Rihanna Jokingly Wants To ‘Sneak Into The Polls’ To Cast Her Vote, But For One Major Reason That Isn’t Possible

Rihanna is letting her inner political bad gyal show. The “Lift Me Up” singer’s billionaire status and wide-spanning business empire afford her endless luxuries. Still, some things are out of Rihanna’s reach, such as voting in US elections due to her non-resident status.

With the dozens of celebrity endorsements in the 2024 presidential campaign cycle, Rihanna appears to have shared her own. Today (November 4), Rihanna took to Instagram with a joke about the lengths she is willing to go to in order to cast her vote seemingly for Vice President Kamala Harris.

“When protecting pussies and firing pussies can happen all in one vote #votecauseicant #TanSuitSeason,” read the post’s caption.

But the subtext placed over the video has followers literally laughing out loud. “POV: me trying to sneak into the polls with my son’s passport #votecauseicant,” wrote Rihanna.

In all seriousness, voter fraud isn’t a laughing matter. However, the nature of Rihanna’s lighthearted line and humor personality users online could help but chuckle.

To avoid Rihanna’s upload being viewed as a potential legal matter, some fans have sent messages to Rihanna’s partner and fellow musician Asap Rocky, whom she shares two sons to keep a close eye on her.

No one wants to see Rihanna fighting a deportation case before her long-awaited album is released.

Cardi B Explained Her Endorsement Of Kamala Harris After Previously Saying She ‘Wasn’t Going To Vote’ This Year

Cardi B has had a change of heart. After vowing to never publicly support a politician, yesterday (November 1) the “Enough (Miami)” rapper delivered an endorsement speech at Vice President Kamala Harris‘ rally in West Allis, Wisconsin.

In front of the packed Wisconsin State Fair Park Exposition Center crowd, Cardi B detailed why she decided to endorse Harris (viewable here). This show of support came as a surprise after the Grammy Award winner announced that she would not vote in the 2024 presidential election. The reasons for Cardi B’s support of Harris is women’s rights, the economy, healthcare and his distrust of former president Donald Trump.

“[Harris] changed my mind completely,” she said. “I did not have faith for any candidate until she joined the race and said the things that I wanted to hear — things I want to see next in this country. I believe in every word that comes out of her mouth; she’s passionate, she’s compassionate, she shows empathy, and most of all, she is not delusional.”

Back in 2020, Cardi endorsed President Joe Biden. However, in recent years, she’s been vocal about her disappointment in him. When Biden elected to drop out of the 2024 presidential race, Cardi B reminded her supporters of her stance.

Cardi B used a part of speech to slam Trump, saying: “Donny Dump, if your definition of protection is making sure our daughters have fewer rights than their mothers, then I don’t want it.”

EXCLUSIVE: Lil Jon Teams with Harris-Walz Campaign for Final Voter Push in Georgia

Lil Jon Electrifies DNC with Surprise Roll Call Appearance for Georgia Delegates

Lil Jon Electrifies DNC with Surprise Roll Call Appearance for Georgia Delegates

In a high-energy effort to drive voter turnout in the final days before the 2024 election, legendary Georgia rapper and DJ Lil Jon has teamed up with the Harris-Walz campaign for a targeted push in the battleground state. Starting Saturday, November 2nd, Lil Jon will feature in radio ads airing across Georgia’s six major media markets, urging voters to hit the polls.

Coinciding with the radio campaign, Vice President Kamala Harris will return to Atlanta for her second rally in as many weeks, joined by Georgia-born hip-hop stars 2 Chainz and Pastor Troy for a dynamic event designed to engage voters and amplify election stakes.

The Harris-Walz campaign’s Georgia strategy hinges on local voices like Lil Jon. It aims to energize voters statewide and underscore the importance of each vote. With music and political messaging uniting, the campaign hopes to make an impact in Georgia.

With Election Day approaching, the Harris-Walz campaign has organized a series of star-studded rallies and events nationwide to rally voter turnout. Vice President Kamala Harris will lead When We Vote, We Win rallies in Atlanta, Georgia, and Charlotte, North Carolina. The Atlanta will also feature filmmaker Spike Lee, singer-songwriter Victoria Monét, and performances by Big Tigger and Monica. Eminem Delivered A Surprise Endorsement Speech Of Kamala Harris During Her Recent Rally In Detroit

Eminem has come a long way since his rebellious start in rap nearly thirty years ago. The “Somebody Save Me” rapper still lyrically packs a punch, but the soon-to-be grandfather also uses his sharp pen for civic engagement.

