Tony Shhnow Drops Is Extremely Curious On “Tryna See”

2023 was a productive year for the underground rapper from California, Tony Shhnow. The mumble trap rapper likes to deliver carefree and sometimes dark trap bangers. In 2023, Tony put out 23 (!) singles and two projects. The first of the LP drops was a solo release called Love Streak which was 16 songs and just 37 minutes long. Shhnow fed his fans a second plate of the record four months later with a ChopNotSlop version. Then, in October right before Halloween, he teamed up with Robb Bank$ for I Can’t Feel My Face Too. That tape was even shorter, sitting at 14 tracks and 29 minutes. DRAM was the only feature to be found on the tape.

2024 is already shaping up to be another year of massive proportions for Tony. On his Instagram, the 28-year-old revealed that another album or tape of sorts could be in the works. About one week ago, Tony Shhnow posted a picture of himself with the caption, “loading..” Then, a couple of days later, he posted another photo, saying, “mode.. #otw 🍃❄

Lil Skies Is Drowning In “THOUSANDS” Of Autotune Effects

Lil Skies is on the path to dropping a new mixtape very soon. The Chambersburg, Pennsylvania rapper, as well as his manager, announced on their social media by way of Instagram Stories. They did so on January 25 according to the Genius page. The title that Lil Skies has seemingly gone with is Out Your Body Music.

The release date we have at our disposal is March. Genius says that Skies will announce the actual day that it drops in the next couple of weeks. “Pivot” was posted on YouTube as a mic performance and Skies shared it on his IG as well. Fans blasted him in the comments saying things like “it does not sound like Lil Skies,” etc. This newest one, “THOUSANDS,” maybe even more of an offender. The lyrics are passable but there is something about the amount of autotune. He has always used it, but, it just feels like his voice was never this heavy on the effects.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, THOUSANDS, by Lil Skies? Based on this track, will his upcoming mixtape Out Your Body Music be good? Is this his best song as of late, why or why not? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to tell us in the comments below. Additionally, keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Lil Skies. Icewear Vezzo Raps About The Street In Gritty Album “Live From The 6”

If there is one thing you can expect from Icewear Vezzo, it is street bangers. That is what he is bringing in spades on his latest project Live From The 6. This is the Detroit, Michigan native’s first album since December 9, 2022, when he put out Paint the City, hosted by Gangsta Grillz and DJ Drama. In that year and roughly two months, Vezzo has put out some solid singles.

The most recent of the bunch is perhaps the catchiest hit he has written in recent memory, “Perfect.” It features a first-time collaborator DaBaby. It paints a self-aware tale about how Vezzo and his co-star are not the best men because of the violent lives they can lead. However, they know that they still have a lot to offer.

Monaleo Is Bringing The Party To You On “Don Who Leo”

A lot of rappers love to hone in on a particular lane that they can rely on creatively. While some will argue that makes you one-dimensional, it can also be true that some artists like to deliver one sound. That can work in their favor, especially if they are bringing fans back for more every time they drop. Monaelo is one of those MCs who is always going to drop head-knocking bangers.

The relatively new girl on the block hails from Houston, Texas. “Go big or go home” is their trademark saying down south and Monaleo is always going for it all. The last time we spoke about her music was the last time she put out a single back in late September. It was about “Crying On Your Birthday,” which featured some wild punchlines. That continues to be a trademark in her songs with her latest drop.

This is also Monaleo, first offering for 2024 and it comes in the form of “Don Who Leo.” A trap banger with loud bass and some bells for some extra grand appeal. The cleverly named song makes a nod to the popular hard liquor Don Julio. Monaleo mentions crazy one-liners in this one. “Pulling cards, b****, this ain’t no Yu-Gi-Oh! (Yeah) / I get straight to business and I’m strict, Judge Judy h*e (Yeah, Yeah, Uh-huh).” Be sure to check out the accompanying music video above.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Don Who Leo,” by Monaleo? Is she the queen of party hip-hop songs from the South? Which track is your favorite of hers and why? ATL Jacob Raps And Produces “RNS” Featuring Quavo

ATL Jacob is part of the next wave of standout trap rap producers, especially from Atlanta, Georgia. He has the support of the greats before him like Metro Boomin, TM88, Sonny Digital, and more. On top of that, he has worked alongside some of the hottest on the scene like Future, Nicki Minaj, and others. Now, he and Quavo tag team a nasty beat on “RNS.”

It is ATL’s first single he has been a part of in some shape or form since “Okay” with French Montana and Lil Baby. That dropped in December of 2023, which also saw previous releases such as a solo effort “MF Problem” and “NASA” with Hotboii. “RNS” stands for “Rich N**** S***,” so this is a big boss cut with braggadocious bars. So far, that is the lane that ATL has chosen to start with in terms of rapping.

Listen To “RNS” By ATL Jacob & Quavo

On “RNS” he handles the production and writing like how he did on “MF Problem.” He has some clever one-liners and Quavo brings it at the beginning. The Migos member raps with pure aggression over the simple but fire beat. It plays more heavily on the electronic keyboard than 808s and kick drums. Check out the new offering above.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “RNS,” by ATL Jacob and Quavo? Is ATL a top-five trap producer right now, why or why not? Does he need to drop a full album this year? Who had the stronger performance and why? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below.
