Online, he and his wife Biance Censori have shacked up in West Hollywood. They’re renting a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse not far from the recently established Yeezy headquarters on Melrose Avenue. “It’s a gorgeous apartment and the interior is very Ye. It’s a unique spot which is an architect’s dream,” an insider close to the couple dished of their home.

Prior to that, they were staying at the Nobu Ryokan hotel, all while Ye’s Malibu mansion remains uninhabited and reportedly rotting away. At the luxury hotel (which has a minimum two-night stay), the Yeezy founder and Censori were paying $2K a night. His mansion, which he purchased in 2021 for $57M, has been a hot topic lately, particularly after it was revealed that he dissolved his Yeezy Construction Inc. company in November.

At the time, West suddenly halted work on his home. Insiders reveal that the Japanese-inspired residence, designed by Tadao Ando, has since been completely gutted. While that project obviously didn’t work out as expected, the architect has received massive praise for the work he did on Jay-Z and Beyonce’s recently purchased California mansion. The $200M deal broke records in the state, where the power couple now officially owns the most expensive home ever purchased.

It remains unclear what the embattled artist plans to do with his property, but according to recent reports, his fortune is back on the way up as he’s allegedly already made a staggering amount from the continued sale of Yeezy at Adidas. Kanye West Steps Out With An Unrecognizable Bianca Censori In West Hollywood

Throughout his past romantic relationships, Kanye West has established a habit of styling his romantic partners. He famously dressed ex-wife Kim Kardashian in some of her most popular looks. Short-term girlfriends like Julia Fox and Chaney Jones were also spoiled by the rapper with designer goods. Now, he and Australian architect Bianca Censori have settled down together, and are once again redefining the rules of fashion with their bewildering outfits.

Not only did West’s wife pose nearly nude for his brand’s latest photo shoot, but they’ve also been attempting to popularize “sock shoe” footwear. The 45-year-old also seems to be taking notes from Tom Brady and Antonio Brown, as he’s been beefing up his stature with shoulder pads in many of his recent outfits. It remains unclear exactly what vibe Ye and Censori are going for. Nevertheless, they’ve certainly caught our attention, and are only continuing to hold it.

Kanye West and His New Wife Keep It Low Key

As TMZ reports, they spent their Memorial Day long weekend in West Hollywood, where West did nothing to conceal his identity from fans. Censori, on the other hand, seems fed up with the near-constant cameras around her, opting to cover everything but her eyes under a headwrap. The father of four donned dark pants and a graphic tee with a bright red design on the front. Bianca stood out beside him, layering a grey hoodie over mid-wash jeans and knee-high black boots.

The pair was leaving the Edition Hotel following a rooftop dinner when pictures were snapped. It’s not the first time the blonde beauty has gone to extremes to protect her privacy, and it likely won’t be the last. Kanye West & Bianca Censori Go Out For Dinner In West Hollywood

Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori’s most recent spotted outing saw them maskless and holding hands as they left an Italian restaurant on Saturday night (May 13). Moreover, they went to Cecconi’s in West Hollywood, both wearing leggings and looking relaxed as they walked back from the eatery. Sure, its the same leggings that got Ye roasted the other day, but at least he matched them with someone else this time around. While we still don’t know much about the couple, apparently Censori recently toured a Los Angeles warehouse that might be the first-ever Yeezy retail store. However, that’s an unconfirmed rumor, and one that would be pretty hard to begin with.

After all, Kanye and Adidas are still hashing out their relationship, whose termination spelled financial struggles for the three stripes brand. They have $1.3 billion in unsold Yeezy stock that they now find themselves with no choice but to sell to avoid further losses. Still, they will at least partly donate proceeds to various charities and organizations representing people hurt by Ye’s actions. His public controversies need no introduction, but it seems they’ve come to an agreement.

If released, they will probably look as eccentric as you expect. This whole situation has been a tough path to navigate for both West and Adidas, albeit for very different reasons. For example, the designer’s legal issues as of late don’t make his “return” to selling Yeezy any more enticing.

YG Invites Travis Scott, Mustard, Tyga & More To Birthday Bash

Celebrities from all over pop culture attended YG’s 33rd birthday bash in West Hollywood on Wednesday (March 8). While his actual birthday is on Thursday (March 9), that’s no reason not to celebrate a little bit more. Moreover, he invited distinguished guests such as Tyga, Mustard, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, Saweetie, Offset, and A$AP Ferg. Other famous names in attendance were Diddy’s sons Christian and Justin Combs, BIA, Nardo Wick, Power actor Kris D. Lofton, Snowfall‘s Quincy Chad, Lenny S., Pusharod, and former NFL player Todd Gurley II. Of course, some names here aren’t very surprising, given that the now 33-year-old recently teased a collab album with Tyga.

However, it was still quite the grand and classically YG-style event. For example, everything was red: people’s outfits, the lights, the decorations, you name it. Some exceptions came here and there, but it was mostly very much themed around the birthday boy. Also, he seemed to have an absolute blast, as Tyga filmed him dancing to Snoop Dogg and Tha Eastsidaz’s classic hit “I Luv It.” It’s a West Coast sound the 4Hunnid CEO continues to cultivate through tracks and features like “Charles Barkley.”

What’s more is that the Compton MC also wants to share some of those good times with fans. Furthermore, he offered fans the chance to have dinner with him for $1,000 before his concerts. Meanwhile, YG recently squashed his beef with Kamaiyah, who fought previously over label issues. Lori Harvey & Damson Idris Fuel Dating Gossip In West Hollywood: Watch

No more than a year ago, if you asked pretty much anyone online, they’d tell you that Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey were an “end game” couple. Practically since the start of their union, it seemed as though the model and actor were preparing for an eventual walk down the aisle. However, all of that suddenly and unexpectedly ended earlier this year when they announced their split to the world.

Since then, the Memphis native has been maintaining her single-girl status – until now, that is. Earlier this month, rumours began running rampant about her and Snowfall actor, Damson Idris. For the most part, many expressed jealousy over the gossip. Others, however, praised Harvey for her Thanos-like ability to collect fine men like infinity stones.

While there were previously no photos to substantiate any claims of an ongoing fling between them, that began to change this past weekend. As Just Jared reports, the famous pair were dining in Los Angeles a few days ago.

To avoid any suspicion, they arrived separately for their date. Additionally, details posted on @theneighborhood talk reveal that Idris’ security escorted him to the rear passenger seat of his Escalade after 10:30 PM that night.

Minutes later, his guard returned to the restaurant to safely usher Harvey to the other side of the vehicle. After leaving Olivetta, the rumoured couple reportedly went to Catch Steak to celebrate Zack Bia’s birthday party.

Sources say they waited for photographers to leave that venue before dipping near midnight. This time it was ladies first as the 25-year-old was escorted back into the Cadillac. Idris came soon after, and they sped off to their next location.

Speculators think that Harvey and her apparent new beau left separately to avoid being photographed together.