Today (October 22), Eminem made a surprise appearance at Vice President Kamala Harris’ rally. The event geared to drum up support for her presidential campaign also served as the ideal platform for Eminem to vocalize his support for Harris. In a semi-surprise speech (viewable here), Eminem officially shared his endorsement of the presidential hopeful.

“Detroit, What up doe,” he exclaimed. “So look, I wrote down a few things I wanted to say. I’m here tonight for a couple of important reasons. As most of you know, the city of Detroit and the whole state of Michigan mean a lot to me. And going into this election, the spotlight is on us more than ever, and I think it’s important to use your voice, so I’m encouraging everybody to get out and vote, please.”

He continued by saying: “I also think that people shouldn’t be afraid to express their opinions, and I don’t think anyone wants an America where people are worried about retribution, or what people will do if you make your opinion known. I think Vice President Harris supports a future for this country where these freedoms and many others will be protected and upheld. And here to tell you much more about that, President Barack Obama.”

After passing things off to Obama, the former president paid tribute to the hometown hero by rapping his song, “Lose Yourself.”

Eminem’s endorsement of the Harris-Walz ticket isn’t shocking to supporters. Back in 2020, the rapper endorsed President Joe Biden and Vice President Harris. He also authorized the use of “Lose Yourself” for their campaign.

This isn’t the only musician to endorse Harris. Billie Eilish, Finneas, Taylor Swift, Quavo, and Megan Thee Stallion have also thrown their support behind the presidential hopeful.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ recent rallies have been filled with celebrity cameos and musical performances. Today (October 22), the presidential hopeful’s event in Detroit, Michigan was a bit different.

Instead of centering a hometown hero’s endorsement, a special speaker paid homage to them in a rather cool way. During his time at the podium, former president Barack Obama performed a snippet of Eminem’s song “Lose Yourself” (viewable here).

“His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy / There’s vomit on his sweater already, mom’s spaghetti / He’s nervous, but on the surface, he looks calm and ready / To drop bombs,” rapped Obama.

The authenticity of Obama’s playlist curation has been questioned in the past. But his admiration for Eminem’s beloved track long since documented.

Albeit flattering, Eminem has reportedly sent other politicians (Vivek Ramaswamy) cease and desist letter in the past for referencing his music in the past. However, his hatred for former president Donald Trump may tilt the scales in Obama’s favor. Plus, Eminem gave a thumbs up to Obama’s dramatic reading of the song’s lyrics suggests this time wouldn’t be any different.

On the other hand, another notable Detroit musician, Trick Trick (real name Christian Anthony Mathis), endorsed Trump.

So, fans can sort of consider the Motor City to be balanced.

Vice Presidential Debate Draws 43.1 Million Viewers, Falls Short of 2020 Numbers

Tuesday’s vice presidential debate between Sen. JD Vance and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz attracted 43.1 million viewers, according to Nielsen figures reported by Bloomberg. While the debate drew a large audience, it fell short of the 2020 vice presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Mike Pence, which drew 57.9 million viewers across 18 networks.

CBS News, the debate’s host, led the evening’s coverage with nearly 9.6 million viewers. It was followed by Fox News, which took the top spot among cable networks with over 7.9 million viewers. Other networks contributed to the remaining viewership, solidifying the debate as a significant political event.

Despite the high turnout, the viewership drop from 2020 suggests that interest in this year’s vice presidential matchup may not have been as intense as in the previous election cycle. The 2020 debate, featuring the historic faceoff between Vice President Harris and then-Vice President Pence, was seen as pivotal, drawing widespread attention nationwide.

Tuesday’s debate showcased the political contrast between Republican Sen. Vance and Democratic Gov. Walz, who are vying for higher national visibility as the 2024 election approaches. The discussion covered key issues such as the economy, healthcare, and foreign policy, providing voters with insight into the candidates’ visions for the future.

In a critical moment during Tuesday night’s debate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz caught Ohio Senator JD Vance off guard with a straightforward question: “Did Donald Trump lose the 2020 election?”

Vance, visibly uncomfortable, dodged the question and failed to give a clear answer. His attempt to pivot away from the subject has already been labeled the “moment of the night” by reporters, analysts, and pundits. The hesitation was noticeable and left Vance struggling to recover.

Watch the moment below:

Campaign data shows that undecided voters from battleground states marked this exchange as Vance’s worst moment of the debate, potentially damaging his credibility. As election misinformation continues to be a contentious issue, his inability to provide a direct response may sway voters who are seeking clarity on where candidates stand regarding the 2020 election results.

The fallout from this exchange will likely be a talking point in the coming days as the debate continues to resonate with the public.

Governor Tim Walz Delivers Keynote at DNC, Showcases Why Harris Chose Him as Running Mate

tim walz speech

Last night, Governor Tim Walz delivered the keynote address at the Democratic National Convention, demonstrating why Vice President Kamala Harris selected him as her running mate. Walz shared how the values he learned growing up in a small town in Nebraska shaped his life of service—as a member of the National Guard, a teacher, a football coach, a congressman, and now governor.

In his remarks, Governor Walz emphasized the importance of these values in the White House, outlining Vice President Harris’s plans to support working families. He passionately called on the American people to unite in electing Kamala Harris as the next president of the United States. Walz’s speech resonated with viewers, reinforcing the Harris-Walz ticket as a powerful team ready to lead the nation.

Lil Jon Never Turns Down Not Even As A Surprise Roll Caller At The 2024 Democratic National Convention

If there was ever a time to be demure, a political event would be atop the list. However, when it comes to having a good time, Lil Jon has no occasional restrictions. Tonight (August 20), the Democratic Party and its supporters learned this all too well.

During tonight’s 2024 Democratic National Convention, “Get Low” rapper surprised attendees as Georgia’s official roll caller (viewable here).

Essential, the roll call is for state representatives (by way of its delegates) to verbalize their support for a candidate. Instead of the traditionally vanilla call-outs, Lil Jon helped transform Georgia’s time into one short-lived but now forever iconic performance of his song with DJ Snake, “Turn Down For What.”

As an extra razzle-dazzle, Lil Jon made a fun adjustment to the track’s lyrics to shout out Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential running mate, Tim Walz. Users online are tickled by Lil Jon’s appearance and took to X (formerly Twitter) to show it.

“Lil John is the only hype man that legit hit everywhere,” wrote one user.

“This has to be the most lit roll call in political history. 🔥🔥😭😂,” penned another.

“Lil Jon be getting the crowd hype wherever he’s at,” added another.

“He turned up for WALZ 🤣,” joked another.

Similar to Megan Thee Stallion’s performance during Harris’ rally in Georgia, not every one was onboard for Lil Jon’s impromptu set. But others chimed in to put out the burning backlash.

“I know people are going to criticize this but come on, the convention is 4 hours long. You need to break up the monotony, formal processes, and speeches with some light fun and entertainment. Makes people more alert and attentive for the night,” chimed a user.

Lil Jon’s performance is interesting considering the fact that he slammed a Republican Congressman for citing his lyrics. However, given his past feud with former President Donald Trump, his backing of the Dems makes sense in more ways than one.

Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz Rally 12,000 in Nevada

GUtuMXfXAAAXbxO

Yesterday, Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz addressed over 12,000 enthusiastic Nevadans, marking one of the most significant political rallies in modern Nevada history. This was Vice President Harris’ seventh trip to Nevada this year and her first as the Democratic presidential nominee. The rally follows a significant endorsement from the Culinary Union, Nevada’s largest labor union, representing 60,000 workers nationwide.

The event, held in Las Vegas, generated substantial momentum for Team Harris-Walz and Nevada Democrats. There were 4,300 volunteer shift sign-ups, the highest number of any rally this week. This impressive turnout underscores the campaign’s robust ground game in this crucial battleground state.

The rally in Nevada was the final stop on a weeklong tour of crucial battleground states. Starting on Tuesday, Vice President Harris and Governor Walz energized supporters nationwide, drawing crowds of over 14,000 in Philadelphia, 12,000 in Eau Claire, and 15,000 in Detroit and Arizona.
